Sistem Pencatatan Dan Pelaporan Surveilans Infeksi Nosokomial Di RS Premier Surabaya

Nosocomial infection is infection that occur in patients who are hospitalized. One of infection control programs is the surveillance activities. Refer to the Instructions Practical Hospital nosocomial infections Surveillance by the Ministry of health (2011) that computer usage in surveillance activities will help increase the efficiency of data collection and analysis. The propuse of this study is to develop recording and reporting nosocomial infection surveillance system. Methods: this study type is action research with system development life cycle (SDLC) methods , the stages of SDLC is planning, analysis, design, implementation and usage. The instruments used in this study by creating an DFD,ERD, data dictionary and continued with the development of applications using PHP and mySQL. Data collection through interviews and observations. The study results in the form of web-based applications further tested using the method of Technology Accepatnce Mode (TAM). Implementasi Teorema Bayes Pada Sistem Informasi Posyandu Dalam Mendeteksi Stunting Pada Balita

Abstract–The management of posyandu data in Majegan Village is still carried out manually. This causes health monitoring to be not optimal, especially in detecting stunting in toddlers. One of the efforts to overcome this problem is to provide a posyandu information system that can make it easier for posyandu officers to record and analyze fetal growth until toddlerhood and can detect symptoms of stunting. Through the implementation of Bayes' theorem in a web-based application, stunting symptoms can be observed earlier. Bayes' theorem calculates the values of the symptoms experienced by toddlers so as to obtain the results of probability numbers that can be used to predict stunting in toddlers. System design uses the waterfall method which goes through the stages of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). After the system was developed, to test the quality of the application and the accuracy of naïve bayes in predicting stunting, two types of testing were carried out, namely black box testing and system usability testing (SUS). The black box test results show that the application functionality runs well with an error percentage of 0%, while the SUS test results show that the application has a usability level at Level B which means the application can be used and help users. Meanwhile, the results of the prediction of naïve bayes produced the model with the highest prediction of 60%.

Comparison Of Waterfall And Prototyping Models In Research And Development (R&D) Methods For Android-Based Learning Application Design

<p><strong>Design of learning applications that use Development Methods (Research and Development/R&D) using a commonly used system development methodology, namely SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Several stages of SDLC consist of planning, analysis, design, implementation to system maintenance. The SDLC concept is the basis of various types of software development models to form a framework in planning and controlling information systems. The SDLC model that is often used in research and development (R&D) research for the development of Android -based learning applications is a waterfall and prototyping model. The comparison of the two models states that the waterfall model is more suitable for a system or software that is generic or in the form of software that can provide services to the buyer. While prototyping is more suitable for customize systems or software, meaning software made based on demand and needs (even certain situations and conditions). In accordance with the analysis obtained, the two methods have the advantages and disadvantages of each, so that the developer can choose which method is more suitable for the development of the software.</strong></p>
