PKM Increasing Creativity and Economy in the Production of Digital Storytelling Videos on Social Media Platforms at the Kindergarten Teacher Activity Center (PKG) Biringkanaya District, Makassar

PKM to improve the creativity of teachers of the Cluster Activity Center (PKG) of Biringkanaya District, Makassar City will be an alternative for teachers in fulfilling the improvement of professionalism as educators in providing creative and innovative learning with the method of using social media. The technological tools applied in this PKM are the website which is the domain of PKG Kec. Biringkanaya and the YouTube link of PKG Kec. Biringkanaya. The website and YouTube of PKG Kec. Biringkanaya will help the cluster activity center in developing its activities in education management, increasing teacher creativity, and making this social media a place for self-development as well as income for PKG Kec. Biringkanaya in producing visual works on social media. This PKM is carried out in five stages of implementation, namely the first socialization, training to improve teacher creativity in making digital videos using the Canva and Capcut applications, training in using the PKG Kec. Biringkanaya website, mentoring stage, stage of implementing appropriate technology, and evaluation and sustainability stage. With this PKM activity, PKG Kec. partners. Biringkanaya has enthusiasm and commitment in increasing creativity and seeking income from the visual works of partners that are applied in social media, websites, and YouTube partners. This activity is the result of community service funded by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia as the recipient of the Second Phase of Community Service Program Funding for the 2024 Fiscal Year.

Gender quotas influence the appointment of women to precarious leadership positions: A signalling approach

AbstractIn this research we address the ongoing debate about the existence of the glass‐cliff phenomenon by investigating boundary conditions and mechanisms influencing its persistence and decline. Drawing on signalling theory, we hypothesize that the glass‐cliff's presence fluctuates with the clarity of signals associated with appointing women board members at various stages of quota policy implementation. In Study 1, we analyzed a dataset of 258 board appointments in German‐listed companies from 2003 to 2020. We found that women executives were more likely to be appointed following periods of declining performance during Stage 1 (pre‐quota announcement) and Stage 3 (post‐quota enforcement), but not in Stage 2 (post‐announcement, pre‐enforcement). In Study 2, an experiment with 476 respondents, we tested for changes in signal clarity as an underlying mechanism. Results indicate that signal clarity associated with appointing women following performance decline is influenced by quota policies. Signal clarity was highest during stages 1 and 3, but diminished in Stage 2. These findings support the signalling explanation for the glass‐cliff, highlighting that its occurrence is influenced by country‐level policies and emphasizing that the symbolic value of appointing women to board positions as indicators of change depends on the clarity of these signals.

Problem-based learning analysis in strengthening college students’ interpersonal communication skill

This study seeks to analyse the incorporation of problem-based learning (PBL) in strengthening students' interpersonal communication skills, as well as the level of proficiency of students' interpersonal communication skills and the obstacles they face in acquiring them. This study was a crosssectional survey conducted in May 2023 with 315 college students enrolled in six English Study Programs at six universities in three Indonesian provinces. The questionnaires and interviews were used for recording data, which was then analysed using Jeffreys's amazing statistics program (JASP). Based on the data collected, it can be shown that the interpersonal communication profiles of 315 participants can be classified as falling within the medium category (average score=3.26). The primary challenge encountered by participants in developing their interpersonal communication skills is attributed to difficulties arising from the accent of their conversation partner, as indicated by a mean score of 4.6. The result mandates that educators provide an appropriate and effective learning method. PBL is an effective alternative as its principles, syntax, implementation stages, orientation, and benefits are capable of helping students overcome interpersonal communication challenges. PBL model is intended to provide students with the skills needed for problem-solving, increasing logical thinking, collaboration, and communication.

Manajemen Laboratorium IPA di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 02 Lombok Timur

A vital component of teaching science is laboratory administration, which is the endeavor to oversee a laboratory and learning activities. Science laboratory management is related to the managers and users of laboratory facilities and practical activities carried out in the laboratory. This study aimed to determine how planning, organizing resources and assets, implementation, supervision, and impacts arise in the management of science laboratories at MTs.N 02 East Lombok. In this study, documentation, observation, and interviews are the methods used to collect data. The results of the study are that the planning stage is quite good, the existence of short-term, medium-term, and long-term programs evidences this. Short-term programs are planned to be completed within a day, a week, or even a month. At the same time, the medium term is planned to be completed during a quarter to a semester. The Organizational Stage is the management of resources, tools, and materials available in the science laboratory. An organizational structure for managing science laboratories has been formed for the organization of resources. The Implementation Stage is the operational stage of the plan that has been scheduled. This stage is very urgent because it determines the success of achieving goals. Related to the implementation stage, the science laboratory manager at MTs. N. 02 East Lombok has done many things such as inventorying available tools and materials, making regulations, and utilization schedules that are synchronized with the madrasah program. The supervision stage functions as a controller and evaluator of the success of the implementation of laboratory management as a whole. The impacts that arise from laboratory management have been implemented well at MTs. N. 02 East Lombok.

A scoping review, novel taxonomy and catalogue of implementation frameworks for clinical decision support systems

BackgroundThe primary aim of this scoping review was to synthesise key domains and sub-domains described in existing clinical decision support systems (CDSS) implementation frameworks into a novel taxonomy and demonstrate most-studied and least-studied areas. Secondary objectives were to evaluate the frequency and manner of use of each framework, and catalogue frameworks by implementation stage.MethodsA scoping review of Pubmed, Scopus, Web of Science, PsychInfo and Embase was conducted on 12/01/2022, limited to English language, including 2000–2021. Each framework was categorised as addressing one or multiple stages of implementation: design and development, evaluation, acceptance and integration, and adoption and maintenance. Key parts of each framework were grouped into domains and sub-domains.ResultsOf 3550 titles identified, 58 papers were included. The most-studied implementation stage was acceptance and integration, while the least-studied was design and development. The three main framework uses were: for evaluating adoption, for understanding attitudes toward implementation, and for framework validation. The most frequently used framework was the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research.ConclusionsMany frameworks have been published to overcome barriers to CDSS implementation and offer guidance towards successful adoption. However, for co-developers, choosing relevant frameworks may be a challenge. A taxonomy of domains addressed by CDSS implementation frameworks is provided, as well as a description of their use, and a catalogue of frameworks listed by the implementation stages they address. Future work should ensure best practices for CDSS design are adequately described, and existing frameworks are well-validated. An emphasis on collaboration between clinician and non-clinician affected parties may help advance the field.

Learning Innovation: PBL-STEM 4H Ecobrick material Teaching for 7th Graders to Enhance Ecoliteracy

Teaching materials that accommodate innovative learning to improve environmental literacy are currently essential. Development research has been conducted to develop and examine the effectiveness of ecobrick theme teaching materials in improving student ecoliteracy. The teaching materials are packaged with the PBL-STEM 4H model (project based learning- science, technology, engineering, and mathematics - head, heart, hand, and harmony). The research employs research and development method and ADDIE design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). This research uses interview guidelines, observation questionnaire sheets, and environmental literacy instruments as research instruments. In the development stage, this research employs several science teachers in the Sukabumi Regency, as determined by purposive sampling. In the implementation stage, 7th-grade students of one secondary school in West Java were tested to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching materials in improving eco-literacy. Teaching materials were developed using PBL-STEM learning steps characterized by 4H values. The teaching materials' validation results show high validity with a feasibility score of 87.2, including a very valid category. The CVI (content validity index) and CVR (content validity ratio) indexes of 0.995 and 0.990 are included in the valid category. Teacher response to teaching materials reaches 90.05, including the outstanding category. The implementation results show that using the developed teaching materials during learning can improve student eco-literacy.

Training on MSME’s Development Strategies in Wooden Painting Crafts (study case Bloomy Wooden Art)

The variety of works of painting in each region creates high competition between one painter and another in marketing their products. Considering that in the 2000s, the development of the 'fine arts market' in Indonesia experienced very rapid growth, especially in the achievement of works and products. Bloomy Wooden Art is a company (home industry) which operates in the field of painting crafts using wood media which has been shaped into wall decorations, multi-purpose boxes, tissue boxes, trays, glasses, bowls, decorative tables, etc. The painting arts highlighted here are naturalistic such as flowers, fruit and natural beauty along with elements and animals. The aim of the service is to implement the strategy for developing wood painting craft MSMEs in West Jakarta. The method of implementing service is in 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. Theory in evaluation uses SWOT analysis to determine weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities. Based on the results of initial observations, Bloomy Wooden Art painting MSMEs are generally running well, but there are still shortcomings in terms of marketing aspects of wooden painting products using the social media Instagram which are not optimal, the availability of raw materials and supporting equipment and knowledge in the field of marketing.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SCRAPBOOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA SISWA KELAS II SEKOLAH DASAR

This research aims to describe the development of scrapbook learning media to improve the reading skills of second grade elementary school students. The research was carried out using the ADDIE Research and Development model, with stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a total of 63 students. Data collection tools include observation, questionnaires, test questions, and documentation. The trial design uses one group pretest-posttest design. The test subjects were classes IIA, IIB and IIC at SDN 12 Jerora Sintang. The results of media development research and the results of students' reading skills are as follows. (1) The feasibility of the media by media experts was 97% and 93% by material experts was declared to be very feasible criteria and worthy of being tested on students. (2) The results of small group students' reading skills in the pretest class IIB were 23% while the posttest was 86% and in the large group trial in the pretest class IIA 32% while the posttest was 86%, then the pretest class IIC was 27% while the posttest was 82%, from the data the results were obtained. students' reading skills improved significantly. (3) The response of the small group of students in class IIB was 89%, while the large group in class IIA was 93% and in class IIC 92% was categorized as very good.

Family empowerment in midwifery care for pregnant women in compliance with iron tablet consumption

The aim of midwifery care for expectant mothers is to empower families while adhering to iron tablet usage. This exercise is divided into three stages: planning, carrying out, and assessing. Identifying issues that arise at the Bahodopi Health Center, preparing resources, and creating counseling media in the form of Power Point (PPT) illustrated presentations are all part of the preparation stage. Delivering counseling materials on nutrition during pregnancy to pregnant women in order to prevent anemia is part of the implementation stage. Pregnant women's awareness of the information supplied by pre- and post-counseling questionnaires is evaluated at this stage. The findings indicate that prenatal nutrition, anemia, and the connection between nutrition and the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women can all be better understood by pregnant women through the facilitator's coaching. The target's understanding can be increased by providing information about anemia and keeping track of iron supplements. It is hoped that in the future, the community will be able to apply the information gained in a huge and sustainable way

Mendekatkan Rumput Laut ke Masyarakat: Program Sosialisasi dan Pendidikan untuk Peningkatan Ekonomi Desa Ulidang, Majene

Ulidang Village, part of the Tameroddo Sub-district, has excellent potential in the fisheries and marine sector, although it still faces significant economic challenges. The potential of seaweed as a marine resource that has yet to be fully utilized is the focus of this activity. The main objective is to provide comprehensive counseling on the potential of seaweed, including cultivation methods, nutritional content, and business management aspects. This activity's implementation stage starts with planning, program implementation, and evaluation. The research results showed that socialization efforts, including explanations of seaweed potential, business management, and farming profit simulations, have provided the community with a deep understanding. The pretest and post-test evaluations illustrated the improvement in participants' understanding after the socialization activities. Thus, the development of seaweed farming in Ulidang Village can be a solution to improve community welfare, create jobs, and care for the marine environment. Strategic steps include strong partnerships, community empowerment, and adoption of innovations to ensure the sustainability of seaweed farming at the local and national levels.

PELATIHAN APLIKASI SPEECHACE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA INGGRIS BAGI GURU

English language skills must be improved, especially for educators or teachers. This is especially problematic for madrasah teachers who are not English graduates. For this reason, speechace application training is needed to improve English language skills for teachers of MI Muhammadiyah, Kedungwuluh, Patikraja, Banyumas. The purpose of the course is to provide knowledge and skills for teachers in optimizing information technology, especially the speechace application to support the improvement of English language skills and abilities in the school environment. The implementation method used is the Community Language Learning (CLL) method which consists of the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of this service during the training were active participant participation and the results obtained with the pre-test and post-test pre-test and post-test, then out of 21 participants, 95% of the participants This activity is expected to contribute to efforts to improve English language skills among teachers.

Upaya Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa dengan Metode Team Games Tournament (TGT) Terhadap Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Gowa

This study aims to enhance students’ learning motivation through the application of the team games tournament (TGT) method in the 11th grade students at SMA N 1 Gowa. The study employs a classroom action research (CAR) design consisting of two cycles, with each cycle including the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjectof the study were 11th grade students at SMA N 1 Gowa. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed a significant increase in students’ learning motivation after the implementation of the TGT method. This method proved effective in creating a more interactive and competitive learning environment, therby boosting students’ enthusiasm and engagement in the learning process

Digital Student Worksheet on Ecology and Biodiversity to Enhance Critical Thinking and Digital Literacy for Middle School Students

Critical thinking skills and digital literacy can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the use of LKPD learning media. LKPD can be used on Ecology and Biodiversity material. This research aims to develop digital LKPD learning media products to improve student’s critical thinking and digital literacy skills at SMP Kartika X-1 Jatinegara, East Jakarta. This type of research is development research using the Hannafin and Peck model, through stages of analysis, design and implementation with evaluation and revision at each stage. The targets of this research were 106 seventh grade students at SMP Kartika X-1, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. Data analysis techniques in this research was n-gain test. The validation results for the development of digital LKPD from media experts and material experts received a score in the very good category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that digital LKPD media can be developed and is suitable as a learning media for Ecology and Biodiversity material, and is effective enough in improving student’s critical thinking skills and digital literacy

ФАРМАКОЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ПОДХОДЫ К АНАЛИЗУ СТОИМОСТИ АНТИРЕТРОВИРУСНЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ, ПРИМЕНЯЕМЫЕ В ТЕРАПИИ ВИЧ-ИНФИЦИРОВАННЫХ ПАЦИЕНТОВ

The legislation in force in the Russian Federation guarantees HIV patients protection of their rights in labor, education and other spheres of life, as well as free counseling, diagnosis and treatment of HIV infection. The continued increase in the number of infected people and, more importantly, the emergence of the HIV epidemic from risk groups into the general population highlights the need for additional improvement in the effectiveness of measures taken to counter the spread of infection. In this regard, it is necessary to use the most rational measures, both from the point of view of efficiency and safety, and from the point of view of costs. The most suitable tool for solving these problems is pharmacoeconomical analysis. At the same time, conducting pharmacoeconomical analysis in the field of HIV infection, as well as in any other nosology, involves the need to take into account certain features at the stages of planning and implementation of the study. It is necessary to highlight some key features of the methodology of pharmacoeconomical analysis in the assessment of healthcare technologies in the field of HIV infection, in particular, cost minimization analysis, which involves choosing a medical technology with minimal costs by comparing the monetary value of alternative technologies, provided the same therapeutic effectiveness. The main object of the study was the documented medical histories of HIV-infected patients, statistical and analytical methods of analysis were used and it was established that in the Russian Federation and in Kuzbass there are all drugs for the treatment of patients with HIV infection included in modern lists of treatment standards according to clinical recommendations. The difference in the cost of antiretroviral drugs at the price of government funding has been established, which affects the costs of treating HIV-infected patients.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Bidang Pertanian melalui Pembuatan Pupuk Organik

Organic fertilizer is defined as fertilizer that is partly or wholly derived from plants and/or animals that has gone through an engineering process, can be in solid or liquid form which is used to supply organic material to improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil. The aim of this activity is to empower the community through making organic fertilizer in the agricultural sector. The activity steps include: 1) Preparation stage. The preparation stage is very important as a form of more mature planning to achieve better things. This preparation stage includes observations and interviews with partners and the community, checking the implementation location, in this case I used Sumbek Hamlet, Wajageseng Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency, establishing collaboration with youth and the entire community, preparing tools and materials for the main program which includes everything needed in this training; and 2) Program implementation stage. The program implementation stages are described as follows: the process of collecting cow dung which is processed into fertilizer, the process of mixing cow dung with straw, and the fermentation process for up to ± 30 days to make it into soil to be used as fertilizer. The results achieved in this training activity were the acquisition of knowledge by the community and youth about how to make organic fertilizer using existing materials. The community is able to minimize expenditure on purchasing fertilizer and reduce the use of chemical fertilizers. Through this activity, the public also understands more about the negative impacts caused by the use of chemical or inorganic fertilizers if used over a long period of time. This community empowerment can also support various village activities in organizing training in the agricultural sector, because the community is able to create their own fertilizer from materials that are easily obtained.

Development of Pancasila monopoly learning media based on SAVI to improve Pancasila education learning outcomes

The low learning outcomes of students in interpreting the rules in the school and home environment need attention. This is caused by the teacher's teaching methods, which are less varied and interesting. This study aims to develop Pancasila monopoly media to improve PPKn learning outcomes. The study applies the 4D development model, which stands for Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. This model was chosen because the stages of implementation are divided in detail and systematically. The analysis is descriptive of quantitative and qualitative data obtained through observation, interviews, and direct measurements in the field. The results of the media expert assessment obtained a score of 93.7% with very good criteria, and the material expert obtained a score of 96.2% with very decent criteria. Student learning outcomes increased to 82.32 from the previous score of 42.50. The increase was 39.8%. While the control class that did not use media increased its score from 49.05 to 75.48. The results of the N-Gain test obtained an average difference in the experimental class of 39.8 with an n-gain of 0.76 and a moderate criterion, and the effectiveness interpretation obtained a score of 76.50 with a fairly effective criterion. While the control class with an average difference of 26 obtained an N-Gain score of 0.52 on the moderate criterion and an effectiveness level of 52.35, a less effective.

Perancangan dan Implementasi Virtual Tour Sebagai Media Promosi Inovatif Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer

Esa Unggul University has experienced a decline in the number of applicants for the Faculty ofComputer Science, particularly in the Information Technology and Information Systems programs.To address this issue, a Virtual Tour application based on Virtual Reality (VR) was developedusing Unity and Oculus Quest 2 as a promotional tool. This application provides a deeper insightinto the campus facilities, enhancing prospective students' interest. The development method usedis the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), encompassing planning, design, development,testing, and implementation stages. Testing results indicate that this application is effective inattracting new student interest. The Virtual Tour application has proven to be an innovative andbeneficial promotional tool for Esa Unggul University.

Same term, but unequal understanding: differences in digital public health intervention features

Abstract Digital technologies have transformed healthcare delivery and public health, with many countries integrating interventions such as online consultations, electronic health records, and telemedicine to improve population health and healthcare accessibility. Multinational assessments for benchmarking system maturity ask for the degree of implementation of such tools. However, are these interventions as comparable as they claim to be? This talk presents a qualitative analysis of 179 digital public health (DiPH) interventions described in scientific articles. We categorized interventions based on their implementation stages, public health functions, and reported and non-technical features. Telemedicine, health apps, and electronic health record interventions dominated the diverse landscape. While these technology groups already differed greatly in their functions, we identified equally significant differences in the reported intervention characteristics within the groups. For example, telemedicine was not only used in healthcare settings for patients and health professionals but also in primary prevention and research for researchers, policymakers, and healthy individuals. Different interventions reported varying functions, such as remote monitoring, self-monitoring, alarm systems, patient motivation, and user empowerment modules. So, is there one common telemedical intervention? No. Instead, all individual technologies differed to varying degrees. The analysis underscored the diversity of DiPH interventions among and within intervention groups and highlighted the importance of precise terminology for effective planning and evaluation. Instead of using broad classifications like ‘telemedicine,’ interventions should be defined and communicated based on specific technological functions, non-technical characteristics, use cases, and user groups. This approach will promote cross-disciplinary collaboration and foster international comparability across DiPH systems.

Unlocking the limitedness on promotion: Augmenting a web-based mobile promotional media for delivery services at a homeware company

As information technology develops, the utilization of the internet as a business platform has increased significantly, allowing companies to promote their products and services more widely and efficiently. This research explores the development of a mobile website for a homeware company in Batam, which currently relies on online platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. This dependency causes limitations in reaching customers optimally. Therefore, this research proposes the development of mobile web-based promotional media using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of need analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This method was chosen to ensure a systematic approach in designing and developing a responsive and appropriate website. Using Unified Modeling Language (UML) in system design possibly allows clear visualization and effective stakeholder communication. The implementation conducted by employing PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter framework resulted in a website which is expected to be able to fulfil the functional and non-functional needs of the company. The results show that developing this mobile web-based promotion system can potentially increase the company's market reach and operational efficiency as well as provide easy access for customers. This research provides an innovative model for similar companies to adopt digital technology to improve their business competitiveness.
