Analysis of Factors Affecting the Motivation of Elderly to Follow the Covid-19 Vaccine in Bedoro Sragen Village

The COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV 2 virus has worried the world. WHO (World Health Organization) declared Covid-19 a pandemic so that WHO implemented a world health emergency status. More than 800 thousand people in Indonesia have been infected with COVID 19 and the number who have died was over 25 thousand people. Central Java provincial government data showed that the number of positive confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Sragen Regency was 2,694. Data compiled from the Sragen District Health Office, there were 775,774 vaccination targets in the Sragen area, including 118,893 elderly people. As for the elderly target group, 49,987 people or 42.01% have been successfully vaccinated. To analyze the factors that influence the motivation of the elderly in participating in the Covid-19 vaccine in the Bedoro Subdistrict, Sambungmacan, Sragen. The method used in this research was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that most of the respondents' education level was in the basic education category, namely 67 (50.4%). Most of the respondents' knowledge was in the sufficient knowledge category, namely 113 (85%). Most of the respondents' perceptions were in the category of sufficient perception, namely 114 (85.7%). Most of the family support was in the adequate family support category, namely 112 (84.2%). Most of the motivation was in the category of moderate motivation, namely 111 (83.5%). The factor that most influences the elderly to take the COVID 19 vaccination was family support ((Exp(B): 2,488). Penerapan Sistem Keuangan BUMDESA Amanah Di Desa Karanganyar Kecamatan Plupuh, Sragen

Law (UU) No. 6/2014 on Villages and its derivative regulations have changed and encouraged patterns of independence in villages, one of which is through the existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) as a support for the village economy. Karanganyar Village, Plupuh Sub-district is one of the villages in Sragen Regency that has a BUMDesa as one of the pillars supporting Village Original Income (PADesa) named BUMDesa "Amanah" which was established in 2018. The objectives of this community service activity are (1) to assist partners (BUMDesa "Amanah") in preparing and implementing the Village Financial Management System using the BUMDesa Financial Management Application System, and (2) to assist the management of production and service management including drinking water quality testing. This activity uses the FGD method along with training in the preparation of financial reports which includes understanding the basics of accounting and assisting the production and service management of the PAM unit. The results obtained during community service activities are the determination of account names and account codes in accordance with SAK Etap, the application of the BUMDesa Amanah financial management system application, along with the results of the water testing laboratory. Community service activities at BUMDesa Amanah Karanganyar Village, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency have produced a BUMDesa financial management system that can be used to make integrated financial reports from each unit. In addition, this activity also produces water quality testing as a form of providing information to SR customers

Action Today to Stop Polution: Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Sampah Plastik Menjadi Ecobrick di Desa Kalimacan Kabupaten Sragen

<p>Indonesia is the second largest country that produces plastic waste in the world. Plastic waste is decomposed in about 1000 years. Plastic waste has a negative impact on the environment, such as the accumulation of garbage, which causes environmental pollution. Correct steps are needed to overcome these problems. One of the right strategies to overcome this problem is by using the 5R method, namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace, and Replant which we should apply in dealing with plastic waste. However, not all areas have waste disposal facilities. Especially nowadays a landfill is a necessity, for that we need a landfill. The solution to this problem is the manufacture of ecobrick products, in which these products can be made easily with makeshift tools and materials. The purpose of this socialization is to increase public awareness, especially in the Malangan Hamlet area, RT 04, Kalimacan, Kalijambe, Sragen Regency regarding ecobrick products as a step to care for the environment. The method used is counseling in the form of lectures and demonstrations. The results obtained are that people can understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness and environmental health by sorting waste properly, and are able to provide ecobrick products in the form of shoe containers, both as personal and community needs. Ecobrick has a positive impact on society by reducing plastic waste and turning it into a livelihood opportunity.</p>

Examining the Influence of Innovation, Market Orientation, and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Marketing Performance in the Batik Industry

Pilang Village in Sragen Regency is renowned for its unique batik centers, known for their distinctive flora and fauna ornaments. The local government actively supports artisans by promoting innovation and providing assistance in design, production, and marketing. However, entrepreneurs in the creative industry face challenges related to fostering innovation, strategic planning, and embracing risk-taking to enhance marketing performance. This study investigates the influence of innovation, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance in the batik industry, focusing on batik craftsmen from Pilang Village. A sample of 53 respondents is selected using saturated or census sampling techniques, and data analysis is conducted through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The findings demonstrate that innovation, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation significantly impact marketing performance. Consistent product innovation, addressing customer needs, and following trends are crucial. Furthermore, emphasizing product marketing variations and modernizing production processes play a vital role. An entrepreneurial mindset that embraces risk-taking and proactiveness effectively boosts sales and marketing success. This study offers valuable insights into the batik industry's marketing dynamics, emphasizing the importance of customer-centricity, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a competitive market.

Kepatuhan Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) pada Tenaga Kesehatan

Background: Tuberculosis is a health problem in the world and is one of the priority health problems in Sragen Regency that must be handled seriously and in 2019 there were 952 cases of tuberculosis and in 2020 the number of tuberculosis cases decreased to 599 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for health workers at the Mondokan Public Health Center, Sragen Regency. Methods: This type of research uses analytical observational methods and uses a cross sectional approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Sampling technique using total sampling. The instruments used are questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. The research size is 43 samples. Results: This study shows that among 43 samples it is known that there is a relationship between knowledge (p value= 0.000), attitude (p value= 0.001), education (p value= 0.014), gender (p value= 0.023), years of service (p value= 0.000) with compliance with the use of PPE. Conclusion: Factors related to compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in health workers are knowledge, attitudes, education, gender, and years of service.

SOSIALISASI DESA SADAR HUKUM DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN HUKUM MASYARAKAT DESA JAMBANAN KECAMATAN SIDOHARJO SRAGEN

<p>The Community Service Program partners with the people of Jambanan Village, Sidoharjo District, Sragen Regency. There needs to be effective and sustainable socialization of the Law Awareness Family (Kadarkum) to overcome the lack of understanding of the law so that people really understand the importance of law. The activity method begins with the preparation stage, then the implementation stage and finally the reporting stage which is planned to be completed within 3 months. The research results show. The results and outputs of the activities after the implementation of the program have been achieved, that is, after the socialization was carried out, the community experienced an increase in knowledge and understanding of the importance of legal awareness in social life, therefore there is a need for synergy between related Ministries or Institutions in formulating programs that are sustainable and evaluated annually, one of which is through integrated legal counseling so that the program is expected to be focused, not overlapping, right on target and effective in disseminating information in order to increase legal awareness of the people of Jambanan Village, Sidoharjo District.</p><p>Keywords: <em>Village/Kelurahan Formation, Legal Awareness.</em></p><p> </p>

Application of Problem-based Learning Assisted by Decision Maker Application on Computational Thinking Materials to Improve Student Learning Outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Gemolong Sragen Regency

<p>This research is a classroom action research, which aims to improve student learning outcomes in the informatics subject matter of computational thinking. This study applies Problem-based learning assisted by decision-makers on smartphones. Students are directed to download and install the decision-maker application on their smartphones. Then students use the information in the application as a reference for information as material for discussion with their respective groups. From the results of the summative assessment, the data showed an increase in the average value of learning outcomes in each cycle.</p>

Pelatihan Pengolahan Bambu di Desa Jatibatur Kabupaten Sragen

The purpose of this community service activity is to train the community to process bamboo in Jatibatur Village, Sragen Regency. The methods used include: 1) approach to the community as the initial stage of activity; 2) training for the community on how to market handicraft products in the current conditions; 3) make observations to find out the problems that exist in the local community; and 4) conducting training to the community to increase productivity levels. The results of the activities that have been carried out are making several cleaning activities, and participating in mutual cooperation with local residents in order to establish closeness to the community so that it is easier to carry out an activity. The residents, the head of the village head and his staff took part in the counseling activities held by the community service implementation team with the theme "Bamboo Processing Training", explaining to the public how to market post-pandemic handicraft products. Another outcome is training to the public on management and marketing techniques in order to enhance marketing promotions.

Development of Local Wisdom at Bahulak Market in Karungan Tourism Village

The development of the Pasar Bahulak local market in the Karungan Village Tourism Desa in the Sragen Regency has been hindered. One reason for this is the lack of optimal development in the Pasar Bahulak local market. Therefore, the Pasar Bahulak needs to be developed for local Wisata tourism based on its locality. This study aimed to describe the development, supporting factors, and obstacles of Pasar Bahulak based on locality. This study used a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and direct observation. Validity was conducted through triangulation of data sources. The informants in this research were the managers of three tourism villages in Desa Wisata.

The influence of digital and vocational information literacy on student learning outcomes

Vocational students are confronted by intricate demands once they graduate. Despite the considerable need for vocational graduates in the workforce, most students have a limited understanding of digital and vocational information. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to determine the influence of digital and vocational information literacy on students' learning outcomes in three vocational schools in the Sragen Regency. Cluster Random Sampling was used to select a sample of 111 students. Data on digital and vocational information literacy were collected using a questionnaire, while those on the learning outcomes were obtained from the student’s grades. The results showed that digital literacy influences vocational students’ learning outcomes with a significance of 0.000 0.05. Vocational information literacy influences the students’ learning outcomes with a significance of 0.000 0.05. Furthermore, digital and vocational information literacy simultaneously influence the students’ learning outcomes with a significance of 0.000 0.05. These results indicate the necessity to familiarize and increase the students’ literacy skills to improve learning outcomes. The results indicated that digital and vocational literacy partially and collectively influenced learning outcomes by 48.2%. Therefore, classroom instruction needs to be structured around learning models that actively stimulate the development of digital and vocational literacy skills, preparing students for workplace competitions. Consequently, teachers should consistently implement learning strategies that create a meaningful connection between the school environment and the realities of the professional world.

Kemampuan Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) Guru Biologi SMA Kelas X di Kabupaten Sragen dalam Menyusun Modul Ajar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

In the world of education, the curriculum is very influential on the learning process. With the change in curriculum, the success of the teaching system is also greatly supported by the presence of educators, namely teachers who are professional during the teaching and learning process. Optimal learning can be obtained if a teacher has some knowledge. a teacher has competence, namely pedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies. The teacher's ability to plan and prepare for the learning process is found in pedagogic abilities.The goal of this study is to find out the ability of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) high school biology teachers in Sragen Regency in preparing lesson plans. The current study is a qualitative descriptive investigation using a purposive sampling approach. The samples used were 5 Biology high school teachers including 3 public high schools and 2 Muhammadiyah high schools. The findings indicated that the CK ability of biology teachers in Sragen regency high school in preparing the teaching modules for the 2022/2023 academic year was good (87.358%), the ability of the biology teacher's PK was good (78.5924%), and the biology teacher's PCK ability was sufficient (68.752%).

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN PENGGUNA KARTU BPJS DI PUSKESMAS KEDAWUNG 1 KABUPATEN SRAGEN

The research purposes were: 1) determined the effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty on satisfaction of outpatient BPJS card users at Puskesmas Kedawung 1, Sragen Regency; and 2) determined the effect of service quality on satisfaction of outpatient BPJS card users at Puskesmas Kedawung 1, Sragen Regency. This is quantitative descriptive research. Research was conducted at Puskesmas Kedawung 1, Sragen Regency. Research sample was 50 outpatient who used BPJS cards who checked in August-September 2020 at Puskesmas Kedawung 1. Data collection techniques were used questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. Hypothesis testing were used multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that 1) Tangibles, reliability,responsiveness, assurance and empathy have positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of outpatient BPJS card users at Puskesmas I Kedawung; and 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of outpatient BPJS card users at Puskesmas I Kedawung.

IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN BUPATI SRAGEN NOMOR 11 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU PADA TAMAN KANAK-KANAK, SEKOLAH DASAR DAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA TAHUN 2020/2021

Abstract The problem of New Student Admission (PPDB) is an annual problem that always arises at the beginning of each new school year. With the emergence of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2019, which regulates the implementation of the zoning-based PPDB in 2020, it becomes the basis for the Sragen Regency Government to implement and adapt it to regional conditions. As a follow-up, the Sragen Regency Government issued Regent Regulation No. 11 of 2020 as a basis and the Head of the Education and Culture Office issued a technical guideline as a technical guideline for implementing PPDB in 2020. With preparation of regulations and adequate resources. PPDB 2020 in Sragen Regency can run smoothly. Ketersediaan Kalium Tanah Vertisol untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Tanaman Padi Hitam Melalui Penambahan Cocopeat dan Sekam

Black rice is considered capable of increasing endurance because it contains the highest anthocyanin compounds compared to other rice. In fulfilling the demand for black rice in Sragen Regency there are still many obstacles, one of which is Vertisol soil. Vertisol soil has low available potassium which affects rice yields. To overcome this, cocopeat and rice husk were added to the growing medium. The purpose of this study, with the addition of cocopeat and rice husk to the growing medium, was able to increase the K-available Vertisol soil so that the yield of black rice increased. The research was carried out in March-August 2021 at the UPT Sragen Agriculture Service. Soil chemical analysis at the Laboratory of Chemistry and Soil Fertility FP UNS. This study has carried out using an RCBD with two factors, The first factor is a mixture of growing medium (M): M0: Control (soil), M1: Mixture of soil with cocopeat and M2: Mixture of soil with rice husk, and the second factor is black rice variety (V): V1: Cempo Ireng black rice, V2: Jlitheng black rice and V3: YR07 black rice. From the two factors, 9 treatment combinations were obtained and repeated 3x so that there were 27 polybags. Data were analyzed by the F test at a 5% level then followed by the DMR test at a 5% level. The results showed that the addition of cocopeat and rice husk to the growing medium was not able to increase the K-available Vertisol soil, but the addition of rice husk to the growing medium was able to increase the highest amount of filled grain compared to other treatments. Social Embeddedness Among Furniture Entrepreneurs In Kalijambe District Of Sragen – Central Java

The concept of economic action is socially situated and embedded in all layers of actors by forming a network. Furniture business in Pilangsari Hamlet, Kalijambe Subdistrict, Sragen Regency has a main actor, namely the entrepreneur himself, and is supported by various parties in it so that it forms an embeddedness. The purpose of this research is to see the existence of the furniture business in Pilangsari Hamlet and analyze the embeddedness of furniture entrepreneurs in shaping their business and positioning their roles by looking at the relationships that exist in all the actors in it. The researcher used a qualitative method in understanding the furniture business in Pilangsari Hamlet by using a phenomenological perspective. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation procedures, and using thematic data analysis techniques to process research data. The results showed that furniture entrepreneurs have strong social embeddedness in starting a business with family, agencies, and the surrounding environment in the motivation to open a business. Relational embeddedness is established between furniture entrepreneurs with two categories of relationships, namely trade and society, which gives rise to a culture of 'nempil' and 'jlok-jlokan'. Structural embeddedness with suppliers is divided into two categories namely local and outside, also with consumers divided into two namely users and collectors. And the added value of furniture entrepreneurs playing a role in all economic positions reinforces that economic action cannot stand alone, but requires strong social embeddedness in every step of the way.

The potency of soil bacteria on soil phosphorus solubilization and IAA production for innovation on sustainable Melon (Cucumis melo) production through biofilm biofertilizer

To fulfils the demand of melons (Cucumis melo), it requires intensive maintenance by agrochemical products. If this is done continuously, it will lead to soil degradation and disrupt the sustainable food supply. Therefore, an innovation is needed to maintain the sustainable food supply using biofilm biofertilizer technology. This study aims are to determine the potential of bacteria isolated from melon rhizosphere to solubilize phosphate and producing indole acetic acid (IAA) so that it can be developed into biofilm biofertilizer. Soil samples were taken from three melon gardens owned by farmers located in Sragen Regency, Karanganyar Regency and Wonogiri Regency, Central Java. In the laboratory, the soil bacteria then isolated from the soil using the dilution method. The isolates obtained then tested for their ability to solubilize phosphate and produce IAA. Phosphate is an essential nutrient for plant growth and IAA is plant growth promoting. The results showed that the highest phosphate solubilization potential was produced by bacterial isolate SRG 1A with a halo zone ratio of 1.957 and the highest concentration of IAA was produced by bacterial isolate WNG 1B with a value of 6.151 ppm. Based on the ability of the bacteria, indicates that the obtained bacterial isolates have the potential to be developed as a biofilm biofertilizer to help the growth of melon plants because it has the potency to solubilize soil nutrient and produce IAA.

Economic valuation of cattle farm development in Mondokan Sub-district, Sragen Regency

Agricultural development in Mondokan Sub-district encounters water scarcity which limits access to clean water for consumption and cultivation. This problem is exacerbated by shifting seasons due to global warming. The limited supply of water affects the cropping patterns of the community. Rice is planted in the rainy season and corn is planted inshifting between the dry and rainy season. Meanwhile, during the dry season, the field is abandoned. This cropping pattern has an impact on the economic level of the community. The dependence on cultivation as the main livelihood of the community needs to be solved through other alternatives, including animal husbandry. Cattle farm development in Mondokan Sub-district is supported by the environmental capacity of up to 9 million livestock units. However, the large capacity requires support in the livestock economy. The cattle farm development requires an economic valuation to obtain more significant benefits than cultivation. The economic valuation for the development of cattle farms employed the cost-benefit analysis method. The samples were farmers from Pare Village of Mondokan Sub-district who already have livestocks. The valuation assessment used the breeding system. The results of the economic valuation based on benefit and cost analysis indicate that cattle farming in Mondokan Sub-district is feasible.

Diversifikasi Produk Brownies Tempe di Industri Rumah Tangga “BROWNIESTA” Melalui Introduksi Teknologi Tepat Guna

<p>A small medium enterprise (SME) of BROWNIESTA produces tempeh brownies products and is located in Pengkok Village, Kedawung District, Sragen Regency. The community service activities in 2020 conducted by the service team of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) were proven to increase the production capacity and quality of tempeh brownies. The COVID-19 pandemic impacted the cessation of BROWNIESTA SMEs’ production activities. Along with the improvement in post-pandemic conditions, product demand is increasing. However, the increase in product demand could not be fully handled by BROWNIESTA SMEs. BROWNIESTA SMEs experienced difficulties, such as inadequate production equipment and lacking marketing techniques. BROWNIESTA SMEs must also be maintained through product innovation, such as steamed tempeh brownies production. Hence, this service activity aims to increase production efficiency and capacity, elevate tempeh brownies diversification, and improve product marketing techniques at BROWNIESTA SMEs. The service activities involved the appropriate technology introduction through the following activities: 1) a stand mixer and steamer introduction; and 2) the training of entrepreneurship, information technology (IT)-based marketing, and direct selling strategies. A stand mixer introduction succeeded in increasing brownies’ production efficiency by preventing the repetition of dough production in each batch. Brownies’ production capacity also increased up to 20-25% products/day. The steamer introduction successfully produced steamed tempeh brownies, thus tempeh brownies diversification was accomplished. Several training activities were proven to increase BROWNIESTA SMEs’ knowledge, especially regarding online marketing, by launching their first Instagram account to improve business activities. </p>

Upaya Percepatan Penurunan Stunting Melalui Peningkatan Kesadaran Dan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Terhadap Faktor Risiko Di Desa Jenar, Kabupaten Sragen

<p><strong><em>Introduction: </em></strong><em>Stunting is a problem that is currently a concern for the Indonesian government because the incidence rate is quite high. In 2021, the stunting incidence rate was obtained at 24.4%. The government is trying to reduce the incidence of stunting to 14% by 2024. In this regard, this community service activity aims to make the stunting reduction acceleration program a success.</em></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>This community service activity was carried out in Jenar Village, Jenar District, Sragen Regency, which is one of the stunting focus locations from July 15 to August 12, 2022 with large group counseling methods and interventions to the community in the form of anthropometric measurements and healthy gymnastics.</em></p><p><strong><em>Results and discussions: </em></strong><em>The participation and attention of mothers in activities is very good, partner groups actively contribute to the procurement of activity needs and actively share experiences about child growth and development and a healthy lifestyle. The impact of counseling activities can increase the knowledge and awareness of the people of Jenar Village regarding the risk factors for stunting and a healthy lifestyle.</em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusion: </em></strong><em>Community service activities in the context of efforts to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Jenar Village are very useful and are expected to play a role in reducing the incidence of stunting.</em></p>
