This work is to examine the possibility of utilizing a base expense and light weight materials for auto leaf spring suspension application. We contrast existing steel 65Si7 leaf spring and half and half composite leaf spring, for example, Epoxy/E- Glass/Viscose staple fiber (40%:45%:15%) in light of the disfigurement, flexibility, determination, strain energy putting away limit, cost viability and weight minimises. Static examination has been performed to consider the advantages of half and half composite materials for leaf spring suspension models in auto industry and results shows that Epoxy/E-Glass/Viscose staple fiber is the awesome the excess creation. Utilization of Epoxy/E-Glass/Viscose staple fiber (40%:45%:15%) prompts 76.37%weight decrease in leaf spring when contrasted with existing steel 65Si7 leaf spring.
