Exploration of the Interactive Relationship between Administrative Management and Humanism

People oriented is the foundation for the development of various undertakings in China. From the perspective of the current situation of China's administrative management, to improve the administrative efficiency and service level of the government and enterprises and institutions, it is necessary to consider multiple factors in the administrative management process, especially those related to people. Whether we can grasp the spiritual connotation of the humanistic concept and flexibly apply it is an important lever to measure the level of administrative management. This paper adopts the method of literature research and believes that people-oriented, achieving scientific administrative management, strengthening the professional construction of the administrative management team, and truly establishing the concept of "service" make administrative management more humanized, in line with the essence of modern management.

A Concerto Resonance Between the Chinese Zhuang Customs and the Topic of Poverty Alleviation: Exploring the Artistic Value and Spiritual Connotation of Zhuang Drama Huang Wenxiu

Huang Wenxiu is a Zhuang drama based on the poverty alleviation work of Huang Wenxiu, who is an outstanding selected graduate from Guangxi and also the first secretary of Baini village. The drama has not only humorous and emotional stage effects, strong romantic sentiment, and realistic critical spirit, but also typical characteristics of the era, vivid artistic images and a strong ethnic style. This drama embodies unique aesthetic values, vividly interpreting the values of the era and the spirit of Guangxi, highlighting the artistic consciousness and practical innovation of Zhuang drama art to express the era and eulogise it, and responding to the aesthetic expectations of the Zhuang ethnic group. Displaying the unique national spirit and the great spirit of the era in the narrative and stage presentation of the drama will also become a feasible path for the innovative development of Zhuang drama.

Characteristics of Collective Resilience and Its Influencing Factors from the Perspective of Psychological Emotion: A Case Study of COVID-19 in China.

Collective resilience is the ability of human beings to adapt and collectively cope with crises in adversity. Emotional expression is the core element with which to characterize the psychological dimension of collective resilience. This research proposed a stage model of collective resilience based on the temporal evolution of the public opinions of COVID-19 in China's first anti-pandemic cycle; using data from hot searches and commentaries on Sina Weibo, the changes in the emotional patterns of social groups are revealed through analyses of the sentiments expressed in texts. A grounded theory approach is used to elucidate the factors influencing collective resilience. The research results show that collective resilience during the pandemic exhibited an evolutionary process that could be termed, "preparation-process-recovery". Analyses of expressed sentiments reveal an evolutionary pattern of "positive emotion prevailing-negative emotion appearing-positive emotion recovering Collective resilience from a psycho-emotional perspective is the result of "basic cognition-intermediary condition-consequence" positive feedback, in which the basic cognition is expressed as will embeddedness and the intermediary conditions include the subject behavior and any associated derived behavioral characteristics and spiritual connotation. These results are significant both theoretically and practically with regard to the reconstruction of collective resilience when s' force majeure' event occur.

Research on the Excavation and Practice of Classroom Ideological and Political Elements in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

In this study, through the deep excavation of the ideological value and the spiritual connotation of educating people contained in the course of English Pedagogy, seven ideological and political elements are extracted, including patriotism, scientific and noble concept of educating people, rigorous and practical concept of keeping pace with the times, dialectical thinking, innovative spirit, specific analysis of specific problems and coordination. Taking the specific chapter content as an example, the implementation path of integrating ideological and political elements into professional course teaching is discussed from three stages: before class, in class and after class.

The Ritualization of Classic Confucian Spirit of Jing (Reverence and Respect): Evidence from Traditional Chinese Capping Ritual

In ancient China, all moral concepts are based on Li 禮 (ritual). Jing 敬 (reverence and respect) is one of the core categories of Confucian ritual spirituality and has rich ideological connotations. This study discusses how Confucianism realizes the ritualization of jing and constructs its symbolic system in the capping ritual to strengthen adult consciousness and social responsibility. First, based on relevant classic texts, we clarify the internal relationship between traditional ritual spirituality and jing. Then, we present an overview of the coming-of-age ceremony and discuss how religious beliefs and rituals incorporate Confucian ethical values and aesthetics. Finally, from the ritual uses of time, space, and behavior, we examine the meaning of jing in the specific practice of the traditional Chinese capping ritual and how it is conveyed to participants and observers through ritual implements and behaviors. The results show the capping ritual as an important life etiquette, and Confucianism injects the spirit of jing into every phase to cultivate an emotional response that will instantiate a moral ideal applicable to individuals and the state. In complex, modern societies, it is important to condense the Confucian spiritual connotation of jing and integrate it into modern coming-of-age rites.

Material Analysis and Application Based on Intelligent Computing in the Context of Contemporary Watercolor Painting

Scholars have researched the current situation and development trend of contemporary watercolor materials in terms of material intervention, material expression language, spiritual connotation in material “materiality,” and practical application of materials, which are of profound significance to the consolidation of the theoretical system of watercolor painting in China. However, how to better analyze and apply watercolor materials on the basis of intelligent computing, as well as the material analysis and application based on intelligent computing in the context of contemporary watercolor painting, still has a lack of research at present. Therefore, this study considers the analysis and application of materials based on intelligent computing in the context of contemporary watercolor painting, in an attempt to seek ways to integrate with Chinese watercolor painting and its own national art.

Sacred Forests, Modes of Transmission of Cultural Knowledge and Security Geopolitics of Monarchs and Dignitaries Among the Bamiléké of West Cameroon

Many authors have written on problematic of natural environment in Bantu’s lands in general and in Bamiléké people in particular. In fact, those “sacred” environments represent for the population in this area, a base of spiritual and cultural life because of a relation existing between natural milieu and divine. Place of highest spiritual connotation, sacred forests are presented in this paper in various forms in accordance with attributes its takes. However, this paper present in a socio historical point of view, the conditions in which natural milieu favoring transmission of knowledge and power to monarchs of Bamilékés kingdoms in western Cameroun.

The Xiaoheyan Culture, the Xueshan Phase I Culture and the Nanbaoligaotu Type, as three adjacently distributed Neolithic archaeological cultures, share similar ages and pottery characteristics, with excavated relics focusing on tombs. Based on the collation of the burial materials, this paper makes a transverse comparison of the burial customs and related social phenomena between the Xiaoheyan Culture and the two surrounding cultures. Through comparison, we find that the commonness between the Xiaoheyan Culture and the Nanbaoligaotu Type tombs is reflected in the abstract spiritual connotation, while the commonness between the Xiaoheyan Culture and the Xueshan Phase I Culture is mainly reflected in the material existence of the appearance seen in archaeological excavation. The commonness in these two aspects is related to the worship concept tradition and spiritual and cultural strength of the special way of fishing and hunting, the interactive dissemination of culture and the movement and migration of people.

Skopos theory holds that the audience is the most important factor in determining the translation purpose. Therefore, the translation criterion under skopos theory has changed from “equivalence” to “appropriateness”, which enables translators to have greater autonomy in determining subtitle translation strategies on the premise of respecting the original text, thus not only achieving the communicative purpose of the target text, but also enabling the audience to understand the original film and television works.

Ink Animation VR Design Based on Wireless Sensor and HTML5 Interactive Technology.

Ink element is one of the unique cultural symbols in China, which has profound cultural heritage and spiritual connotation. Animation is a form of art design, and it is a good way to convey and express information in an intuitive artistic image. The use of ink and wash elements for animation design has important value and significance in the start of Chinese culture. It can develop animation design, innovate animation creation forms, and can highlight Chinese style. In this article, we have studied the creation process, creation format, and creation method of using angular digital technology to make ink VR design. It combines art and technology and combines practical experience with wireless sensors. Based on HTML5 interactive technology, we have studied its advantages more deeply, better introduced the theme of ink element animation, solved the problem of realizing ink effect in 3D virtual environment, and better introduced ink animation in virtual reality environment. During the production process, students will learn how to simulate digital objects, render ink and wash effects, build a virtual environment in the later stage, and explore the knowledge, operation, and meaning of ink and wash elements and the animation design process. This paper studies the wireless sensor and HTML5 interactive technology and applies it to the design of ink and wash animation VR, aiming to promote its vigorous development and application.

Green City Landscape Design and Planning Based on GIS and Analytic Hierarchy Process Model

The spiritual connotation of contemporary cities has gradually become rich and colorful, and the concept of a green city has also been accepted by the public. People living in cities have higher and higher requirements for landscape, but traditional landscape design cannot achieve efficient and accurate planning. Therefore, the old design method, which cannot meet the complex and changeable urban needs and cannot keep up with the development and changes of the times, is doomed to be eliminated and replaced. This study introduces a GIS system and uses an AHP method to assist landscape design. Through rational resource utilization of topography, vegetation growth, population density, and other conditions, the city can be green and environmentally friendly, reduce energy consumption, and meet people's concept of healthy life. The experimental results show that: (1) through the GIS system, a multidecision model is constructed to choose a reasonable location for the garden. Based on the opinions and scores of all parties, the B place with a score as high as 8.97 was selected. (2) Using comprehensive landscape sensitivity to divide four levels of landscape land-use value and looking for the best landscape vision, it is divided into five scenic functional areas and 12 scenic spots. SPEI and NDVI were used to select cultivated plants and landscapes. (3) Route multifactor comprehensive model is designed to plan garden route. The coincidence degree between the model and the actual road condition is about 87.62%. Citizen satisfaction is between 7 and 9 points, and the comprehensive evaluation is high. (4) The evaluation system of landscape architecture, in which both B-level index and C-level index are higher than 7 points is constructed, which is in line with the expectations of the public and experts and convenient for feedback correction. The method based on this study is feasible and can be further optimized.

The Meaning and Expression of Wabi-Sabi in Environmental Art Design

In recent years, Wabi-Sabi style has become popular in China's design industry. It is widely used in space design of home stay, catering, hotel and landscape. The reason for its popularity is that it is a combination of man, nature and artificial environment. This paper aims to explore on the interaction and symbiosis between environment and human in materialized representation and spiritual connotation in contemporary environmental art design by exploring the origin, concept, expression and aesthetic philosophy of Japanese Wabi-Sabi. The emphasis on "Wabi-Sabi" style design which is simple rather than dull is not only the the decoration and beautification of the environment, but also represents the the beauty of nothing after the denial of the universal concept of the beauty. Wabi-Sabi is not only a design style, but also the aesthetic cognition of the objective existence of the natural material world.

Nurses' values on medical aid in dying: A qualitative analysis.

Aim: Explore nurses' values and perceptions regarding the practice of medical aid in dying. Background: Medical aid in dying is becoming increasing legal in the United States. The laws and American Nurses Association documents limit nursing involvement in this practice. Nurses' values regarding this controversial topic are poorly understood. Methodology: Cross-sectional electronic survey design sent to nurse members of the American Nurses Association. Inductive thematic content analysis was applied to open-ended comments. Ethical Considerations: Approved by the institutional review board (#191046). Participants: 1213 nurses provided 3639 open-ended comments. More than 80% of participants self-identified as white 58% held a graduate degree; and half were of Christian faith. Results: Values ranged on a continuum expressed through four themes: "Honoring Patient Autonomy without Judgment," "Honoring with Limitations," "Not until...," and "Adamantly against." Some felt it was a duty to honor the patients' wishes, set aside own beliefs, and respect patients' choices often with a spiritual connotation. Nurses held concerns about the process, policy, potential psychological harm, legal risk, and the need to learn more about MAID. Nurse who were adamantly against MAID associated the practice with murder/suicide and against religious beliefs. Disparate values were expressed about changing the MAID legislation to allow patient support with taking MAID medications and allowing MAID via advance directive. Conclusions: Nurses desire more education on MAID. There is not one universally held position on the nurse's role during MAID. Healthcare policy/standards need to accommodate the wide variation in nurses' values. Implications: Nurses desire education regarding their role in MAID. Nurses are encouraged to participate in policy discussions as the practice becomes increasingly legal. Managers need to expect that nurses, patients, and families will need psychological support to participate in MAID. Careful construction of policy/standards is needed to minimize conflict, moral distress, and psychological harm amongst nurses. Further research is needed.

The Evolution and Fusion of the Organic Combination of Confucian and Legal Traditional Cultural Philosophy Education Thoughts and Ideological and Political Education

Confucianism and Legalism played an important role in China's ancient feudal society. The value of the times and spiritual connotation derived from their ideological system also play an important role in modern and contemporary times. Fully compare the similarities and differences between Confucianism and law, deeply understand the profound meaning of Confucianism's rule of etiquette, rule of virtue and Legalism's rule of law thoughts, and merge them. The introduction of ideological and political education concepts into China from the west has brought scientific methods and advanced models of modern education, but it cannot be totally westernized and ignores reality. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explore the similarities with ideological and political education concepts on the theoretical basis of studying ancient Chinese Confucianism and French culture, analyze the development and integration paths of the two education modes, and explore their respective advantages and disadvantages. This article will use the research method of specific analysis of specific problems to make data comparison and draw a conclusion. Carry out theoretical innovation to find the applicable scope of the combination of the two education modes. The results of the study show that there are many similarities between the two ideas about education, and 56% of the interviewees think that they have influence on modern education. Moreover, combined with the characteristics of the current era, they can be endowed with many newer things, fully absorbed and transformed, and added with a new perspective. Therefore, a deep analysis of traditional cultural thoughts, screening and utilization of ideological and political education concepts, analysis of different education modes of their respective use scenarios and deficiencies, and innovation and integration guided by these theories, provide valuable experience for the development of modern education concepts.

Optimized soft frame design of traditional printing and dyeing process in Xiangxi based on pattern mining and edge-driven scene understanding

Traditional folk crafts are handicrafts and corresponding activities created by Chinese working people in all ages to meet their material and spiritual needs by using various material materials and handicrafts. It reflects the general characteristics of arts and crafts, but also shows the distinctive personality of national culture. The folk printing and dyeing process of Miao Nationality in Xiangxi and Southeast Guizhou has this characteristic, which once brought a lot of convenience to people's life and became an important part of people's life at that time. Traditional art carries a lot of spiritual things in its material form, so it has high esthetic value, cultural value and profound spiritual connotation. Therefore, the optimization design of traditional printing and dyeing process framework in Xiangxi is worth studying. In this paper, through using big data pattern mining algorithm and scene understanding algorithm, a framework optimization system of traditional printing and dyeing process in Xiangxi is constructed, for the optimization of the traditional model, the edge-driven scene model is applied for the systematic study. The designed model is simulated through the testing on different data sets. Reflecting from the experimental result, we can conclude that the proposed model is efficient.
