Purpose: development of a system of devices and structural elements ensuring the controlled outlet of water and fish grown in the fish-breeding pool of fish-breeding and reclamation complex arranged at water reservoir. Materials and methods. The data of the author's survey of basin and pond fish-breeding reservoirs in the south of the Russian Federation were used as the basic empirical material, and generally accepted technologies of search design were used in the development of design solutions for the water-fish outlet system, devices and structural elements. Results. The year-old fish-breeding pool as part of a fish breeding basin as a part of fish nursery at a reservoir was taken as a basin, the parameters of which are designed for growing 1 million fingerlings of herbivorous fish species, with a water surface area (aquatorial space) of 13,000 m², a length of 160 m, a width of 81 m and with an average area depth of 1.0 m. The water-fish outlet system includes three tubular water-fish outlet structures and a structurally designed polyslope surface basin bottom, equipped with a system of mutually mating gently sloping platforms, water-gathering galleries and water-fish-inlet pits. The proposed constructive solution for the bottom of the pool and water outlets makes it possible to provide safe conditions for the year-old herbivorous fish migration from the fish-breeding pool to the water-fish-outlet tract of the fish-breeding and reclamation complex arranged at a water reservoir after the process of their breeding is completed with the complete emptying of the fish-breeding pool. Conclusions. A system of structural elements and devices is proposed, the joint operation of which provides safe conditions for the yea-old herbivorous fish release from the fish-breeding pool. Structural solutions for the bottom and water-fish outlets of the fish-breeding pool designed for growing 1 million year-old fish have been developed.
