Because of the raising needs for transmitting images in computer, mobile milieus, the study in the area of compressing image maximized considerably. Compressing image plays a critical part in processing digital images. The essential concept of compressing data is to decrease the data correlation. Through employing Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), the data in time field could be transmuted into the field of frequency.
