The Impact of Offshore Photovoltaic Utilization on Resources and Environment Using Spatial Information Technology

In recent years, the rapid development of the photovoltaic (PV) industry has resulted in a saturation of research on onshore PV power plant construction. However, current studies on the impact of marine PVs on the marine environment remain limited and scarce. In order to facilitate the implementation of carbon reduction goals and promote the sustainable development of the offshore PV industry, this study analyzes the environmental impact of PV sea-use resources based on spatial information technology in the western part of Gaotang Island. The findings show that the MIKE21FM model provides relatively accurate simulations of tidal flow and tide level in the marine PV area. Flow velocity in the marine PV area exhibits a decreasing trend, with an average decrease ranging from 0.03 to 0.07 m/s. This decrease minimally affects surrounding navigational channels and large-scale flow fields. The resulting siltation is also deemed less significant, with an annual deposition from 0.03 to 0.06 m/a. Moreover, offshore PV construction resulted in a total intertidal biological loss of 123.45 t. The suspension of sediment during cofferdam construction and removal has a potential effect on zooplankton and fishery resources. Overall, it is proposed that careful planning, prudent site selection, and the execution of countermeasures during marine PV construction will combine to minimize the impact on the marine environment.

Modern garden design thinking and practice based on spatial information technology

Abstract The construction of a garden image classification model is done by combining spatial information technology and analyzing the process of hyperspectral classification of garden images is the main focus of this paper. The linear transformation of the image is performed by principal component analysis to achieve the effect of reducing image dimension. The SVM classifier is used to classify the garden images, and the hyperplane is found in the sample space to distinguish between positive and negative cases. Using a simple linear iterative algorithm, the image superpixels are segmented, and the information contained in them is fused with the features of the hyperspectral image. The positioning of the hyperpixel block impacts the calculation of the mean hyperspectral feature value for each hyperpixel region. The results show that a well-rounded designer needs to achieve 70% aesthetics and 80% rationality to present modern garden design.

Characteristics of the watershed and their implications for the hydrological response to water in the Nafit basin, East Iraq, Using Spatial Information Technology

It has been proven that spatial information technology, ie GIS, and remote sensing are an effective tool in the identification and planning of drainage pattern and management and planning of water resources. GIS and image processing were adopted to determine morphological characteristics and analyze them in the Nafit river basin in Diyala Governorate, east Iraq and western Iran. The basin morphometric parameters such as linear, aerial and relief aspects of the river basin were determined and computed using ArcGIS v. 10.3software. Stream orders in the basin affected to the conditions of rock structures and physiographies conditions. The study area is covered by (Fatha Formation, Injana Formation, Mukdadiya Formation and Quaternary deposits) with the area (3723km2). It is 6th order drainage basin and drainage pattern mainly in sub dendritic to dendritic type. The hydrological characteristics of the basin are influenced by the type and composition of the rocks and the amounts of rainfall.

Enhancing DSS Exploitation Based on VGI Quality Assessment: Conceptual Framework and Experimental Evaluation

The latest advances in spatial information technology have led to the emergence of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) as enrichment to existing spatial data sources. Additionally, Decision Support Systems (DSS) are among the fields that have seen major advances. Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) has great potential as a valuable data source to decision support systems. Several studies have been proposed to integrate VGI data into DSS. However, as VGI data may have different levels of quality, integrating VGI data with poor quality may affect the decision-making process. In fact, VGI data with poor quality. that are obsolete or incomplete, could, if integrated into a spatial DSS, lead to inappropriate analysis results. This paper presents an approach that aims to enhance spatial DSS analysis and exploitation by integrating high quality VGI data that are appropriate to the user requirements, and that have a good indicator completeness and time relevance. The approach introduces a conceptual framework that evaluates VGI data quality and integrates only high quality VGI data into spatial DSS. The proposed approach is experimented on a road maintenance project in Grand-Tunis. We develop the Map-Report prototype, and we evaluate the efficiency of our approach in enhancing data analysis and exploitation in spatial DSS by reducing the error rate and providing accurate and precise analysis results.

Greenhouse gas emissions and aerosol distribution in brick kiln zones of Punjab, Pakistan: an appraisal using spatial information technology

Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) and climate-altering air pollutants are damaging the ecosystem of Earth. Hence, reducing gaseous emissions and air pollutants would help mitigate global warming and improve the low-carbon economy. Therefore, in this study, remote sensing datasets from the Goddard Earth Observing System, Atmospheric Infrared Sounder and Modern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications Version 2 are carried out to examine the seasonal trends of Carbon dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Ozone (O3) and Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) from 2016 to 2021 over brick kiln zones in Punjab, Pakistan. In this research, 2016 has been taken as the base year to compare the trends of GHGs and AOD in Punjab. Results of the study revealed that the highest concentration of AOD was exhibited in the winter seasons over Purple, Red and Orange Zones of brick kilns. Moreover, the highest extent of CO2, CH4 and AOD was observed in 2017. At the same time, O3 magnitude was evaluated as high during summer seasons which may be attributed to high temperature that leads to elevated formation of O3. Therefore, there is a dire need to undertake Nature Based Solutions (NBS) in the policymaking for the environmental development of Pakistan.

MODERN TECHNOLOGY OF SIMULATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

The relevance of the use of information technologies, which change the approach to the design of construction objects by moving from two-dimensional project documentation to an object-oriented multidimensional information model, is determined. The effectiveness of the task of checking the quality of the information model has been proven by determining the impact of changes in the indicators of the current situation in the project on its results and developing an approach for making management decisions during project planning and control. The need for the formation of knowledge and its classification and positive impact on the assessment of project implementation and the implementation of optimal actions from the project in accordance with the filling parameter of the information support model are substantiated. For the implementation of the information technology of enterprise management, a structure of three components is proposed: the management of the operational subsystem of the enterprise, its project subsystem and the methodological component, which in its data has an organizational and technological component. The formalization of factors influencing the external environment and topology rules between the structural elements of the system is proposed. The results of the research can be used to create digital models of spatial objects and information technology for modeling the surface of the built-up area. It is proven that the dynamics of organizational development of project-oriented enterprises should be directly reflected in the distribution of corporate control, as well as in determining the nature of the unification of technological processes and the rapid diffusion of innovative knowledge, which is the only important condition for achieving success in competition and ensuring the stability of market positions estimated implementation of organizational development processes: structural; normative; procedural; effective; informative; integrative.

Green space settlement landscape optimization strategy under the concept of ecological environment restoration

This article focuses on the urban development strategy and urban overall planning under the concept of ecological environment restoration, and determines planning guidance, planning principles, and planning goals. First of all, the urban green space settlement landscape design based on the ecological concept is jointly carried out from the three aspects of natural landscape, artificial landscape and human landscape. Secondly, in the research on the structural characteristics of urban green space and its temporal and spatial evolution, based on the four phases of remote sensing images, the application of remote sensing and GIS and other spatial information technologies, with the assistance of basic data and sample plot surveys, has achieved a survey. Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the evolution of the quantity structure of urban green space, the evolution of vegetation coverage, and the evolution of vegetation structure are given. The results of the experiment found that the total area of urban green space has shrunk during the study period. Through summarizing and summarizing, the basic design process and elements are derived: the natural landscape emphasizes its ecological diversity from the green space settlement landscape form, slope protection, topography and planting design. In summary, the green space settlement landscape design of natural landscape, artificial landscape, and human landscape is more scientific and complete. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the natural conditions, social economy, urban nature and development planning, the current situation of the urban water system and other background data in the planned area, with the theoretical guidance of landscape ecology and environmental behavior, the case study combines the landscape ecology. The restoration design is used to test the application methods of ecological landscape restoration.

MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF LAND RESOURCES

Every science must be based on an ordered terminology. In the process of managing land resources, interdisciplinary decisions are made in which specialists from various fields are involved: lawyers, sociologists, economists, ecologists, surveyors, specialists in spatial planning and information technologies, etc. Under such conditions, it is especially important to have a clear definition of terms to avoid certain misunderstandings. In addition, the European integration direction of the development of Ukraine requires the adaptation of the terminological apparatus to the European scientific and professional environment. The article focuses on the study of the content of the terms "Land Governance", "Land Administration" and "Land Management", since all three definitions can be translated as land resource management. The main methods of land management are: legal, methods of spatial planning, economic and administrative. The terms "Land Governance", "Land Administration" and "Land Management" cannot be considered synonymous. Each has its own tasks, functions and fields of application. "Land governance" is a set and interaction of strategies, processes and institutions through which land, property and natural resources are managed. "Land Management" is an activity related to land as a resource for achieving social, ecological and economic sustainable development. "Land administration" is a basic component of the "Land Management" concept and part of the infrastructure that ensures its effectiveness.

Forest Resource Assets Departure Audit Considering Ecological Sustainable Development: A Case Study

The Forest Resources Assets Departure Audit (FRADA) is an important measure for the Chinese government to protect and develop forest resources, as well as to promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Explicit audit content and scientific audit method are the basic premises for conducting an accurate audit. In this study, landscape ecology methods were employed to learn the spatiotemporal properties of forest resources, with the support of spatial information technology such as Geography Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS). A FRADA system from the perspective of landscape pattern index and ecological vulnerability was constructed. A case study was conducted for the evaluation of the proposed FRADA System. Lichuan, a county-level city in Hubei Province, China that is rich in forest resources was selected as the audit sample area, and the tenure period from 2015 to 2019 was regarded as the tenure cycle. The results showed that: (1) Before and after the tenure cycle, the number of patches (NP), patch density (PD) and largest patch index (LPI) of forest landscape showed a downward trend. Meanwhile, the decreased quantity and quality of forest landscapes showed inadequate protection of large forest patches with significant ecological value. In general, it was not beneficial for the sustainable development of forest resources in the view of ecology. (2) The landscape shape index (LSI) and connectivity index (CONNECT) showed an upward trend, which indicates that the shape of the forest landscape is changing in a complex way, and the connectivity has been improved. While, fractal dimension (FD) and fragmentation index (FN) showed a downward trend, indicating that the fragmentation trend of the forest landscape has been alleviated and the forest resources have a continuous and concentrated distribution. (3) The vulnerability of the forest landscape was significantly aggravated. Regarding administrative areas under the jurisdictions of Nanping Township, Jiannan Town and Fobaoshan Development Zone were particularly disturbed, and required special attention. The research results enrich and develop the theories and methods of FRADA and provide suggestions for the sustainable development of forest resources in Lichuan.

Rural Space Aesthetics and Rural Construction Paths from the Perspective of the Montage: The Cases of Seven Villages in Guangdong, China

In the rural areas of China, construction is growing vigorously, and the question of how to realize the creative inheritance and development of these areas in the regional context, as well as the exploration of new construction methods and paths, are important problems. Nowadays, there are two developing trends in terms of research methods. Firstly, the boundaries between various disciplines are becoming increasingly blurred, and interdisciplinary theoretical reference has become an effective means of realizing innovation in this field. The other trend relates to the great development of digital technology, such as parameterization and spatial information technology. This technological innovation sheds new light on rural image construction. This study aims to draw on the montage art concept and organization techniques and to integrate the new technical language into the construction of new aesthetic orientations and context-related inheritance paths of rural historical places in China. Based on the aesthetic relevance of montage aesthetics to rural regional characteristics, the aesthetic cognition of the rural area in Guangdong is analyzed and demonstrated. Then, the strategies and methods used for the construction of rural area are established based on four layers, i.e., the narrative clues, base site pattern, spatial interfaces and monomer construction. The present research expands on the perspectives and methods of rural reconstruction, provides new ideas for the current rural practice, and is conducive to promoting the systematic study of rural construction theory.

Influencing factors and intervention therapy of the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a kind of the disorder which is characterized by continuous social interaction and communication disorders, narrow interests and repetitive stereotyped behaviors are the main core symptoms of neurodevelopmental disorders. At the same time, the incidence of the disease increases rapidly and is extremely harmful, which brings huge economic burden to families and society. Therefore, early identification and early intervention are urgently needed. At present, the pathogenesis of ASD is not clear, and there is no perfect diagnostic tools and methods. So far, scholars are still exploring the etiology and pathogenesis of ASD. In the past, researchers have paid attention to the study of twins and found that the prevalence of monozygotic twins is higher than that of dizygotic twins, so as to try to explain the ASD from a genetic perspective.Academic circles generally believe that ASD is caused by the joint action of genetics and environment. In order to find the objective indicators of early recognition of ASD individuals, researchers have actively carried out research on ASD infants, such as twins, the overall processing of isolated faces,event-related potentials (ERP) and other monitoring methods. Traditional ASD psychotherapy mostly focuses on behavioral rehabilitation training, supplemented by some drug treatment.Advanced spatial information technology has certain advantages and potentials for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders.However, at present, the research in this field is relatively scattered and cannot be popularized.

New Archaeological Discoveries Based on Spatial Information Technology and Cultural Analysis: Taking the Study of the Spatial Relationship between Ancient Chinese Capitals and the Natural Environment as an Example

How to combine science and technology with the humanities in the research on ancient cities to reveal ancient peoples’ urban planning thoughts is worthy of in-depth study. The capitals of the Western Han dynasty as well as the Sui and Tang dynasties were some of the greatest cities in the world at the time. This paper takes them as its subjects and puts forward a method to study the spatial relationship between ancient cities and the natural environment by combining spatial information technology and cultural analysis. Firstly, satellite images, elevation maps, urban ichnographies, and literature materials were collected and sorted to deeply understand the cultural thoughts involved in ancient urban planning; based on this, key element points were marked and rechecked on the spot, and the above drawings were accurately superimposed by GIS technology to form a geographic information base that integrated multisource information. Then, Python was used to construct a “decision model of spatial relationship between urban elements and natural elements”, and rules as well as parameters were set through man–machine collaboration. The decision model was used to test the geographic information base, and the information of strong correlations between urban objects and natural objects was outputted. The drawings were exported after screening, and a visual expression was realized with Illustrator software. The research results indicated that this analysis method was feasible, effective, and easy to promote. The new archaeological discoveries included eight important line segments with a 9:6 proportional relationship (which represents the balance of Yin and Yang) and two important line segments with a 9:5 proportional relationship (which represents the supreme imperial power) in the capitals of the Western Han dynasty as well as the Sui and Tang dynasties, and 16 contraposition lines in a positive direction or oblique 45° direction (which reflects the close relationship between urban elements and natural elements). We consider that the two capitals were intentionally closely related to natural environments such as mountain peaks and valley entrances in the planning stage, and that proportions and scales with profound humanistic meaning were selected. The capital of the Sui and Tang dynasties was specially aligned with the capital of the Western Han dynasty in space. These characteristics embody ancient Chinese Confucian cultural thoughts such as the “integration of yang and yin”, “harmony between nature and humans”, the “supremacy of emperors”, and the “use of numbers and shapes to convey meaning”.

Quantification of soil erosion in small watersheds on the Loess Plateau based on a modified soil loss model

The technology of slope vegetation system stability enhancement is an important part of the comprehensive ecological security improvement in small watersheds area of the Loess Plateau. The results of the comprehensive soil erosion improvement in the sub-basin are used to give an evaluation of the effectiveness of the gully slope vegetation restoration project. Soil erosion quantification distribution in the Sheep Sap Gully sub-basin of the Loess Plateau hilly gully area was simulated and explored by combining the modified universal soil loss equation RUSLE model with GIS and RS spatial information technology. The quantitative values of LS factor were extracted using DEM data, the R factor of rainfall erosion force was calculated using meteorological monitoring station data around this region, the K factor of erosion resistance was obtained based on the soil survey database, and the C factor and P factor of soil and water conservation measures were obtained by combining MODIS image data and previous research experience. The study concluded that (1) The erosion area ratio within the study area is 36.33%; (2) The quantitative grading standard of the pattern, the size of the erosion distribution area at all levels is ranked as light>moderate>very strong>strong>intense; (3) Under the conditions of land use and vegetation cover, strong erosion is mostly found in farming areas with sparse vegetation, while weak erosion is found in areas with lush vegetation such as forests and grasslands; (4) In terms of spatial distribution, erosion is greater in the south-western part of the basin than in the north-eastern part, and there is also strong erosion in the south-western part. The results of the study provide a reference for research into integration and synthesis of ecological security technologies for gully and slope management projects. The research content provides the basis and support for watershed governance and soil and water resource management and conservation.

Intangible Cultural Heritage Management and Protection Based on Spatial Information Technology under the Background of Internet of Things

Intangible Cultural Heritage does not rely on material forms but is displayed through human inheritance, different tools, and flexible forms, which make the traditional management and protection methods unable to meet the needs of its development. Therefore, this paper puts forward the research on the management and protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage based on spatial information technology under the background of Internet of things and selects sports intangible cultural heritage as an example, combined with GIS technology and virtual reality technology. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the types of Chinese sports intangible cultural heritage are mainly martial arts, lack of water and ice and snow activities. The spatial distribution is uneven, with regional and ethnic differences, and six core density circles are formed in the form of clusters. Ecological environment, declaration system, and project classification are the main influencing factors of the spatial distribution of China's sports intangible cultural heritage. Therefore, in the management and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage, we should not only consider the impact of its ecological environment, but also give it modern function and inheritance form in combination with the needs of modern society while maintaining its connotation and spirit, so as to promote its protection, development, and inheritance.

RESEARCH OF VECTOR TILE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY BASED ON APACHE SEDONA

Abstract. With the development of spatial information technology, the amount of geographic information data shows an explosive growth, which puts forward higher demands on the time efficiency and visualization effect of geographic information data release. vector tile maps have become the main map service mode in the fields of Internet maps and GIS industries because of the advantages of its powerful interactive capabilities, efficient data transmission and lower storage costs. In order to construct massive vector tiles quickly and enhance the scalability of vector tiles application, this paper researched the vector tiles construction technology based on the distributed computing framework. Firstly, we introduced the construction process of vector tiles such as pyramid model, data organization and data generalization, Specifically, the data generalization methods of different geometric types were discussed. Second, Apache Sedona, the distributed computing framework were researched and the advantages for vector data processing is introduced. Then, the Sedona based parallel construction technology is proposed, and pipeline optimization of Spark is applied in this process. Third, a comparative experiment to evaluate the performance were conducted, the result showed that the parallel construction technology had obvious performance advantages, the greater the volume and extent of vector data, the greater the advantage.

RESEARCH ON QUALITY EVALUATION TECHNOLOGY OF BASIC SURVEY RESULTS OF NATURAL RESOURCES

Abstract. To execute the overall protection and comprehensive treatment of natural resources, Chinese government has earnestly fulfilled its duties of centralized management and announced the overall plan for the construction of a survey and monitoring system for natural resources. Survey and monitoring of natural resources is the basic work of management of natural resources. Survey and monitoring of natural resources is a survey project of geospatial information for natural resources based on 3S spatial information technology, massive data resources and technical means. Survey of natural resources is classified into basic survey and special survey. Therein, the basic survey, based on the surface coverage, is principally to figure out the scope, area and ownership of all sorts of natural resources projected on the earth's surface. Data quality evaluation is significant means to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the quality and results of the survey project for natural resources. This thesis studies the inspection and evaluation technology of quality and results, designs the quality model of basic survey for natural resources, including quality characteristics, quality requirements, and quality evaluation process. Apart from that, it selects the results of land survey in some regions of the country and conducts quality evaluation experiments of basic survey data, which verifies the applicability of the quality evaluation methods.

How Can We Understand the Past from Now On? Three-Dimensional Modelling and Landscape Reconstruction of the Shuanghuaishu Site in the Central Plains of China

The Shuanghuaishu (SHS) site in China is one of the 100 most important archaeological discoveries over the past 100 years; its historical heritage can be traced directly back 5300 years. Understanding the early landscape of the site would provide important information about the origin of Chinese civilization. The SHS site is buried and surface traces are difficult to see; therefore, we attempted to reconstruct the early landscape of the site based on a current surface landscape model and environmental archaeological analysis. We created a modern three-dimensional (3D) landscape model of the study area from high spatial resolution unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) aerial photographs and analysed the distance change between the Yellow River and SHS site in the past 60 years from CORONA and Landsat images. By combining environmental archaeological survey results, archaeological excavation data, relevant papers, and field measurements, we reconstructed the paleotopography of the SHS site during the Yangshao period (7000–5000 aBP). On this basis, 3D natural and human landscapes during the Yangshao period were rebuilt. The results show that (1) Satellite images acquired at different resolutions can provide multiscale spatial information about the site, and high-precision models of current conditions can be quickly generated from UAV aerial photography. (2) From 1960 to 2020, the shortest distance between the SHS site and the Yellow River was approximately 512 m. The location of bedrock on Mang Mountain can be used to infer the early extent of the northern terrace at the site. (3) Environmental archaeology provided information about the palaeoenvironment of the site area. By incorporating spatial information technology and 3D visualization, we can better restore the early landscape of the SHS site. Our work integrates environmental archaeology, field archaeology, and spatial technology, enabling data and modelling support for the visual interpretation of the SHS site.
