Andong ( Cordyline fructicosa L.) is the family of asparagaceae which know s as decorate d plant, because the color is very interest ing so that potentially as a source of natural pigment s . This research was aimed to extract the color pigment s and determine the total percentage of flavonoid content in Andong lea ves ( Cordyline fructicosa L.). T he extraction uses the various of water solvent, ethanol, et h yl acetate and methanol which contain HCl P 1 % by using maseration method. The determination of the total pe rcentage of flavonoid content is done by using colometric methanol. Based on the research was obtained the rendament ex t ract of water 13, 49 %, ethanol 15, 69 %, methano l 8, 10 %, and et h yl acetate 9, 15 %. The total of flavonoid ex t ract of water 1, 4 %, ethanol 2, 6 %, methanol 1, 7 %, the highest percent age of four solvent is et h yl acetat 3, 4 % calculated as a rutin.
