Adolescence is a transition period which is a period of transition in a child's development between childhood and adulthood which generally begins at the age of 12 or 13 years and ends at the age of 21 years. Adolescence is a vulnerable period because of the inability of teenagers to solve their own problems. Many teenagers ultimately find that many of the solutions do not match their expectations. advances in science and technology always result in social change, with increasingly sophisticated communications technology, transportation and information systems, changes in society are accelerating more rapidly. In facing such situations, teenagers often have a more sensitive soul, which in the end, quite a few teenagers fall into things that are contrary to moral values, religious norms, social norms and norms of life in society. The aim of this service is to provide assistance to youth posyandu as an effort to prevent juvenile delinquency. The method used in this community service activity begins with an opening and introduction of the resource persons, then continues with the delivery of health education material, a question and answer session to the participants and finally closing. With this activity, the posyandu felt helped because it was provided with assistance and information in preventive efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency.

Relevansi Pemikiran Imam Syafi’i Tentang Mafqud Terhadap Perceraian Ghaib

In the mind of Imam Shafi'i there are those who argue that if the husband or wife who mafqud must wait for four years. and according to the Law and Compilation of Islamic Law is to wait with a period of 2 years. The period between these two opinions is very long if compared. This is because the sophisticated transportation and information systems present in the modern era provide a quick opportunity to find out the existence of the mafqud. Unlike the past who still do not know the transportation and information system. So here see which is more relevant to follow between the thoughts of Imam Shafi'i or the Law and Compilation of Islamic Law. In this thesis examines the Relevance of Imam Shafi'i's Thoughts on Mafqud Against Divorce Ghaib Case Study in Jombang Religious Court. This research aims to find out the opinion of Imam Shafi'i about mafqud and the ruling of the Jombang Religious Court regarding mafqud divorce. In this study, the authors used descriptive research methods that seek to describe and analyze problems in as much detail as possible. The type of research used is library research by tracing theories contained in libraries and fields. The results showed that there is no one proposition of the Qur'an and hadith that mentions the deadline for the determination of the time of missing persons, which there is only the opinion of a friend, Umar bin Al-Khatab. But Umar's opinion was only for wives who lost husbands. In addition, it can also be known the consequences of mafqud that can occur to people around or his heirs and he becomes a demand to solve it. Based on the study of the authors conducted, in this study it can be concluded that the Author hopes that ijtihad is carried out by mujtahids at any time such as judges. Because the law is dynamic will change over time following the changing era of times.

Implementation of Knowledge Management in Universities of India

The implementation of information Management, a methodical strategy for acquiring, arranging, and distributing institutional information, is becoming more and more crucial in the swiftly changing environment of higher education. The essay explores the specific circumstances of Indian universities, where a variety of academic fields, cultural subtleties, and administrative intricacies provide particular obstacles to the efficient administration of information. The use of Knowledge Management (KM) at Indian institutions is examined in relation to worldwide patterns and the revolutionary influence it may have on academic and administrative procedures. The paper emphasizes the possible advantages, such as increased cooperation, better decision-making, and optimized resource allocation. It also acknowledges the need for a cultural transformation inside academic institutions to promote a culture of sharing information among academics, students, and administrative personnel. Moreover, the study analyses the necessary technology infrastructure for effectively implementing knowledge management in Indian institutions. The text highlights the significance of using sophisticated information systems, cloud computing, and data analytics to enable effective generation, storage, and retrieval of knowledge. The significance of leadership in spearheading this cultural and technical transformation is underscored, as successful knowledge management requires robust institutional backing and strategic foresight. Crossroads Traffic Data Analysis Using Drone-Based Deep Learning

This study proposes a method for monitoring traffic conditions via the collection of road traffic data using drones and deep learning-based analysis. Utilizing the YOLOv8 object detection model, we analyzed traffic videos captured at 45 and 90 degrees at intersections, which revealed differences in object detection capabilities based on the shooting angle. To address issues related to occluded areas during object tracking, we optimized the shooting angles, and achieved a final model with an average of 96.9% and 93.7% path and vehicle type recognition rate, respectively. This validates the effective utilization of drone-based traffic data collection and deep learning analysis in road traffic management. Further research is necessary for the development and application of more sophisticated traffic information systems in the future.

Monitoring of Levee Deformation for Urban Flood Risk Management Using Airborne 3D Point Clouds

In the low-lying, river-rich Pearl River Delta in South China, an extensive network of flood defense levees, spanning over 4400 km, plays a crucial role in urban flood management. These levees are designed to withstand floods and storm surges, yet their failure can lead to significant human and economic losses, highlighting the need for robust urban flood defense strategies. This necessitates the development of a sophisticated geographic information system for the levee network and rapid, accurate assessment methods for levee conditions to support water management and flood mitigation efforts. This study focuses on the levees along the Hengmen waterway in the Pearl River Delta, utilizing airborne Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) technology to gather 3D spatial data of the levees. Employing the Cloth Simulation Filter (CSF) algorithm, non-ground point cloud data were extracted. The study improved upon the region-growing algorithm, using a seed point set approach for the automatic extraction of levee point cloud data. The accuracy and completeness of levee extraction were evaluated using the quality index. This method achieved effective extraction of four levee types, showing significant improvements over traditional algorithms, with extraction quality ranging from 72% to 83%. Key research outcomes include the development of a novel method for detecting localized levee depressions based on the computation of the variance of angles between normal vectors in single-phase levee point cloud data. An adaptive optimal neighborhood approach was utilized to accurately determine the normal vectors, effectively representing the local morphology of the levee point clouds. Applied in three levee depression detection experiments, this method proved effective, demonstrating the capability of single-phase data in identifying regions of levee depression deformation. This advancement in levee monitoring technology marks a significant step forward in enhancing urban flood defense capabilities in regions such as the cities of the Pearl River Delta in China.

Adopting a Dual Strategy: Maximizing the Potential for Change

The article delves into the dynamics of strategic management within the context of PT. Tangerang Tirta Manunggal, examining the relationships among Force for Strategic Implementation (FSI), Information System Sophistication (ISS), External Factors (EF), and Performance Capability (PC). Utilizing a sample of 85 participants, the study employs Smart PLS analysis to scrutinize both direct and indirect effects. The results demonstrate significant direct impacts, with FSI positively influencing EF and PC, and ISS exerting a positive influence on EF. Furthermore, the study unveils meaningful indirect effects, indicating that the influence of FSI and ISS on PC is partially mediated by their impact on EF. These findings collectively underscore the strategic significance of well-implemented strategies and sophisticated information systems in shaping external factors and enhancing organizational performance capabilities. The insights provided are valuable for decision-makers seeking to navigate a dynamic business environment effectively.

The Analysis Of Performance Quality And Human Resource Communication In The Regional Finance And Asset Management Office Of Semarang City

The implementation of regional autonomy as an embodiment of the concept of decentralization is intended so that regional governments can further increase their efficiency and effectiveness in administering government, carrying out development, and providing services to the community more optimally by the characteristics of their region. A communication gap between superiors and subordinates occurs, triggering the emergence of negative Human Resource (HR) perceptions regarding the communication mechanisms between superiors and subordinates in the organization. This research used an explanatory research method, namely explaining the relationship between performance quality variables and communication quality. The sample selection used was stratified random sampling. The sample used was 100 Regional Financial and Asset Management Service (RFAMS) officers. The data analysis method in this research used SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The research results show that performance and communication quality greatly influence commitment. Therefore, management should be able to design a sophisticated information system so that the performance and the communication of existing HR can be appropriately monitored.

 This research discusses the development and implementation of a Reorder Point (ROP) information system in the context of inventory management. ROP is a critical method for optimizing merchandise inventory, avoiding stock shortages, and minimizing inventory costs. The aim of this research is to design and implement an information system that allows companies to calculate and monitor ROP efficiently. The research methodology includes user needs analysis, software development, and system testing in real environments. The research results show that the ROP information system can help companies improve inventory control accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer service. This research also identifies challenges in implementing ROP information systems and provides insight into how to overcome these obstacles. In an era of competitive business, the ability to respond quickly to changes in demand and delivery is the key to success. A sophisticated Reorder Point information system gives companies a competitive advantage by optimizing inventory levels and avoiding excess or shortage of stock that can be detrimental to the company. Additionally, by integrating data from various aspects of supply chain management, the system provides better visibility into company operations, enabling more timely decisions and accurate information. Advances and New Research Opportunities in Quantum Computing Technology by Integrating it with Other ICCT Underlying Technologies

Purpose: To explore the vast potential and possibilities that arise from synergizing quantum computing with other foundational technologies in the field of Information, Communication, and Computing Technologies (ICCT). By integrating quantum computing with other ICCT technologies, such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cryptography, and communication networks, researchers aim to unlock unprecedented computational power and efficiency, thereby revolutionizing various industries and scientific domains. This research seeks to unravel novel applications, enhance the robustness and scalability of quantum computing systems, and pave the way for transformative advancements that will shape the future of information processing and communication paradigms. Ultimately, this interdisciplinary exploration holds the key to unleashing the full capabilities of quantum computing and opens doors to groundbreaking innovations that were once considered beyond reach. Methodology: Exploratory research method is used to analyse and interpret various related information collected using secondary sources using Google search engine and Google Scholar search engine as well as using quasi-secondary sources including AI engine supported GPT and Bard. ABCD analysis framework is used to study the advantages, benefits, constraints, and disadvantages of integration of Quantum computing technology with other ICCT Underlying Technologies. Finally, the results are interpreted and concluded by developing 12 postulates. Findings: The results demonstrate the potential of integrating quantum computing with other ICCT underlying technologies, offering transformative improvements in computational power, security, and efficiency across various industries and applications. As quantum computing continues to advance, its integration with other ICCT technologies will lead to new opportunities for innovation and the development of more sophisticated and powerful information and communication systems. Effectiveness of Information Systems on Automation of Business Processes for Nonprofit Organizations in Arusha City

The study examined the effectiveness of information systems on automation of business processes for nonprofit organizations in Arusha City. The study had two specific objectives namely; identify the existing information systems for automation of business processes for nonprofit organizations in Arusha City and to determine the extent to which information systems have improved automation of business processes for nonprofit organizations in Arusha City. The study used descriptive survey research design and quantitative research approach. A sample of 63 respondents was drawn from the population of 75. The study used simple random sampling technique where data were collected through structured questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the quantitative data. Findings indicated that there are many information systems but not all of them exist in non-profit organizations in the study area. It was further found that to high extent information systems have improved automation of business processes for nonprofit organizations due to improved supply chain, improved Human Resources management, improved planning and projections, improved sharing of organization data, improved customer service, improved customer relations and improved time management. The study recommends that to achieve their objectives, non-profit organizations should invest in information systems. This can be done through having adequate experts, adopt the sophisticated information systems and train the users of the adopted sophisticated information systems. Moreover, the study recommends that to ensure effectiveness of information systems on automation of business processes for nonprofit organizations; proper ICT infrastructure should be initiated to facilitate the implementation of information systems.

ANALISIS USER EXPERIENCE APLIKASI REGSOSEK PADA BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK INDRAMAYU MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE

The advances of information technology have also brought significant changes to the government in carrying out administrative tasks and communication. In this context, sophisticated information systems enable governments to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness, to reduce costs, and to improve strategic decision-making. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) carries out Research and Research activities in all provinces in Indonesia. The regsosek application itself is an application that is used to facilitate the collection and processing data related to the socio-economic needs of the community such as employment, health, education, and so on. The focus of this research is to find out the deficiencies or problems that exist in the application by measuring the users’ experience of the research and study application using the User Experience Questionnaire. Data analysis and evaluation are divided into two, namely quantitative data analysis for validity and reliability tests and descriptive statistical analysis using UEQ analysis tools version 11 to determine the average value (mean) of each variable. The results of the quantitative data analysis show that the validity value of the Pearson Product Moment correlation exceeds the value of 0.304 and the Croncbach alpha value of 0.613, thus the tests carried out can be relied upon to accurately and consistently measure user experience. Furthermore, the results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the value on the clarity aspect has the lowest average value of the six aspects of UEQ, so that the conclusion is that the Regsosek application users do not understand the function and purpose of the application

Revolutionizing spatial data analysis: unveiling a cutting-edge approach for batch coordinate transformation

Spatial data have become indispensable across various disciplines and provide crucial insights. These data are associated with coordinates and different coordinate systems. However, the diversity of geospatial data formats and disparate coordinate systems present challenges in harmonizing them for analysis. This study addresses the pressing need for an improved approach to the batch transformation of commonly used coordinate systems in Sri Lanka. First, we examine different coordinate transformation systems and identify their limitations. Subsequently, we present a comprehensive procedure for seamless coordinate transformations between various systems. To demonstrate the practical applications of our approach, we have developed a user-friendly desktop application capable of simultaneously converting input coordinates into multiple systems. This application streamlines the process for users unfamiliar with sophisticated geographic information system (GIS) applications and datum transformations. We validate the output coordinates transformed using our application by comparing them with those obtained from established applications such as ArcGIS and epsg.io. The results, which have been assessed based on the root mean squared error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE), indicate high levels of accuracy, with a maximum RMSE of approximately 0.013 and a maximum MAE of approximately 0.008. A performance evaluation reveals that our approach is exceptionally efficient, outperforming ArcGIS and epsg.io by 40x and 60x, respectively. Moreover, the proposed pipeline holds potential as an infrastructure for developing web applications, mobile applications, and plugins for popular GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and QGIS.

Konsep Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dakwah

This study aims to find out how to understand the da'wah management information system. The da'wah management information system is an information system for da'wah management which is structured using formal procedures, with the aim of providing relevant information to managers, both internal information and external information in all the relevant organizational functions, so that decision making can be carried out effectively. . The role of this da'wah management information system is as a tool used to describe in fact the circumstances and situations both internal. So with the existence of an increasingly sophisticated da'wah management information system, it is able to bring and make it easier for preaching to be more effective. As we can see with the emergence of information systems in the form of computers, cellphones that have a wider range can make it easier for us to access da'wah without coming to the place.

Qutrit-Inspired Fully Self-Supervised Shallow Quantum Learning Network for Brain Tumor Segmentation.

Classical self-supervised networks suffer from convergence problems and reduced segmentation accuracy due to forceful termination. Qubits or bilevel quantum bits often describe quantum neural network models. In this article, a novel self-supervised shallow learning network model exploiting the sophisticated three-level qutrit-inspired quantum information system, referred to as quantum fully self-supervised neural network (QFS-Net), is presented for automated segmentation of brain magnetic resonance (MR) images. The QFS-Net model comprises a trinity of a layered structure of qutrits interconnected through parametric Hadamard gates using an eight-connected second-order neighborhood-based topology. The nonlinear transformation of the qutrit states allows the underlying quantum neural network model to encode the quantum states, thereby enabling a faster self-organized counterpropagation of these states between the layers without supervision. The suggested QFS-Net model is tailored and extensively validated on the Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) dataset collected from the Nature repository. The experimental results are also compared with state-of-the-art supervised (U-Net and URes-Net architectures) and the self-supervised QIS-Net model and its classical counterpart. Results shed promising segmented outcomes in detecting tumors in terms of dice similarity and accuracy with minimum human intervention and computational resources. The proposed QFS-Net is also investigated on natural gray-scale images from the Berkeley segmentation dataset and yields promising outcomes in segmentation, thereby demonstrating the robustness of the QFS-Net model.

European School on Health Information: Strengthening Public Health Information Workforce in Europe

Abstract Background The globalisation of the world economies has increased the need for more global health approaches requiring sophisticated and sustainable Health Information (HI) systems, and the development of new technologies. These new technologies require skilled professionals to manage public health information in most efficient ways. New challenges in Public Health, such as Pandemics, are demanding more skillful people to respond to these challenges. However, currently large inequalities on availability and training of qualified Public Health Information professionals exist in Europe. Methods In order to set up a sustainable European Union HI training program, the 1st European School on Health Information (ESHI2020) was developed, an HI capacity building programme with European Experts. Based on this, PHIRI established Capacity Building as a fundamental arm for the development of health information, from which a set of training, courses and webinars have emerged. Results The ESHI2020 took place online from Oct 1 to Nov 5 2020, and was focused on Health Examination Survey, from data collection to policy-making. The course consisted of 5 sessions, including theoretical and practical classes, group work among trainees and discussion of practical cases and projects on HIS involving trainees and trainers. 20 participants from Europe, and 15 lecturers from European most important public health institutes and Universities contributed to this training. Conclusions There is a need for qualified skilled professionals in HI taking into account a changing global environment. Most of HI capacity building programmes are yet to reach maturity, and the results from the first ESHI2020 led to a new strategy on Health Information in Europe, that with the support of the PHIRI project will give rise to an European and annual program on Health Information.

The impact of the input level of information system audit on the audit quality: Korean evidence

In response to the increasingly sophisticated corporate information system environment in producing accounting data, audit firms are undertaking information system (IS) audit in addition to conventional auditing. This study focuses on examining the impact of input level of IS audit on audit quality. We collected data on IS audit hours, a unique reporting requirement for Korean listed-firms as disclosed in the External Audit Implementation Details beginning in 2014. Simultaneously, we used the amount of discretionary accruals and measure of conservatism, C_Score as the proxies of the audit quality. By empirically examining a sample set that includes 2,370 corporate-year observations from the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (2014–2018), we found that IS audit hours and IS audit personnel had a statistically significant negative correlation when estimating with amount of discretionary accruals using the model of Kothari et al. (2005) and positive correlation with C_Score. Even when the group was divided into Big 4 and non-BIG 4, these results were apparent in firm samples that were audited by Big 4 audit firms, whereas those audited by non-Big 4 firms did not show these results. Taken together, the following conclusion can be derived. Audit quality has improved through conducting IS audit in response to new types of audit risks that have emerged because of the use of information technology in corporations. Significantly, this study analyzes empirically the effect that the effort of IS auditing has on improving audit quality by using a unique reporting requirement for Korean-listed firms. The study confirms that an appropriate level of IS audit input can improve audit quality. In addition, it is meaningful that IS audit practice is following the risk-based approach of the Clarified International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

Robust and Reliable Process-Aware Information Systems

Over recent years, several sophisticated Process-Aware Information Systems (PAIS) have been proposed for managing business processes and automating large-scale scientific (e-Science) processes. Much of this success is due to their ability to provide generic functionality for modeling, execution and monitoring processes. These functionalities work well when process execution follows a well-behaved path towards achieving the models objectives. However, exceptions and anomalous situations that fall outside of the well-behaved execution path still pose a significant challenge to PAIS. The treatment for such exceptions usually involves interventions in systems by human operators, which result in significant additional cost for businesses. In this paper, we introduce a cost-aware recovery composition method that is able to find and follow recovery paths that reduce the cost of exception handling. From a practical point of view, our proposal reduces complexity and the need for manual interventions to handle exceptions. Finally, the feasibility of recovery mechanism is discussed from its implementation into WED-flow framework.

Izazovi računovodstva u savremenom digitalnom okruženju

This paper discusses the implications of the accounting profession in the context of digitization and smart financial reporting. The importance of digital transformation of accounting and auditing teams in the direction of using digital technologies and professional skills for compiling and disclosing smart financial reports of economic entities is emphasized. In this context, the paper lists the skills and knowledge that should be improved by accounting professionals for new sophisticated accounting information systems. The paper concludes that the application of digital accounting will enable the improvement of financial reporting of economic entities at the national and global level.
