Over the last decade, information and communication technology(ICT) is being utilized in various forms such as smartphone usage, RFID / USN, websites, and social media. The development of ICT has become a key factors of improving the quality of life as well as affecting consumers’ behavior in service industry. Research on the effect of technology on the accepters of such innovations has been conducted in various studies in the past. The problem is that it has been studied unilaterally to what effect it has on accepters. Also there is no empirical study in a case of hotels in Korea.
