Annually we recognize the papers published in IFT's peer-reviewed journals that have been most cited or downloaded in the two years previous to the last full publishing year. Each of the authors receives special recognition and a certificate of achievement at the Reviewers’ Reception at IFT's Annual Meeting and Food Expo. Congratulations to all the authors. As a sign of increased quality of the papers, for 2007, 212 out of 302 papers were cited at least once, and the 29 citations for the most cited paper of 2007 is 40% more than the most cited paper of 2006.
