This research aims to investigate the influence of the selection process on the job performance of employees at CV Global Design. The study focuses on key factors in the selection process, such as the assessment of design skills, organizational cultural fit, and international experience. The research methodology involves a comprehensive analysis of the selection process applied in the context of the global design industry. Through primary data collection and interviews with employees and owners who have undergone the selection process, this study seeks to identify the correlation between the effectiveness of the selection process and the job performance of employees at CV Global Design. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to a practical understanding of how improvements in the selection process can enhance the job performance of employees in the global design planning and supervision consulting industry. The implications of the research findings can assist companies in enhancing their selection strategies to ensure the placement of employees who are both suitable and high-performing in this competitive industry context
