In contemporary implantology, we observe high rates of success and predictability, however, bone availability, or the amount of bone or lack of it in height and width, can limit the technique of installing bone-integrating implants. Rehabilitation of the maxilla in the posterior region, in cases where there was loss of the posterior dental elements of the maxilla, and in cases where the sinuses are pneumatized, a factor that limits the installation of integrable bone implants in these regions, it has been proposed and used techniques of maxillary sinus lift. In those cases, with insufficient bone quantity, rehabilitation with dental implants when the all on four technique is not used, it is only possible through bone reconstitution in place through the nasal sinus lifting technique.
