Leadership style of the village head in driving the physical development of the village (study in Sungai Bawang Village Singingi District Kuantan Singingi Regency)

This study aims to determine the Village Head's Leadership Style in Mobilizing Village Physical Development (Study in Sungai Bawang Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency). The Village Head is the head of a government organization that has a strategic position and has broad responsibilities. Village Development is a process of development activities that take place in the Village which covers all aspects of community life and livelihood. Leadership Style is an important role to achieve the success of one's leadership in an organization. The Village Head is the head of a government organization that has a strategic position and has broad responsibilities. Responsibilities in the village are matters of service tasks that are centered on the village head. The achievement of village development, the village government makes a development plan, the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDesa) is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 114 of 2014 concerning Village Development Guidelines. Research Results The Head of Sungai Bawang Village is more dominant in using a participatory leadership style, although not fully used. The types and sources of research data are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Data collection techniques were Observation, Interview and Documentation techniques and this research was conducted in Sungai Bawang Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with various selection of respondents taken from age, occupation, gender requirements.

PENGGUNAAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DENGAN STRATEGI (PICTURE AND PICTURE) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS SISWA KELAS VII PADA MATERI TEKS PROSEDUR

This study aims to describe the improvement of procedural text writing in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Singingi, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency by using Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with Picture and Picture Strategy. This research method is classroom action research. The research subjects were VII SMP Negeri 4 Singingi totaling 20 students. This research consists of two cycles. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, written test procedure text, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Validity of data with validity (democratic, process, dialogical) and triangulation. The results showed that the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with the Picture and Picture Strategy could improve the ability to write procedural texts in terms of processes and outcomes in class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Singingi. Improving the quality of the process can be seen from the role of teachers and students who have increased significantly in the implementation of learning. This is marked by the emergence of a positive response through the cooperative and enthusiastic attitude shown by students, as well as conducive learning conditions. Process improvements ultimately have a positive impact on increasing yields. The improvement in the results can be seen from the increase in the scores of students' written procedure text from cycle I to cycle II. The average score at the time of pre-action was 68.14, the average in the first cycle was 68.57, and the average in the second cycle was 80.64. The increase in the average score from pre-action to cycle II was 12.05.

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH B3 DARI FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS SUNGAI SIRIH KECAMATAN SINGINGI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

In Indonesia, the increase in health waste is around 70-90%, along with the increase in health service centers in Indonesia. This B3 waste comes from health agencies which are considered dangerous and can cause various types of health impacts. The production of solid medical waste from health services nationally in Indonesia is estimated at 376,089 tons/day. Kuantan Singingi Regency is in accordance with the guidelines for the Decree of the Minister of the Environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of B3 waste at Sungai Sirih Community Health Center, Singingi District. This type of research is a qualitative survey, namely the method of interviews and field observations. The research subjects also involved in the management of B3 waste at Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely, the Head of the Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the results of research at the Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019, it was found that human resources in the B3 waste management process did not have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at work and the facilities and infrastructure used were also inadequate and incomplete and there were no funds. or puskesmas budget in the process of B3 waste management at Sungai Sirih Health Center, so that the sorting process, collection process, storage process, transportation process, and landfill or burial process have not been carried out according to health requirements according to LHK Regulation No. 56 of 2015 concerning Procedures and Technical Requirements for the Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste from Health Service Facilities.

PENDAMPINGAN PRAKTEK IBADAH PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 BAGI ANAK USIA DINI DI DESA PULAU PADANG KEC.SINGINGI KAB.KUANTAN SINGINGI

The introduction of worship to children at an early age must be done with love, fun and without elements of coercion. Guidance and habituation of worship starts from the family by both parents and is continued to school in a professionally programmed manner. Worship that is instilled in children from an early age of course begins with simple materials such as prayer, fasting, zakat, hajj and umrah, habituation of daily prayers and so on. The location of this community service is carried out at Harapan Bunda Kindergarten, Pulang Padang Village, Singingi District, Kab. Kuantan Singingi. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, an effort is needed to overcome the problem of limited online and face-to-face learning in providing Worship Practice Assistance for Early Childhood. Where, the role of teachers and parents is very influential in helping facilitate children's learning activities as well as providing motivation and reinforcement to children in learning and worship. The results of this community service include: (1) There is an increase in knowledge and understanding of participants about the procedures for carrying out worship practices for Early Childhood. (2) All participants have understood the procedures for practicing Worship for Early Childhood, including: procedures for ablution, prayer and reading, hajj and umrah. (3) Increased insight to early childhood education teachers related to mentoring worship practices in order to develop Spiritual aspects of early childhood starting from the introduction of Worship Materials and the Demonstration stage starting from planning, implementing and evaluating.

Geochemical Analysis of Metal Minerals on Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province as a Connection part of Bukit Barisan Mountain, West Sumatera, Indonesia

The research area is located in Muara Lembu Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. Located at coordinates 0°25'40.85"S - 101°17'50.82"E and 0°26'45.50"S - 101°19'27.81"E. The research area's landform consists of slightly structural steep, structural sloping hills, and low denudational hills. The study area consists of a rock unit, which is claystone units indicated by a thin layer that formed metal minerals because of the erosional process in several places, which the erosion process transported to the research area. It is supported by thrust slip fault, resulting in gaps at the weak zone and eroded minerals filling and changing the claystone composition. At the same time, the oxidation process occurred in the research area. The geomorphology and stratigraphy analysis results show three types: Slightly Structural Steep, Structural Slooping Hills, and Low Denudational Hills. The results of Genesis and Potential Minerals in the study area consist of carrier rocks from the Claystone Unit. The deposition process can be called Sediment Genesis. The results of X-Ray Fluorescence (X-RF) and X-Ray Diffraction (X-RD) tests showed that the highest minerals are silica (SiO2) with metal mineral potentials such as pyrolusite (MnO2), Muscovite (H2KAL3Si3O12), Graphite (C), Hematite (Fe2O3), Aluminum Oxide / Corundum (Al2O3), Manganese (Mn), Silver (Ag), and Titanium (Ti). This research showed the economic value in the form of iron and steel.

Efektivitas Teknik Sosiodrama Dalam Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Penyesuaian Diri Siswa

This research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of Sociodrama technique on group guidance service in increasing student self-adjustment at State Senior High School 2 Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. It was a pre-experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design. The subjects of this research were the tenth-grade students, and the object was Sociodrama technique on group guidance service in increasing student self-adjustment. All the tenth-grade students of MIPA 1 that were 30 students were the population of this research. Purposive sampling technique was used in this research, and 10 students having low self-adjustment were selected as the samples. Questionnaire, documentation, and observation were the techniques of collecting the data. The technique of analyzing the data was signed-rank test or Wilcoxon test. The research findings showed that student self-adjustment before the action (pretest) was on medium category and the mean total score was 46.1. It increased after being given the treatment (posttest) using Sociodrama technique on group guidance service, the increase was 15.7, so the mean total score was 61.8 and it was on high category. Based on the result of testing the hypothesis using Wilcoxon test, it was obtained the probability score 0.005 that was lower than 0.05. It meant that Null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and Alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It could be concluded that Sociodrama technique on group guidance service was effective in increasing student self-adjustment.

PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN BERBASIS PENDEKATAN ACCELERATED LEARNING DI KELAS V SD NEGERI 011 AIR EMAS KECAMATAN SINGINGI

Reading comprehension is a reading activity that aims to obtain adequate understanding and interpretation of the meanings contained in written symbols. the reading process is divided into three stages, such as pre-reading, reading, and post-reading. But the reality is that many of the students still experience difficulties in reading comprehension learning. Therefore, researchers applied an Accelerated Learning approach to improve students' reading comprehension skills. The results showed, the assessment of the process of reading students' skills for each assessment indicator was in the value range of 78.35% to 87.35% which was included in the good and very good category. While the results of the assessment of the overall reading skills process were 82.32% with a very good category. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that learning based on the accelerated learning approach can enhance reading comprehension skills of students in class V of the Primary school of 011 Air Emas, Singingi District.
