Perencanaan Bahan Baku Produksi Menggunakan Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Studi Kasus Teh Botol Sosro

Raw material inventory is a serious problem for manufacturing companies. Shortages of raw materials can stop production, while inventories that are too large cause high storage costs and result in idle capital. Therefore, research entitled "Planning Raw Materials for Production of Sosro Bottled Tea Using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Method at Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang" was carried out. The aim of this research is to determine the planning of the amount of raw materials needed for production. This research is descriptive with primary and secondary data. The research results show that the raw material requirements for the production of Teh Botol Sosro for the period January 2022-December 2022 are as follows: Sugar 5,213,184 kg, Dry Tea 365,329 kg, Water 6,455,592,000 ml, Bottle Cap/Crown Cork 2,934,600 pcs, Bottles 2,934. 600 pcs, and Krat 1,222,650 pcs. Lot size calculations using the Lot for Lot (LFL) and Period Order Quantity (POQ) methods show that the POQ method is more economical with a minimum cost of IDR 1,944,412.59. PENGARUH GREEN MARKETING TERHADAP MINAT DAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN PT. SINAR SOSRO TABANAN

Ecological problems due to the increasing volume of plastic waste are a global concern, with several Asian countries including Indonesia as the main contributor of plastic waste to the oceans. PT Sinar Sosro hopes that by implementing green marketing it can influence customer purchasing decisions which include customer confidence and confidence in the products purchased. This study aims to evaluate the impact of green marketing on consumer choice and purchase intention at PT Sinar Sosro Tabanan Branch Office. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research subjects were all consumers of PT Sinar Sosro Tabanan Head Office with samples taken using accidental sampling technique totaling 60 samples. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as a data processing tool. The results found that environmentally friendly marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with a coefficient of 0.788, and a purchase decision coefficient of 0.646. Purchase intention is also shown to mediate the impact of green marketing on purchasing decisions with a partial effect. Good implementation of green marketing increases consumer purchasing decisions and purchase interest, and supports PT Sinar Sosro in maintaining market share in the midst of intense beverage industry competition.

Checklist Audit and Improvement Recommendations at TPS LB3 PT Sinar Sosro Ungaran

PT Sinar Sosro Ungaran is a subsidiary of PT Sinar Sosro which produces ready-to-drink tea in bottles. Product manufacturing process produces LB3 (Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun). LB3 is stored and packaged in TPS, but the conditions do not comply with health and environmental sector regulations. The research method was carried out using an audit checklist, the hierarchical control to minimize the level of risk that occurs. In addition, this study also used a risk assessment questionnaire on existing conditions and repair simulations. The aim is to analyze the comparison between the two questionnaires as a form of validation of proposed improvements. Risk assessment only uses the severity parameter to see the severity of the risks that occur. Based on the results of the analysis, it was obtained that 29.09% of the TPS LB3 conditions needed to be repaired so that they comply with the LB3 Management regulations (PLB3). The results show that there are 14 TPS LB3 conditions that need to be repaired. Based on the analysis conducted, it is known that the risk level is significantly reduced by 2.70%, so that recommendations for improvement are considered valid to be implemented.

Korelasi Perencanaan Pajak, Akuntansi Pertanggungjawaban Dan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Kinerja Manajerial

The article aims to analyze the correlation of tax planning and responsibility accounting on manager performance with the organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The respondents of this study are all levels of managers, both operational and middle level managers at PT. Sinar Sosro Central Java Region as many as 56 people. We use path anaysis to analyze the data. The study finds that tax planning and responsibility accounting have an influence on organizational commitment. Beeside, tax planning, responsibility accounting and organizational commitment influence toward managerial performance. However, tax planning and accountability accounting do not affect managerial performance through organizational commitment.

Implementasi Sistem Remunerasi Dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Sinar Sosro KP Sukabumi

Based on the results of observations it was found that employee morale has decreased as seen from employee absentee level data, the average employee absentee level in 2022 is 0.57% or less than 1%. This study aims to calculate and describe the effect of the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation on the morale of the employees of PT Sinar Sosro Sukabumi Sales Office. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique or saturated samples. The samples taken in this study were 53 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneously using the F test. The results of the research based on the results of the t test of 3,007 indicate that the remuneration system variable has a significant positive effect on employee morale, while the extrinsic motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance variables with a result of 3,970. Based on the results of the F test of 12,430, it shows that the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee morale.

THE EFFECT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND COMMITMENT ON PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION

The purpose of the research that has been carried out is to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and commitment on performance through job satisfaction of non-manager employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The research method used is a survey method, the data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 non-PT employees. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. Sampling using the census and the analytical method used in this study is path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects of emotional intelligence, commitment, satisfaction and performance. Based on the research results, it is known that emotional intelligence and commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction; emotional intelligence, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance; and emotional intelligence, commitment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of non-managers at PT Sinar Sostro Tasikmalaya Branch.

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN VOLUME PENJUALAN PADA PT. SINAR SOSRO PALEMBANG

The company's competition will be sharper along with the increasing number of companies that produce the same product. In carrying out its activities, companies need marketing in order to achieve their goals because marketing activities are one of the activities carried out by companies that aim to provide goods and services for consumers. Likewise PT. Sinar Sosro Palembang which is a private company engaged in the sale of ready-to-drink beverages. If the company does not use good marketing, the company will experience various difficulties in marketing its products. To be able to increase sales volume is not easy, given the increasingly fierce competition between companies. Companies can anticipate from the start in implementing the right product sales strategy to face competition between companies, especially in similar companies. The Influence of Non Physical Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Sinar Sosro Palembang

This study aims to analyze the effect of non-physical work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Palembang. This study uses primary data and secondary data sources. Respondents in this study were 47 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the non-physical work environment had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Sinar Sosro Palembang. While job satisfaction has no effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Palembang. This research is useful for companies to pay more attention to the non-physical work environment so that employee performance can continue to be improved.

Analisis Penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Pada PT Sinar Sosro Palembang

PT. Sinar Sosro which is the first ready to drink bottled company in Indonesia and in the world. In developing its business, PT. Sinar Sosro has distributed sales throughout the archipelago, through sales branch offices spread throughout the archipelago. PT. Sinar Sosro in its company management has implemented the Enterprise Resource Planning System, the ERP system built by Sosro's management allows access to data from Sosro's branch offices. Functional area at PT. Sinar Sosro covers: Sales and marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory, Invoice. In the grip of this functional area, PT. Sinar Sosro uses SAP as its ERP program. The distribution system is capable of handling the company's manufacturing, logistics, inventory, shipping, invoicing, and accounting processes. This system helps control business activities such as sales, delivery, production, inventory management, quality management, and human resources. The modules used in SAP are inventory management, plant maintenance, production, finance and accounting, human resource management.

Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Sinar Sosro Kantor Penjualan (KP) Jember

Background - The company has provided occupational safety and health facilities to avoid work accidents, but employees still do not use the equipment that has been provided. This can affect the performance of employees in carrying out their work. Objective - This study aims to determine the partial effect of work safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) towards employee performance (Y) of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research used a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were the employees of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember and covered 32 employees as the number of samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows software application. Findings - The results of this study indicate that, partially, the work safety variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.026. Partially, the occupational health variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.028. While the work environment variable (X3) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with significance value of 0.013. The adjusted R-squared value of 0.799. This indicates that 79% of variations in employee performance variable can be well explained by occupational safety, occupational health and work environment variables. The remaining value of 0.21 or 21% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study. Research implications - The results of this study are expected to be input and as additional information for the company in providing occupational safety and health facilities to the performance of employees at PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Research limitations - The limitations of this study are that it only uses three variables while there are many other factors that can affect employee performance, and the sample used is still small so it cannot be generalized to all companies.

The Effect of Product Innovation on Consumer Interest in the Purchase of Bottled Tea Products at PT. Sinar Sosro Medan

Product innovation is a guideline that is expected to influence consumer interest in purchases. The problem formulation in this study is whether there is a significant influence of product innovation on consumer interest in purchasing. And the purpose of this research is to find out if there is a significant relationship between product innovation and consumer interest in purchasing Bottled Tea Products at PT Sinar Sosro Medan. The research approach carried out is a quantitative type of primary data source. This study used a simple linear regression analysis model using SPSS (Statistica Product and Service Solution) software version 21.0. The number of samples in this study was as many as 78 customers. The results of this study showed a regression equation where Y = 1,807 + 0.5X + e, which means product innovation has a positive influence on consumer interest. This indicates that if there is an increase in product innovation by 1 unit, it will be followed by an increase in consumer interest by 0.5 units. Based on the significance test shows a significant influence of product innovation on consumer interest, it is seen that the significance value for the influence of X on Y is 0.00<0.05 and thitung value of 5.626> ttabel 2.6403 means that if product innovation is improved then consumer interest will also increase. And from the test results of the coefficient of determination in nila R Square of 0.294 this shows that 29.4% of consumer interest is influenced by product innovation and the remaining 71.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. This will be even better if product innovation continues to be implemented and improved with the increasing interest of consumers, because of PT employees. Sinar Sosro will have the opportunity to channel its creativity with better innovation ideas.

EFFECT OF PRODUCTS, PROMOTION, AND DISTRIBUTION OF PURCHASING DECISIONS ON FIGHTING BRAND

The presence of the fighting brand is the company's strategy to capture market share. In addition to releasing superior products that already exist in the market, it is also important for companies to fill the niche of business that is still empty, one of which is by introducing the fighting brand. Soft drinking products are currently favored by various groups of old, young, and children. This research is intended to determine the significant influence of marketing factors consisting of products, promotions, and distribution on the purchasing decision of S-tee soft drink brand fighter products produced by PT. Sinar Sosro. The study used respondents who have a habit of consuming S-tee products as many as 320 people. The data analysis method uses path analysis statistical techniques, which analyze the effect of each of the variables studied. Partially, promotion and distribution variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results also showed that 41.7% of the purchasing decisions of S-tee fighter brand products were influenced by product, promotion, and distribution, while 58.3% were influenced by other factors.

Pengelolaan SDM UMKM Kuliner Binaan di Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusat

MSMEs has also contributed to the national economy. However, this sector is unable to develop optimally due to variety of fundamental weaknesses. One of the weaknesses is in regards to Human Resource management and the inability to properly implement its functions which has affected the performance of MSME. Community Service Program was conducted by FEB-UP in collaboration with PT. Sinar Sosro in order to find solutions towards the challenges faced by the culinary SMEs in Cempaka Putih Through interviews, discussions and giving direct understanding of good human resource management, we hoped that the MSME actors will be able to understand to make of plans for development, improvement and evaluation of the performance of these culinary MSME actors. From the results of visits, discussions and direct interviews to the field, it was found that the performance of MSME actors was not optimal, such as the simple division of tasks, the administration of sales that was not neat and the provision of compensation that had not been measured. It is hoped that the results of these activities will provide benefits for the improvement of HR management which will have an impact on increasing the business results of these culinary MSMEs.

Factors Influencing Supply Chain Performance through Sharing Information on PT Sinar Sosro KPW Banten

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of supplier integration, internal integration, and customer integration on supply chain performance through sharing information at PT. Sinar Sosro KPW Banten. The study method used is quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results show that supplier integration and internal integration have no effect on supply chain performance. Supplier integration, internal integration, and costumer integration affect the sharing information. And customer integration and sharing information have an effect on supply chain performance. The current conclusion of this result, managers need to improve customer integration and information sharing. (AR, FA, MRR)

Identification of production planning and supply of glass bottles at the bottled tea company

Sinar Sosro Limited (SS Ltd) is a company that produces a variety of packaged teas with superior products of bottled tea with 220 ml glass bottles. Based on the preliminary research, the glass bottles still can meet the production but with the demand. In their production planning, the company applies a method of estimating or predicting so that production results cannot meet production demand. This is the background of the researchers to make production planning based on forecasting methods and determine the quantity of glass bottle orders to meet demand. In forecasting the demand for production of the 220 ml glass bottle packaging, the methods used are Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Linear Regression by comparing the size of forecasting errors using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). To determine the supply of glass bottles used the EOQ (Economy Order Quantity) method to determine the purchase of the most economical glass bottles. Base on the data, the Moving Average method (n=9) was the best forecasting used to predict the 220 ml glass bottle packaging demand for the next period of 233,862 crates with MAD forecasting error of 13,680, MSE of 561,420,907, and MAPE 5.49% which is the smallest value of the three methods. The application of the EOQ method results in the most economical order of glass bottles that is 136,234 crates for one message with a total repurchase frequency of 21 times a year.

SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PENGOLAHAN DANA KAS KECIL MENGGUNAKAN METODE IMPREST PADA PT SINAR SOSRO BANDARLAMPUNG

PT Sinar Sosro Bandar Lampung is a company engaged in the sale of beverages. Data processing at PT Sinar Sosro issuance of claim evidence is still manual, which has not been computerized, one of which is the process of issuing the calculation of claim evidence to the company. Based on the above problems, there are several solutions to deal with so that the management of petty cash funds can simplify spending. The design of the information system for managing petty cash funds uses the imprest method at PT Sinar Sosro Bandar Lampung, namely the design of the system is done using Use Case Diagrams and Applications are built using Borland Delphi 7 and MySQL databases. Testing this system uses a black box. The results of this study are to produce a petty cash fund management information system containing information about the expenditure of petty cash funds, proof of claims that can help and be evidence of the existence of expenditure activities carried out when the petitioner wants to use petty cash funds.

Analisis dan Strategi Mitigasi Risiko Produksi Teh Botol Sosro di PT. Sinar Sosro Pabrik Bali

This study aims to identify risks, analyze the level of risk priority, and formulate alternative strategies and determine priority risk factors to minimize the risk of Sosro Teh Botol production. This study uses two methods, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method used to assess and determine risk priorities, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine priority risk factors. At PT Sinar Sosro Bali Factory there are 18 risks of Teh Botol Sosro production, which are divided into 5 risk factors, namely: raw materials, water treatment, kitchen, bottling, and finished products. Risk assessment and determination of risk priorities results in a number of risks that have the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) for each risk factor, namely delays in raw materials for tea and sugar (14.1), damage to water pumping machines (15.8), sugar weighing errors by employees (19.5), broken bottles in the washing machine (18.7), and collisions between products during distribution (17.1). The mitigation strategy is chosen for the raw material risk factor to improve the raw material ordering schedule, the water treatment risk factor to carry out periodic maintenance of the pump engine, the kitchen risk factor to increase the control of the weighing operator, the risk factor for bottling to improve the setting of the bottle washer machine, and the risk factor for the finished product to increase control over the application of the distribution SOP.

Analisis Tingkat Intensitas Kebisingan terhadap Kelelahan Kerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi PT Sinar Sosro Palembang

Occupational fatigue will increase the level of work errors and reduce performance or producti- vity. If work errors increase, there will be opportunities for workplace accidents in the industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of noise level intensity on occupational fatigue among workers at PT Sinar Sosro Palembang. The research method uses total sampling or the entire population as the study sample i.e. 40 workers of production unit. The study results obtained p-value of 0,864, which means there is no relationship between the level of noise and work fatigue among production unit workers. Nonetheless, the workers who experience mild and medium fatigue are recommended to take a short break for 5-15 minutes every 1 to 2 hours and it is expected for employees to comply more fully with PPE regulations in order to avoid work accidents.

Event Sponsorship Service Quality at PT Sinar Sosro East Java Region: A Gap Analysis

Traditional marketing communication media begin to be abandoned by customers; therefore, companies need to find other more effective alternatives to communicate with customers. Companies try to convince that customers not only use the the products they bought but also get unforgetable experience. Thus, companies often hold experiential marketing in the form of event as one of the alternatives. One of the efficient ways to conduct event marketing activities is by establishing an event sponsorship and building collaboration with event organizers. One of many companies which prioritizes its event sponsorship is PT Sinar Sosro East Java Region Representative Office. To be able to maintain the continuity of this program, PT Sinar Sosro East Java Region Representative Office needs to pay attention to the quality of event sponsorships services provided by company’s Marketing support Division. The purpose of this study is to analyze customer evaluation that is the event organizers, for the quality of company’s sponsorhip event services. In line with this purpose, this study used a 5-scale Likert measurement from the 5 dimension SERVQUAL measurement items with gap analysis techniques. Samples were taken using a proportional stratified random sampling method, resulted a minimum sample size of 97 respondents. Questionnaires were sent to 115 respondents but only 101 which could be analyzed further. Results showed that PT Sinar Sosro East Java Region Representative Office sponsorship event services was rated good since most of the results from gap analysis of each items of questionnaire statements showed a positive scores. Although some negative scores appeared, it did not dominate the overal result. The negative scores appeared on several items on tangibles, reliability and responsiveness dimensions. Overall positive scores were existed on assurance dimension, which consisted of the most statement items on this questionnaire, and empathy dimension. This indicated that the level of service received by customers had exceeded the service level expected by them.

Influence of Products, Promotion and Distribution of Purchasing Decisions on Fighting Brand Products (S-Tee) PT. Sinar Sosro

Abstract— The purpose of this research is to find out the significant influence of marketing factors which consists of product, promotion, and good distribution simultaneously or partially toward fighting brand product (S-tee) for buying decision at PT. Sinar Sosro. The description of the population which is management students in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STEI) examined the entire customers who buy Fighting brand product (S-tee) at PT. Sinar Sosro with as much as 320 samples of people are taken as respondent. The multiple regression analysis is used as analysis technique in this research in addition to find out the amount of regression coefficient as well as to show the strength influence of a product, promotion, and good distribution simultaneously or partially toward fighting brand product (S-tee) buying decision at PT. Sinar Sosro. The statistic test which is conducted can also be concluded that variable which has dominant influence toward customers’ decision in buying fighting brand product (S-tee) at PT. Sinar Sosro is a good distribution variable since its partial determination coefficient is the highest that is 33.1% compare to other variables.
