A method for the transient analysis of nonlinear circuits with frequency-dependent parameters is described. This method does not require numerical integration of differential equations. Applications include delay and crosstalk simulation of high-speed VLSI interconnects and simulation of nonlinear microwave circuits with parameters calculated or measured as a function of frequency. Examples and comparisons with previously published techniques are presented.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
