Strategi Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Karakter Religius Pada Siswa Melalui Pembiasaan Membaca Surat Yaasiin Di SDN Simpang Tiga Kota Cilegon

This study aim ed to determine the teachers ’ strategy to improv e students’ religious character through reading Yaasiin habituation at grade VA SDN Simpang Tiga. The method of this research was a qualitative method, with a descriptive qualitative type. Data were collect ed through observation and interview, which were then analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study reveal ed that Islamic education teachers at SDN Simpang Tiga improve d the students’ religious character through reading Yaasiin habituation. It was found that the teachers were able to carry out the process of improving the students’ religious character through distance learning activities and to know the religious character possessed by students at grade VA SDN Simpang Tiga.

Analysis of High School Students 'Mathematic Critical Thinking Ability with Graded Response Models

The ability to think critically in mathematics, especially high-level mathematical critical thinking, is needed by students so that students are able to face changing circumstances or challenges that exist in life that is always developing. Graded response models (GRM) are used in order to display the estimated item parameters and students' abilities. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study using SMA Simpang Tiga in terms of their mathematical critical thinking skills. Subjects were taken using a mathematical critical thinking ability test, then processed through Microsoft Excel to obtain a Graded Response Models (GRM) graph.Based on data analysis Students can be categorized as highly skilled, in general students can determine the concept of the problem correctly, are able to formulate problems in solving problems, are able to provide reasons and arguments clearly, but students are less able to evaluate problems in solving problems. Students who are categorized as having moderate ability, students can determine the concept of the problem correctly, are able to formulate problems, but students are less clear in providing reasons and arguments clearly, and are less able to evaluate the problems contained in solving problems. Students who are categorized as low, students are able to determine the concept correctly, but students are less able to formulate problems, and students are unable to provide clear reasons.

DETERMINANTS OF HYPERTENSION IN THE ELDERLY AT SIMPANG TIGA HEALTH CENTER PEKANBARU CITY

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg with two measurements with calm conditions. High blood pressure or hypertension is one of the most killer diseases in the world today. According to WHO (2015) around 1.13 billion people in the world have hypertension, meaning that 1 in 3 people in the world was diagnosed with hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determined the determinant of the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at Simpang Tiga Health Center, Pekanbaru City in 2020. This type of research was quantitative analytic with cross sectional research design and purposive sampling technique with 183 respondents as sample from 1617 populations. The results showed that variables related to the incidence of hypertension were excessive sodium consumption with P value = 0,000, (POR = 3,874 95% CI: 2,008-7,475), physical activity P value = 0.008 (POR = 2,323 95% CI: 1,280-4,215) , and eating patterns with a value of Pvalue = 0.024 (POR = 2.302 95% CI: 1.166-4.543). It is expected that elderly program holders will provide counseling services and counseling about excessive sodium consumption and better dietary arrangements and encouraged the elderly and families to reduce foods containing excess sodium and continue to carry out physical activities, actively participating in activities held once a week at the health center/ integrated elderly development post.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE BODY MASS INDEX WITH THE EVENT OF HIPERTENSION IN POLI USILA PUSKESMAS RAWAT INAP SIMPANG TIGA KOTA PEKANBARU

Hypertension is a multifactorial cause with many differences and one of the leading causes of death in the world. The incidence of hypertension is very high with a prevalence reaching 60% to 80% of the elderly population. Body mass index (BMI) is highly influential in hypertension where overweight can estimate the risk of hypertension compared to normal BMI. BMI that is often afflicted by hypertensionis was obesity. Obesity provides the impetus to activate the simple nervous system for changes in the structure and function of the kidneys. Arterial pressure control of diuresis and natriuresis causes blood pressure to become hypertensive. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there is a relationship between BMI and hypertension in the elderly in Simpang Tiga Health Center Pekanbaru City. This research was an analytic observational research with cross sectional approach and accidental sampling technique. The total sample of 61 people included in the inclusion criteria of total participation. This research was conducted on January 21-23, 2020 in the Elderly Poly in Simpang Tiga Health Center Pekanbaru City. The results of this study were p-value <0.01 (p-value <0.05) and correlation coefficient (rs) of 0.424 which means there was a relationship between BMI and hypertension in the elderly in positive direction and moderate strength relationship. The conclusion of this study was that BMI has a significant relationship with hypertension in elderly in Simpang Tiga Health Center Pekanbaru City.

TINJAUAN KRIMINOLOGI TERHADAP PENJUAL KORAN DENGAN BERSERAGAM SEKOLAH (Studi Di Lampu Lalu Lintas Simpang Tiga Tengku Bey Kota Pekanbaru)

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors underlying newspaper sellers who did not attend school, but used school uniforms when selling newspapers. As well as this study aims to provide knowledge that children are not only able to become objects but also have the potential to become subjects. The research method used is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. The research location is the Simpang Tiga Tengku Bey Traffic Lights in Pekanbaru City. The conclusion of this study is VI is the subject of deviant behavior with school uniform symbols as a mode to attract community empathy.

Faktor Lingkungan yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) Pada Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas RI Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2015

Seluruh kematian yang disebabkan oleh ISPA mencakup 20% -30% per tahun (Rasmaliah, 2004). faktor risiko yang berkonstribusi terhadap terjadinya ISPA adalah antara lain gizi kurang, ASI Eksklusif rendah, polusi udara dalam ruangan, kepadatan, cakupan imunisasi campak rendah, dan BBLR (WHO, 2007). Kepadatan hunian dalam rumah perlu diperhitungkan karena mempunyai peranan dalam penyebaran mikroorganisme di dalam lingkungan rumah atau kediaman Dari 20 Puskesmas yang ada di kota Pekanbaru, Puskesmas yang paling tertinggi angka kejadian ISPA pada tahun 2015 yaitu di Puskesmas Simpang Tiga dengan presentase 58,9%.Tujuan penenilitian ini ialah Untuk mengetahui factor lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) Pada Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas RI Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode crsosectional. Adapun jumlah populasi sebanyak 1658 balita tahun 2015 dengan Sampel berjumlah 94 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat hubungan antara paparan asap rokok dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas RI Simpang Tiga, artinya yang mendapat paparan asap rokok dari salah satu anggota keluarganya yang merokok berisiko 3 kali untuk terkena ISPA dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mendapat paparan asap rokok dari salah satu anggota keluarganya yang merokok. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara ventilasi rumah dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas RI Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2016. Terdapat hubungan antara kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas RI Simpang Tiga, artinya yang kepadatan hunian rumahnya tidak memenuhi syarat berisiko 8 kali untuk terkena ISPA dibandingkan dengan kepadatan hunian rumahnya yang memenuhi syarat.

The Effect of Cooperative Learning Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on Understanding Mathematical Concepts in Class VIII Students of MTs N Pekanbaru

This study starts from the problem of the low understanding of the mathematical concepts of MTs N Pekanbaru students. This can be seen in the results of tests of understanding mathematical concepts obtained by students. To overcome this problem, STAD type cooperative learning is used. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on understanding the mathematical concepts of class VIII MTs N Pekanbaru students. This type of research is Quasi Experiment. The population in this study were Pekanbaru MTs N students. The sample in this study was class VIII MTs Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru as an experimental class and class VIII MTs N Muara Fajar Pekanbaru as a control class randomly selected. The instrument used is a written test regarding understanding students' mathematical concepts. The data obtained were analyzed using the t test, Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that (1) understanding of mathematical concepts students taught by STAD type cooperative learning was higher than students who were taught using conventional learning, (2) understanding students' mathematical concepts high initial ability taught by STAD type cooperative learning is higher than high initial capable students taught with conventional learning, and (3) understanding mathematical concepts of low initial ability students taught by STAD type cooperative learning is higher than low initial ability students taught with conventional learning.

FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KELENGKAPAN IMUNISASI DASAR DI PUSKESMAS RAWAT INAP SIMPANG TIGA

ABSTRACT
 Immunization is one form of health intervention that is very effective in efforts to reduce infant and under-five mortality. Based on the Results of Monthly Reports on Routine Immunization of Pekanbaru City Health Center Infants, the Simpang Tiga Inpatient Health Center has the lowest immunization coverage from 20 puskesmas. This type of research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had infants aged 9 months to 2 years in the Simpang Tiga Inpatient Health Center with a sample of 71 respondents. In this study the technique used was accidental sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. From the results of the study it was found that the variables related to the completeness of basic immunization were the level of knowledge of the mother (pvalue = 0,000). Whereas the variables not related to the completeness of basic immunization are the mother's education level (pvalue = 0.321), and family support (pvalue = 0.619)

Standar konversi ukuran rumah tangga (URT) kedalam nilai zat gizi di pedesaan Kecamatan Simpang Tiga Aceh Besar

Background:Household Size (HSM) is a measure often used to measure the amount of food consumed. Equipment used in specific households according to certain areas. In the 2014 Aceh Total Diet Survey report, public consumption was 74.1% and toddlers were quite good at 96.9%. The use of household size is not all regions have the same size in measuring food so that it can affect the consumption adequacy assessment. Objectives: The research aims to describe the use of household size tools used by rural area in Simpang Tiga District, Aceh Besar.Methods:Research has used cross-sectional research designs through qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study was conducted in September - October 2016 with a sample of 108 households in the Simpang Tiga District area. Primary data collection such as sample characteristics, type of household size, and food weight were carried out by interview and observation. Data processing namely editing, coding, entry using Nutry Survey and Epi Data, cleaning data entry. Analysis is only done descriptively.Results: The HSM used in community groups varies greatly. Carbohydrate sources are milk cans, coconut shells / kai, plastic cups, plastic basins and rice boxes, for animal protein there are no special household size tools used by the community, community vegetable protein sources use household duralex glass size measuring devices, milk cans , coconut shells / kai, and scales, there are only types of community fat sources used to measure coconut milk namely duralex glassConclusion: HSM units in units of weight (grams) in various types of food based on the nutrients studied are not all of them having the same weight value (grams). Suggestions, it is necessary to compile a list of needs and adequacy analysis of energy and nutrient values based on household size in estimating the nutritional value of Acehnese consumption.

Optimalisasi tugas perawatan kesehatan oleh keluarga sebagai upaya meningkatkan status kesehatan penderita hipertensi di Kelurahan Simpang Tiga Sipin Kecamatan Kotabaru Tahun 2019

Hypertension is one very serious disease and generally sufferers do not know it has hypertension before checking blood pressure. When hypertension is not treated, it can result in more effects such as heart disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, or renal failure, which ends with death. Early detection and effective hypertension treatment can prevent increased blood pressure and complications. Hypertension control can be done through a family approach. Community service aims to optimize health care tasks by the family as an effort to improve the health status of people with hypertension in Kelurahan Simpang Tiga Sipin Kecamatan Kotabaru 2019. Activities consist of preparation stage, implementation and evaluation. The form of activity is health screening and health education activities involving lecturers and students in nursing department with participants from 56 people. Expected increased family knowledge after counseling. Health counseling through information communication about the optimization of family tasks by using audio visual further strengthens the understanding of the family. Puskesmas Paal V can follow up on results with family approach. Make the family of hypertension patients as assisted families, in collaboration with health promotion programs to conduct education and programs of untransmitted diseases for the control of blood pressure and regular treatment of patients with hypertension.

PEMAHAMAN PETANI GARAM TENTANG KEHALALAN PRODUK DI GAMPONG CEBREK KECAMATAN SIMPANG TIGA KABUPATEN PIDIE

This study raised the issue of understanding salt farmers about the halal products starting from pre-production, production processes, and post-production in Gampong Cebrek, Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, Pidie District. The purpose of this research is to find out the understanding of salt farmers about the halal nature of the product and what are the constraints of salt farmers related to efforts to manage product halal guarantee. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, and uses a sample selection technique with the provisions of the characteristics and characteristics of objects in a purposive sampling study, the data collection technique is done in three ways, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants were four salt farmers and keuchik Gampong (village head) Cebrek. The results showed that the understanding of salt farmers in terms of pre-production was good, the production process was quite good and post-production was good. The obstacle factor of salt farmers related to product halal guarantee is that the income and expenditure of salt farmers are not comparable or still low so it is not enough to carry out the halal label management process, and is also constrained in the fencing of salt fields. Here there needs to be attention and role from the government, LPPOM (Institute of Studies, Food, Medicine and Cosmetics)-MPU (Ulama Consultative Assembly) Aceh to guide salt farmers to immediately fence off their salt fields so that the salt production process is better so that it meets the standards halal products.Keywords: Understanding of salt farmers, halal products.

STUDI ETNOBOTANI TANAMAN PANGAN SUKU JERIENG DI KECAMATAN SIMPANG TERITIP, KABUPATEN BANGKA BARAT

Plant has many benefit in life, one of example is etnic’s edible food. Jerieng etnic is origin etnic living in the west Bangka district, Bangka Beltung province. Food is everything that grows, lives, has stem, roots, and leaves are eaten directly or need to be processed. The purpose of this research is to record the diversity of food crops (types of edible plant based food, number of species, parts used, processing. This research was conducted from January to November 2018. The research in 13 villages in Simpang Teritip District, West Bangka Regency. Locations include Pelangas Village, Simpang Gong, Air Nyatoh, Pangek, Peradong, Kundi, Air Menduyung, Rambat, Simpang Tiga, Terak Hill, Ibul, Berang, and Mayang. This research aims to do interview and direct observation with the key informant using purposive sampling method. The result of this research found that there are 79 species from 34 families of edible plant-based food in Jerieng etnic. Solanaceae is the most numerous family found including 9 species. The most often used plant part is fruit (39%), meanwhile the less often used plant part is bud (1%). Edible plant based food by Jerieng etnic is divided into two groups, those are processed food and unprocessed food. Example of unprocessed food is local salad (known as “lalapan”) and the processed food such as lempah darat and lempah kuning.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN UNSUR HARA MIKRO BORON TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI BAWANG MERAH (Allium Cepa, L.)

The objectives of this research isto study the effect of the boron fertilizer to growth and yieldof onion. The implementation of experiements was conducted to see the respon of the onion by boron fertilizing doses (0-12kg/ha), the research has been conducted at Meunasah Lhee Village, Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, District of Pidie at Gadu Season (July to October) 2018. The result shows that boron affects the growth and yield of the onion. Boron fertilizing with the dose 6 kg/ha results the optimal growth, 15,13 cloves per clump, and the highest yield, which ic 25,20 ton/ha fresh cloves and 22,83 ton/ha dry cloves. Onion is a very strategic commodity. Beside has high economic value, among very kind vegetables it contributes inflation because the price is fluctuative dan the demand is raised from time to time. The onion yield is low at the farmer level, one of the reasons is fertilizer which not properly given. Determinants of Adult Obesity in the Working Area of the Simpang Tiga Community Health Center Pekanbaru City

Obese is a overweight as a result of plutonium body fat excessive. Based on the data from health department the city of pekanbaru 2016 the proportion of the incident obesity was highest for puskesmas simpang three of which was 2.1 % per 19.029 population. Based on preliminary survey, than 20 respondents there were as many as five people ( 25 % ) suffering from obesity. Obesity have an impact on the emergence of various degenerative diseases among others, metabolic syndrome atherosclerosis, of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, gallstones, disturbance of function pulmonic, hypertension and dislipidemia. Research objectives know determinan scene obesity in community in the work area of puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru 2017. The research was quantitative analytic with a kind of design study cross section analitik. Variabel dependent obesity and independent variable was education, knowledge, sex, offspring, physical activity and the habit of eating. The study was done in the work area of puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru, data collection was held in december 2017 - january 2018. Population to research it was a whole people living and settled in the work area of puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru 2018 as many as 19.029 lives and sample were 155 responden. teknik the sample collection of sampling quota. Data analyswas univariat, bivariat and multivariate. The results of the study showed that well educated low (SMP), the offspring of obesity and the habit of eating little influence to events obesity. It was suggested that puskesmas simpang 3 the city of pekanbaru harder socialize a healthy lifestyle like how diet good to avoid from obesity especially the targets to the education low and have the acts of offspring obesity.

Road Traffic Noise Levels at Different Types of Residential Areas in Nibong Tebal, Penang

Traffic vehicles on the road networks during their movement create noise that has greater impact on environment. The sources, the receivers and the place of transition, where the sound wave propagates, are the three vital parameters for the field of noise acoustics. For this research, the aim of this study is to assess traffic noise levels between different types of residential areas in Nibong Tebal, Penang. The study is carried out in order to achieve the following three main objectives, which are to assess the level of traffic noise at selected residential areas, to characterize the traffic flow composition nearby study areas, and to compare noise levels between low density and terraced house residential areas. The noise levels measurements were carried out periodically in the morning (from 0700 to 1100), evening (from 1600 to 1900), and at night (from 2200 to 2300) for 15 minutes using a sound level meter. The traffic characteristics were measured simultaneously during noise levels measurements. The highest equivalent continuous noise levelsfor the low density residential areas was at Kampung Batu 2 in the evening with 65.9 dB(A), while for the medium density residential areas, Taman Sri Acheh contributed 68.60 dB(A) during the morning. The lowest equivalent continuous noise levelswere obtained at Kampung Simpang Tiga in the morning that contributed 54.9 dB(A) for low density residential areas. However, the minimum equivalent continuous noise levelsobtained for the medium density residential areas was at Taman Ilmu Indah in the morning with 63.10 dB(A). The results obtained, clearly show that the equivalent continuous noise level for all study sites exceeded the maximum permissible sound level for medium density areas during daytime (from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm), which is 55 dB(A), while at night time (from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am) is 45 dB(A), and for low density residential areas during daytime (from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm) is 55 dB(A), while at night time (from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am) is 45 dB(A), respectively. These values are based on the guidelines for environmental noise limits and control by the Department of Environment, Malaysia.

The purpose of this research is to know the revenue,the total cost,income and break even point of make Rubber Smoke Sheet farming . This research was conducted in Oktober 2018 at village Simpang Tiga, Mataraman, Banjar regency province South Kalimantan . The Purposive sampling metode used was by observing 23 farmers in Simpang tiga mataraman who.make rubber smoke sheet. The Average result of the revenue is Rp. 5.328.260,87/ farmer, the average total cost is Rp. 2.361.588,27/farmer, and total profit is Rp 2.966.672,60/farmer.. BEP Rp. 1.288.984,64dan BEP product Rubber Smoke Sheet 51,56kg/farming. Based on the break even point,we can know the limit result which can give benefit or disvantage. From this result of development of farming make Rubber Smoke Sheet we believe that it has good prospect and revenue, of the break even point ,tecnicall and economically..

BERKATEKESE MEMBANGUN JEMAAT DENGAN ORIENTASI KERAJAAN ALLAH

The relevant Catechism in the midst of the struggling of the life of the faithful is an urgent task of the Church. Catechism cannot be given just to the point of the church’s routine, but should be started from the basic needs of the faithful and the church itself as to grow in faith. Model of catechism that oriented to the kingdom of God is one of the answers toward the struggling of the faithful in relation to the environment and local situation as well as with God. There is a positive hope to create such group of the faithful through this effort. St. Therese of the Child Jesus’s Parish, Simpang Tiga chose such model to discover the reality of catechism’s activity during these periods. By such perspective of catechism, this Parish wants to shape a strong and substantial communion of faithful – having an experience of God, and dialogue with their roots of life in Kalimantan.

The Identification of Priority Food Potential in Pidie District

In this study the priority food studied is rice commodity. The area of rice commodity production centers is based on Location Quotient (LQ) consists of 11 sub-districts: Glumpang Baro, Mutiara, Tangse, Keumala, Mila, Delima, Peukan Baro, Kembang Tanjong, Simpang Tiga, Batee and Muara Tiga. Meanwhile for the buffer sub-districts for rice production, it is become the government priority to support and encourage agricultural development in the food sector as sub-districts included in the priority list of rice commodity development in Pidie District in an effort to support national rice self-sufficiency.

The Relationship of Social Support with Medication Adherence Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients Through DOTS Strategy in Pidie Aceh Indonesia

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and actually can be found aon a lung but may affect the other organs. The case of pulmonary TB with BTA + at Puskesmas Simpang Tiga in Pidie district is about 60 case at the year of 2014 and incrase to 84 case at 2015. This research is to investigatethe correlation of social support with pulmonary tuberculosis medication adherence with DOTS strategic at Puskesmas Simpang Tiga in Pidie District. This research is based on descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. Tis research sample is made by 80 total sampling. The statistical test used is the Logistic Regression test by using Stat 13. Results showed that 63.75% of respondents who obediently take medicine, 57.50% of respondents with poor emotional support, 57.50% of respondents with good informational support, 52.50% of respondents with good instrumental support, and 51.25 % of respondents with less rewards good support. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained emotional support (OR = 2.1, P value = 0.121), informational support (OR = 3.5, p value = 0.009), instrumental support (OR = 1.6, p value = 0.302), and support award (OR = 0.6, p value = 0.387). The results of the research conclude that the dominant informational support variable affect medication adherence with DOTS strategy on pulmonary TB patientswith the value (OR = 3.5, P value = 0.009).

EFEKTIFITAS RENDAM KAKI MENGGUNAKAN AIR HANGAT TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA LANSIA DIWILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIMPANG TIGA KOTA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2016

Hipertensi adalah penyakit kelainan jantung dan pembuluh darah yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah. Peningkatan tekanan darah yang tidak ditangani akan menyebabkan komplikasi seperti stroke dan gagal jantung. Rendam kaki air hangat merupakan salah satu terapi komlementer yang bisa menurunkan tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas rendam kaki menggunakan air hangat terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre Eksperimental pretest dan posttest desaign. Sampel adalah lansia penderita hiperetnsi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Tiga kota Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara observasi menggunakan Thermometer Air. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon Test. Hasil pengkajian sebelum dilakukan terapi sebagian besar lansia mengalami hipertensi stadium II. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan bahwa nilai P value sistol yaitu 0,000 (< 0,05) dan P value diastol yaitu 0,000 (<0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak. Terapi rendam kaki menggunakan air hangat efektif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru. Diharapkan kepada lansia untuk selalu mengontrol tekanan darah, jika terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah dapat menggunakan terapi rendam kaki air hangat dalam mengatasi hipertensi yang dialami, sebagai bentuk terapi komplementer yang murah dan mudah dilakukan secara mandiri
