Analysis of the Effectiveness of Targeted Nursing in Children with Severe Viral Encephalitis Complicated with Respiratory Failure

Objective: To explore and analyze the effectiveness of targeted nursing in children with severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure. Methods: From April 2021 to April 2023, 74 children with severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the target group (n = 37) and the reference group (n = 37). Targeted nursing was given to the target group, while general nursing was given to the reference group. Physical rehabilitation, motor scores, and lung function were compared between the groups. Results: The recovery time of limb abnormalities, convulsions, abnormal consciousness, and cranial nerve disorders in the target group was significantly better than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The motor function, joint activity and pain, sensory function, and total score of the target group were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, lung function indicators including VC (vital capacity), FVC (forced vital capacity), and MVV (maximum voluntary ventilation) of the target group were better than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing can shorten the recovery period of severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure in children, speed up the recovery of motor function, and improve lung function. This nursing model has a significant application effect in children with severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure.

Application Effect of Blended Education Strategy Based on the Learning Pass Platform in Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Objective: To explore the application effect of the blended education strategy based on the Learning Pass platform in the phase III cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease. Methods: 90 patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of randomized numerical table, with 45 cases in each group. Both the experimental group and the control group received pre-discharge cardiac rehabilitation education by conventional means. The control group received education and supervision information via WeChat after discharge, while the experimental group joined the Learning Pass platform to receive online and offline hybrid education and supervision, with online as the mainstay and offline as a supplement. The disease cognitive level, self-management skills, quality of life, medication adherence, and emotional status of the two groups were compared. Results: The disease cognitive levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the scores of the experimental group in terms of quality of life, self-management skills, and medication adherence were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); and the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The blended education strategy based on the Learning Pass platform has a significant application effect in phase III cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease. It can improve patients’ disease cognitive level, self-management skills, and quality of life, and provide a basis for improving patients’ prognosis.

Application of double-tube negative pressure drainage in repair of refractory wounds.

To observe the application effect of double-tube negative pressure drainage in the repair of refractory wounds. From January 2020 to April 2023, 50 patients undergoing refractory wound repair in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of Jingjiang People's Hospital, Jiangsu were selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 25 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with double-tube negative pressure drainage inside and outside the wound, while the control group was treated with negative pressure drainage inside the wound. By two-week observation, the wound healing status and complication rate after treatment, as well as the wound bacterial clearance rate, wound pain score and patient satisfaction 3, 7 and 14 d after treatment were compared between the two groups. Statistical analysis was carried out to determine the efficacy. After treatment for two weeks, the observation group showed a higher grade A healing rate (92%vs. 60%, X2 =7.018, P=0.008), a higher wound bacterial clearance rate (100%vs. 76%, X2 =6.818, P=0.03), a lower pain score (1.44±0.51vs. 2.36±0.49, t=-6.53, P<0.01), a higher patient satisfaction score (8.48±0.96vs. 6.64±0.95, t=6.80, P<0.01), and a lower complication rate (8%vs. 40%, X2 =7.018, P=0.008) compared with the control group. Double-tube negative pressure drainage has a significant application effect in the repair of refractory wounds. It can accelerate wound healing, shorten treatment time, effectively eliminate bacteria, relieve wound infection, reduce complications, alleviate pain and improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, the application, promotion and research of double-tube negative pressure drainage should be strengthened in clinical practice.

Research on Construction and Risk Management of Operating Room Based on IoTs and Digitization.

This paper introduces the background and experience of the development of a digital operating room and designs the main functions of the digital operating room based on the Internet of Things, the impact on medical data in hospitals, and how to build the digital operating room to cope with the huge amount of data in the “data era.” The infrastructure of the digital operating room is described, as well as how to collect and transmit medical data, how to store large amounts of medical data, and how to analyze medical data and explore its hidden data value are also described. One hundred and four surgical patients from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected for the study, and they were randomly and equally divided into 52 cases each in the control group and the observation group, with the control group implementing the management of conventional care methods and the observation group implementing information technology for care management, comparing the management effects of patients in both groups. The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The use of information technology to ensure the quality of care in the operating room not only can help patients recover early but also can help patients relieve the psychological pressure after surgery, thus improving the doctor-patient relationship, and has a significant application effect.

Application and Feasibility Analysis of Various Teaching Methods in ECG Teaching of Arrhythmia

Objective: To analyze the application effect of traditional and diversified teaching methods in ECG teaching of arrhythmia and judge its feasibility. Methods: A total of 800 interns rotating in our department from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group (n = 400) and study group (n = 400) by convenient sampling.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, while the diversified teaching method was used in the study group.Comparison between groups :(1) theoretical test scores and operational skills scores;(2) students' satisfaction with teaching. Results: The scores of operational skills of interns in the study group were (90.77±9.02) and (88.46±7.34), which were higher than those in the control group (79.82±8.12) and (70.33±6.25), with statistical differences (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of teaching in the study group (96.75%) was higher than that in the control group (90.75%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Diversified teaching method has a significant application effect and high feasibility in teaching arrhythmia electrocardiogram.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING BERBANTUAN MIND MAP PADA SISWA KELAS XI IPA

In the process of learning in SMA Budhi Warman 1 Jakarta teachers still tend to use conventional learning centered on the teacher with a sequence of lectures, and question and answer and cause students less active and less creative and cause the still low student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of learning cooperative learning model with the mind-map media on physics learning outcomes of high school students of Class XI IPA on optical materials. This research was conducted at SMA Budhi Warman 1 Jakarta. The research method used is quasi experimental method with research design is Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Class sampling was done randomly (cluster random sampling) research sample amounted to 68 students consisting of 34 students experimental class and 34 students of control class. The research instrument used in this research is the test of learning result. The test of learning outcomes is an objective test of multiple choice questions. Data analysis in research using test-t test obtained that the significance value of 0.00 is smaller than the significance level α = 0.05 (0.00 &lt;0.05). and and from these results the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of application of cooperative learning model with mind map and able to improve the learning result of physics.&#x0D; &#x0D; Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Mind Map, Learning Outcomes

The Effect of Application Guessing Game Pic-Pow Strategy Towards Students’ Speaking Mastery at the First Class of SMA Mathla’ul Anwar Menes

This research aims to investigate the effect of application guessing game pic-pow strategy towards students’ speaking mastery at the first class of SMA Mathla’ul Anwar Menes. It employs the quantitative research with the characteristics of the true experimental design. It uses achievement test in collecting data involving orally pre and post tests. The findings reveal that application guessing game pic-pow strategy is able to help students to improve their speaking skill mastery. In the pre-test, the mean of experimental class is 38 and the mean of control class is 39, 13 while in the post-test the mean of experimental class is 92,75 and mean of control class is 79, 29. In the post test of t-test, the researcher can conclude that tcount ≥ ttable or 3, 0858 ≥ 1, 672 therefore Ha is accepted and there is a significant effect of application guessing game pic-pow strategy towards students’ speaking mastery.

Application of Density Curve Reconstruction Technology in Seismic Inversion

Density curve is one of the indispensable data for impedance inversion. However, the limitation of density logging often results in the loss of density curve. The common solution is to use empirical formulas, such as Gardner formula, to reconstruct the density curve, but the effect is often not ideal. In order to solve this problem, the authors propose to reconstruct the missing density log curve by means of multiple linear regression, and then carry out geostatistical inversion by using the curves with high correlation between natural potential, gamma, resistivity and density curve. Finally, by comparing the inversion results of the two parameters, the inversion results of the former have a significant improvement in the coincidence rate of the posterior wells and the horizontal distribution of sandstone, which proves that the method has a significant application effect in reservoir prediction and lithologic sensitivity.

Effect of Application of Standard Operating Procedure and Work Motivation to Occupational Accident on Coal Mine Employees

Mining industry is one of the most high risk jobs, thus requiring the application of standard operating procedure in every phase of the work. Based on the preliminary study at PT. Darma Henwa, Site Asam-Asam Coal Project there were 126 cases of occupational accidents in 2012 and 22 cases of occupational accidents in 2013. Several studies have shown, do not apply standard operating procedure and low work motivation are cause of occupational accidents. This study aims to clarify the effect of application of standard operating procedure and work motivation to occupational accidents on employees hauling part. This research is observational analytic method with cross sectional design. The study population was all employees hauling part. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Thus obtained 64 samples of the research. The research instrument use questionnaires. The results of research shows significant effect of application of standard operating procedure and work motivation to occupational accident. Company are expected to conduct strict monitoring of application of standard operating procedures by employees. Application of safety sharing or safety talk is expected to continue and improve safety behavior of employees.

Effect of Application of Plant Growth Regulators on Earias vittella (Fabricius), Infestation and Yield Components of Cotton

Studies were carried out on the effect of plant growth regulators on bollworm infestation and plant growth of cotton under field conditions. New cotton variety (CRIS-134) was sown in randomized block design with seven treatments including control (check) and was replicated three times on May 22, 2004. Mepiquate chloride, Acetyl salicylic acid and Naphthalene acetic acid (plant growth regulators) were applied on 10th, 25th August and 9thSeptember 2004.The results indicated that there was no significant effect of either removal of leaves and fruiting bodies of cotton plant and application of plant growth regulators on cotton plant height but significantly effect on volume of bolls and yield in comparison to control. Moreover, application of hormones significantly delayed the maturity of cotton. There was also significant effect of application of plant growth regulators on bollworm infestation compared with control treatments.

Intelligent Control for Flotation Process

In the flotation process, the concentrate grade and the tailing grade are crucial technical indices which reflect the product quality and efficiency. There are strong nonlinearity and uncertainty in such technical indices dynamic behaviors, which can hardly be described using accurate mathematical model. The technical indices which cannot be measured online continuously vary with boundary conditions. Therefore conventional control methods are incapable of keeping the actual the concentrate grade and the tailing grade within the target ranges. In this paper, an intelligent control method comprised of the setting layer and the closed loop control layer for the flotation reagent addition to the process has been presented. In flotation reagent feeding setting layer, a unit reagent pre-setting model, a feedback compensator and a feed forward compensator RBR based on (Rule-based reasoning) are integrated with a flotation reagent computation model to set the flotation reagent feeding. The control system updates automatically flotation reagent feeding when the boundary conditions changes. Successfully industrial application has shown that the concentrate grate has been increased by 0.52%, the tailing grade has been reduced by 4%, and the consumption of the flotation reagent feeding has been reduced by 17.5%. Significant application effect has been achieved.
