Automatic On-Line Detection and Sorting System Design and Implementation for Paper-Making Printing

Teaching and Playback of Motion Trajectory Based on Parallel Manipulator

In this paper, a design method that teaching and playback of motion trajectory based on the double-pole angles rotation parallel mechanical arm is introduced. Take writing as example, each stroke of the word can be fitted by the line and then the beginning and the end of the segment can be used as the teaching points. Using Siemens S7-200PLC’s counter to record the data of the encoder on the teaching point, completing the teaching. When playback, plc reads the data of the teaching points recorded and controls the input pulse of motors, uses the linear interpolation to complete playback of writing. The parallel manipulator’s structure is simple, it can easily be controlled and has rich working space and low cost.

Design of Control System for Concrete Mixing Station Based on PLC and Touch Screen

On the basis of analyzing technology processes and control demands of concrete mixing station, a design of control system for this construction machinery based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and eView touch screen was introduced in this paper, including hardware selection, PLC LAD diagram programming and HMI design, etc. All expected demands for weighing, batching, deposit, mixing, unloading, conveying of the whole technology processes of concrete mixing are reached, and a totally automatic production can be realized also. The practical operation verifies that the control system is highly reliable and stable, and it greatly enhances the control accuracy and meets the equipments requirements of energy-saving.

Design and Implementation of a Control System for Sludge Dehydration Based on S7-1200 PLC

The sludge dehydration plays a very important role in the modern sewage treatment process. In this paper the process of the sludge dehydration and the design of the control system are introduced, in which the control system consists of process control layer and remote access layer. Process control layer is realized using Siemens S7-1200 PLC and a wireless route is added for remote accessing which utilizes Ethernet and VPN technologies. The functions of the system are described, and the key points of design and implementation methods are presented. The application of this system shows that the cost of sludge treatment is reduced and the reliability of equipment is improved.
