Implementation of the Haversine Formula Method in Geographic Information Systems for Searching the Nearest Sea Freight Expedition Services in East Jakarta

In export and import activities, a partner is needed for the shipping process. There are three types of shipping routes available for export and import: land, sea, and air. A company that offers shipping services via sea routes is known as an EMKL. This study designs a Geographic Information System (GIS) to facilitate the search for locations of Marine Cargo Expedition Services (EMKL) in East Jakarta using the Haversine Formula. The main problem faced is the difficulty in finding nearby and relevant expedition service providers in a large and densely populated area like East Jakarta. The proposed solution involves developing a system that integrates location data with the Haversine Formula to accurately calculate the distance between the user's location and the service providers. By using this method, the system can provide precise location information and help users select the nearest expedition service. The goal of this research is to enhance efficiency and accuracy in locating expedition services. The expected outcome is the creation of a user-friendly and effective system that simplifies the process of selecting expedition services by considering distance and service availability in real-time.

The Relationship Between Physical And Mental Workload On Job Fatigue In Maxim Car Drivers In Kupang City In 2024

Transportation is a system consisting of certain facilities along with the flow and control system that allows people or goods to move from one place to another efficiently at any time to support human activities. Indonesia as a developing country certainly has a very rapid development of services in the fields of land, sea and air transportation. Transportation owned by the Indonesian Nation certainly has innovations from past to present in order to advance transportation services, one of which is an online provider company. Online transportation companies offer transportation services such as online motorcycle taxis, online taxis, delivery of goods, food delivery and so on, thus making this service in demand by many people. Likewise in Kupang City where there are several online transportation options, one of which is Maxim car transportation which has the advantage of being quite cheap. The high demand for Maxim online transportation in Kupang City has an impact on the fatigue experienced by online transportation drivers. One of them is also felt by Maxim Mobil drivers. Based on the researcher's initial survey of Maxim drivers in Kupang city, fatigue often occurs in Maxim Car drivers due to the increase in Maxim Car users in Kupang City. This type of research is quantitative using analytic survey method and cros sectional research design. The sample in this study amounted to 81 respondents from a total population of 430 drivers selected using accidental sampling method. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between physical load and work fatigue and there was a significant relationship between mental load and fatigue in maxim car drivers in Kupang City.

Pengaruh Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Price terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction pada Pengguna Aplikasi Ojek Online Grab di Kota Bandung

With the advent of online transportation services, society has embraced a more modern way of life. People can easily order rides through their smartphones, making use of user-friendly apps that are accessible for both Android and iOS users. This convenience has led to widespread adoption of online transportation services among the public, especially in cities like Bandung where residents have busy schedules that rely heavily on such services. Apps like Grab and Gojek are particularly popular in Indonesia, with Grab ranking second after Gojek in terms of user base among online transportation apps in the country. Despite its popularity, Grab has experienced a 1.4% decrease in its Top Brand index. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate how the Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Price of the Grab app in Bandung influence Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, based on a study involving 150 users of the app. The findings of this study are expected to guide future research and assist similar companies in designing better strategies to enhance service quality.

State special transport service in the system of subjects of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine: directions of influence and the role of public administration for their implementation

It was emphasized that in the conditions of ongoing Russian aggression, the issue of effective and stable functioning of the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has become important. It is noted that such an intention is possible only thanks to the systematically effective work of all subjects of this system. The exceptional role of the State Special Service of Transport in this aspect is emphasized, given the subject orientation of the latter. We are talking about the transport component, which is one of the basic prerequisites for the successful implementation of the lion’s share of measures by subjects not only of the ministry system, but also of the entire security and defense sector. The position of the State Special Service of Transport as a subject of public-legal relations at the current stage of law-making is highlighted in general outlines. It was found that it is appropriate to talk about an institution endowed with the status of a specialized military formation, which carries out a number of defense measures peculiar only to it. Despite its regulatory specifics, it is advisable to talk about a number of similar parameters, compared to the rest of the institutions. The essence of the directions of the analyzed body’s work, including under the current situation, is outlined and disclosed. Arguably, it is emphasized that such directions are derived from the functions of the institution, which the latter’s officials implement in practice. The legislator’s position on their gradation into two fundamental groups was supported and developed: 1) peacetime; 2) a special period. Based on this, the author’s vision of the quantitative and specific composition of the areas of work of the State Special Service of Transport is proposed, followed by their general characteristics. The problems of the importance of public administration tools in the framework of the implementation of management functions performed by this specialized military formation have been studied. It is emphasized that the presence of these tools is a prerequisite for the implementation of management steps. The above constitutes a critical and unalternative position from the point of view of the application of appropriate measures within the limits of one or another outlined direction. Based on the preliminary results, an attempt was made to determine the place of the State Special Transport Service in the structure of the Ministry of Defense system. Based on the competence of the institution, directions of influence and awareness of the role of the stability of the transport component, a well-argued assumption is made about the uniquely important role of this institution.

Assessment, Characterization, Identification and Prioritization of Major Constraints and Potentials of Three Selected Community Watersheds of Agarfa District, Bale Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia

The severity of land degradation due to different socioeconomic and biophysical pressures is a key problem encountered in watersheds. In addition, the lack of research-based references to a given community watershed, particularly with regard to socioeconomic and biophysical aspects, leads to the failure of the interventions. This study aimed to assess and characterize the socioeconomic and biophysical conditions of three selected (Oda Chefo, Wabe Seada, and Oda Nagelle) Community Watersheds of the Agarfa District of Bale Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia. Furthermore, it identifies and prioritizes constraints and opportunities for scientists, planners, intervention, impact analysis, and project performance evaluation. Communities' watersheds were selected and delineated, followed by household interviews, focus group discussions, and biophysical characterization to generate data. The study used a random sampling technique and a total of 121 sample sizes for socioeconomic data, watershed delineation, slope classification, soil type, and LULC classification map developed based on the preliminary outlet identified with the help of GPS reading and ArcGIS 10.5 software. The socioeconomic parameters were analyzed using SPSS version 20 software. The result of the baseline survey identified key constraints such as soil erosion, soil fertility decline, deforestation and climate change, feed and fodder shortage, livestock disease, human disease, unemployment, food insecurity, water shortage, lack of credit access, market, road, cooperatives, high input price, pest and disease, yield decline and lack of irrigation access. The results revealed that the availability of the labor force, local market accessibility, transport services, informal farmer cooperatives, livestock clinics, youth and women associations, and informal intuitions are the main opportunities in selected community watersheds. An Optimal Road Network Extraction Methodology for an Autonomous Driving-Based Demand-Responsive Transit Service Considering Operational Design Domains

In addition to addressing the labor shortage due to an aging population, the transition to autonomous vehicle (AV)-based mobility services offers enhanced efficiency and operational flexibility for public transportation. However, much of the existing focus has been on improving AV safety without fully considering road conditions and real-world service demand. This study contributes to the literature by proposing a comprehensive framework for efficiently integrating AV-based mobility services at the network level, addressing these gaps. The framework analyzes and optimizes service networks by incorporating actual demand patterns, quantifying road segment difficulty from an AV perspective, and developing an optimization model based on these factors. The framework begins by quantifying the operational difficulty of road segments through an evaluation of Operational Design Domains (ODDs), providing a precise measure of AV suitability under varying road conditions. It then introduces a quantitative metric to assess operational feasibility, considering factors such as the service margin, costs, and safety risks. Using these metrics alongside Genetic Algorithms (GAs), the framework identifies an optimal service network that balances safety, efficiency, and profitability. By analyzing real-world data from different mobility services, such as taxis, Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT), and Special Transportation Services (STSs), this study highlights the need for service-specific strategies to optimize AV deployment. The findings show that optimal networks vary with demand patterns and road difficulty, demonstrating the importance of tailored network designs. This research provides a scalable, data-driven approach for integrating AV services into public transportation systems and lays the foundation for further improvements by incorporating dynamic factors and broader urban contexts.

Maternity waiting home utilization and associated factors in the rural community of Dangur District, Northwestern Ethiopia: results from a community-based cross-sectional household survey

BackgroundApproximately 80% of people in Ethiopia live in rural areas, where poor access to maternity services, accounts for the majority of maternal and perinatal deaths. Maternity waiting homes are residential facilities for women who come from remote areas to stay and wait before giving birth at health facilities, particularly in hospitals and health centers. It is a new initiative and one of the strategies that increase skilled care utilization at birth. However, there is no evidence on the status of maternity waiting home utilization in the study area. Therefore, this study aimed to generate evidence on the status of maternity waiting home utilization and its associated factors.MethodsA community-based cross-sectional household survey was conducted from June 5–30, 2022. The sample size was calculated using the single population proportion formula, which resulted in 354 participants. The study population included mothers who gave birth within 12 months before the survey were selected by using a systematic sampling method. The data were coded, edited, cleaned, and entered into Epi Data version 3.1. The data were subsequently exported to SPSS version 25 for analysis. Descriptive, bivariable, and multivariable binary logistic regression analyses were performed. The results are presented in the text, figures, and tables. Finally, variables with a p value < 0.05 in the multivariable analysis were reported as significantly associated with the independent variables and outcome variable.ResultsThe magnitude of maternity waiting home utilization was 36.4% (95% CI = 31.4, 41.8). Being knowledgeable about the presence of maternity waiting home (AOR = 3.9; 95% CI: 1.0-15.2), being able to afford transportation (AOR = 2.4; 95% CI: 1.01–5.9), being home delivery (AOR = 0.007; 95% CI: 0.002–0.031) and being acess to transportation services (AOR = 3.0; 95% CI: 1.2–7.5) were significantly associated with maternity waiting home utilization.ConclusionThe magnitude of maternity waiting home utilization in the study area was found to be low. Access to and affordability of transportation services, being knowledgeable and being home delivery were associated factors for the use of maternity waiting homes. Therefore, increasing maternal knowledge, economically empowering women and respecting care while waiting at maternity homes are important for improving the utilization of maternity waiting homes.

Exploring the Use of Fengyun-3 Meteorological Satellite for Monitoring Sea Ice to Provide Services for Polar Navigation

This paper explores the feasibility and effectiveness of using the Fengyun-3 meteorological satellite to monitor sea ice, providing services for ships navigating in polar regions. Firstly, it analyzes the impact of Arctic sea ice changes on ship navigation and the importance of sea ice monitoring in route planning. Next, it provides a detailed introduction to the data sources and processing methods of the Fengyun-3 satellite, including radiometric calibration, geometric correction, image registration, and cropping. Subsequently, it discusses the characteristics of sea ice in the visible spectrum and successfully extracts sea ice information using MERSI-II data with land, cloud, and seawater masking techniques. The study indicates that the comprehensive use of multi-spectral data and other observation methods can significantly enhance sea ice monitoring capabilities. In the future, integrating more advanced technologies is expected to achieve refined identification and short-term prediction of sea ice movement, thereby providing more scientific and efficient support for ships navigating in polar regions, enhancing navigation safety and efficiency, and offering a scientific basis for the development of Arctic shipping routes.

Comprehensive Analysis of the Transport Sector in Narayanganj City: Existing Scenario and Way Forward

This study examines transportation issues in Narayanganj City Corporation, one of the densely populated cities in Bangladesh. It examines the Chashara intersection which is a major intersection within the city, suffers from ever worsening traffic and poor infrastructure. Using qualitative research methods, information was obtained through field surveys, observation as well as four focus group discussions with residents aged 20-50 years mainly students, urban dwellers experts. Some of the problems that emerged from the study include poor traffic control, limited road construction and maintenance. The findings also highlight significant challenges, including poor traffic management, insufficient road networks, and inefficient regulation of transport services, notably the prevalence of auto-rickshaws contributing to the congestion. The study identifies the Chashara intersection as a critical area requiring urgent intervention. Proposed solutions emphasize the introduction of alternative routes to alleviate bottlenecks, stricter regulation of auto-rickshaw operations, and the implementation of congestion pricing mechanisms to manage traffic flow. These recommendations aim to provide a strategic framework for improving urban mobility and ensuring sustainable development in the transportation sector of Narayanganj. The need for immediate, coordinated efforts from local authorities and urban planners is underscored, as addressing these issues is essential for enhancing the city’s livability and accommodating future growth.

Participants in economic activity in the digital space need to master new knowledge, but despite the novelty of the relationship, civil turnover has already been marked by the dishonest behavior of the participants. An aggregator of information about goods (services) is one such example, which, of course, needs to improve legislation and develop a more detailed regulatory framework. The author of the article provides examples of judicial practice of civil liability of aggregators of information about passenger transportation services.

Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC)

Sinar Inti Telaga was founded in 1986, then transformed into PT Serasi Autoraya in 1990 by introducing the trademark "Toyota A Car". PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) is an international subsidiary. Tbk which is now widely known as one of the largest transportation and logistics service companies in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) in this research uses independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) as well as the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of this study were employees of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC). The sample used the Puprosive Sampling method, data collection by collecting questionnaires online with Google from to 50 respondents. The method in this research uses quantitative statistical methods. Quantitative statistical analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analysis. Other hypothesis testing includes classical assumption tests, including data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 25.0 photo windows program. The test results of the T (Partial) test on the compensation variable (X1) show that the sig 0.004 &lt; 0.05 and t value 3,028 &gt; 2,010 (t table) test results on the T (Partial) test on the work discipline variable, namely 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and t value 6,081 &gt; 2,010 (t table). The test results of the F test (Simultaneous) show that the sig value is 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and the calculated f value is 49,966 &gt; 3.19 (f table) and it can be concluded that compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on performance employee (Y).

Analysis and Research on Intelligent Logistics Data under Internet of Things and Blockchain

ABSTRACT To explore the security performance of logistics data transmission in an Intelligent Logistics System (ILS) under the Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain (BC), IoT is introduced to optimize the logistics transportation process. First, BC is adopted to improve the ILS under IoT, and ILS under IoT combined with BC is established. Next, an analysis of the relationship between the information service provider and the transportation provider in the logistics transaction process is conducted to perform data analysis and to establish an incentive mechanism for logistics transportation under BC. Finally, the simulation analysis of the constructed model is implemented. The results reveal that the constructed model is highly efficient. It can effectively solve the traceability problem of logistics transaction information, and the calculation cost is stable within 1,000 ms. In the comparative analysis of system transmission performance, the model exhibits outstanding results in transmission latency, consistently maintaining an average delay of approximately 350 ms. This stability is primarily attributed to the seamless integration of BC technology, which optimizes data packet transmission paths and mitigates waiting time. Furthermore, the system efficiently manages high data volumes while upholding robust data processing capabilities, owing to the optimization of smart contracts and decentralized storage mechanisms. As for energy consumption, the model notably reduces overall energy usage within the logistics network by curtailing unnecessary data transmission and computation, particularly in mobile nodes and wireless communication channels. The proposed algorithm excels across various transmission metrics, including transmission delay, data successful acceptance rate, network throughput, and energy consumption are all shown to be the best transmission performance of the proposed algorithm, in which the data successful acceptance rate is close to 1. As a result, the developed ILS model not only guarantees low latency performance but also demonstrates high data transmission security, facilitating more efficient and precise real-time information transmission. In this study, within the ILS framework, the relationship between information service providers and transportation service providers is established through BC, and an incentive mechanism is constructed. However, some shortcomings in this incentive mechanism are recognized. For instance, during the initial stages of BC integration, there are issues of information asymmetry concerning factors such as credit, transportation capacity, and effort level. Moreover, the open access policy of couriers in the model raises concerns, as the access policy itself constitutes sensitive information, which may result in privacy breaches. Hence, as part of future work, the introduction of attribute encryption schemes is planned to obfuscate access policies, thereby safeguarding the privacy of logistics personnel’s access policies.

Exploring carbon footprints and carbon intensities of Indonesian provinces in a domestic and global context

Within Indonesia, the structure of consumption and production differs significantly across provinces. This implies that carbon footprints and intensities between provinces are also diverse. This paper calculates historical consumption- and production-based carbon emissions at the provincial level using a multi-scale input-output (IO) database for 2010, in which an environmentally extended multi-regional IO (EE MRIO) table for 34 Indonesian provinces is integrated in the global EE MRIO EXIOBASE with data for 43 countries and 5 rest of the world regions. Emissions from consumption are detailed by product and their points of origin, while emissions from production are detailed by industry and their destinations. Our results show the heterogeneity of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions under both sides. The Java region is a net importer of carbon emission, while Sumatra and Kalimantan are net exporters. In the global context, the Asia Pacific region plays important role in national GHG emissions. Services product contributed 57.1% of national consumption-based GHG emissions, followed by manufacture (30.6%), and agriculture (12.3%). On the national level, 63.5% of national GHG emissions are related to household consumption. There is a high disparity across provinces in Indonesia in carbon footprints. Provincial average per capita carbon footprints vary from 2 t CO2e/capita in East Nusa Tenggara to 13.84 t CO2e/capita in East Kalimantan. Carbon intensity also varies from 0.83 kt CO2e/M Euro in Jakarta to 2.37 kt CO2e/M Euro in North Kalimantan. Agriculture and food products dominate household carbon footprints, while construction leads in government carbon footprints. Utilities and transportation services play important roles on national carbon intensities. We further correlated the Human Development Index (HDI) with per capita carbon footprints and expenditure, and find that provinces with similar GHG emissions and expenditure per capita income as Java, tend to have a lower HDI. Understanding development status and province-level characteristics is important for selecting policy strategies.

ANALISIS PERMINTAAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP LAYANAN TRANSPORTASI ONLINE DI KOTA MALANG

This research aims to measure the extent of consumer demand changes for online transportation services in Malang City following a tariff increase and to identify the factors influencing the demand for these services. This research utilized a quantitative approach and was analyzed through the wilcoxon test and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal significant changes in consumer demand after the tariff hike. Specifically, the variable of online transportation service tariffs shows a positive and significant influence. Income demonstrates a positive but insignificant effect, while the variables of conventional transportation services tariffs and travel speed each indicate a negative influence that is not significant and significant, respectively, on the demand for online transportation services. Based on these findings, it is crucial for online transportation service companies to maintain comfort and security, as these factors are top priorities for consumers in choosing transportation services. Additionally, the government can contribute to maintaining operational stability for companies, ensuring safety for users, and overall stability in the transportation ecosystem.

Public Transport Delay Prediction using Deep Learning

A system of trains, buses, subways, ferries, and other vehicles that are accessible to the public is referred to as public transportation, also known as public transit or mass transit. These networks are usually run by private or public organisations are made to efficiently transport large numbers of people in urban and suburban areas. It usually operates on set schedules and routes and has a listed fare for each journey. Long wait periods and lengthy travel times resulting from delays are two problems that frequently plague public transportation services. There are several things that can cause a delay in public transport, such as an excess of passengers, heavy traffic, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances. The availability of a more accurate delay prediction for public transportation might increase users’ confidence and their willingness to pay more for transit services. Over the past two decades, a number of studies on prediction algorithms for transportation data have been proposed. Most of the work is on machine learning model development, focusing on delay prediction and taking into account several factors such as weather conditions and infrastructure issues. This paper proposes a deep learning model to predict public transportation delays using data from public transportation and the weather. The results obtained from this research work are compared with several other existing works. Our experiment has demonstrated that the deep neural network (DNN) is the best model to predict transit delay compared to several other machine learning and deep learning models.

ВПЛИВ ВІЙНИ НА МІЖНАРОДНІ ТРАНСПОРТНІ ПЕРЕВЕЗЕННЯ УКРАЇНИ

The article found that the full-scale war in Ukraine had a strong impact on international transportation. The structure of the volume of cargo transportation and the number of transported passengers were analyzed. It was determined that there is uncertainty in the market of international freight transportation of Ukraine during the studied period. On the one hand, the war had a negative impact on the country's economy and led to a decrease in the volume of cargo transportation. On the other hand, Ukraine is an important transit country through which key logistics routes connecting Europe and Asia pass. It was established that the blocking of air transport and sea trade, with the exception of the "Grain Initiative", led to a radical change in the structure of domestic import/export and the leadership of land corridors. Global transformations in world trade caused by the war in Ukraine also affected the configuration of existing supply chains, Ukrainian exports were completely reoriented towards the EU. It is indicated that Ukraine's signing of an agreement on visa-free transport cooperation with the European Union has opened up new prospects for bilateral international road transport, freeing Ukrainian carriers from the need to obtain permits for flights to EU countries. However, there are also negative trends that affect the growth of transport services and, as a result, decrease the competitiveness of transport companies. A list of legislative and regulatory innovations and organizational measures aimed at improving international transportation is given. It is argued that a successful solution for the recovery of the country will be the integration of the Ukrainian economy into the EU economic system with the help of various European logistics and infrastructure projects. It was determined that the key factors in the normalization of transportation were: the conclusion of the "Grain Initiative" with the UN and Turkey, which allowed to unblock the ports of Great Odesa; signing the Agreement on the Liberalization of Road Freight Transportation with the EU; development of border infrastructure, in particular, increasing the capacity of existing road and railway checkpoints, as well as the opening of new ones; increasing cargo handling in the ports of the Danube port cluster.

Socioeconomic Deprivation Correlates With Incomplete Radiotherapy Treatment in Head and Neck Cancer

There is a high burden of socioeconomic deprivation across Merseyside and, along with this, poorer cancer outcomes. The incidence of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) within this region is higher than the national average and there are often additional complexities to individual treatment pathways such as poor health literacy, lack of social support and transport options which can impact on adherence to prescribed treatments. AimsThis work aims to understand the impact of deprivation on patients diagnosed with HNSCC undergoing chemoradiotherapy (CRT) or radiotherapy (RT) treatment by identifying barriers to adherence. Materials and methodsPatients with HNSCC treated between June 2022 and June 2023 were included and data was collected through retrospective case note review. Approval was obtained from relevant NHS institution audit departments. Key examined variables were indices of multiple deprivation (IMD), unplanned admission rate, hospital transport use, social support network and provision of additional ad hoc appointments during treatment courses. All were correlated with missed radiotherapy appointments. ResultsOut of 359 evaluable patients there were high levels of unplanned appointments with health professionals during CRT/RT (71% of those receiving CRT and 55% of those having RT). 11% (n = 39) missed at least one radiotherapy appointment with the commonest reason being unplanned admission to hospital. Despite missed appointments, 25/39 patients completed treatment within prescribed window due to effective RT compensation strategies. On multivariate analysis, unplanned admission, hospital-provided transport and crime deprivation quintiles (p=<0.001, p = 0.007 and p = 0.027, respectively) were found to significantly increase the chance of missed radiotherapy treatment appointments. ConclusionHigh levels of unplanned encounters with health care professionals are encouraging adherence to non-surgical HNSCC treatments. Formalising these ad hoc appointments will provide an equitable, robust service. Undertaking hospital transport increases the potential for missed treatment appointments. Gaining insight into patient experiences and investing in improved transport services are essential for maximising adherence.

Introduction &amp; Objective: Transitioning to adult diabetes care can be challenging and associated with interruption in care, worsening glycemic control, and social stress. However, most studies have been conducted in emerging adults (YA) with type 1 diabetes (T1D), and contemporary data in multi-disciplinary clinics designed with supportive resources, especially for YA with youth-onset type 2 diabetes (Y2D) is lacking. Our objectives were to assess mood and engagement in psychology therapy services within a structured multidisciplinary diabetes clinic. Methods: This was a single-center observational analysis of YA (18-30y) attending a research diabetes transition clinic supported by clinical coordinators, social navigators, a certified diabetes educator, and a nutritionist between January 2021 and December 2023. All YA were offered free transportation to and from visits. Clinical coordinators communicated regularly for appointment reminders. Mood was assessed with Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and the General Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) at each visit and Endocrine Society Transition Readiness Form at initial visit. In January 2023, all YA were given the option to meet with a clinical psychologist during the diabetes visit. Student t-test were used to compare groups using STATA v.18. Results: In 62 YA (73% Y2D, 10% T1D, 17% other) aged 20.2±2.7y, BMI:37.3±9.6 kg/m2, all engaged in nutrition counseling and 52% (32/62) utilized transportation services. A diagnosed psychiatric disorder was present in 16% (10/62). At initial visit, PHQ-9 scores were 6.1±6.3, n=62 and39% (24/62) had score &amp;gt;8 (moderate depression). Within the last 2 weeks, 13% (10/62) reported suicidal ideation. GAD-7 scores were 6.0±6.3 and 54% had anxiety that interfered with activities of daily living. Psychology services were accepted in 61% (38/62) with higher initial GAD-7 scores in those who saw psychologist (8.2±6.8 vs. 4.1±5.3, P=0.02) but no difference in PHQ-9 scores (7.2±6.6 vs. 5.1±5.9, P=0.2). Most YA (81%) reported adequate diabetes knowledge while 25% YA reported diabetes-related challenges including feeling burned out, not knowing how to navigate specialty diabetes care, challenges with medication insurance, transportation, and insurance coverage. Conclusion: Approximately 50% of emerging adults with diabetes reported moderate depression and anxiety scores and were interested in engaging in psychology services. Transition diabetes care programs should focus on increasing access to routine integrated mental health services and social support.Such an initiative could potentially ameliorate psychological stressors associated with diabetes management during the transition to adult care. Pengaruh Digital Marketing Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Layanan Transportasi Online Maxim Di Kota Bogor

This study aims to find out: 1) how much digital marketing influences the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor, 2) how much service quality influences the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor, and 3) how much digital marketing and service quality together influence the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor. This research is quantitative. The research sample was 150 Maxim’s user respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, where every element in the population has an equal chance of being selected. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis and testing techniques included multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that digital marketing and service quality have positive and significant influence on the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor City, both individually and together. The coefficient of determination, with an R Square value of 0.392 (39.2%), indicates that digital marketing and service quality together explain 39.2% of the usage decisions, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Efektivitas Pelayanan Publik Feeder Wira-Wiri Kota Surabaya

The city of Surabaya is the capital of East Java province which is known as the city of heroes and is the second largest metropolitan city with a dense population after the city of Jakarta. According to data from the official website of the East Java Central Statistics Agency in 2023, the city of Surabaya has a population of approximately 2,893,698 people, with a large population this will result in an increase in the number of private vehicles which will affect comfort in urban areas. In connection with this, the Surabaya city government has provided a program that aims to overcome problems in the transportation sector, namely the provision of public transportation called Feeder Wira-Wiri by bringing the concept of orderly, safe and comfortable driving or transportation behavior. The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of the Wira-Wiri Feeder Public Transport Service in the City of Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach using simple descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire technique. The population of this research is people who use wira-wiri feeder services with a sample of 100 respondents. This research produced interesting findings, including: 1) The results of respondents' responses to the twelve effectiveness measurement indicators showed that all indicators still had values ​​that indicated they were quite effective. However, of the twelve effectiveness measurement indicators, the value indicating quite high effectiveness is found in the flexibility of adaptation indicator with a percentage of 23% and in the productivity indicator with a percentage of 16%. 2) The overall results of the respondents' responses showed that the Surabaya City wira-wiri feeder public transport service was said to be effective with a percentage of 53%.
