PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL, OCB (ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR) DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUKASADA

The purpose of this research is to examine how teacher performance is influenced by organizational climate, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and emotional intelligence. In this study, the population consisted of 34 instructors who worked at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. This research used a saturated sample, which means that all 34 instructors at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada were sampled. Multiple linear regression analysis, which will be carried out using the SPSS (Statistics tool and Service Solution) tool, is a data analysis technique used to solve the problem in this research. According to the analysis findings, teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada are known to perform better when they have emotional intelligence; Likewise, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational climate had no effect on the performance of these students

Remotely Delivered Video Interaction Guidance for Families of Children With an Intellectual Disability Referred to Specialist Mental Health Services: Protocol for a Feasibility Randomized Controlled Trial.

Children with an intellectual disability (ID) are 3-4 times more likely to present with behaviors that challenge and mental health problems than typically developing children. Parenting and the quality of parent-child relationships are risk factors for these families. The COVID-19 pandemic further exacerbated difficulties, leading to an increase in child mental health problems and behaviors that challenge, a deterioration in parental mental health, and further strain on family relationships. Remote family interventions could be an effective solution for both families and specialist mental health services. Video interaction guidance (VIG) has shown promise for improving child mental health. However, it is unclear whether it is widely acceptable to families and feasible to implement across specialist child mental health services. This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the feasibility of delivering VIG as a remote intervention for parents of children aged 6-12 years with ID who have been referred to specialist mental health services. The study will be undertaken across 5-7 National Health Service specialist mental health services in England, involving 50 participants randomly allocated on a 1:1 basis to either the intervention group (receiving remote VIG) or the treatment-as-usual (TAU) group. The intervention group will engage in 3-5 cycles of VIG delivered remotely over 12 weeks. The primary feasibility outcomes include the recruitment rate, retention at 6-month follow-up, and VIG cycle completion rate. The secondary outcomes will assess the acceptability of VIG and the feasibility of remote implementation, including fidelity to the intervention protocol. Data will be gathered through online surveys and telephone interviews at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months. Feasibility outcomes will be summarized using descriptive statistics, while thematic analysis will be applied to qualitative data from semistructured interviews with participants, VIG practitioners, and service managers. An embedded process evaluation will explore barriers and facilitators to engagement with VIG, and a parallel health economics evaluation will assess the feasibility of capturing service use data and intervention costs. The trial was open to recruitment between December 2022 and March 2024. The first results should be available in 2025. The study is the first randomized evaluation of VIG as offered to parents of children with ID who have been referred to specialist mental health settings. The outcomes from this feasibility trial will inform the decision to proceed with a definitive trial, using a traffic light system to evaluate recruitment, retention, and VIG completion rates alongside qualitative insights and economic evaluations. Optimizing cover crop practices as a sustainable solution for global agroecosystem services

The practice of cover crops has gained popularity as a strategy to improve agricultural sustainability, but its full potential is often limited by environmental trade-offs. Using meta-analytic and data-driven quantifications of 2302 observations, we optimized cover crop practices and evaluated their benefits for global agroecosystems. Cover crops have historically boosted crop yields, soil carbon storage, and stability, but also stimulated greenhouse gas emissions. However, combining them with long-term implementation (five years or more) and climate-smart practices (such as no-tillage) can enhance these services synergistically. A biculture of legume and non-legume cover crops, terminated 25 days before planting the next crop and followed by residue mulching, is the optimal portfolio. Such optimized practices are projected to increase agroecosystem multiservices by 1.25%, equivalent to annual gains of 97.7 million metric tons in crop production, 21.7 billion metric tons in carbon dioxide sequestration, and 2.41 billion metric tons in soil erosion reduction. By 2100, the continued implementation of optimized practices could mitigate climate-related yield losses and contribute to climate neutrality and soil stabilization, especially in harsh and underdeveloped areas. These findings underscore the promising potential of optimized cover crop practices to achieve the synergy in food security and environmental protection.

Factors associated with post-pandemic acceptance of COVID-19 vaccines among students in three Nigerian universities.

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted the world in every aspect. Higher institutions were greatly affected because the outbreak disrupted the teaching and learning structure. Vaccines decrease the rate of infection and transmission of the virus, but the presence of some myths has led to hesitancy towards the vaccine. The purpose of the survey was to assess the knowledge, perception, and acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine among undergraduate students in Enugu State, Nigeria. This was a cross-sectional study carried out among undergraduate students at the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), and Enugu State University of Technology Enugu state (ESUT), Nigeria between March and November 2023. These institutions were chosen based on their large student populations, diverse academic offerings, and significant geographical coverage within the state. Data collection was done using a 26-item validated self-administered questionnaire. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25 with appropriate descriptive (frequency and percentage) and inferential statistics (Chi-square) were used to analyze the data. 1,143 completed questionnaires were obtained. The modal age range was 18-24 years accounting for 814 (71.2%) of the participants. A total of 577 (50.5%) participants demonstrated a good level of knowledge while 685 (59.9%) showed a positive perception of the COVID-19 vaccine. Gender (p = 0.010) and institution (p < 0.001) were associated with their perception of the COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, knowledge and perception of the COVID-19 vaccine were significantly associated with its acceptance at p = 0.038 and < 0.001, respectively. This study reveals that COVID-19 vaccine acceptance among university students in Enugu State, Nigeria, remains low despite moderate knowledge and generally positive attitudes, with perceptions playing a more significant role than knowledge. The findings highlight the need for educational interventions that not only provide accurate information but also actively address misconceptions. To improve vaccine uptake, public health campaigns should focus on shifting perceptions through culturally sensitive, institution-specific strategies.

Pengaruh Ketaatan Terhadap Perundangan, Sistem Pelaporan, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Palembang

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of Work Motivation, Quality of Human Resources, Reporting Systems, and Legislation Compliance on the Performance Accountability of Regional Governmental Organizations (OPD) in Palembang City in 2024. The sampling technique that was used for this research is purposive sampling, with a population of 50 OPD in Palembang City and 32 Sample with a total of 183 respondents. Multiple linear regression is used in data analysis techniques for this study, which makes use of primary data and data hypothesis testing tools utilizing Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. Partial hypothesis testing results indicate that each of the following variables has a partial impact on the variable Accountability for Organizational Performance: Quality of Human Resources, Reporting System, Compliance with Legislation, and Work Motivation.

Pengaruh Strategi Promosi Sosial Media Instagram Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Barbershop Athena

This study aims to explore the impact of promotion strategies through Instagram social media on customer satisfaction at Athena Barbershop. Involving 342 customer respondents, data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to assess perceptions of Instagram promotions and the level of satisfaction with the barbershop's services. This research employs a quantitative analysis, specifically simple regression analysis, with data processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 27.0. The results of the study indicate that the promotion strategy using Instagram social media has a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Athena Barbershop.

Evaluation of privacy protection methods of public service advertising visual design in the perspective of artificial intelligence internet of things.

With the widespread application of monitoring technology and network storage technology, there are some privacy issues in the process of public service advertising visual design and the process of pushing public service advertising visual design works. Researching the privacy protection method of public service advertising visual design is of great significance to protecting the privacy data security of public service advertising visual designers and the personal privacy of other citizens. This paper proposes a digital watermark privacy protection method and a public service advertising visual design work push privacy protection method, and conducts a privacy protection experiment study on public service advertising visual design. The digital watermark privacy protection method and the public service advertising work push privacy protection method are used to provide an innovative solution for public service advertising privacy protection. The study shows that the evaluation score of the digital watermark privacy protection method is 11.05% higher than that of the traditional passive privacy protection method; the average feasibility evaluation score and the average effectiveness evaluation score of the privacy protection method for the public service advertising visual design work push by experts are 86.8 and 90.66 respectively. Combining the perspectives of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, this paper proposes a digital watermark privacy protection method, emphasizing practicality, and providing new ideas for privacy protection of public service advertising visual design.

Service Quality Standards and Organisation Performance of Private Hospitals in Eldoret City, Kenya

The private health sector has received much attention in recent times and is crucial in the expansion of access to quality healthcare. The majority of private hospitals in the country are undergoing performance challenges due to the inability to retain and satisfy their customers. Because of the improvements in health provision by county governments, private hospitals are facing increasing performance challenges due shortage of human resource personnel, shortage of medical services and inadequate medical infrastructure. Therefore, this study sought to find how the level of implementation of service quality standards affected the organisation performance of private hospitals. This study is supported by the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) model. The study is quantitative in nature guided by correlational research design. The study was conducted in Eldoret town covering major hospitals classified from Level 3B and above. The target population involved 1875 employees from 25 private hospitals in Eldoret town. A sample size of 319 respondents was chosen through the Cochran sample size formula to be representative of the whole population. The respondents (319) out of 1875 were selected using stratified and random sampling techniques. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire. Data analysis was undertaken through the use of descriptive statistics; frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviation inferential statistics; correlation and linear regression with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions computer software. Findings showed service quality standards (β=0.240) had a significant positive effect on the performance of private hospitals in Eldoret town. It is concluded that the performance of hospitals is dependent on the extent to which service quality standards were implemented by the management of private hospitals in Eldoret. The study recommends that private hospitals regularly collect customers’ feedback to improve the standards of services/ The study findings provide solutions to private hospitals on the way to improve their performance through the adoption of quality healthcare service strategies in the delivery of services to patients

Generative artificial intelligence, present and perspectives in public administration

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in public administration, offering innovative solutions for efficiency and better public services. The application of AI in public administration aims to modernise and streamline the services offered to citizens. AI contains advanced algorithms, neural networks, and machine learning techniques to improve performance and efficiency over time. Smart algorithms, responsibly implemented, could help governments enhance service delivery and strengthen citizen engagement in local, city, regional, and national administrations around the world. Governments in some states have discreetly launched pilot programs to test developing AI applications, demonstrating an enthusiasm for technology at least as great as that in the private sector. By utilising AI, public administrations can automate repetitive processes, optimize resource usage, and improve interaction with the public. The purpose of the research is to show the extent and scope that AI tools integrated into organisations have in almost all areas of the public and private sectors in general, and state administrations in particular. The research objectives were: to analyse the dynamics of investments in AI tools; to discover the main services in state administrations that can be better performed using AI; to analyse the risks; and to highlight the perspective of development and integration of AI in public administrations of a few European states. The research is based on a comparative analysis of the implementation of AI tools across fields, components, and regions at the European level mainly, but also for Romania. The analysis period is 2021-2030. The results show a continuously increasing trend and an ever-faster rate of assimilation of AI tools in the field of public administration in an increasing number of states from most developed regions worldwide.

Cytotoxicity test of Bovine Gelatin- based hydrogel with Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. leaf extract in topical drug development

Introduction: Herbal drugs have healing properties to prevent and treat various health conditions, including topical treatments, which contain therapeutic active ingredients like Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. leaf extract combined with a carrier substance such as bovine gelatin hydrogel. Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. extract also exhibits other pharmacological effects including antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, anti- inflammatory, antidiabetic, and anticancer properties. Bovine gelatin-based hydrogels have non-immunogenic properties derived from natural materials, with controlled drug release, as well as good biodegradability and biocompatibility, making them non-toxic. The combination of bovine gelatin hydrogel with Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. leaf extract has been studied to develop a new topical drug. This research focuses on assessing the safety of this combination through cytotoxicity testing. Materials and Methods: This in vitro experimental study, utilized a post-test only control group design. The control group utilizes a bovine gelatin-based hydrogel, while the treatment group uses the same hydrogel combined with Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. leaf extract on BHK-21 fibroblast cell cultures. Preclinical testing using the MTT assay served as a cytotoxicity test to validate the safety of this topical drug. Comparative study using a T-test with a significance level of p&lt;0.05. Data analysis was carried out using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Software for Mac version 29. Results: The cytotoxicity test results for bovine gelatin hydrogel and the combination with the extract of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. leaves were shown in the percentage of viable cells of 92.3% and 96.4%. The parametric T-test revealed no significant difference between the two groups (p = 0.754). Conclusions: The combination of bovine gelatin hydrogel with the extract of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. leaves in the development of herbal drugs are non-toxic

EMOTIONAL VALUE, SOCIAL VALUE, CONNECTEDNESS DAN SATISFACTION TERHADAP REPURCHASE INTENTION PADA MERCHANDISE DAN RILISAN FISIK BAND HARDCORE

This research aimed to find out the effect of emotional value, social value, connectedness, and satisfaction on the consumers' repurchasing intentions of merchandise and physical releases of hardcore bands. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique was a non-probability sampling. In line with that, there were 97 respondents as the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result of the classical assumption test showed that there were not any fraud variables. Additionally, the result indicated that both social value and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the consumers' repurchasing intention of merchandise and physical releases of hardcore bands. However, emotional value as well as connectedness had a positive but insignificant effect on the consumers' repurchasing intention of merchandise and physical releases of hardcore bands.

Handwritten Digit Recognition Using Logistic Regression

With applications in optical character recognition (OCR), digitizing historical documents, and automating data entry procedures, handwritten digit recognition is crucial to pattern recognition and machine learning. This work develops a handwritten digit recognition system using logistic regression. The main objective is to use the MNIST dataset to develop a precise and effective model for classifying handwritten numbers from 0 to 9. Data collection, preprocessing, model installation, training, assessment, and analysis are all included in the methodology. Normalizing pixel values and flattening 2D picture matrices into 1D vectors are steps in the preprocessing process. Using gradient descent optimization, the logistic regression model set up for multi- class classification minimizes the cost function. A testing set will be used to assess performance, and metrics including F1 score, recall, accuracy, and precision will be used. A very precise logistic regression model for handwritten digit identification is the anticipated result. The model's advantages and disadvantages will be emphasized through thorough analysis and visualization, which will include learning weights, biases, and incorrectly categorized images. This work offers useful solutions for automation, postal services, and digital archiving, furthering the field of pattern recognition and highlighting the significance of logistic regression in machine learning.

Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Accesbility Terhadap Minat Kunjung Kembali Wisatawan di Pantai Lon Malang

The purpose of this study is to examine how social media marketing and accessibility affect revisit interest. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25 was used to process and analyze data collected from 105 respondents through questionnaires. Simultaneously, social media marketing and accesbility variables have a positive and significant influence on return visit interest, and partially both variables have a significant effect on return visit interest. Therefore, a highly visible social media marketing campaign and easy access will influence visitors' propensity to return.

FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI

The purpose of the research was to identify and analyze the factors that effect on the Quality of Accounting Information System at PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara Muara Enim, South Sumatra, using primary data. The research uses interviews and questionnaires as data collection techniques. The population of the research was 46 respondents with the sampling technique is using the saturated sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative analysis with descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. The inferential statistics techniques consists of consisting of classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing designs, assisted by the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The results of this research indicate that the factors influencing the quality of the accounting information system include internal control system, user competence, and information technology.

Pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Konsumen Shopee Kota Samarinda

This study aims to determine the Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) and Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions of Shopee Consumers in Samarinda City. The findings of this study, which uses a quantitative approach with primary and secondary data sources, have practical implications for academics, marketers, and business professionals interested in consumer behavior and e-commerce. The study's sampling technique used purposive sampling, and a sample of 96 people was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25 program. The results of the study showed that EWOM influenced purchasing decisions. The more positive reviews other consumers give, the more consumers who read them will make purchasing decisions. It was also found that Shopee consumers always follow trends according to what is recommended by Shopee, which shows that lifestyle influences purchasing decisions.

Pengaruh Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Marketplace Lazada di Kota Balikpapan

This study aimed to analyze the effect of ease and trust on purchasing decisions at the Lazada Marketplace in Balikpapan City. This research was conducted on users or consumers of the Lazada marketplace in Balikpapan City. This study uses purposive sampling with some samples that meet the criteria of 110 respondents. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from books and previous research journals regarding the influence of convenience and trust on purchasing decisions in the Lazada marketplace. The analysis tool uses the IBM Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that convenience and trust positively and significantly impact purchasing decisions in the Lazada marketplace.

Knowledge of Non-Communicable Diseases Among Adolescents in Public and Private Secondary Schools in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

&amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Background&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading causes of poor health and early death globally. Although NCDs are most common in middle to late adulthood, many lifestyle habits that contribute to these diseases begin during adolescence. This research evaluated the knowledge of non-communicable diseases among adolescents in public and private secondary schools in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Methods&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: The study used a comparative cross-sectional design to collect research data from 640 adolescents. Participants were selected through a multi-stage sampling technique and data was analysed using IBM Statistical Product for the Service Solution version 29. &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Results&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: Few respondents from private (6.3%) and public (5.3%) schools had good knowledge, majority from private (75%) and public (66.9) schools had fair knowledge, while 18.8% (private) and 27.8% (public) had poor knowledge on non-communicable diseases. Socioeconomic status and knowledge level were statistically significant (p&amp;lt;0.05). The prevalence of NCDs (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure) was 3.4% and 2.5% among private and public school adolescents. &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Conclusion&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: There is need for continuous health education on NCDs risk factors among adolescents to ensure they adopt healthy lifestyles through informed choices to foster good and quality health into adulthood.

Risk and Determinants of Non-communicable Diseases Among Adolescents in Public and Private Secondary Schools in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

&amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Background&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading causes of poor health and premature mortality worldwide. Although NCDs are majorly prevalent in middle to late adulthood, most lifestyle habits are started during adolescence a significant period of development. This research evaluated the risk and determinants of non-communicable diseases among adolescents in public and private secondary schools in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Methods&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: The study used a comparative cross-sectional design to collect research data from 640 adolescents. Participants were selected through a multi-stage sampling technique and data was analysed with IBM Statistical Product for the Service Solution version 29. &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Results&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: Private and public school respondents report on NCDs (asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure) was 3.4% and 2.5% respectively. NCDs behavioural and metabolic risk factors were prevalent among both private and public school adolescents. Private school students exhibited higher prevalence of physical activity (75% vs. 61.6%), soft drink consumption (96.3% vs. 92.5%), alcohol consumption (45.6% vs. 36.9%), overweight (17.3% vs. 7.5%), obesity (5.9% vs. 1.6%), prehypertension (12.8% vs. 5%) and hypertension (6.6% vs. 1.6%). Conversely, public school students had higher prevalence of daily fruit intake (19.4% vs. 8.8%) and tobacco use (7.5% vs. 2.2%). Socioeconomic status, behavioural risk factors and metabolic risk factors were statistically significant (p&amp;lt;0.05). &amp;lt;i&amp;gt;Conclusion&amp;lt;/i&amp;gt;: This study identified NCDs risk factors among adolescents that can lead to development of NCDs in adulthood, hence there is need for preventive measures that are targeted and data-driven to ensure adolescents adopt healthy lifestyles.

The Effect of Uploads on Folkative on the Fulfillment of Information for Z Generation

A rapid development, especially in the technology industry, led to a big impact on media development. A lot of media companies switched from conventional media to digital media because of fear of being eroded and disability to adapt with the digital advances. not only that, there were also a lot of new online media appearance based on social media, one of which is Folkative. We cannot deny that social media is a new platform which is loved by lots of people, especially Z generation, so the appearance of new online media such as Folkative created a uniqueness of it. Folkative itself is a new online media platform based on Instagram which focused on news, art, culture, and local products, Folkative was called as new media since it was established on 2018. This research aims to determine the effect of uploads on Folkative on the fulfillment of information for Z generation. This research is quantitative research which defines phenomenon with numbers. This research also focused on communication major student at Universitas Negeri Jakarta especially on class of 2020 as the population. This research tests the validity and reliability of data, simple linear regression test to check the effect, and hypothesis test using IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 25. Based on the results of this research, it was determined that there was a positive impact of 15,6%, so it was concluded that there was an effect of uploads on Folkative on the fulfillment of information for Z generation.

Tourist mobility packages in an island mass tourism destination: Exploring preferences heterogeneity and willingness-to-pay

Ensuring a sustainable and efficient transportation system meeting visitor mobility needs is paramount for mass tourist destinations. Recognising this challenge, some destinations are embracing Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solutions as a strategy to create a more sustainable transportation system for tourists. This study uses a discrete choice experiment to analyse tourists’ preferences and willingness to pay for MaaS packages in two well-known municipalities of the Canary Islands, one of Europe’s premier mass tourism destinations. The empirical evidence of taste heterogeneity revealed by the analysis indicates that a one-size-fits-all solution is inadequate. Therefore, the development of mobility packages must be tailored to the specific needs of distinct tourist segments. This approach caters to individual preferences and maximises the perceived value for each tourist segment, promoting the adoption of sustainable transportation options.
