Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how teacher performance is influenced by organizational climate, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and emotional intelligence. In this study, the population consisted of 34 instructors who worked at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. This research used a saturated sample, which means that all 34 instructors at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada were sampled. Multiple linear regression analysis, which will be carried out using the SPSS (Statistics tool and Service Solution) tool, is a data analysis technique used to solve the problem in this research. According to the analysis findings, teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada are known to perform better when they have emotional intelligence; Likewise, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational climate had no effect on the performance of these students
