ONLINE TIRE SALES PLAN AT CINERE RACING SHOP USING VUE.JS TECHNOLOGY

The era of e-commerce or what is known as selling goods online is currently experiencing very significant development. Urban and village communities have begun to change direction in buying and selling from offline to online. One of the technologies used in ecommerce is website-based technology. Websites can be created and formulated with various features ranging from product catalogs to real-time payments very instantly. Websites have experienced a very rapid evolution from previously only being textual to now being able to make buyers feel a real experience as if they were shopping directly at the store. Website technology with the vue.js framework is a variant that is currently quite popular with programmers. Vue.js itself comes from early website technology, namely JavaScript. This has a significant impact where almost all website viewing browsers adopt JavaScript technology. One of the shops being tested using the vue.js technology design is the Cinere Racing Tire Shop. The Cinere Racing Tire Shop wants to develop the introduction of its shop services not only locally but if possible, on a national scale. By introducing the shop online, it is hoped that tire sales transactions will increase sharply. The vue.js technology design also adopts the Scrum Agile way of working according to the principles of computer science, especially the subject matter regarding the development cycle of creating a system or application.

Brewing happiness: Is it just about coffee or more?

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the important role of product diversity and service quality on consumer’s perceived value and its subsequent influence on consumer satisfaction. The largest local coffee shop brands in Indonesia have been selected as the focal points of this study due to their amalgamation of traditional and modern flavors and the unique experiential offerings they provide to their customers. Notably, the novelty of this study resides in its intention to bridge a significant gap in the existing literature. Prior studies have rarely explored the factors associated with customer satisfaction within the context of local coffee shop services with the mediation role of perceived value and antecedents of product variability. The study adopts a quantitative research approach, utilizing a 5-point Likert scale in a survey-based methodology. A total of 262 respondents, comprising a diverse pool of coffee lovers and enthusiasts, actively participated in this survey. To examine and assess the hypotheses posited in this study, we utilized the SPSS macro-PROCESS (Model 4). The study's findings indicate a significant positive correlation between product and service diversity and customer value. This suggests that by offering a diverse range of innovative products and services, coffee shops can enhance the perceived value for customers, ultimately leading to higher satisfaction levels. Interestingly, this study has uncovered a notable difference in the role of service quality as a primary driver of customer satisfaction, in contrast to prior findings suggesting that service quality is merely one of several factors contributing to satisfaction.

The Role Of Customer Satisfaction In Mediating The Effect Of Mobile Shopping Service Quality On Customer Loyalty (Study On Lazada Application Users)

This study focuses on Lazada App Users, aiming to measure how much Customer Satisfaction Role in mediating the effect of Mobile Shopping Service Quality on Customer Loyalty. Using the non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling, 251 samples were selected. Data collection is carried out by non-probability sample method with quantitative method approach. SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling) analysis model with test calculations using the LISREL software program version 8.80. The effectiveness of mobile shopping experience according to the results of this study shows that Mobile Shopping Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Mobile Shopping Service Quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Mobile Shopping Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction. And the most influential dimension of MS-SQ is Responsiveness. The study suggests workable strategies to increase effectiveness in increasing loyalty in the m-commerce industry and extends the loyalty research model built from MS-SQ.

Analisis Faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan Service Mobil Pada Bengkel Daihatsu Cabang Maumere

Customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction is the key to success in a company. The higher the level of customer satisfaction, the greater the profit for the company, because this will have an impact on the desire of customers to return to using the products and services provided. This study has two objectives, first, to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction of car service at Daihatsu workshop, Maumere branch, and second, to determine the most dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction using service at the Daihatsu workshop, Maumere branch. The sample of this study consisted of 50 respondents from customers who used car service at the Daihatsu workshop, Maumere branch with the following criteria: a). Using the Daihatsu car brand and other car brands. b). Using the Daihatsu car repair shop service more than twice. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The scale used in this study is a scale of service quality, brand image or company image, and prices compiled by the researchers themselves. The service quality scale has a reliability coefficient of 0.899, the brand image scale has a reliability coefficient of 0. 800, and the price scale has a reliability coefficient of 0.894. This research includes quantitative research with an exploratory factor analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that service quality, brand image or company image and price are factors that affect customer satisfaction of car service at the Daihatsu Maumere branch, which can be explained by the results of the factor analysis test which shows that the KMO, Bartlett's Test, and MSA numbers have met. criteria or terms in the factor analysis provisions: The number of KMO is 0.556 with the Bartlett's Test 0.000. MSA numbers are: service quality factor gives MSA number of 0.529, brand image factor gives MSA number of 0.674 and price factor gives MSA figure of 0.533.

THE EFFECT OF RESTAURANT AND COFFE SHOP TAX INCOME ON INCREASING REGIONAL ORIGIN INCOME (PAD) ACCORDING TO ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE (Study in Bandar Lampung City, 2016-2020)

Restaurant Tax is a tax imposed on restaurant businesses, while coffee shop tax is a tax imposed on coffee shop services. Restaurant and coffee shop taxes are a component of local taxes which are a source of local revenue (PAD). The regional tax that is collected is Regional Original Revenue which is then used for the benefit of the common people. The method used in this study is a type of descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The type of data in this study is primary time series data sourced from BPPRD (2016-2020). This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis supported by the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Restaurant and Coffee Shop Taxes have a partial and simultaneous effect on increasing the Local Revenue of the city of Bandar Lampung. The Islamic Economic View of Taxes is permissible and justified, because taxes are a source of income that will be used for state management including the management of the development of the City of Bandar Lampung. Tax collection is permissible as long as it is in accordance with Islamic provisions or that has nothing to do with gambling or elements of maisir.

Pengaruh Service Quality dan Store environment Terhadap Impulse Buying Melalui Positive Emotion Pada Sociolla

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and shop environment impulsively through positive emotions on Sociolla. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 119 respondents. Data processing techniques and data analysis in this study used SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the store environment has an effect on positive emotions, service quality has no effect on impulse buying, service quality does not affect positive emotions, the store environment does not affect impulse purchases, positive emotions do not affect impulse purchases, positive emotions do not mediate the effect of service quality. on impulse buying, positive emotions do not mediate the influence of the store environment on impulse buying.

Analysis of spatial distribution characteristics of electric vehicle sales and service shops and the corresponding influencing factors

AbstractThe electric vehicle industry is essential for China's economic transformation and industrial upgrading. Identifying the distribution of electric vehicle sales and service shops is of great significance to boost the development of retail geography theory and promote the optimization of industrial space. Regression and spatial econometric methods analyze the influencing factors of electric vehicle sales and service shop distribution. According to the point of interest data of electric vehicle sales and service shops, taking 10 typical cities in China as an example, the spatial distribution of electric vehicle sales and service shops and its influencing factors are empirically explored by spatial econometric methods. The results indicate the following: (1) From high to low, the influence degree of spatial dependence factors are car license restriction policy, the average age of residents, number of schools, built‐up area, the amount of investment in real estate, electric vehicle sales, and GDP; (2) On the whole, the spatial distribution of electric vehicle sales and service shops shows the characteristics of a multi‐center circle‐layered spatial structure that spreads from the inside to the outside; and (3) The spatial influencing factors such as electric vehicle sales, charging stations, permanent resident population, schools, and subway stations in the four first‐tier cities is evident.

The Agreement of Personal Shopping Service through E-Commerce Platforms: A Case Study of Consumer Protection

This research examines and analyzes the legal relationship and protection between service providers and consumers in the agreement of personal shopping services through e-commerce platforms. This empirical legal research was conducted in Makassar from December 2022 to February 2023. Data is collected through direct interviews with the two informants and questionnaires for the 30 respondents. The obtained data is then quantitatively analyzed and presented in argumentative and infographic forms to describe the problem and address the research purposes. The results show that the legal relationship occurring in personal shopping service transactions can be categorized as a legal relationship of sale and purchase because there is no substantial difference in the elements. In principle, the service provider can be held accountable if the consumer suffers a loss due to the non-fulfillment of legal obligations within the transaction. In this research, the service provider has fulfilled its obligation to provide compensation, damages, or product replacements if the products consumers receive do not conform to the agreement of personal shopping service through e-commerce platforms. Therefore, it is recommended that consumers should be diligent in understanding the agreement’s terms and conditions of personal shopping services. Service providers must ensure transparent communication, maintain high-quality services, and fulfill their obligations by providing compensation or product replacements when necessary. Meanwhile, the Government should establish and enforce regulations to protect service providers and consumers, creating a fair and reliable e-commerce environment for personal shopping services. In addition, these regulations are also intended to prevent fraud that can be detrimental to all parties in the agreement of personal shopping services through e-commerce platforms in the future.

The Influence of Service Quality, Shop Atmosphere and Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions at Coffee Shops Such as Lenteng Agung South Jakarta City

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality. Shop atmosphere, word of mouth on purchasing decisions at coffee shops for example. The data source for this research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The research data was given to 96 respondents who had purchased at a coffee shop, for example, with statistical data analysis methods using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 software. The results of this study showed that there was no positive and significant effect of variable X1 on Y while variables X2 and X3 have a positive and significant influence on Y. There is no effect of the service quality variable (X1) on the purchasing decision variable (Y), which means that the presence or absence of the service quality variable will not affect the purchasing decision at the Seumpama Coffee Shop. While the store atmosphere variable (X2) and word of mouth variable (X3) have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision variable (Y). That means the better the atmosphere of the shop and word of mouth, the higher the purchase decision at Seumpama Coffee Shop.

Lean service: a contingency perspective

Many firms launch consolidated lean initiatives across all their service units, but because services differ, mandated lean practices may have a poor fit with the receiving unit. Whereas plenty of research has investigated the fit of lean implementation at the service industry level, this is the first to delineate how standard lean service practices fit different service types. Taking a contingency theory perspective, we study a leading European utility company comprising distinct service types. Using purposeful sampling, we interview 36 employees from 15 different teams representing three different service types – professional services, service factories and service shops – and 11 employees from the headquarters who are supporting these units in their lean transformation journeys. We also collect secondary data, including lean programme documentation and audit data. We find that one size does not fit all for lean service; there are important nuances to the relevance of standard lean service practices across different service types. Ten propositions are put forward suggesting how standard lean practices need to be adapted to fit the context of different service types. The findings reject the idea that all service units can progress along the same trajectory in lean service programmes. This paper informs managers how lean service programmes can be tailored to increase the fit with different service types.

Assessment of Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Service Quality Perception Using the SERVPERF Model and Lean Service

The benchmark for the success of a business or product is to measure the satisfaction of customers who have used or felt the goods or services. The customer's expectations of the function and emotional happiness factors that arise from the use of goods or services are entirely the responsibility of the producer. So that manufacturers need to focus on what attributes must be presented in a product or service to increase customer satisfaction. The decrease in customer interest in providing vehicle service at an automotive company in Sidoarjo is the problem studied in this study, to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and attributes that are priority improvements as recommendations for the company.
 Data generated from customers is processed and analyzed using the Service Performance (SERVPERF) and Lean Service methods. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the level of customer satisfaction with service quality is 82.3%, and three service attributes are classified as a top priority and two types of critical waste.

Behavioral of Customer Loyalty on E-Commerce: The Mediating Effect of E-Satisfaction in Tiktok Shop

This study aims to find out and explain how the effect of e-service quality and e-recovery service quality on e-customer loyalty when online shopping is mediated by e-customer satisfaction at Tiktok shop, both directly and indirectly. this research is quantitative. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to 280 respondents who had used the Tiktok shop service. The results showed that the e-services qaulity and recovery services quality had a direct effect on e-customer satisfaction and e-customer loyalty. E-satisfaction has an important role in mediating the relationship between e-service quality and recovery service quality on e-customer loyalty. Therefore, an e-commerce must be able to make customers satisfied by providing good e-service quality and recovery service quality in the event of a service failure by the company, learning from these findings we must maintain customer satisfaction in terms of customer service so that these customers remain loyal and do not switch to competitors

Customer Behavioral Trends in Online Grocery Shopping During COVID-19

The evolution of online shopping started when big players like Amazon began selling all types of merchandise. Customers understood the ease of shopping online, so the trend grew even stronger. It is therefore essential to conduct a study of online shopping usage and the perception of customers during COVID-19, especially in the grocery sector. In this study, approximately 28 respondents from 50 specifically targeted groups were surveyed, and data collection was undertaken through a structured questionnaire. The regression method was conducted to analyze the collected data. Additionally, 5 interviews were conducted to validate and support the findings. Customers definitely preferred online grocery shopping (OGS) services during COVID-19 due to safety, convenience, and government restrictions. The influential factors were very important in this case, like delivery times, good discounts, and the quality of products. Secondly, OGS services were more stable and alert during the pandemic situation, following the government's rules and restrictions. Customers were extremely satisfied with the safety precautions during COVID-19, the assistance provided through helplines for support, and the increased customer reach to make groceries as accessible as other reputable online departments.

Marketing Mix Elements on Customer Service Satisfaction at Coffee Shops in Jakarta

Nowadays, the coffee shop industry has experienced significant growth and popularity in recent years. With the rise of coffee drinking culture and the increasing demand for coffee, coffee shops have become an important part of the urban landscape. This study examines the role of the marketing mix in enhancing better customer satisfaction services in the coffee shop industry. This research used the path analysis method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. The research data was collected by using a questionnaire with 320 respondents who had visited 9 coffee shops listed on the Indonesia Travel website. This formula used to calculate the number of respondents in this study uses a sample size of ten times the rule. This research analysis tool uses SEM-PLS. The result of this study shows that of the seven variables studied, the variables of price, location, promotion, personnel, and premises facilities had no significant effect, while the variables of service quality and service process significantly affected customer satisfaction with coffee shop services in Jakarta. The implication of this research is expected to help marketers develop more effective marketing strategies and focus on elements that impact customer satisfaction.

The Role of Sharia Compliance in Online Shop Applications in Improving Consumers’ Trust

<p>Muslim business transactions are governed by the principles of Islamic values, specifically Sharia compliance. However, accommodating these values poses a challenge for modern transaction system providers. This is because online shop providers have not been considering Sharia compliance as a crucial aspect to enhance consumer confidence, especially among Muslim consumers. Therefore, this research aims to determine the extent to which sharia conformity of web features and online shop applications influences consumers’ trust in the online shopping platform. It is a quantitative analysis that uses primary data from respondents representing the population. The research population comprises users of online shop applications that apply sharia compliance principles in their web design with sample data of 430 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis uses linear and multiple regression methods aided by SPSS data analysis tools. The results show a positive and significant influence between sharia compliance, specifically avoiding prohibitions, object & price, buyer & seller, as well as offering & acceptance in websites design or online shop applications on consumers’ trust both partially and simultaneously. The partial influence of each sharia compliance variable is avoidance of main prohibitions, object & price, buyer & seller, as well as offer & acceptance by 60.6%, 62.6%, 69.3%, and 57.2%, respectively. Meanwhile, the simultaneous influence of sharia compliance variables on consumers’ trust is 79.4%, and other variables influence the remaining 20.6%. These results suggest that online shop consumers, specifically Muslims, make sharia values an essential criterion for selecting and using online shops. The theoretical contribution is to build and strengthen the concept and theory of sharia compliance to construct consumer trust. Concerning the practical contribution, the results could be the basis of consideration for online shop service providers to increase consumers’ trust by providing services in line with sharia compliance principles. Further research could explore additional variables that affect consumers’ confidence in using online shop platforms.</p>

The need for alternative pest management methods to mitigate risks among cocoa farmers in the Volta region, Ghana

The objective of this study is to assess the adoption of alternative pest management methods to reduce risks among cocoa farmers in the Volta region. Cultural control methods found to be the most practiced alternative pest management, especially in the Ho West district where majority of the farmers were more knowledgeable of alternative pest control methods. There was significant relationship between agrochemical shop services (χ2 = 13,028, p < 0.000), farming years of experience (χ2 = 16.424, p < 0.002), knowledge in degree of pest infestation (χ2 = 8.498, p < 0.000), education (χ2 = 10.557, p < 0.014), farmers' community (χ2 = 39.275, p < 0.000) and farmers’ knowledge on alternative pest control methods. Farmers who relied on agrochemical shop services for pest control methods were 87% less likely to be knowledgeable on alternative pest control methods while those who considered degree of pest infestation in pest management were (OR = 1.150, p <0.008) more likely to be knowledgeable on alternative pest control methods. For the socio-cultural factors, Leklebi Kame (OR = 9.53-e 08, p < 0.000), Bla (OR = 0.280, p < 0.027) and Gbledi Chebi (OR = 0.287, p < 0.053) were less likely to be knowledgeable on alternative method of pest control compared to Kpedze. Fellow farmers and extension agents were the major sources of information on alternative pest control methods in the study area. Economic, technical, unavailability of labour, and farm implements were factors hampering adoption of alternative pest control methods in the study area. The most pesticide toxicological symptom reported was skin irritation and was recorded among majority of the farmers in Hohoe and Afadjato South districts where low knowledge and patronage of alternative pests control methods were identified. Awareness creation and capacity building programs should be organized through fellow farmers and extension agents on the need to reduce the use of chemical pesticide in pest management.

The Selection of Skylight Type for a Certain Building Using Evaluation Criteria and the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Method

The article is focused on the selection of the rational skylight from the examined alternatives using quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria, which are based on skylight performance and the multi-criteria decision-making method. A non-residential building, namely, a car service shop, was chosen for the research in order to offer good lighting in the large hall where the car repair work is performed every workday. Three alternatives of skylights with glazing material of spherical shape or dome were chosen for the study, skylight domes, longitudinal skylights, and tubular skylights, whose selection was based on the technical parameters of the product and the calculated amount of natural light entering through three different types of skylights. The skylight alternatives were evaluated according to seven criteria whose priority ranking and importance were determined by the survey questionnaire, while the theoretical and complex importance was determined using the Entropy Method. The most rational type of skylight was determined by the TOPSIS method. The analysis based on the offered method showed that skylight domes are a rational solution for the choice of skylight type for the tested building. The main criterion for choosing the roof daylighting system according to the survey was heat transfer coefficient, while skylight cost and installation cost were the criteria chosen by Entropy Method. In both cases, when alternative solutions were compared using the theoretical and complex importance of evaluation criteria, the most rational type of skylight selected using the TOPSIS method was the same alternative, namely the skylight dome.

Analisis Keputusan Konsumen Untuk Pembelian Kopi di Metime Coffe And Eatery Kota Bengkulu

The development of Coffee beverage in coffee stall create coffee drinking as a lifestyle and as a way to show prestige. This lifestyle create business opportunity for coffee shop owner to give best service to costumer. One method to see customer respond is by doing market analysis with attribute approach. This study aimed to know the customer characteristic, customer satisfactory index and coffee attribute that important for the customer of Metime Coffe and Eatery Bengkulu. The sample used 152 respondent collected using accidental sampling. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, customer satisfaction index (CSI) and Importance and Performance analysis (IPA). The study comcluded that customer was mostly women aged from 17-46 years, with income &lt; Rp 500.000,-. Customer satisfaction Index score is 88,85% which means that customer was very satisfy with coffee shop services. IPA score showed that coffee shop sit in quadrant 1 which means improvement in performance was needed such as, WiFi, price that suited the product size, location, safe and large parking spot, handwashing facility, and a good coffee with strong smell.

Analyzing STRUCTURE OF ALZAHRAA QUARTER MARKET IN MOSUL CITY STUDY IN URBAN GEOGRAPHY

The area of traditional markets is not considered the only focus of the only marketing which received the population of Mosul and its region . but the functional and structural exchanges have faced the city especially after the expansion of its size and area . but many commercial focuses which appear in Mosul city especially the commercial market of al Zahra quarter after 1986. The variation in the pattern and the distribution of the marketing center in al Zahra quarter requires the city geography researchers to do distinct work through analyzing such a geography to focus on determining its locations by studying its geographicall distribution and to try determining the levels of its importance which services the goals of urban planning when trying to plan for it inside urban space . The commercial market of al Zahra contains 230 functional units and patterns the shops of sale and purchase are dominant over other patterns that about 172 commercial shops with 47,8 % the percentage from the total of shops is then the service shops which reach to 36 commercial shops and their percentage from the total shops ,Finally the other patterns from only just 9,5% from the total of the commercial shops in the markets.

Embracing mobile shopping: what matters most in the midst of a pandemic?

PurposeThe COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes to the lives of many people. One of which is the accelerated digitalization in the commerce sector. Hence, this study looks to determine the antecedents that affect users' mobile shopping actual use during a pandemic.Design/methodology/approachThe research model was founded on the integration of the Protection Motivation Theory and Transactional Theory of Stress. This is in addition to further extending the integrated research model with other constructs to develop a multi-dimensional framework that accounted for the health, personal, technological and social dimensions. The data was collected from users of mobile shopping through an online survey which was then analyzed via Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling.FindingsThis study provides empirical support to establish the major role of COVID-19 pandemic in affecting the actual usage of mobile shopping. Furthermore, the determinants of actual usage of mobile shopping were found to be multi-dimensional. In particular, the Importance-Performance Map Analysis revealed that emphasis should be place on perceived vulnerability.Originality/valueAs other studies focused on users' intentions, this study looked into the factors that influence the actual usage of mobile shopping. Furthermore, this study emphasizes on the contextualization of time and situation in addition to a multi-dimensional approach toward the subject matter. Overall, this study offers practical insights to stakeholders to better tailor their mobile shopping services in times of a pandemic and advances the literature on actual usage of mobile shopping.
