PENGUJIAN KINERJA WEB SERVER ELASTIC CLOUD COMPUTE (EC2) FREE TIER PADA AMAZON WEB SERVICE (AWS) MENGGUNAKAN JMETER

The research aims to evaluate the capacity of Amazon Web Service's (AWS) Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) Free Tier Web Server using the JMeter testing tool. The objective is to ascertain the extent of the server's load-bearing capabilities. Tests were conducted, loading 500 users within a 10-second range and 1000 users within a 1-second range. Despite being a free service, test results showed the server's capability to handle high loads without errors (0% error rate). These findings illustrate the free service's ability to maintain stable performance under significant user loads. The utilization of EC2 Free Tier on AWS demonstrates its capacity to handle heavy tasks without compromising service quality. From about 5 steps in each of two tests, the value for sample time / response time in the initial test of the Amazon Web Service Web server is 59 / ms (millisecond) and the average latency value in the second test, namely 7.213 /ms (millisecond). Both of these gained CPU Utilization from minum, average and maximum with final rate are zero Error. This outcome concludes that the free server possesses robust and reliable capabilities, instilling confidence in an effective and efficient server solution even under high usage levels without additional costs.

Blockchain technology concerns and corporate financial risk prevention—A quasi-natural experiment for Chinese listed A-share companies

The rapid development of blockchain technology (BT) has gained widespread attention from all sectors of society. In order to remain competitive, enterprises have responded positively to this research and development, which is conducive to the enhancement of their own digital construction. BT can provide technical support for companies to strengthen their internal management and reduce business risks caused by information asymmetry. However, the ability to reduce enterprise financial risk effectively depends on the breadth and depth of BT concerns. This study constructs word-frequency statistical variables of BT concerns based on the annual report data of listed companies. It conducts an empirical study on the issue of BT concerns affecting corporate financial risk prevention and regulation based on a propensity score matching difference-in-difference model. The results show that: (1) Attention to BT significantly reduces corporate financial risk (2) In terms of the mechanism effect, Attention to BT can significantly reduce corporate financial risk by optimizing accounts receivable management, enhancing debt servicing ability, and improving corporate performance. (3) The heterogeneity analysis shows that the concern of BT in reducing financial risk is even more significant for enterprises whose social responsibility is not effectively regulated and for hybrid enterprises. This study enriches the literature on the mechanism of BT to enterprise financial risk and provides a reference for both enterprise-level blockchain concerns and strengthening enterprise financial risk management.

A tool to assess the components of a safe and quality medical handover

Background: Robust medical handovers are paramount to ensure patient safety throughout the course of a hospital admission. Anecdotal evidence within our Australian tertiary hospital suggested that medical handovers were typically less structured when compared to allied health handovers. Medical handovers at our hospital had never been evaluated before, and the development of a questionnaire to assess the key components of a safe and quality handover was necessary. This tool would evaluate our medical handovers, and identify potential areas for improvement in both the tool, and medical handover practice. Methods: Based upon a literature search, and local and national guidelines of best practice, the tool was created around six key components of quality medical handovers—members involved in handover, environment and logistics, structure and content, management plans, patient-related and documentation. The tool was developed to audit the after-hours team handover at our 600-bed tertiary hospital. The tool was trialled at 20 medical handovers for our after-hours team, results were captured on REDCap, and data analyzed. Results: The tool was useful in assessing a wide range of key medical handover components and highlighting areas for improvement within our medical handovers. Through this trial, limitations were discovered in the tool that can be incorporated into future revisions of the tool. Conclusion: Overall, this study provided valuable insight into medical handovers by identifying current clinical practice and highlighting areas for improvement. The broader utility of this tool is the ability of other health services to evaluate their own medical handover, or serve as a starting point to develop their own audit tool.

Tam Analysis on Bukalapak Application Users in Denpasar City: Customer Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable

The purpose of this study is to examine how customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between perceived convenience and usefulness and reuse intention. The investigation was conducted in Bali's Denpasar City. The population of Denpasar City Bukalapak users under investigation is indeterminate, meaning that its exact number cannot be determined. The purposive sampling method, or the process of choosing the sample while taking specific factors into account, is the approach utilized in sample selection. The inferential statistics employed in this study are partial least square (PLS)-based structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Perceived convenience and usefulness have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn has a positive and significant effect on intention to reuse, and which partially mediates the influence of perceived usefulness, according to the research findings. and purpose to reuse perceived simplicity of use. Based on the research findings, it can be said that intentions to reuse are higher when perceived utility and convenience are higher. Therefore, client satisfaction increases with perceived utility and convenience. Increased customer satisfaction correlates with higher intention to reuse. Customer happiness rises with perceived usefulness and convenience, which in turn leads to an increase in the desire to reuse. Bukalapak's suggestions include enhancing customer service abilities, offering distinct phases of use till the transaction is completed, and including features that are utilized for its consumers' transaction demands.

 This research was motivated by not knowing whether the service technique used was correct or not, and not knowing the player's level of ability regarding basic volleyball techniques. This study aims to determine the level of upper serve and lower serve abilities of volleyball players at the Tanggo Rajo club, Kab. Tebo. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population is all volleyball players at the Tanggo Rajo club, Kab. Tebo, numbering 15 people. The sampling technique used total sampling with a research sample of 15 players. Data collection techniques using tests. The instrument used is the American Association for Health, Physical Education, and Recreation (AAHPER) serving accuracy test. The analysis technique used is to put the frequency into percentage form. The results of this research indicate that the level of service ability of volleyball players at Tanggo Rajo Club, Kab. Tebo is sufficient considering the highest frequency, namely the sufficient category with 7 people, namely 47%. Level of service ability of Tanggo Rajo Club volleyball players, Kab. Tebo was categorized as very good at 13%, good at 13%, fair at 47%, poor at 20%, very poor at 7%. Meanwhile, the lower level of service ability of the Tanggo Rajo Club volleyball players, Kab. Tebo is sufficient considering the highest frequency, namely the sufficient category with 6 people, namely 40%. Level of lower service ability of Tanggo Rajo Club volleyball players, Kab. Tebo was categorized as very good at 7%, good at 20%, fair at 40%, poor at 33%, very poor at 0%..

Analysis of Luckin Company Based on DuPont Analysis Framework

This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of Luckin Coffee Company based on the DuPont analysis framework. The DuPont Analytical Framework is a method of measuring a company's performance and financial health by correlating four key indicators: net sales margin, total asset turnover, equity multiplier, and return on equity to assess a company's profitability and debt servicing ability. This article first introduces the industry overview and Luckin company overview. Next, the financial status and profitability of Luckin Coffee were analyzed through the four key indicators of the DuPont analysis framework. Then, combined with actual data, a specific analysis of factors affecting profitability and business strategies of Luckin Coffee Company was conducted. Finally, through the research of this article, it is found that Luckin Coffee Company has achieved good performance in terms of net sales profit margin and return on equity in 2022, but there is still room for improvement in capital structure. It is recommended that Luckin Coffee Company pays attention to market competition, industry development trends, business strategies, management capabilities and financial management to help Luckin Coffee increase profitability and improve financial status.

Challenges in care and service provision for older adults with intellectual disabilities and complex age‐related conditions in Ireland

AbstractBackgroundPeople with intellectual disabilities are living longer and are increasingly diverse, with health and care needs that are varied and complex. Without changes to funding, services have found it difficult to respond to needs and wishes.MethodA descriptive mixed methods design study, data were collected through questionnaire, focus groups and individual interviews from intellectual disability service managers, direct care staff and older people with intellectual disabilities and family members.ResultsContinued reticence on the part of some community healthcare providers to treat people with intellectual disability was noted. Although some service innovations were noted, housing, staffing levels, staff mix and the timely provision of equipment were all reported to impact the ability of services to respond to changing needs. Current per‐capita funding practices were reported as unresponsive to growing age‐related complexity and fundamentally unsustainable.ConclusionsThe health inequalities experienced by people with intellectual disabilities are compounded as they age with complex age‐related health needs. There is an urgent need for revision of the service model in Ireland and instigation of flexible and responsive approaches to funding.

The path is based on the theory of synergy, with the industry-education synergy system dynamics model as the analytical framework. Faced with the key development industries and sectors in the Greater Bay Area, it relies on the industry-education alliance built by the government, schools, enterprises, and the talent market. It aims to cultivate a batch of composite talents with management and production skills who are urgently needed in the field, multi-functional, with internationalized vision, and with multi-language service ability so as to better serve the regional economic development. Focusing on the synergy of talent cultivation goals, talent cultivation process, talent cultivation results, and human resources supporting synergy, we strive to create a good ecology of Zhuhai-Macao internationalized talent cultivation from fragmented and disordered to globally organized and from individualism to synergistic cultivation.

Research on the Influence of Operator Fatigue Factors on Port Service Capability Based on Discrete System Simulation

With the continuous and stable development of the global economy, ports play a vital role as cargo transhipment hubs. Among them, the human factor of the operators in the port plays a decisive role in the port service ability. In order to explore the specific effects of different fatigue states of the quay bridge, yard bridge, and internal truck operators in the traditional container terminal on the port’s service capacity, seven test schemes are proposed, and computer simulation methods are used to build a simulation model of the terminal. Through a large number of simulation tests, it is concluded that the fatigue of different equipment operators has different effects on the operation efficiency of the terminal. If the three operators are fatigued at the same time, the operation efficiency of the terminal will be reduced by 17.27%, which will have a very negative impact on the overall operation of the terminal. Therefore, optimizing the scheduling of operators and avoiding fatigue operations will improve the port’s service capacity.

A Customer Experience Study Based on Vienna Hotel Data

With rapid economic development, there is also an increasing demand for consumer experience. Therefore, we need to make changes to the hotel’s customer service based on a study of customer experience theory. This will help improve customer satisfaction and enhance the hotel’s competitiveness. Based on the theory of customer experience, this study aims to investigate the customer service at the Vienna Hotel. The service status of each department will be assessed through a questionnaire survey. By analyzing the data and identifying the problems in the customer service at the Vienna Hotel, appropriate solution strategies will be proposed. Hebi Vienna Hotel needs improvement in staff service ability and quality, hardware facilities and equipment, management mechanisms, and personalized service. Therefore, the hotel needs to improve its infrastructure, train its employees to enhance their service skills, innovate personalized services to improve the quality of customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction and the check-in experience.

When the ward is the patient: Using the PRISM protocol to understand and reduce violence in an inpatient intellectual disability setting.

Violence in inpatient settings is recognised as a worldwide issue, with inpatient intellectual disability services having higher rates than other mental health settings. Violence results in injury and illness, lack of confidence in the organisation and staff burnout. These combined effects have a negative impact on the ability of services to provide therapeutic environments. Attempts to manage violence tend to focus on the individual. This is only one part of the solution. Situational risk factors for violence within secure settings can be identified and modified to reduce violence rates. The role of situational risk factors in rates of institutional violence requires consideration in addition to individual patient risk assessment and management. To discuss an illustrative case study of a ward experiencing high levels of violence, resulting in staff burnout and low morale. To describe how assessing and addressing the relevant situational risk factors led to demonstrable reductions in violence and improvements in the service provided. This case study demonstrates the practical application of assessing and managing situational risk factors for violence in a locked intellectual disability ward in order to effectively reduce levels of violent incidents. A description of the violence and critical issues faced by the ward is provided, noting key elements of the timeline of events and the application of the Promoting Risk Intervention by Situational Management (PRISM) process to address these. The PRISM protocol enabled a comprehensive assessment and understanding of situational factors relevant to the violence rates in the ward. The recommendations following the analysis enabled the management team to identify areas for immediate and long-term action. Practical steps to address issues such as improving soundproofing were implemented quickly whilst other issues required changes over the longer term. Significantly, reduced levels of violence were observed within a 2-month period of immediate steps being taken, with further gains achieved over the longer term. This paper provides the only example of the use of the PRISM protocol in an intellectual disability inpatient setting. The reduction in violence seen in this unit provides 'real world' evidence that addressing situational factors for institutional violence can be effective in intellectual disability inpatient settings, with beneficial outcomes for patients and staff. Whilst individual patient risk assessment and risk management are key components of forensic mental health care, situational risk factors for violence are highly relevant to rates of violence within secure care settings. Structured assessment of situational risk factors should be considered when inpatient settings experience persistent high levels of violence. Further research on the impact of assessing situational risk factors in forensic mental health settings (including intellectual disability services) would help to develop the existing evidence base.

“None of us are lying”: an interpretive description of the search for legitimacy and the journey to access quality health services by individuals living with Long COVID

BackgroundUnderstanding of Long COVID has advanced through patient-led initiatives. However, research about barriers to accessing Long COVID services is limited. This study aimed to better understand the need for, access to, and quality of, Long COVID services. We explored health needs and experiences of services, including ability of services to address needs.MethodsOur study was informed by the Levesque et al.’s (2013) “conceptual framework of access to health care.” We used Interpretive Description, a qualitative approach partly aimed at informing clinical decisions. We recruited participants across five settings. Participants engaged in one-time, semi-structured, virtual interviews. Interviews were transcribed verbatim. We used reflexive thematic analysis. Best practice to ensure methodological rigour was employed.ResultsThree key themes were generated from 56 interviews. The first theme illustrated the rollercoaster-like nature of participants’ Long COVID symptoms and the resulting impact on function and health. The second theme highlighted participants’ attempts to access Long COVID services. Guidance received from healthcare professionals and self-advocacy impacted initial access. When navigating Long COVID services within the broader system, participants encountered barriers to access around stigma; appointment logistics; testing and ‘normal’ results; and financial precarity and affordability of services. The third theme illuminated common factors participants liked and disliked about Long COVID services. We framed each sub-theme as the key lesson (stemming from all likes and dislikes) that, if acted upon, the health system can use to improve the quality of Long COVID services. This provides tangible ways to improve the system based directly on what we heard from participants.ConclusionWith Long COVID services continuously evolving, our findings can inform decision makers within the health system to better understand the lived experiences of Long COVID and tailor services and policies appropriately.

Research on the Improvement of University Restaurant Service Capability: Based on IE and Flexsim Simulation

<p>According to the example of University restaurant, in order to improve the service ability, the industrial engineering method is used to optimize the meal purchasing process and restaurant layout. Considering the process random events, queuing, popular routes and other factors, the simulation model is established by using Flexsim software. The data are collected by field measurement and random sampling, and the data distribution is verified by maximum likelihood estimation method and goodness of fit test method, and the simulation parameters are calculated. The simulation results show that the optimized model can serve 124 people more than the current model in one hour, and the working rate of the four checkout counters has been improved, which proves that the optimized scheme can effectively alleviate the crowd congestion, improve the service ability, and provide data support for the implementation of the optimization scheme.</p>

When strengthening the service ability of administrative staff in colleges and universities, the author puts forward the following suggestions, such as strengthening the service consciousness of administrative staff, cultivating their professional ability, perfecting the scientific and effective reward and punishment mechanism, perfecting the scientific internal and external supervision mechanism, digitally empowering administrative staff, standardizing the standards and processes of administrative services, etc. I hope the author's relevant suggestions can provide some reference for the development of administrative work in colleges and universities.

Analisis Tingkat Keterampilan Servis Atas Pada Siswa/Siswi Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli Di Mts Negeri 01 Kabupaten Lebong

Volleyball is a team net game that is fun, interesting, and doesn't require a lot of money to play. Volleyball game is played by two teams, each team has six players. Volleyball games can be played both inside and outside the field. The goal of playing volleyball is to keep the ball moving over a high net from one area to the opponent's area. The research method used in this research is descriptive research. The research method used in this study is a survey with a test. This research is a study conducted on independent variables, namely without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The variable in this study is a single variable, namely the level of service skills in playing volleyball. The skill level of playing volleyball is the degree of consistent success in achieving a goal effectively and efficiently by students. In volleyball skills which consist of service, underpass, upper pass, smash and block. The research sample used was 30 students who took part in extracurricular activities at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong Regency. The results of this study To measure the ability to serve on volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong, a service test was carried out on 30 samples. The highest score is 25, the lowest score is 11, the mean is 17.63, the median is 18.5, the mode is 19 and the standard deviation is 4.08. The results of the analysis of the data obtained from the over serve test data on volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong obtained that the most over serve test results were in the medium category with an average of 17.63. The ability to serve volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong which is in the very good category is 3 people (10%), good category is 6 people (20%), and the medium category is 10 people (33%), and the poor category is 10 people ( 33%), and the very poor category is 1 person (4%). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the service ability of the volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong. Overall is in the medium category. This situation shows that the level of top serve ability can be a capital to play volleyball well.

Measuring the Shear Bound Strength on Acrylic Resin Veneer to Metal Surface of Nickel (A Comparative Study)

The bound strength of metal resin interface of prosthesis is a key factor in determining the service ability of that prosthesis. The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of different surface treatment on the shear bond strength of Ni-Cr alloy (CB-Blando 72 alloy) and heat cured acrylic veneer resin (Vertex). Thirty disc shaped samples from base plate wax were prepared, the diameter of disc was (8 mm x 4.5 mm). After casting the metal, the samples were cleaned, finished and polished by silicon carbide abrasive paper with grit size (600 μm) and then the profilometer was u sed to determine the surface roughness of samples. Then the sa mples were divided in to three groups, each group contain (10) sa mples. The first group rece ived no treatment and serve as control .The Second group received micro mechanical treatment using 250 μm Al2o3 .The third group recived micro mechanical treatment using 400 μm Al2o3. The acrylic was prepared as a round shape (8 μm) in diameter and (2 μm) in thickness, which was placed on the metal surface treatment, the acrylic was fabricated in the same conventional way for construction veneer resin. Then all samples was tested the shear bond strength by using Instron universal testing machine .The result from this study showed that, the first group was give low shear bond strength while the second group showed that the air abrasion with 250 μm Al2o3 give the highest shear bond values when compared with the third group which air abrasive with 400 μm Al2o3.

Structure Design Evaluation of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin University Convention Centre Building Due to Functional Change Based on SNI 03-2847-2019

The Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin University Convention Centre Building was originally built as a guesthouse, over time it changed its function to become a place for lecture activities. Therefore, an evaluation of the initial structural design is carried out on the reliability of the building structure as regulated in Government Regulations in Permen PU No. 25 of 2007 concerning Certificate of Building Functioning or SLF. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, where primary data is in the form of field tests to determine the uniformity of concrete quality, namely the bounce test using the Hammer Test tool on the beams and columns of the 1st floor and 2nd floor as many as 10 points, while secondary data uses preliminary planning data. Modeling is done in 3D using SAP2000 software. The results of research on the value of uniformity of concrete quality show mixed results, this is due to several factors, one of which is different casting methods in the field. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis of the service ability of the building structure, the value of the Ultimate Moment (Mu) and Ultimate Load (Pu) as well as the Maximum Ultimate Moment (Mr) and Maximum Ultimate Load (Pr) is still able to withstand the loads acting on the structure even though it has changed its function based on SNI 03-2847-2019.

3D deployment of UAV-mounted base stations for heterogeneous access requirements

Recently, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been reported a lot as aerial base stations (BSs) to assist wireless communication in Internet of Things (IoT). However, most results for UAV deployment require uniform access requirements and obstacle-free environment. This paper considers multi-UAV-mounted BSs deployment problem in obstacle-laden environment to achieve on-demand coverage for ground user equipments (UEs), with the goal of minimizing the number of required UAVs for full coverage of all UEs by optimizing the three-dimensional (3D) positions of UAVs as well as UE clustering. On one hand, the considered problem is challenging as the constraints on the non-uniform Quality of Service (QoS) requirements, the service ability of each UAV, the beamwidth of the directional antenna equipped by each UAV and obstacle avoidance are jointly taken into account. On the other hand, these practical considerations contribute to broadening the scope of applications. We formulate the problem as a mixed-integer programming problem and develop a three-step placement algorithm to achieve the goal. First, the maximum allowed service radius of each UE is derived based on the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) condition to satisfy required signal-to-interference-plus-ratio (SINR) threshold. Second, a greed-prior chaotic search enabled adaptive artificial bee colony (GP-CA2BC) algorithm is proposed to group the UEs such that the minimum number of required UAVs can be obtained. Third, the 3D position of each UAV is optimized to further enhance the QoS. Finally, some simulation results are presented to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed scheme in decreasing the number of required UAVs as well as improving the QoS compared with the existing works.
