PENGEMBANGAN ALAT LATIHAN SEPAK MULA (SERVICE) PADA PERMAINAN SEPAK TAKRAW

The purpose of this research isto develop a product of a soccer trainingtool (service) in the game of sepak takraw which functions to make theinitial soccer technique (service) effective, efficient and help thecoach's work in providing soccer technique material (service) becomeeasier. This research is a development research with several stages,namely, from potential and problems, data collection, product design,expert validation, expert validation, product revision, product testing,usage trials, and final results. Validation results from 1 material expert,1 practitioner expert, 5 respondents as small-scale trials and 17respondents as large-scale trials. From the results of this study it canbe seen that "Development of Soccer Training Tools (Service) inSepak Takraw" can be categorized as Eligible from the assessment ofmaterial experts 93.33 and expert practitioner assessments 97.5 as wellas assessments from small-scale trials 90.18% and assessment of theuse of large-scale trials 93.68%. Thus the conclusion of theDevelopment of Soccer Training Tools (Service) in the Sepak TakrawGame can be declared as suitable for use as a tool in training.

THE EFFECT OF WAIST FLEXIBILITY TRAINING ON UPPER SERVICE ABILITY IN THE PHYSICAL AND HEALTH EDUCATION STUDENT'S SEPAK TAKRAW GAME IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2018

This study aims to determine the relationship between waist flexibility and upper serve ability in the game of sepak takraw. The research method used is an experimental method with a form of correlational research. The population of the study was 26 students of Physical and Health Education in the academic year. Data collection in this study used measurement techniques using skills tests. The results showed that the top service ability of the Physical Education students with 16 categories was very good. The ability of waist flexibility has an average result of 8 with good category. Thus, there is a positive effect between waist flexibility and upper serve ability in the game of sepak takraw on the students of Physical and Health Education.

The Contribution of Leg Length, Leg Flexibility and Leg Speed to the Results of Kedeng Sepaktakraw's Smash Ability

Smash kedeng sepaktakraw owned by players is not good, so the smash ball is often not directed and stuck in the net. This study aimed to analyze the contribution of leg length, leg flexibility, and foot speed to the kedeng smash ability of extracurricular male students of SMPN 2 Mandiraja Banjarnegara. This study uses regression and correlational methods or the contribution of four variables. The sample used was 30 male extracurricular takraw students at SMPN 2 Mandiraja. The independent variables in thiSmash kedeng sepaktakraw owned by players is not good, so the smash ball is often not directed and stuck in the net. There is a contribution from each independent variable, namely leg length, flexibility, and speed, to the dependent variable, namely the kedeng smash in sepak takraw. The effect of exercise model and limb length on the accuracy of kuda service in sepak takraw

This study aims: (1) the differences in the effect of static and dynamic targets on the accuracy of kuda service; (2) the effect long and short limb on the accuracy of kuda service; and (3) the interaction between of static, dynamic targets and limb lengths (long and short) on the accuracy of kuda service by sepak takraw male players. This study method was an experimental research factorial design. The population was 32 athletes from PSTI Club Sleman and Bantul. 24 samples were chosen based on Slovin formula using the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through pretest and posttest by measurement leg length and service accuracy ability tast. Analyzed using analysis of variance (two-way AN0VA) at the significant level of α = 0.05. Results showed that: (1) there was a significant difference in effect of static dynamic targets on accuracy of kuda service; (2) there was significant differenceein effect long short limbs on accuracy of kuda service; (3) there was a significant interaction between of static, dynamic targets and limb length (long and short) to the accuracy of kuda service in sepak takraw male players.

HUBUNGAN POWER OTOT TUNGKAI DENGAN KEMAMPUAN SERVIS ATAS PERMAINAN SEPAK TAKRAW

This study aims to determine the relationship leg muscle power and service ability in the game of sepak takraw. The population in this study were all 31 participants of the takraw game at SMA Negeri 1 Kontukowuna. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or total sampling, namely all members of the population used as samples, so that the sample amounted to 31 people. The leg muscle power instrument used a standing broad jump test and the service ability instrument for the game of sepak takraw used the sepak takraw service test. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle power and service ability for the student's sepak takraw game, where rxy = 0.49 > rtable (31:0.05) = 0.355 with a coefficient of determination r2 = 0.24 or 24 % means that the leg muscle power makes a big contribution

Analysis of Determining Anthropometry Factors Ability of Smash Salto Sepakraw

Anthropometry is a term that describes body dimensions such as height, weight, circumference and folds . In mastering the somersault sepaktakraw smash technique, there are dominant anthropometric parts. The purpose of this study was to determine the anthropometric factors that determine the ability of the sepaktakraw somersault smash. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a confirmatory factor analysis design. The data to be collected will be processed and analyzed using the Computerized Statistics Program with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 23 system and using the Kaiser Meyer-Olkin and Barlett's Test. The population in this study were all male sepak takraw athletes from Central Java in the smash position, totaling 73 athletes. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling as many as 15 athletes. The results of this study are anthropometric factors that determine the ability to smash the sepaktakraw somersault or those with a component value of > 0.5 are body weight with a value of 0.923, height with a value of 0.911 and foot length with a value of 0.772. The conclusion in this study is that the dominant anthropometric factors that determine the ability to smash some somersault sepaktakraw are body weight, height and foot length.

The Impact of Training Methods And Flexibility on Smash Ability in Sepak Takraw

This study aims to find out the differences in the influence of training models and flexibility on smash in sepak takraw. This research was conducted at the University Halu Oleo Kendari club. An experimental method with a simple 2X2 factorial design was used in this study. 40 samples were obtained through simple random sampling. The results showed that: 1) the plyometric training method had a better effect on smash ability in a sepak takraw compared with the weight training method, 2) In The high flexibility group, the plyometric training method got better effects than the weight training method, 3 ) In The low flexibility group, the weight training method has a better effect than the plyometric training method on smash ability in sepak takraw., 4) There was an interaction between the training method and flexibility of the Smash in the sepak takraw.

PROFESIONALISME GURU PENJASKES DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DI SMP NEGERI 3 BATUSANGKAR

Penjaskes learning is one form of learning as a support for fitness and health for students in Midle school lima kaum batusangkar, because it is supported by the surrounding community conditions that support sports programs with volleyball, sepak takraw, badminton and soccer. on this basis sports teachers at midle school Batusangkar designed a structured sports program for students with sports and learning formulations with the aim of increasing learning motivation that was balanced between physical fitness and good health to receive effective and efficient learning so that learning goals were achieved. qualitative descriptive research with three variables, namely planning, implementation and assessment of learning skills in motivating student learning. The results of this study were found in public junior high school 3 cage stones found and concluded that the education program activities in theory and practice were formatted in an interesting and joyful manner so that the spirit of exercise arose and resulted in strong learning motivation in 3 Batusangkar Midle Scholl

The effectiveness of krwanjang game implementation on sepak sila's skills in sepak takraw game at Surabaya sepak takraw academy

Krwanjang game is a game designed to develop basic skills of playing sepak takraw from an early age. The purpose of the study was to determine the game's effectiveness in improving the skills of sepak takraw players at the sepak takraw academy in Surabaya. The research method uses quantitative research. The population is all academy students and a sample of 11 students from the Surabaya Sepak Takraw Academy. The research design used a randomized pre-test post-test design, the type of design carried out by giving pre-test before treatment and post-test after treatment in the experimental group. The research data collection used several tests, including left-footed and right-footed sepak sila during pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique is the analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine the effectiveness level. The results showed that after the left and right-footed pre-test was conducted, they were treated with the krwanjang game and ended with the post-test of the sepak sila. From the data obtained and analyzed by ANOVA the results had a significant effect from the pre-test of 0.08 to 0.12 in the post-test. The research concludes that the sepak kwranjang game effectively improves the sepak sila skills of the students of the Surabaya Sepak Takraw Academy. The research implication is that sports coaches or academics can apply sepak kwranjang to improve their sepak sila.

Mental Strength among MSU Athletes in Sports Performance

This study used a descriptive-correlation type of research to assess the mental toughness among MSU Marawi athletes in sports performance in terms of level of competition and rank among male and female varsity athletes in the events of Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Sepak Takraw, and Soccer. A total of 83 varsity athletes (16 females and 67 males) of the MSU in Marawi City were the respondents of the study. Data was gathered using the Mental Toughness Questionnaire made by Allan Goldberg (1998). The findings revealed that the playing experience showed significant relationship with the level of participation. It was concluded that the department of Athletics should give more emphasis on training and allow participation of MSU varsity in different competition or tournament in order to improve their talent and skills in various sports that they engaged, in order to manage competitive stress and to enhance their mental capability to handle those pressures, stressors and problems during the competition which contributes to their performance enhancement. To also, encourage more participation of the MSU varsity athletes, particularly newbie regardless of age, gender, and skills status.

Ankle range of motion and dynamic balance in recreational Sepak Takraw players with and without ankle injury - a comparative study

Background and Study Aim. Sepak Takraw (ST) is considered Malaysia's national sport, and the nature of this sport requires players to be sufficiently acrobatic. Therefore, players were expected to jump and regain their balance, challenging their dynamic balance (DB). Nonetheless, range of motion (ROM) is closely related to balance. Hence, this study aimed to compare recreational ST players' ankle ROM and DB differences with and without ankle injuries.
 Material and Methods. The cross-sectional study in which 30 participants were assigned purposively according to players with an ankle injury (n=15) and without ankle injury (n=15) based on the position statement of the International Ankle Consortium (IAC). One time ankle Range of Motion and Dynamic balance was measured using a universal goniometer and Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT), respectively, for both groups.
 Results. Independent T-test was performed to identify the significant differences (p<0.05) of SEBT and ROM between the non-injured leg and injured leg within the injured group to the non-injured group. Ankle eversion and dorsiflexion between the injured and non-injured groups did not show any significant difference with p=0.35 & p=0.53, respectively. As for SEBT, only posteromedial and medial of the injured leg did not show a significant difference p>0.05. All other ankles ROM and the SEBT score demonstrated a statistically significant difference p<0.05.
 Conclusions. ROM and DB training/rehabilitation should be incorporated to all the injured group ST sports players regardless of which leg is affected to optimize ankle function and the game performance.

Hubungan antara Koordinasi Mata Kaki dan Persepsi Kinestetik dengan Keterampilan Servis Permainan Sepak Takraw pada Sekolah Kebakatan Olahraga


 This study aims to determine the relationship between eye-foot coordination and service skills in sepak takraw, the relationship between kinesthetic perception and service skills in sepak takraw and the relationship between eye-foot coordination and kinesthetic perception simultaneously with service skills in sepak takraw. The study used a correlational method with a research population of 114 people and a research sample of 30 people, using a purposive sampling technique with the help of an instrument to measure eye-foot coordination (Wall pass sho test), kinesthetic perception (perception distance jump test), and a test to serve as many as 5 times. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between eye-foot coordination and service skills, which is a simple linear regression equation = 33.123 + 0.956 X1 with a coefficient of determination (r2) =48%, a relationship between kinesthetic perception and takraw service skills=-8.472 +0.802 X2 with a coefficient of determination. (r2) =47%, and the simultaneous relationship between eye-foot coordination =-874 + 0.676 X1 + 0.557X2 with a coefficient of determination (r2) =67%. The study concluded that there was a significant relationship between eye-foot coordination and kinesthetic perception of the service skills of the sepak takraw game in sports talent schools.

The Effect of Knowledge Level (IQ) and Physical Conditions (Power, Flexibility and Coordination) on Smash Technique Learning Skill in Sepak Takraw

Athlete’s knowledge level (IQ) is needed to increase smash technique learning skill in sepak takraw. Besides, physical conditions which consist of power, flexibility and coordination, are also determined athlete’s accomplishment in learning smash technique in sepak takraw. 
 The study purpose. The aim of this research was to discover the direct influence between knowledge level (IQ) and physical conditions (power, flexibility and coordination) on smash technique learning skill in sepak takraw. 
 Materials and Methods. The method used in this research was quantitative. Path analysis was conducted to analyze the result. As many as 50 athletes of sepak takraw from capital city of Jakarta were taken as population. Those athletes were also taken as sample by using total sampling. The sample was the athletes who joined the regional and national championship. 
 Results. Based on the research it was obtained: 1) knowledge level (IQ) affects smash technique learning skill in sepak takraw directly as many as 0.982; 2) physical conditions (power, flexibility and coordination) affect smash technique learning skill in sepak takraw directly as many as 0.845; and 3) overall, knowledge level (IQ) and physical condition (power, flexibility and coordination) affect smash technique learning skill in sepak takraw directly as many as 0.703. 
 Conclusion. Therefore, it could be concluded that knowledge level (IQ) and physical conditions (power, flexibility and coordination) affect smash technique learning skill in sepak takraw on the athletes of capital city of Jakarta.

Analisis Nilai Karakter Permainan Tradisional Pada Buku Siswa Kelas 4 SD Kurikulum 2013

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the character values contained in traditional games in the 4th grade elementary school curriculum 2013. This study used a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological approach. This study describes events or phenomena with data in the form of words. Methods of data collection using observation and documentation. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data selection, conclusion drawing, and validation. The results showed that 13 traditional games in the 4th Grade Elementary School Student Book published by the Ministry of Education and Culture were gobak sodor, forts, engklek, kasti, marbles, tug of war, woodpeckers and insects, fish, frogs and lizards, hunters and the Javan rhinoceros. , build punden terraces, gangsing, enggrang, and sepak takraw containing values of honest character, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, respecting achievement, friendly/communicative, peace loving, social care, and responsibility.</em></p><p> </p>

Project Based Blended Learning To Improve Students Creativity In Sepak Takraw

Creativity is a demand in 21st-century learning but is often ignored by lectures in the learning process of Sepak Takraw. So that we need a way to improve creativity in students through appropriate learning models. The purpose of this research is to improve the creativity of physical education students in developing Sepak Takraw learning materials. The research method used was classroom action with two cycles. The subjects in this study were students in the seventh-semester physical education, totaling 33 students. Data collection techniques and instruments used observation sheets to assess the product of the resulting project, namely the Sepak Takraw learning video. The results showed that in cycle 1 the classical completeness of the students was 70%, and in cycle 2 the classical completeness of the students was 90%. The conclusion in this study is that the application of project-based blended learning can increase creativity for students making Sepak Takraw learning videos.

The Implementation Using Video for Learning of Sepak Sila Technique

This study aims to determine the implementation of the use of the learning model using video in the learning of the precepts of the Sepak Takraw course. This research is research and development. The subjects of this study were students of Physical Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sriwijaya. Small-scale product trials were conducted on 20 students, and large-scale trials were carried out on 30 students. The results of small-scale trial research obtained a percentage of 64.25 with a fairly good category, and the results of large-scale trials obtained a percentage of 77.51 with a good category. The results obtained indicate that the learning model using video is feasible to be used in learning the basic techniques of football in the takraw course.

Polyhedral symmetry from ribbons and tubes

ABSTRACT A sepak takraw – a ball used for a game in Thailand – is an icosahedrally symmetric shape woven from six bands of rattan. We model it with a multi-parameter family of surfaces, all having icosahedral symmetry. This leads us to ask and answer the question: In how many other ways can we arrange some number of bands in space to create polyhedral symmetry. Our models resemble objects created by other artists; the difference here is that we use Fourier series and focus on the role of the symmetry group. Our general formulas describe a large space of potentially wonderful designs. The instructions always lead to symmetry, but perhaps bad design, until one experiments by altering the parameters. The shapes produced by this method are suitable for artistic development as digital prints or 3D sculptures. We hope that our recipes will empower readers to create their own artistic renditions.

Profil Mood Atlet Pra-Pon Sepak Takraw Puteri Sulawesi Tengah Dalam Melakukan Latihan

The research was conducted to find out how much the mood of female pre-PON sepak takraw athletes in Sulawesi Tengah after doing the exercises and how the mood condition of the female pre-PON athletes after conducting the training. The method in this research is a survey research. The population of this study is 10 people, namely the pre-PON Sepak Takraw athletes of the women of Sulawesi Tengah with the sampling technique using total sampling. The collecting technique of data is a questionnaire using the rating scale. The results showed that fatigue indicators were 10% very low category, angry mood indicators were 24% very low category, ready feeling indicators were 54% good categories, tension indicators were 23.14% very low categories, self-assessment indicators were 40.85% low category, confused mood indicators were for 26.28% low category, and depression indicators were 6.85% very low category. Meanwhile, mood of the female athletes of sepak takraw is in a ready condition, this is based on the results of the ready feeling amount 54% with the high category. The conclusion is that the indicators of fatigue, anger, tension, self-assessment, confusion, depression are all in the very low categories, mean that even though the sepak takraw athletes do exercise every day and do not conduct match trials, they can still handle the psychological condition well. Meanwhile, the feeling ready indicators of the sepak takraw athletes have a high category.

THE CONTRIBUTION OF BAR TWIST EXERCISES ANDTRAINING ON SIGNAL ACOUSTIC UPPER SERVICE ABILITY IN SEPAK TAKRAW ATHLETES IN NORTH SUMATRA

This study aims to determine the contribution of bar twist training and training. signal acoustic on top serviceability. The population in this study were all sepak takraw athletes from North Sumatra, which amounted to 12 people. The number of samples of 9 people was obtained by the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were the instrument sit and reach to measure the flexibility of the waist muscles, the instrument whole-body reaction which aimed to measure reaction speed with the serve ability instrument on sepak takraw. The results of the analysis of the first hypothesis show that there is a significant contribution to training bar twist on serviceability with a value of (2.69 > 1.895). The results of the analysis of the second hypothesis showed that there was no significant contribution to the training acoustic signal on serviceability with a value of (3.48 <5.14). From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is no significant contribution of bar twist training and training acoustic signal to the ability of the top service in sepak takraw athletes in North Sumatra.Keywords: Bar Twist, Acoustic Signal, Top Serviceability
