The results of this research aim to describe the types of directive speech acts in the Malikussaleh University campus environment. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique in this research uses the observation method. The data in this research is verbal data in the form of discriminatory sentences, directive speech acts, the researcher chose the campus environment of Malikussaleh Reuleut University, Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. The data source in this research is students on the Malikussaleh University campus. The results of the analysis found that there was discrimination in directive speech acts that occurred in the Malikussaleh University campus environment

Representations of First Language Acquisition in the Speech of Three Years Old

The study aims to represent how three-year-old children output their language acquisition. As we know, language acquisition is one of the factors in a child's development. Language acquisition which is a process in humans in obtaining the ability to understand a language that becomes the foundation in the form of sentences to communicate. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the stages of data collection, data analysis, and data presentation. The sources and data in this study are transcriptions of recordings of verbal speech of a 3-year-old child named Hanah Shaqueena. The data has been found in this study, there are 4 types of sentences in terms of syntactic form produced by a 3-year-oldchild named Hannah Shaqueena, namely Declarative Sentence Representation, Interrogative Sentence Representation, Imperative Sentence Representation, and Exclamatory Sentence Representation.

Pemanfaatan Laman Let’s Read Kategori Cerita Rakyat sebagai Media Pembelajaran Inovatif BIPA Keterampilan Membaca

The era of digitalization has caused learning activities to be increasingly integrated with technology. This is based on the many learning pages that can support learning objectives, one of which is the Let's Read page. This page can be used as a BIPA learning medium because the characteristics of the reading in it are appropriate to the level of knowledge of BIPA students. This research aims to analyze three forms of use of the Let's Read page in the folklore category as an innovative BIPA learning medium for reading skills. The three forms referred to are as a means of mastering vocabulary, a source of innovative reading, a means of introducing Indonesian culture and literature. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research data is in the form of sentences from interviews with BIPA students as well as the results of researchers' analysis of the Let's Read page. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations. The research results show that the Let's Read page in the folklore category can be used as an innovative BIPA learning medium for reading skills.

ECOCRITICAL STUDY ON THE "SENDHANG TIRTA PANGGESANGAN" GEGURITAN

Geguritan (Javanese poetry) is a fascinating literary work to study from various perspectives, one of which is from the perspective of ecocriticism. Ecocriticism examines environmentally oriented criticism of literary works. This research examines ecocriticism in the geguritan "Sendhang Tirta Panggesangan," created by S. Wignya Raharja. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data in this research is in the form of sentences in the "Sendhang Tirta Panggesangan" geguritan. The data collection technique used was the literature study technique, which involved studying reference sources from similar articles regarding literary ecocriticism. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, which is carefully reading the geguritan and analyzing it using literary ecocriticism. The results of the research show that there is ecocriticism contained in the "Sendhang Tirta Panggesangan" geguritan in the form of a depiction of the sendhang environment, which has been polluted and is no longer natural as a result of human activities.

Struktur Sintaksis dan Makna Semantik Ungkapan Tradisional sebagai Representasi Masyarakat Jawa

This article aimed at describing syntactic structures and semantic meanings in Javanese traditional expressions that represent Javanese local wisdoms. The local wisdoms that were reflected in the Javanese traditional expressions were traditions and noble values used by Javanese society as life patrone managing the community behavior in the context of social and spiritual life. The Javanese traditional expressions were part of culture as they were formed from ideas, behaviors, and works of the Javanese society. Traditional expressions were rapidly growing among the community as advice, thoughts, and educations in life. The Javanese traditional expressions could be in the form of “bebasan”, “sanepa”, “pepindhan”, “saloka”, and “paribasan”. Data of this study were phrases, clauses, and sentences covered by the Javanese traditional expressions. The data of this research were taken from Kamus Ungkapan Bahasa Jawa 1990 released by the Department of Education and Culture, the Republic of Indonesia. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. While the collected data were analyzed by using syntactic and semantic approaches. Findings of this study inferred that the language structures that construct the Javanese traditional expressions were in the form of phrases, clauses, and sentences. In addition, the semantic meanings contained in the Javanese traditional expressions represented the common characteristics and the behaviors of Javanese society.

ANALYSIS OF KALAM INSHA' TOLABI IN THE BOOK "AL-ARBAUN AN-NISAIYYAH" BY MUHAMMAD BIN SYAKIR ASY-SYARIF (BALAGHAH APPROACH)

This research aims to determine the type of kalam insha' tholabi and reveal its position in the Book of Al-Arba'un An-Nisaiyyah. Kalam insha' tholabi is kalam which wants a demand to happen which has not happened when asked or in belief speaker. The presence of kalam insha tholabi in a sentence shows that there is a certain aim and purpose. To understand it requires an understanding of kalam insha' tholabi so that there are no errors in meaning that cause deviations from the hadith. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using the Milles and Huberman interaction model analysis method with data in the form of words or sentences from hadiths in the book Al-Arba'un An-Nisaiyyah by Muhammad Bin Syakir Asy-Syarif. This research data was collected using the method library research namely by reading and taking notes. This research discovered the types of kalam insha' tholabi and their position after being understood from siyaaqul kalam and qaraainul ahwaal, which is 17 amr, the position: 10 hakiki, and 7 majazi; 9 nahi, the position: 7 hakiki, and 2 majazi; 12 istifham, the position: 8 hakiki, and 4 majazi, 4 tamanni, the position: 4 majazi; 8 nida’, the position: 7 hakiki, and 1 majazi.

Twitter As A Mirror: Examining Public Sentiments Towards Frugal Living From An Islamic Ethical Perspective

Nowadays, human needs are increasingly complex. This condition is one of the reasons why people are required to be wise in spending their assets. Frugality is a lifestyle that can be a solution to ensure future economic benefits. This frugal lifestyle is known by urban communities as frugal living. This lifestyle has become a trending topic on social media twitter because it reaps the pros and cons of one's social life. Against this phenomenon, researchers will analyze the sentiment of Indonesian society towards frugal living and study it using the perspective of Islamic law. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach using statistical data of twitter users who write tweets related to frugal living in Indonesia. Twitter users' tweets can be in the form of sentences, photos and videos. In this study, the data used by researchers is only tweets in the form of sentences. This study uses sentiment analysis to determine the sentiment of Twitter users related to frugal living. The tweet data related to frugal living was obtained as many as 4753 with restrictions on Indonesian language from June 1, 2023 to October 23, 2023. Based on the research results, it was found that the most dominant sentiment was neutral with a percentage of 56% or a total of 2655 tweets. The positive sentiment is in second place at 27% or 1296 tweets and the negative sentiment is 17% or 802 tweets. Although the positive sentiment is not dominant, frugal living has a good impact on the life of a Muslim. This lifestyle is in line with religious advice to live simply and moderately in order to prosper and be free from extravagance

TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PENUKARAN POINT DENGAN UANG PADA APLIKASI TIK-TOK PERSPEKTIF AKAD MUAMALAH

This study discusses an overview of Islamic law on exchanging points for money in the Tik-Tok application from the perspective of a muamalah contract. This research method is a type of case study which is included in qualitative research. The author in this study is descriptive where most of the data used comes from interviews, observations in the form of sentences or narratives. From the results of this study, it says that exchanging points for money on the Tik-Tok application is a job/mission where users must complete the work to get rewards from tiktok such as: inviting new users, watching videos, uploading videos, live streaming and tiktok affiliates. Gifts or wages are permitted in Islam if there is no other purpose or purpose except for good intentions.

THE ANALYSIS OF THE SPEECH “WHAT ISLAM REALLY SAYS ABOUT WOMEN” BY ALAA MURABIT BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF LINGUISTICS BEHAVIORISM

This study aims to explain the analysis of the meaning of a speech context delivered by Alaa Murabit in the speech "What Islam Really says about Women" on the TED YouTube channel (July 21, 2015) in order to help the audience in interpreting the context of meaning so as not to cause misunderstandings. This study uses the theory of Linguistic Behaviorism pioneered by Bloomfield (2013). The method used in analyzing data is a qualitative descriptive method by selecting some data in a speech that contains a mismatch of context with stimulus. The result of this study, Alaa Murabit, used two main stimuli: family background and religion, so that it gave rise to a response in the form of a parable sentence that has many interpretations.

Peningkatan Enterpreneurship Anak melalui Cooking Class pada Anak Kelompok B Di TK Bandar Madani Parepare

The purpose of this study is to increase children's knowledge about entrepreneurship education from an early age, of course, through cooking class activities that will be held for group B children at Bandar Madani Parepare Kindergarten. In this study using a qualitative method, namely with a descriptive approach that provides an overview in the form of sentences as data information for researchers in their initial activities of collecting information. The results of research on cooking class activities to increase child entrepreneurship showed that 13 children experienced a significant increase after the children carried out these activities. This is in accordance with the indicators of entrepreneurship, namely independence, creativity, risk taking, leadership, action orientation, and hard work. Stylistic Analysis of Francis Bacon’s Selected Essays

This paper is an attempt to analyze stylistically Bacon’s essays. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the writing style of Francis Bacon in the following selected essays (Of Studies, Of Revenge, OF Ambition, and Of Marriage and Single Live). Researchers analyzed the writing style of Bacon in these essays, specifically the aphoristic style. One of the most crucial characteristics of Bacon’s essays style is aphorism. It is a style which specified by direct, straightforward, pithy and concise language. Apart from this, utilitarianism which is another feature of Bacon’s essays style, has been clarified clearly. Utilitarianism is a philosophy of thought that maintain and support that the foremost actions are those that create the most happiness for the greatest number of people. In fact, researchers have found some elements regarding the selected essays such as didacticism, mannerism as well as worldly wisdom that introduce Francis Bacon as utilitarian writer. Moreover, other crucial elements of Bacon’s essays such as quotations, impersonality, as well as paragraph have been analyzed very briefly in this paper. Actually, this study is based on qualitative research. Research design was the textual analysis in order to analyze the text. The main instrument was the text of Francis Bacon’s selected essays. The data were in the form of lines, sentences, phrases and words. To analyze the text, the researchers have used steps such as paraphrasing, analyzing, identification and classification. Finally, the result of this study shows the writing style of Francis Bacon which is based on the aphoristic, utilitarianism and other significant elements, like usage of impressive quotations, unique paragraph and Bacon’s objectivity regarding to his essays.

Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Interaksi Penjual dan Pembeli di Rumah Batik Cipaku

Abstract The objective of this research is to identify the types and forms of illocutionary speech acts present in the interactions between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House. The data employed in this study are conversations between sellers and buyers. The primary data source is comprised of 15 data sets. The qualitative descriptive method is employed in this research. The results indicate that there are five types of illocutionary speech acts in the interaction between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House, as proposed by Searle. These are assertive, commissive, directive, expressive, and declarative. The stage with the highest frequency of occurrence is assertive, with 49.62% of the total occurrences (262). Directive speech follows with 19.88% (105). The data indicates that the frequency of occurrence of expressive speech is 123 times, representing 23.29% of the total. In contrast, commissive speech is present on five occasions, representing 0.95% of the total, while declarative speech is present on 33 occasions, representing 6.25% of the total. The sentence forms of illocutionary speech acts obtained in this conversation are declarative, imperative, and interrogative. The research focuses on the identification of the types and forms of illocutionary speech acts present in the interaction between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House. Analysis of Anti-Upset Utterances by Netizens on Social Media: A Case Study of Comments in the Video Column of the Song “Lara” by Dialog Senja on Youtube (A Psycholinguistics Study)

A person's psychological condition affects the process of language production as a means of communication in expressing themselves. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe netizens’s anti-upset speech due to heartbreak, love triangles, and love does not reach the comments of the Dialog Senja song entitled "Lara". The research data is an anti-upset speech contained in the comments written on the you tube channel of the band Dialog Senja on the song entitled "Lara", obtained by listening techniques. The research data were analyzed in an analytical descriptive manner according to the problems studied using a psycholinguistics approach. The results showed that anti-upset speech used by netizens to express anti-upset feelings was in the form of words, clauses, and sentences. Words used to express anti-upset feelings, for example, jangan, and ayo. Frasa is used to express anti-upset feelings, such as moving on. Clauses used to express anti-upset feelings, for example, Emang gue pikirin. As for the sentence used to express anti-upset feelings, for example, Dia memang bukan jodoh saya.

The Efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Getting Used to Congregational Prayers

This research aims to determine the efforts of PAI teachers to get their students used to praying together, as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in getting students used to praying together at SDIT Subulussalam, Tangerang Regency. This research method uses qualitative methods. This type of research uses descriptive research. This research does not intend to test a hypothesis, but only describes what is true about symptoms or variable conditions by means of the data obtained being presented through verbal expressions that can describe the actual conditions. The data sources in this research were Islamic Religious Education teachers and several SDIT Subulussalam Tangerang Regency students from each class to determine the effect of congregational prayer on their personality. The data collection technique is by conducting observations in the form of interviews and other sources related to the research problem and then presenting it in the form of descriptive sentences. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using non-statistical methods through data reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research shows that teachers try to set a good example, provide advice, and provide good discipline to students. The inhibiting factors in getting students used to praying in congregation are students' lack of understanding of the importance of congregational prayers, student behavior, lack of teachers who exercise control, and lack of follow-up supervision from the school. family environment. Paying attention to these inhibiting factors, actions taken by PAI teachers include collaborating with students' parents in getting used to congregational prayers and being more active in taking a persuasive approach to each student.

This research discusses the risk management analysis carried out by PT. Sharia State Savings Bank towards multi-service financing products. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data collected in this study is in the form of words, sentences or images that describe the actual situation. The author collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation to facilitate the research process. The results showed that the risks faced by PT. Sharia State Savings Bank towards multi-service financing, namely financing risks and operational risks. The application of risk management carried out by PT. Sharia State Savings Bank is by conducting an identification process by looking at 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition Of Economy), measuring by looking at the NPF value every month, monitoring by providing daily report updates, as well as controlling with several collection processes, visits, saving financing using Reconditioning and Rescheduling, as well as conducting collateral auctions. Sharia State Savings Bank has carried out risk management of multi-service financing properly and in accordance with PBI No. 13/23/PBI/2011 concerning the Application of Risk Management for Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units, namely a series of procedures and methodologies used to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks that arise.

Analysis of Language Variation used in Interaction Among a Teacher and Students in the Teaching- Learning Processes of Reading

This research was aimed at finding and describing the analysis of language variation used in interaction among teacher and students in teaching and learning process of reading in 8th class at SMP Negeri 1 Sukaresmi-Cianjur. The research was conducted three meetings in three different classes. It was a descriptive qualitative research with a naturalistic approach. The setting of the research was SMP Negeri 1 Sukaresmi-Cianjur. The methods of collecting the data were questionnaire, observation and interview. The data were in the form of words and sentences of language variations and language styles. They included classroom observations, questionnaire and interview transcripts. The respondents were the English teacher and 8th students class at SMP Negeri 1 Sukaresmi-Cianjur. In reference to data analysis, the results show that the language variation used in interaction among the teacher and the students are divided into two kinds of language variations, i.e., (1) Register (2) Idiom. Moreover, the language style used in interaction among teacher and students were divided into four kinds of language styles, i.e., (1) Formal style, (2) Consultative style, (3) Casual style, (4) Intimate style. Implementing the language variations and language styles in teaching-learning processes of reading makes students easier to learn English particularly reading comprehension.

Syntactical Pattern of News Headlines in The Jakarta Post and The Diplomat Reporting The 2024 Indonesian Presidential Election

<p class="8Abstractcontent">The research discussed the syntactical pattern in news headlines between two different-country background news report channels, The Jakarta Post and The Diplomat reporting the same case, that was Indonesian Election 2024. The data source consists of twenty different news titles from both channels published on June 6, 2023. A qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis is used in this research. The Syntax underlying tree pattern by Van Valin et al (1997) serves as the framework for this research. The research findings showed that it was found that the Indonesian channel, Jakarta Post, have all sentential headline pattern in their ten news with nine simple sentences and one complex sentence, while The Diplomat which is from America, have eight sentential headlines and two phrased pattern from their ten news with simple sentence form at all headlines.</p>

Metode Audiolingual Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab

The Audiolingual method was first introduced in 1964 by Nelson Broos. This method revolutionized language teaching by changing it from just a scientific language learning method, the result of a combination of principles and views of structural linguistics, behavioral psychology, and contrastive analysis. This research is library research. Library research is an argumentative disclosure of data sources in the form of studies. The results of this research reveal that the Audiolingual method is based on the assumption that language is, first of all, speech. Therefore, learning Arabic must begin with listening to the sounds of the language in the form of words or sentences and then pronouncing them before learning reading and writing skills. This method revolutionized language teaching by changing it from just a scientific language learning method, the result of a combination of principles and views of structural linguistics, behavioral psychology, and contrastive analysis.

Potret Disabilitas dalam Novel Pasukan Matahari Karya Gol A Gong

Literary works are a reflection of the social reality that exists in the environment in which they are created. One of the problems of life that has received a lot of attention and has received various assessments from the community is the problem of disability. This research aims to describe: (1) the forms of disabilities borne by the characters in the novel Pasukan Matahari by Gol A Gong, (2) the causes of disabilities borne by the characters in the novel Pasukan Matahari by Gol A Gong, (3) the impact of disabilities borne by the characters in the novel by Gol A Gong. This research is a literary research using descriptive method. The data is in the form of words, phrases, clauses and sentences related to disability and in the form of narrator descriptions, character speech, character actions contained in the novel Pasukan Matahari by Gol A Gong. The results of this study are: (1) the form of disability carried by the characters in the novel Pasukan Matahari by Gol A Gong, consists of only one form of disability, namely physical disability (disability). (2) the cause of disability in the novel Pasukan Matahari by Gol A Gong only consists of one cause, namely an accident. (3) The impact of disability in the novel Pasukan Matahari by Gol A Gong consists of two impacts, namely: (a) social and emotional impacts, (b) physical and health impacts. The social-emotional impacts that occur to the characters are heartache, limited social activities, feeling a burden on others. While the physical and health impacts that occur to the character are physical differences with other people and must use assistive devices such as crutches.

A Speech Act Analysis of Nadiem Anwar Makarim’s Speech

Speech is the ability to speak in front of the public to tell their opinion or give an idea about something important. This research aimed to analyze the kinds of communication function in illocutionary act in a speech made by Nadiem Anwar Makarim as Ministry of Education as well as identifying the effects contained in the speech made by Nadiem Anwar Makarim. The research used qualitative approach. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. In this research to check the correctness of the data from different perspectives, researchers used triangulation. Data analyses used by researchers are consisted of 3 ways in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result showed that: 1) All kinds of illocutionary act from Searle were occurred in whichrepresentatives act was the act which was mostly usedin a speech made by Nadiem Anwar Makarim which was 43.66%. Then, in a speech made by Nadiem Anwar Makarim, there was an indication of declaration (14.08%), directives (19.71%), expressives (15.49%) and commissive (4.23%). 2) The speech from Nadiem Makarim was mostly in the form of direct and active sentence (70%). The reason is because Nadiem Makarim state his speech directly by himself, there is no other people or company whom he referred and he mostly used prefix “me” and suffix “kan” to state his speech directly. There is also the form of passive voice, imperative sentence and indirect sentence.
