The aim of the study is to assess the seismic response of buildings when they are of a different height and stiffness, as well as at different parameters of the system of seismic isolation and seismic forces to determine the efficient application of these systems. It is established that in the technology of the moving belt are main-conductive device is a slip system, including a component of the minimization of friction and the component of the constraints of large horizontal displacements.
