Objective To investigate the application effect of all-around nursing on in first aid to trauma in the operation theater.Methods A total of 200 cases of first aid to trauma patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group,the control group was given routine emergency nursing,the observation group was given all-around seamless nursing,rescue efficiency and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results In the observation group,the operation preparation time,operation time,time of transferring to ICU were all significantly less than those in the control group,the rescue success rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Doctors,nurses,family’s satisfaction in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions All-around nursing can effectively improve the nursing quality of trauma in operation treater,save the lives of patients.
