특허와 논문으로 본 초임계유체 이용 불융/불용 폐플라스틱 자원순환기술 동향

초임계 유체공정 및 반응상용화에 의한 불융/불용성 폐플라스틱 재활용은 다양한 분야에서 응용이 가능하며, 고부가가치의 신제품생산과 연계하여, 국내 유화산업의 국제 경쟁력 확보가 가능하다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 초임계유체를 이용하여 불융/불용 폐플라스틱의 자원순환기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1993년에서 2012년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였으며, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술 등에 따라 분석하여 고찰하였다. It is believed to have the international competitiveness of the domestic petrochemical in conjunction with the production of high value-added new product and variety of application by supercritical fluid process and the reaction of infusible/insoluble plastic wastes recycling. In this article, the patents and papers for the recycling of organic residues from the plastic wastes using supercritical fluids were collected and analyzed. The open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), and Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1993 to 2012 were investigated. The patents and journals were collected using key-words and filtered by the definition of the technology. The patents and journals were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies and the technical trends were discussed in this paper.

Publications of general practice research in China mainland 1993–2012: a bibliographic review

Objectives To review the publications of general practice research in China mainland from 1993 to 2012. Methods The literatures on general practice research published in China mainland from 1993 to 2012 were retrieved from the China Journal Full Text Databases, Wanfang Databases and PubMed. The publications were analyzed using the literature management software NoteExpress2, Excel and SPSS 19.0. Results A total of 16 349 Chinese publications and 266 English publications of general practice research were collected. The amount of publications was gradually increasing during 1993 and 2012 and there was a sharp increase in the Chinese publications from 2008 to 2012 comparing with the previous years. The Chinese publications in China's core journals accounted for 32.39% (5 295/16 349) of total of publications; and the English publications in SCI journals accounted for 96.62% (257/266) of total publications. The authors from community health service facilities accounted for 76.01%(12 427/16 349) of Chinese publications; while authors from research institutes and universities accounted for 61.65% (164/266) of the English publications. Results showed that 37.59% (6 145/16 349) and 37.12% (6 069/16 349) of the Chinese publications were commentaries and descriptive studies, only 9.57% (1 565/16 349) were randomized controlled trials; 52.63% (140/266) of the English publications were descriptive studies and 9.02% (24/266) were randomized controlled trials. 60.75% (9 932/16 349) of the Chinese publications and 75.94% (202/266) of the English publications were focused on clinical topics. Conclusion Although the number of general practice publications has been increasing during 1993–2012, the quality of publications is still less satisfactory and need to be further improved. 특허와 논문으로 본 제강 환원슬래그의 고효율 급냉 자원순환기술 동향

국내 건조 골재로 사용되고 있는 인조 규사는 매년 채취량이 증가하고 있다. 건조 골재로 가공하기 위하여 건조 공정이 필요하며, 이는 골재의 원가 상승과 화석 연료를 이용한 대기 환경오염의 주범이다. 이를 위해 건조 골재에 대한 대체 골재 개발이 매우 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 제강 환원슬래그의 고효율 급냉 자원순환기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1977년~2013년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였으며, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링 하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술 등에 따라 분석하여 고찰하였다. The artificial dry silica used as dry aggregates in domestic is collected increasing every year. It is required drying process for the production of dry aggregates, therefore, it is main culprit of the cost up of aggregates and air pollution by using fossil fuel for the solution, it is developed alternative aggregates for the replacement of dry aggregates very ungently. In this article, the patents and papers for the recycling technology on the high-efficiency rapid cooling method of ladle furnace slag were collected and analyzed. The open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), and Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1977 to 2013 were investigated. The patents and journals were collected using key-words and filtered by the definition of the technology. The patents and journals were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies and the technical trends were discussed in this paper.

Automatic Subject Classification of Korean Journals

Subject classification of journals is important because it can be utilized for the improvement of scholarly information services and analysis by research area. The classification by experts in a subject area wastes a lot of time and expense. On the other hand, the simple classification with basic information, such as the journal title has limitations. To solve this problem, this paper suggests the automatic classification of Korean journals using the SCI journals information cited by Korean journals, and an analysis of the classification result. In particular, this study adopted the WoS subject categories for classification to support the base for comparison between the Korean citation database and the global citation database (KSCI vs. SCI).

Preface: Impact of human activities on biodiversity of large rivers

The pressures and impacts on the World’s Large Rivers have increased greatly in recent years, as a consequence of their exploitation to meet various human needs. Large rivers are particularly exposed to problems of multiple uses, often with conflicting aims. At the global scale, river systems are altered by increased nutrient loads leading to eutrophication of river stretches, navigation and hydropower plants deteriorating ecosystem functions and further human uses leading to far reaching problems further downstream. These challenges point also to the need for more integrated management approaches and consideration of catchment and river interactions emphasizing land use management and effects of these uses. At the global scale, there is currently no overview assessment of the current status of the world’s large rivers, the conflicting demands on such rivers, and likely future anthropogenic impacts, as well as the potential for restoration, improvements in integrated management and the associated problems caused by their multiple uses. The International Conference on ‘The Status and Future of the World’s Large Rivers’ and this Special Issue in Hydrobiologia on ‘Impact of human activities on biodiversity of large rivers’ aim to provide a global forum for a wide-ranging discussion of key issues related to research on large rivers and to their effective and sustainable management, involving both scientists and decision makers. The sequence of papers in the special issue highlights the current situation in different river systems with regard to river conservation and rehabilitation, and human impacts on flora and fauna. Beside seven other Special Issues in SCI journals, this Special Issue is an outcome of the 1st International Conference on the Status and Future of the World’s Large Rivers held in April 2011 in Vienna (http:// worldslargerivers.boku.ac.at/wlr/). The 2nd conference will take place in Manaus, Brazil, in July 2014.

The Information Analysis of Avian Influenza Research by Gopubmed

Objective To probe into the status and development trend of avian influenza,so as to provide reference for further research.Methods The article took the avian literature as the object of study,took Gopubmed as the retrieval and statistical tool,made information analysis of the subjects,time,sources,distribution,authors and literature development trends of avian research.Results The main subjects of avian literature involved influenza in birds and influenza,human.There has been a sharp increase on the literature number of avian in the recent decade with the most in 2006.The United States accounted for the most literature and China ranked the second place.The sources of avian literature were mainly the SCI journals from the United States and European countries.Conclusions Gopubmed can show a vivid picture of the current situation and development trend of avian research.Further improvements are needed both in the quality and quantity of avian research in China Key words: Gopubmed; Avian Influenza; Information Analysis

Science for Sale: Inflated Collaboration Claims—Response

Our team of reporters contacted 27 agencies that advertise as helping scientists publish papers in SCI journals. Communicating with agents by phone or the messaging service QQ, we posed as scientists or graduate students in these initial inquiries because we believed that this was the only way for us to gain accurate information about the companies' activities. I later contacted or attempted to contact every agency and journal mentioned in the article, identifying myself as a journalist, to solicit their reactions to our findings.

Bibliometric-based analysis of fishery sci-tech papers in SCI journals delivered by Chinese authors

We aim to understand the current situation of research activities of the authors in fishery field in China who published papers in SCI journals,thus provide reference for the researchers,research management department and journal editors.We collected bibliometric data of abroad papers published from 2002 to 2011 by authors from China in fishery research field.By using bibliometric,classified statistics and social network analysis methods,we analyzed the distribution of core authors and institutions,journal and subject distribution of the papers,interna-tional cooperation,cooperative network of authors and organizations,and research hotsports.The results showed that the overall amount of the published articles and times cited of Chinese authors in 2002?2011 experienced great growth.We got 70 core authors by ranking with core indexes and analyzed their characteristics of publishing paper and citation.Chinese authors in fishery field are mainly involved in the subjects of Marine and Freshwater Biology and Fisheries,which cross frequently with other subjects such as environmental sciences ecology,ocean-ography,and biotechnology applied microbiology.Chinese authors cooperate most with American researchers,the second with Japanese and the third with Australian.The journal AQUACULTURE published the most Chinese articles(448) in this research.Most articles(1 761) were published on journals with impact factor(IF) 2?3,and the average IF(1.948) of the total articles was higher than the average level of the world(1.125,1.474).The main cooperative network of authors are composed of MAI Kangsen,et al.,with the research direction of aquaculture and nutrient.The other is composed of SONG Linsheng,et al,with the research direction of marine organism mo-lecular genetics,molecular immunology,and disease control.Chinese Academy of Sciences played a dominant role in the cooperative network of organizations which frequently cooperated with Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences,Ocean University of China,Xiamen University and Nanjing Normal University.Research hotspots of Chinese abroad authors in fishery field were aquaculture and feed,genetic diversity of population,the mechanism of molecular immune,waste water treatment,and eutrophication,which was consistent with most of the topics of core authors.

국내의 한국전력망 또는 민간 산업공장에서는 노후선로 교체 또는 부하 증가에 의한 송전용량 증대를 위한 가공전선 교체 작업으로 인하여 매년 수백 톤의 폐가공전선이 발생되고 있는 실정이다. 최근 경제적인 측면과 환경적인 측면, 효율성에 관한 측면에서 전선의 재활용 기술이 폭넓게 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 폐전선의 재활용 기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1975년 ~ 2011년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였고, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링 하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술에 따라 분석하여 나타내 보았다. There are generated the hundreds of tons of waste electric wire per year due to replace for increase transmission capacity and/or replacement of old electric wire by Korea's national power grid and/or private industrial factories. Recently, the wire recycling technologies studied extensively in terms of effieiency by of economic aspects and environment aspects. In this paper, the patents and papers for the recycling technologies of spent electric wire were collected and analyzed. The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1975 to 2011. Conservation of the Cinereous Vulture Aegypius monachus in Spain (1966–2011): a bibliometric review of threats, research and adaptive management

SummaryDetecting and quantifying threats and researching and implementing management actions are key to improving the conservation status of endangered species. Bibliometric analysis can constitute a useful tool for the evaluation of such questions from a long-term perspective. Taking as a case study the Cinereous Vulture Aegypius monachus in Spain, we tested relationships between population dynamics, research efforts, existing threats and conservation milestones. The population growth of the species (from 206 pairs in 1976 to 2,068 in 2011) was parallelled by the increase in the total number of publications, the number of articles in SCI journals and the number of published works dealing with aspects of conservation, threats and management. These results are discussed in terms of cause-effect relationships taking into account that the influence of other non-mutually exclusive factors could also probably explain such associations. Similarly, we analysed the trend of the Cinereous Vulture breeding population with respect to different threats and indices of food availability, obtaining a positive correlation with the increase in big-game hunting bags in Spain. With respect to conservation milestones, we concluded that the current situation is positive in terms of the protection of the species and its habitat, with the situation in relation to food availability being unclear. Finally, we reviewed the main conservation actions that have been taken for the species in Spain and how these have been progressively modified based on new scientific and technical evidence, as an example of adaptive management applied to conservation.

Since the 1990s, the rapid development of information and communication industry, the demand for semiconductor and LCD continues to increase. Therefore in the formation of fine circuit patterns, which are the cores of sensitizer and the most expensive thinner and stripper liquor used to remove photoresist and its dilution, the amount in demand are dramatically increasing, emerging need for recycling of waste thinner and stripper liquor. Recently, recycling technologies of stripping process waste solution has been widely studied by economic aspects and environmental aspects, in terms of efficiency of the stripping process. In this study, analyzed paper and patent for recycling technologies of waste solution from stripping process. The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1981 to 2010. Patents and journals were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals was analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

Statistical analysis of ophthalmic diseases related randomized controlled trials published in SCI journals from mainland China

Background Recently,the number of randomized controlled trials on ophthalmic diseases that published in international journals from mainland China has increased gradually.There is no systematic summary in this field.Objective To systematically search and analyze the distribution of ophthalmic diseases related randomized controlled trials (RCT) published in SCI journals from mainland China up to November,2012.Methods The search was performed on Pubmed using “Ophthalmology”,“Eye” and all of their inferior subjective terms,with type of literature being limited as randomized controlled trial,and country as China.All retrieved papers were screened,data extracted and analyzed.Results There were 68 ophthalmic diseases related RCT papers published from mainland China since 1989.After 2005,the number of RCT papers from mainland China increased quickly with 7 in 2006,11 in 2009,and 15 in 2011.The 68 RCT papers were focused on cataract,optometry,glaucoma,corneal and conjunctival diseases,ophthalmic immune and pharmacology,and fundus diseases.The RCT papers were published in a total of 35 SCI journals including most kinds of ophthalmic journals such as Ophthalmology,IOVS and a few journals on other specialty.The journal Clin Experiment Ophthalmol had the maximum RCT papers from China (8 papers).The 68 RCT papers came from 26 departments in mainland China,mainly from the hospitals affiliated to medical university in Guangzhou,Beijing,Shanghai,Wenzhou and Hangzhou.Conclusions The number of ophthalmic diseases related RCT papers published in SCI journals from mainland China increased continuously.The papers were mainly focused on cataract,optomctry and glaucoma.The number of these papers,however,was still small and imbalance between districts existed. 산업적 요구에 따른 금속 소재의 사용량은 급증하고 있으나, 한정된 유용가능 자원으로 인해 원소재 가격이 급속도로 상승하고 있어, 이들 금속 자원의 안정적 확보가 국가 경쟁력 확보 및 지속적인 경제 성장의 핵심 요소로 인식되고 있다. 전량 수입에 의존하고 있는 마그네슘 소재의 경우, 수명을 다한 자동차 및 3C(Camera, Computer, Communication) 제품의 폐부품과 마그네슘의 용해 과정에서 발생하는 슬러지 및 드로스 등의 저품위 스크랩은 전량 폐기되고 있어 자원순환의 효율성을 제고하고 독자적인 원소재 수급 체계를 확립하기 위해서는 저품위 스크랩의 재활용 기술 개발 및 상용화가 절실하다. 본 연구에서는 폐마그네슘의 재활용 기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1974년~2012년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였고, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링 하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술에 따라 분석하여 나타내보았다. Metal prices are rapidly rising due to increasing demand of metals and limited available resources according to the industrial requirement. As a result, securing a stable supply of these metal resources has been recognized as a core element of national competitiveness and sustained economic growth. In the case of magnesium and its alloys which are entirely depending on import, low-grade magnesium scraps from end-of-life vehicles and 3C(Camera, Computer, Communication) parts and magnesium wastes such as sludge and dross generated during melting process are hardly recycled. Accordingly, the development and commercialization of recycling technology of low-grade magnesium scrap is desperately needed to improve efficiency of resource circulation and to establish the required proprietary of resource metal supply and demand. In this study, papers and patents on recycling technologies of waste magnesium were analyzed. Abstract Electronic products such as appliances, computers, and cellular phones have printed circuit boards (PCBs) in common andthe PCBs in the waste electronic products contain valuable metals and organic resins. In Korea, recovery and recycling of theorganic resins as well as the valuable metallics from the wastes are required indeed as the most of resources are being importedfrom abroad. In this article, the patents and papers for the recycling of organic residues from the waste PCBs were collected andanalyzed. The open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), and Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1979 to2012 were investigated. The patents and journals were collected using key-words and filtered by the definition of the technology.The patents and journals were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies and the technical trends were dis-cussed in this paper. 2000년대 이후 화력발전소, 열병합발전소 및 소각로, 화학플랜트 등 고정 오염원의 질소산화물의 배출규제가 발효됨에 따라 대규모 배출업체를 시작으로 SCR(선택적 촉매 환원법) 탈질설비를 도입하고 있으며, 배출오염물 총량규제 등 점차적으로 배출규제가 강화되고 적용 범위가 확대됨으로 인하여 SCR 탈질촉매의 사용량이 증가하는 추세이다. 발전소나 소각장 등에 이미 설치된 SCR 탈질촉매는 2010년을 기점으로 비활성화하여 새로운 촉매로 교체됨으로써 폐촉매가 폐기물이 아닌 자원으로서 재활용하기 위한 기술개발이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 폐촉매 재활용 기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1975년 ~ 2012년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였고, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링 하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술에 따라 분석하였다. Since the 2000s, to start inducement of SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) denitrification facility by large scale companies which are emitted large amount of nitrogen oxides such as power plants, combined heat and power plant, incinerators and chemical plants due to take effect the regulation of stationary sources of nitrogen oxide(NOx), and the total amount of discharged pollutants, such as regulatory gradually emissions regulations are being strengthened and the expanded coverage due to the use of SCR denitrification catalyst is a growing trend. Since 2010 due to the new catalysts to replace the already installed power plants and incinerators due to inactive, and catalytic denitrification SCR waste catalyst waste as a resource rather than the development of technologies for recycling situation is urgently needed. In this study, analyzed paper and patent for recycling technologies of waste catalyst. 지구환경 문제 및 건강과 관련하여 친환경 제품 개발에 대한 관심이 날로 증대되고 있으며 사용중 산화 등으로 인하여 발생하는 유해물질이 포함된 동/식물성 유지류 등을 환경친화적 제품으로 재활용하는 것은 매우 중요한 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 동식물폐유지 모노머화 재활용 기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1976년 ~ 2012년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였고, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링 하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술에 따라 분석하였다. 이에 전처리 정제, 중합용 모노머화, 중합체 제조 기술 모두 미국이 앞서 있는 것으로 나타났다. There is increasing interest to the development of environmental friendly products related global environment and health issue and it is very important technology for recycling contained hazardous substance that occur due to oxidation during used oils and fats of vegetable and animal to eco-friendly products. In this study, papers and patents for recycling technologies of used fat and vegetable oil as monomers were analyzed. The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1976 to 2012. Patents and journals were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies. Such pretreatment purification, polymerization for monomer, and polymer manufacturing technology were ahead of the United States.

Classification of Photovoltaic Research Papers by Using Text-Mining Techniques

The research described in this article focuses on one important aspect of monitoring scientific and technological trends and tries to examine topics of research and trends in the photovoltaic field. The data used to examine the research and trends were scientific and technological literature published during the last five years, which were exhaustively collected from the two SCI journals that specialize in photovoltaic and solar energy research. In order to analyze the 2,031 academic papers colllected, text-mining was applied. As a result, research topics were identified through document clustering and classified through text categorization into four major subjects; ‘Cell’, ‘Module/Array’, ‘System’ and ‘Relative/Advanced.’

Improvement analysis of article quality inWorld Journal of Gastroenterologyduring 2008-2012

To understand the changes and development of World Journal of Gastroenterology (WJG) in recent years. The Journal Citation Report (JCR) and SCI-E database of the ISI Web of Knowledge were used to search the articles and data of related indices in WJG during 2008-2012. Bibliometric methods were used for statistical analysis of the author's degree of collaboration, collaboration rate, the first author's publications, high-productivity authors, the authors' origins in each year; the distribution of the countries and journals of the authors citing WJG papers was also analyzed. In addition, the indices related to this journal in each year were compared with the data from 6 SCI journals in the field of gastroenterology in the 2012 volume. A total of 4409 papers in WJG were examined in this study. For the period 2008-2012, the self-citation rate was 8.59%, 6.02%, 5.50%, 4.47% and 5.21%. Of a total of 3898 first authors, 3526 published 1 paper, 291 published 2 papers, 59 published 3 papers, and 22 published 4 or more papers. The origin of WJG authors covered the six continents, and the majority came from Asia, Europe and North America. The number of countries of origin of WJG authors was 65, 66, 61, 65 an 60 for the period 2008-2012. Authors from 66 countries cited a total of 3194 of the 4409 papers, and these citations were found in 1140 journals. The results suggest that WJG has stayed on the track of normal international publication and all the indices of this journal are stable and reasonable.
