Perancangan Sistem Infomasi Penjadwalan Kegiatan Pada KPU Berbasis Web

Scheduling is a classic and commonly encountered issue. Various institutions are currently facing scheduling problems concerning their employees or staff, one of which involves the scheduling of activities at the Electoral Commission (KPU). However, KPU presently relies on a manual system without a structured database system, leading to delays in completing tasks that should ideally be finished on time and making the process vulnerable to errors. To address this, the waterfall method is being utilized for system development, encompassing stages such as system requirement analysis, system design, system development, system testing, and system implementation. The subsequent application is being developed using PHP and MYSQL. The implementation of this scheduling information system aims to facilitate KPU employees in efficiently carrying out their daily tasks and activities, thereby streamlining the scheduling process. By presenting the results of this research, it is expected that the design of the web-based activity scheduling information system for the Election Commission (KPU) can positively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of KPU's tasks related to general elections.

Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Mata Pelajaran Menggunakan Algoritma Artificial Bee Colony Berbasis Web

Course Scheduling Information System Using Web-Based Artificial Bee Colony AlgorithmOne of the educational institutions in Cicalengka District and Bandung Regency is SMK Yadika Cicalengka. has difficulties with scheduling and plotting. At SMK Yadika Cicalengka, the existing scheduling system is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. This becomes less effective because it takes quite a long time and requires an assessment of each teacher's teaching availability every day. This research aims to create a scheduling system that can optimize the time to create subject schedules and accurately divide teaching assignments. Using the artificial bee colony method, this research develops the system and achieves optimal results by imitating how bee colonies search and exploit food sources effectively. In the case of this research, iteration and solution selection will be performed to reduce the breadth of the problem. The results of this study show that the created system is more efficient in time scheduling, with an average value of 96%.

PENERAPAN EXTREME PROGRAMMING DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENJADWALAN KULIAH JURUSAN AKUNTANSI POLINES

Scheduling is a routine job that is carried out every semester in the college academic system. There are two schedules that are often found in universities, namely the scheduling of lectures and exams, both theoretical and practical. The scheduling process is a process for implementing events that contain components of courses, lecturers, classes and semesters in time slots that contain time and space components. Many aspects must be considered in order to process optimal class schedules and exams. The problem that occurs at this time is the process of making teaching decrees for lecturers which is automatic from the existing system. Research begins with planning, designing, coding, and testing. With the improvement of the scheduling information system using extreme programming, it is hoped that it can help make teaching decrees in the Polines Accounting department.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Mata Pelajaran dengan Metode Waterfall

Advances in technology that continue to develop make things easier. One application of information technology in the field of education is the existence of a subject scheduling information system. However, until now, the scheduling system at MTsN 03 Madiun still uses the manual method by the curriculum staff. Previously, a joint task distribution meeting was held with the teachers, which then the curriculum staff would confirm the schedule with the instructor, then the admin would supervise one by one the schedules of the teachers who were still empty. Then the schedule needs to be confirmed back to the students. The result of these conditions has an impact on the lack of timely publication of subject schedules which reduces the effectiveness of the learning system. It is not uncommon for errors to occur in scheduling, such as the large number of teaching hours on an inappropriate schedule or subject schedules that clash with other subjects. The schedule that has been made must guarantee that there will be no conflicting schedules, both in hours and instructors. In addition, it takes a long time to make a schedule because the scheduling department needs to adjust the availability of space and teachers. Therefore we need a subject scheduling system that can simplify and minimize errors that occur when preparing schedules. In this study, the method used when collecting data was the observation method, interview method and literature study. In addition, the software development method used was the waterfall method. This system was designed and built using MySQL and PHP as database storage. This subject scheduling system can facilitate curriculum staff and teachers in managing subject schedule information.

Development of an Integrated Scheduling System Prototype at the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Makassar State University

This study aims to produce a prototype of an integrated scheduling system that manages all activities related to scheduling within the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Makassar State University. An integrated scheduling information system was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) research method by collecting data from observation and interviews. The prototype development model is carried out in various integrated stages so that a web-based scheduling system design is obtained with the aim of providing optimal services to lecturers and students so that lecture activities can run well and effectively..

Additionally, there is no system in place to determine which tasks should be prioritized and which can be postponed. To address these issues, CV. Infotech Media requires a project scheduling information system. The proposed solution utilizes the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) to calculate accurate time estimates and identify the critical path, highlighting tasks that must be prioritized and cannot be delayed. Strategic Planning Information Systems Industrial Work Lecture Program (Case Study: CV. Laksana Karoseri)

CV. Laksana Karoseri is a bus carousel company from Ungaran that assembles various bus bodies. In an effort to help the development of good human resources, every year CV. Laksana Karoseri has an industrial work lecture program that accepts hundreds of internship students every year. However, the program has not been running and is well organized because some activity processes have not run optimally, for example, the acceptance of internships, attendance and scheduling of internships that are not managed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to have SI / IT strategic planning to improve management and deal with problems that occur in industrial work lecture programs at CV. Laksana Karoseri. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and observations on CV. Laksana Karoseri. The method used to carry out this SI / IT strategic planning is the Ward and Peppard method which includes Value Chain, SWOT, PEST and Five Force Model analysis which then produces an application portfolio, namely the Registration Information System and Industrial Work Lecture Details, the website and mobile version of the Scheduling and Attendance Information System, the Weekly Activity Log Book Information System and the Internship Report Document Archive Information System which was mapped using McFarlan's analysis. The results of the SI/IT strategic plan will be implemented within four years.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENJADWALAN TALK SHOW PT RADAR LAMPUNG TV DAN PENAMBAHAN UTILITAS NOTIFIKASI VIA SMS CENTER BERBASIS ANDROID

The topic of this research is the talk show scheduling information system that still needs to be developed with the addition of notification features. The development of the PT Radar Lampung TV Talk Show Scheduling Information System and the Addition of Notification Utility Via SMS Center based on Android is here to support the performance of the Talk Show scheduling information system so that it can work optimally. The purpose of this study is to develop a scheduling information system application and schedule notification utility via an Android-based SMS center. The Android-based SMS center notification application was developed using the Water Fall method and the JAVA and XML programming languages based on Android. After the application has been developed, then Black Box Testing is carried out on the Android-based SMS center notification application. The test results show that all features can run according to their functions.

SISTEM PENJADWALAN MENGAJAR DI SMA NU AL MA’RUF KUDUS MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA GENETIKA

At SMA NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus, the management of the teacher's teaching schedule related to rooms andclasses still use conventional or manual methods and have not fully use computerized processing. Problems thatarise in the beginning of each learning year is the occurrence of a schedule that collides with several studentsteacher. Starting from the background of the existing problems, the author designed the System Web-basedinformation to be implemented for scheduling processing teaching at the NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus High School. In thisstudy, the Genetic Algorithm method used to build a scheduling information system by completing complexoptimization problems, which are difficult to perform by conventional methods. Results research shows that theGenetic Algorithm method can be used to build a teaching scheduling system. By generating a different task_IDconsists of subjects and teachers to produce the best fitness values in the shortest time short. From testing bygenerating as many as 10 chromosomes and 25 generations the best fitness value = 0.024, time = 126.99seconds, in the 12th generation.

ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGAGENDAAN SURAT PADA UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH JAMBI

Computer-based information systems are needed, especially in the development of an organization, in this case is the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. Where the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi pays less attention to incoming and outgoing letters because currently the mail scheduling information system has not been fully integrated with the system where for mail scheduling still uses the conventional system. Where the process is still carried out by separating incoming and outgoing letters and then writing or recording several parts of the letter, namely: letter number, letter description, letter origin, incoming letter date, outgoing letter date, agenda date, document. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a prototype letter scheduling system so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in scheduling letters and speed up the process of searching for letters so as to make it easier for mail managers to find letters according to their needs. This design was made using the visual paradigm and using object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This research resulted in a prototype design of an analysis system and design of a letter scheduling information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. On this basis, an integrated system is needed, it is hoped that the system can be implemented directly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the letter logging information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Laboratorium Pendidikan Informatika Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat

The preparation and writing of the practicum lecture schedule in the Informatics Education computer laboratory has not been optimal. In addition, the laboratory loan process has not been efficient in terms of time, because lecturers and students have to contact and come directly to the laboratory. The purpose of this study was to design and test a laboratory scheduling information system for the informatics education study program at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This research resulted in an information system that can help labor technicians, lecturers, students and related stakeholders. The results of beta testing research on expert validation obtained an average validation of 87.4% with very good information and the user assessment questionnaire obtained an average value of 89.8% with very good information.

Web-Based Employee Work Scheduling Information System Design at PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia

This study aims to assist PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia in improving the description of the employee work scheduling website. So far, several departments of PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia use an application called Microsoft Excel to process employee work schedules and save a file on a public server where each employee has access to open and perform data engineering. The solution to the indication of the problem is to create a new system design that functions to process data in the form of employee work schedules with a one-way input system. The website is one of the choices that companies need if they want to present information both internal and external. A website would be better if there is a database or what is commonly known as a data warehouse, for the basis of reference for decision-makers tomorrow.
 In this case, the design of an employee work scheduling information system using Bootstrap as its platform. To obtain the data needed in conducting research, several methods were used, including interviews, observation, and literature study. The data obtained were then analyzed and described using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method. The final result of the research is the design of a Bootstrap-based employee work scheduling information system using Visual Studio Code as the code editor.

Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Mata Pelajaran Pada Sma Negeri 02 Tebing Tinggi Dengan Menggunakan Metode Genetika Berbasis Web

The subject scheduling information system is one way to overcome the optimization problem determined by the institution where the schedule is used, namely at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatra Province. The software was tested on several different data groups using the genetic algorithm method. The results obtained are helping to arrange automatic scheduling of subject scheduling. Based on the test results of the subject scheduling information system software at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi using the Black box and the usability of the overall test summary results are said to be good. So that with the subject scheduling system at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatra Province, it can be more efficient and even better in compiling subject schedules.

Information system is a system made by humans consisting of components in the organization to achieve a goal that is to present information. In this study I created a laboratory system scheduling information system. The web is a page that is displayed on the internet that contains certain information (specifically). PHP programing language is a programing language for creating web that is server-side scripting. MySQL is a database server program that is capable of receiving and sending data very quickly, multi-user and using the standard sql (structured query language) command.

Design of a Web-Based Lecture Scheduling Information System During Pandemic Covid-19 (Case Study: Faculty of Engineering and Science, Ibn Khaldun University)

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the lecture process was carried out online, so it impacted other academic activities such as the preparation of lecture schedules. The results of observations at the Faculty of Engineering and Science found that the practice of lecture schedules was carried out manually, such as the schedule coordination process was carried out face-to-face between study programs, faculties, and lecturers to overcome conflicts in the use of rooms and teaching time. Changes in the teaching schedule need to be re-checked on the use of the room and the lecturer's teaching time because it has not been documented with the information system. Hence, this study aims to build an information system for preparing lecture schedules using the Greedy Best First Search Method based on the willingness of lecturers to teach. The system was developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) and testing using BlackBox testing. The results of this study succeeded in building a lecture scheduling information system that was able to generate lecture schedules automatically and quickly without having to coordinate face-to-face to support online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Course Scheduling Information System Using Genetic Algorithms

University X is a private university which has 8 faculties, namely Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Fikes, Law, Islam and Vocational Studies. One of the leading study programs at the University X is the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering which is currently experiencing problems when the process of dividing space and hour schedules is still manual.The problems that arise include the accumulation of lecture hours for a lecturer who takes more than one course. Another problem is the disruption of the lecture process at the beginning of the semester due to the tentative scheduling system. The preparation of lecture schedules at the Faculty of Engineering, University X is still done semi-manually using Microsoft Excel, so it will take several days to make a schedule. Meanwhile, making a schedule must be done quickly and optimally because it is used for lecture activities, the solution that can overcome the above problems is by creating a Course Scheduling Information System Using Genetic Algorithms.
 The genetic algorithm is one of the most appropriate algorithms used in solving complex optimization problems, which are difficult to do with conventional methods. The nature of genetic algorithms is looking for possibilities from potential solutions to get the optimal for solving problems. The scope of all viable solutions, i.e. the objects between matching solutions, is called the search space. Each point in the search space represents a viable solution.
 The limitations of the built problem are: This system is operated by the administrative staff of the study program at the Faculty of Engineering, University X. This system is made using the Codeigniter framework, Responsive Bootstrapping (display) and MySQL as the database and the method used by this system is the genetic algorithm method.
 The final result of this research is that it is helpful and easy to apply as a tool in helping the optimization process of lecture scheduling in order to minimize schedule collisions in lectures at the Faculty of Engineering, University X

E-SIP: Website-Based Scheduling Information System to Increase the Effectivity of Lecturer's Performance and Learning Process

The development of internet and information technology made a system to the practical, effective, and efficient. One of the impacts is ease to make scheduling information system in university. This research is research and development (R&D) models which have aim to develop the website-based scheduling information system to increase the effectivity of lecturer’s performance and learning process in IAIN Tulungagung. E-SIP program develop by using software development life cycle in term of waterfall model. Waterfall model was selected because it was easy and efficient. This system development consisted of system need analysis, system design, implementation, testing, dissemination, and maintenance. Data collecting system using literature review, field study, and interview. Furthermore, data also collected from questionnaire scores of E-SIP validations conducted by the validator and respondents, in terms of admins. After doing some development phase and trial, the E-SIP was developed and ready to use to make scheduling process in IAIN Tulungagung. E-SIP possibly runs with using any browser supporting the java-script system. The development result of E-SIP is in terms of login page for users in three levels. The first level is Super Admin which is responsible to input all databases needed for E-SIP. The second level is Department Admin, which is responsible to arrange the individual schedule of departments. The third level is Faculty Admin, which only able to see the schedule arranged by Department Admin. The similarity of all levels is to print and see the schedule. The advantage of E-SIP is that the scheduling system is able to be controlled by online and performed simultaneously at one time as well as to check overlapping or nonautomatic schedules in the website. Besides, the disadvantage happens when there is a bug or an error resulting in that the system does not function properly and needs to be immediately resolved.

Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Supir Bus Po Logos Berbasis Website

The problem with the PO Logos company is that the schedule for the driver or bus driver is still done manually which results in the old operator determining the bus driver who will depart. And the distribution of the driver's departure schedule is not evenly distributed so that the bus driver who has just departed is scheduled to leave again the next day which causes the driver to contact the operator to report this in order to get a replacement driver, because the rules for drivers at PO Logos company are once every three days. From these problems raised the idea to create a driver scheduling information system for PO Logos. This was built using the Waterfall methodology which consists of 5 stages, namely Requirement Analysis and Definition of the old system analysis and the new system of scheduling using genetic algorithms which are described by flowcharts, System and Software Design using Unifed Modeling Language (UML), Implementation and Unit Testing using programming languages PHP and MySQL, Integration and System Testing Testing is done by black-box testing. The results of making a bus driver scheduling information system in making a driver schedule using a genetic algorithm through stages, namely the formation of the initial population, evaluating the fitness value, finding the two best fitness values ??using tournament selection, crossover using one-point crossover, mutation and fitness evaluation again for looking for the best value.

Implementation of Traveling salesman problem Algorithm for Scheduling and Shortest Distance Optimization

PD Mitra Makmur Perkasa is a company that distributes bottled drinking water. The decline in service levels in the timeliness of delivery is one of the problems experienced by the company. Based on the analysis conducted, the cause is due to irregular and unsystematic scheduling. To overcome this problem, we need a system that can manage systematic scheduling and provide optimal mileage recommendations to streamline delivery times and maximize the number of deliveries. These papers aim to build a web-based information system for scheduling the delivery of bottled drinking water using the waterfall system development method and the heuristic TSP (travelling salesman problem) method. TSP used to determine travel routes and produce recommendations for the shortest distance to be traversed and to maximize the amount of drinking water that can be delivered optimally. The results TSP method can be applied to a web-based scheduling information system for the delivery of bottled drinking water. It will have an impact on increasing service and maintaining, as well as increasing the number of customers. The resulting testing with the structural and functional BlackBox test results declared appropriate and functional.
