Thus, this study is aimed to investigate the four dimensions of total quality management which are fundamental for construction process. These for dimensions are quality management, quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection. The regression analysis has been done to identify the effectiveness of these variables towards the quality in the company. The empirical result shows that quality management and assurance have the most effects towards quality as they are positively and significantly related to the quality. However the effect of the control and inspection are found not to be significant.
