The Effect of Maternal Attachment on Independence and Self-Confidence of 4-5 Years Old Children from the Aspect of Mother’s Occupation Status

This study was conducted to determine the effect of maternal attachment on independence and self-confidence of 4-5 years old children from the aspect of Mother’s Occupation Status. This research was quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were working and non-working mothers who had children aged 4-5 years in Kradenan Village, Grobogan Regency, totalling 92 people consisting of 27 working mothers and 65 non-working mothers. The sample collection technique in this study was a saturated sample, where all populations were used as research samples. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive and regression statistical analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study found that maternal attachment affected the independence of 4-5 years old children; maternal attachment affected the self-confidence of 4-5 years old children; maternal attachment affected the children’s independence by controlling the status of mother’s occupation; maternal attachment affected children’s self-confidence by controlling the status of mother’s occupation. Enhancing Financial Reporting Quality: The Influence of Audit Committee Attributes and the Role of Audit Quality

This study to analyze the influence of the positive Characteristics of the audit committee consisting of an independent audit committee, knowledge accountancy audit committee, number meeting audit committee, and size audit committee on quality reporting finance. Besides that For analyzing audit quality strengthening moderation between characteristics of the audit committee with quality reporting finance. Research This uses agency theory which emphasizes the conflict of interest between the principal and agent. Research This is a study associative with using secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) or via the company website of each sample. The sample collection technique sample uses method purposive sampling. Sample in study This is all over incoming companies The LQ 45 index is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total sample of 120 observations. For the test, the hypothesis used MRA analysis with the use of application data. The results of the research include the independent audit committee, knowledgeaccountancy audit committee, number meeting audit committee, and the number of influential audit committees for quality reporting finance. Companies that use Big Four auditors can strengthen the connection between the independent audit committee and knowledge accountancy audit committee on quality reporting finance whereas companies that use Big 4 auditors weaken the connection amount meeting audit committee and the amount audit committee on quality reporting finance.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN STANDAR AKUNTANSI PEMERINTAHAN, SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL DAN GOOD GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KUALITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH (STUDI PADA SKPD KOTA BANDUNG)

This research aims to determine the effect of the implementation of government accounting standards, internal control systems, and good governance of government financial reports in SKPD (Regional Work Units) of Bandung City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach, while the data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, especially the head of the finance sub-division and finance section staff at SKPD Bandung City, the sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling specifically purposive sampling technique. Based on the calculation results, the coefficient of determination shows that the implementation of government accounting standards, internal control systems, and good governance has a 49% explanation on the quality of government financial reports in SKPD of Bandung City, the remaining 51% is attributed to other variables not examined in this study.

Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) Model: Reducing Congestion Levels and Work Stress and Increasing Work Productivity

Research aims: This research aims to analyze the impact of the flexible working arrangement (FWA) system in reducing traffic jams, reducing work stress, and increasing work productivity.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a sample collection technique with purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 government and company employees and interviewing 5 informants from government employees. Data analysis uses SEM (structural equation model) with the AMOS analysis tool.Research findings: Flexible working arrangements (FWA) have an important role in reducing traffic jams, which can increase a person's work stress. Reducing traffic congestion has a positive impact on workers and decreases work stress. Despite flexible working arrangements (FWA), work congestion and stress do not influence work productivity.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the science of human resource management and urban management related to HR work activities.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The results of this research become a source and basis for guidance in structuring work patterns to be more efficient and effective, i.e., working flexibly can reduce the level of traffic congestion.Research Limitations/Implications: The limitation to this research includes the very limited number of respondents and informants who cannot be met directly so the question-and-answer process is less in-depth. Moreover, the indicators for each variable are still lacking, while the references are still weak.

Grit, Personality, And Job Burnout Among Indonesian Nurses

It is evident that health workers, particularly nurses, are more susceptible to burnout. This study aims to determine the relationship between Grit and burnout and the function of extroverted personality types in nurses as moderators. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Burnout, Grit scale, and Eysenck personality questionnaire The sample of this study amounted to 130 respondents with a simple random sample collection technique. The respondent was an inpatient nurse at one of the teaching hospitals in Gresik with the criteria for a bachelor's and a diploma in nursing Ners. Quantitative analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis method for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted (sig<0.05) that there was a negative relationship between Grit and Job Burnout in nurses. The higher the grit of the individual, the lower the burnout. The results of the analysis also showed that the second hypothesis was rejected (sig>0.05). The extroverted personality type possessed by nurses does not moderate the relationship of grit with job burnout, but the extroverted personality type can be used as a predictor variable of the burnout experience.

The Effect of Tax Awareness, Tax Understanding, and Tax Morals on Taxpayer Compliance from the Gender Perspective of MSME Entrepreneurs in the Tanah Abang Market

Aims: This study aims to determine the effect of tax awareness, tax understanding, and tax morals on taxpayer compliance from the gender point of view of MSME entrepreneurs. Study Design: The research design used is a survey by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents or MSE taxpayers in the Tanah Abang Market. The sample collection technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Place and Duration of Study: The sample in this study were MSME taxpayers in the Tanah Abang Market as many as 154 male respondents and 116 female respondents. Methodology: Researchers used the Hair et al. formula [1] to determine the number of research samples. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of values or scores for the answers given by MSME respondents in the Jakarta Tanah Abang Market to the questions in the questionnaire. The data obtained was transferred into data tabulation and analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) software version 4.0 to generate a hypothesis of a causal relationship between the independent variables (tax awareness, tax understanding, and tax morale) and the dependent variable (taxpayer compliance). Results: The results of the study are tax awareness, tax understanding, and tax morale have a significant influence on the compliance of male and female taxpayers. Conclusion: From this study, it was found that in combination gender, tax awareness, tax understanding, and tax morale had an effect on taxpayer compliance. However, based on the significance value, it is known that tax awareness and tax understanding of females have a more significant effect on tax compliance than males. This is different from tax morale, based on the significance value, it is known that male tax morale has a more significant effect than female. This is in line with Gender theory which explains the differentiation of roles, positions, responsibilities, and division of labor between men and women determined by society based on the nature of women and men who are considered appropriate in accordance with the norms, customs, beliefs or habits of society [2].

Pengaruh Workplace Spirituality dan Transformational Leadership Terhadap Employee Performance dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai Variabel Mediasi Studi pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat

Improving employee performance is a continuous effort needed to achieve the organization's goals, vision and mission. This research aims to examine the influence of employee performance, workplace spirituality, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables. The population in this study were employees of the West Sumatra Province BPKP Representative. The sample collection technique was purposive sampling, namely 95 employees of the West Sumatra Province BPKP Representative. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the tests carried out, it shows that workplace spirituality and transformational leadership have a positive and direct influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable shows that it has no indirect influence.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ROLE OF FAMILY AND THE READINESS OF FEMALE STUDENTS IN FACING MENARCHE

The current trend of decreasing menarche age has caused many high-grade elementary school students to experience menarche. Currently, the age of menarche tends to get younger with an average age between 9-12 years old, which causes children to need family roles to prepare themselves to face menarche. This research aimed to determine the relationship of family role with female students’ readiness in facing menarche at Kartika XVII-3 Sungai Raya Elementary School. This research was conducted from February 28 to March 2, 2024. This research was quantitative research, with a cross-sectional approach. The sample collection technique used a questionnaire. With a sample number of 39 using the total sampling method. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank test. The age range of respondents was 9-13 years, with the highest number aged 11 years as much as 46.2%. In the criteria for parental employment, 69.2% of respondents were IRT. As many as 74.4% of children get information sources from families. Family roles 61.5% of respondents have family roles that are not good. There are 69.2% of respondents are not prepared for menarche. The results of the Spearman Rank test found that the p-value < α (0.000 ≤ 0.005) and there was a relationship between the role of family and the readiness of female students in facing menarche at Kartika XVII-3 Sungai Raya Elementary School. The information obtained by the child from the family will further affect a child's readiness to face the first menstruation. Information about menstruation is not conveyed properly and correctly, it will affect the child's readiness to face menstruation. Future researchers are expected to be able to develop more deeply the relationship between family roles and the readiness of schoolgirls to face menarche and can develop other variables that affect the unpreparedness to face menarche so that they can be used for further research.

THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

This study focuses on testing the Influence of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance at PT. Eloda Mitra of Palembang Branch through organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of human resource development on Employee Performance at PT Eloda Mitra of Palembang Branch through organizational culture. The sample used in this study was 40 employees. The sample collection technique in this study uses the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method in this study uses a quantitative analysis method using SmartPLS software. The test results show that, First, Human Resource Development has a positive effect on Organizational Culture. Second, Human Resource Development has a positive effect on employee performance. Third, Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Fourth, Human Resource Development has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Culture.Suggestions for PT Eloda Mitra of Palembang Branch to continue to maintain and continue to improve the work motivation of the workforce by continuing to provide a good position for the workforce, creating a mutually supportive work environment, developing creativity from the workforce so that the performance and productivity of the workforce.

Language Learning Strategies and Students' Thinking Styles Correlation in Learning English in EFL Classroom

The study aimed to ascertain whether students' thought patterns and language learning practices were correlated. This study uses a quantitative research design called a correlation study. Only English education students in their fifth semester—45 of whom were still enrolled—were included in the study's population. The research sample only randomly took 30 out of 45 students actively registering using the sample collection technique. The data-gathering process involved the use of two questionnaires as the primary instruments. The Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL) assesses students’ language learning techniques, and the Thinking Style Inventory (TSI) analyzes students' thinking patterns. Meanwhile, the researcher employed the Person Product Moment analysis technique to find the association between the two variables. The results showed no link or minimal correlation between language acquisition and students’ thinking styles.

DO TRUST AND CUSTOMER INTIMACY AFFECT CUSTOMER LOYALTY?

This study aims to identify factors influencing customer loyalty in Islamic Banking customers. One hundred seventy respondents filled out the questionnaire online. The sample collection techniques were purposive sampling and the Structure Equation Model (SEM). The results indicated that customer trust and intimacy positively affect customer loyalty.

Pengaruh Stabilitas Keuangan dan Target Keuangan terhadap Kecurangan Laporan Keuangan

This research aims to analyze the effect of financial stability on fraudulent financial reports in food and beverage companies and financial targets on fraudulent financial reports in food and beverage companies listed on the BEI (Indonesian Stock Exchange). This type of research uses quantitative data, secondary data sources in the form of company financial reports. The number of samples for this research was 20 companies, the sample collection technique used a purposive sampling method. The research data collection method uses documentation methods obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id and the official website of food and beverage sub-sector companies. This research is new in the year of research and research objects used. The analysis technique used is multiple regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS software. The research results show that financial stability has no significant effect on fraudulent financial reports in food and beverage companies, and financial targets have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reports in food and beverage companies. The limitation of this research is that it only uses two independent variables and this research uses a small sample size, namely 64 samples. Suggestions for future researchers are that they can add other independent variables that could possibly influence financial report fraud and that future researchers can choose research samples from industrial sectors other than food and beverage.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Jasa Transportasi Online Maxim di Yogyakarta

Maxim is a Russian online transportation that has developed in Indonesia. The large number of online transportation in Indonesia makes Maxim offer affordable prices with many choices of services with good quality to attract customer. The study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Maxim online transportation services. Using a quantitative approach, with data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributting questionnares to respondents. Secondary data sources were obtained from journals and books. The sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). The research sample was 168 respondents with the criteria of being students, residing in Yogyakarta, and had used Maxim,s online transportation services at least once. The data was processed using descriptive analysis test methods, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hyphotesis testing with the help of SPSS 27 software. The result showed that serivec quality, price, and brand image influence purchasing decisions for Maxim online transportation services.

Pengaruh Kemanfaatan NPWP, Kualitas Pelayanan Perpajakan, Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, dan Sanksi Perpajakan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi di KPP Pratama Ngawi

Tax compliance refers to the situation of taxpayers exercising their tax authority and authority. This study aims to analyze whether partially and simultaneously the variables of compliance of Individual Taxpayers are influenced by the benefits of NPWP, quality of tax services, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions. The population of the study was 98,534 OP WP located in KPP Pratama Ngawi. The type of research is quantitative with a simple random sampling collection technique, and the number of samples applied is 120 respondents. This account analysis study uses SPSS software version 22 with logistic regression techniques. The results of this study prove that each of the benefits of NPWP and tax sanctions have a significant negative effect, while the quality of tax services and taxpayer awareness have a significant positive effect on Individual Taxpayer compliance. It is concluded that the overall results of this study indicate that the benefits of NPWP, quality of tax services, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions have an effect on Individual Taxpayer compliance.

The Carbon Stocks Estimation on Tangga Community Forests of Lombok Utara

Forests are one of the largest carbon dioxide absorbers, the forest's function as a carbon dioxide absorber causes an increase in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, and carbon dioxide is stored in forest biomass. Forest development to increase carbon dioxide absorption can be carried out in state forest areas or private forests, which also include community forests. This research aims to estimate carbon stocks in the Tangga community forest (HKm) , in the Tangga HKm, Lombok utara, NTB. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collected is standing vegetation data. Standing vegetation data includes saplings, poles and trees by measuring diameter and height using purposive sampling collection techniques. Carbon stocks are estimated using the allometric equation formula. The total carbon reserves in the HKm Tangga obtained from each stand were 9.972,11 ton/ha. The highest carbon stock value is at the tree level with a value of 8.785,08 tons/ha, followed by the sapling level at 731,34 ton/ha, and the pole level at 455,69 tons/ha with the highest amount at the candlenut tree level (Aleurites moluccana) at 2.200,63 ton/ha and the lowest was the breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis) with a value of 1,96 ton/ha.

Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Sekolah Dasar

One of the many abilities needed by students in the 21st century is problem-solving skills, especially in the teaching and learning process of mathematics. As for STEAM, which is an approach that connects the concepts of insight, technology, engineering, art and mathematics, so that students gain insight based on the learning process experienced, this learning process is a learning process when students experience learning directly so that they gain experience in their surroundings. The approach used in this learning is that students can show by explaining critically, techniques to math. Teaching various problems for math exercises with various methods that do not motivate students to participate in learning and still use the lecture method where only the teacher is active without involving students causing students to be passive and resulting in monotonous learning. The research was conducted at MI Hidayatul Husna Krasak. This research has the aim of making STEAM effective as a learning method that can affect student learning outcomes in mathematics lessons with space building material in elementary school. Students in this study used as many as 20 people with the sample collection technique used, namely purposive sampling.

ACTIVE STRETCHING HAS AN EFFECT ON FUNCTIONAL ABILITY IN ONLINE MOTORCYCLE TAXI DRIVERS EXPERIENCING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a common medical condition that occurs when the median nerve is pinched or compressed as it passes through the wrist due to continuous long-term movement. The research aims to determine the effect of Active Stretching on the functional ability of the hands in online motorcycle taxi drivers who experience Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The type of research is quasi-experimental with sample collection techniques using the purposive sampling method. The research was carried out in May-June 2023, with a population of 35 people and a sample size of 10 people who were given intervention 9 times. Measurements in this study used the Wrist/Hand Disability Index (WHDI). The results of research on Active Stretching showed that the average functional ability of the hand before the intervention was 58 and after the intervention was given it was 43,2. The p value = 0.0005 means there is an increase in functional ability. The results of the research can be concluded that there is an influence of Active Stretching exercises on increasing the functional abilities of the hands in online motorcycle taxi drivers who experience Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Traversing the prevalence of microplastics in soil-agro ecosystems: Origin, occurrence, and pollutants synergies

The ubiquity of plastics in modern life has made them a significant environmental concern and a marker of the Anthropocene era. The degradation of plastics results in the formation of microplastics (MPs), which measure 5 mm or less. The coexistence of MPs with other pollutants found in sludge, water treatment plant effluents, surface water, and groundwater, shapes the environmental landscape together. Despite extensive investigation, the long-term implications of MPs in soils remain uncertain, underscoring the importance of delving into their transportation and interactions with soil biota and other contaminants. The present article provides a comprehensive overview of MPs contamination in soil, encompassing its sources, prevalence, features, and interactions with soil flora and fauna, heavy metals, and organic compounds. The sources of MPs in soil agroecosystems are mulching, composting, littering, sewage sludge, irrigation water, and fertilizer application. The concentration of MPs reported in plastic mulch, littering, and sewage sludge is 503 ± 2760 items per kg−1, 4483 ± 2315 MPs/kg, and 11,100 ± 570 per/kg. The transport of MPs in soil agroecosystems is due to their horizontal and vertical migration including biotic and abiotic mobility. The article also highlighted the analytical process, which includes sampling planning, collection, purification, extraction, and identification techniques of MPs in soil agroecosystems. The mechanism in the interaction of MPs and organic pollutants includes surface adsorption or adhesion cation bridging, hydrogen bonding, charge transfer, ligand exchange, van der Waals interactions, and ion exchange.

The Influence of Financial Literacy And Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior in Adolescents

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior in adolescents in Nganjuk Regency. In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques obtained from distributing questionnaires with google form and processed using SPSS 22. The sample used amounted to 100 teenage respondents in Nganjuk Regency using the Solvin formula. The sample collection technique used Purposive Random Sampling. This research instrument test is a validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is an analysis that tests the effect of two or more independent variables to determine their effect on one dependent variable. Hypothesis testing includes t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has no significant effect on consumptive behavior in adolescents in Nganjuk Regency, lifestyle has a significant effect on consumptive behavior in adolescents in Nganjuk Regency, and simultaneously financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant effect on consumptive behavior in adolescents in Nganjuk Regency.

The Effect of Environmentally Unfriendly Fishing Gear on The Welfare of Fisher in Morodemak Village, Demak Regency

This study aims to see the effect of the use of fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly on the welfare level of fisher in Morodemak Village, Demak Regency. The method used in this study is a snowballing technique for sample collection through interviews so that 50 respondents are obtained, then the analysis method used is cross-tabulation and descriptive statistics. The results of this study found that the majority of Morodemak fisher use environmentally unfriendly fishing gear such as sodo, large trawls, especially small trawls. The use of environmentally unfriendly fishing gear by the majority of fisher certainly damages the marine ecosystem, but the fishing gear is still considered effective for obtaining abundant catches that affect the welfare of fisher.
