Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Penjualan Pada UD Memeri

UD Memeri is one of the SMEs that sells various types of ducks. As long as this UKM is running, the quality of the ducks is sold by UD Memes are never bad. Currently, UD Memeri's sales transactions per day can reach 50 to 100 individuals. start recording sales of ducks. With manual sales and recording, it is possible for errors can occur in recording transactions. Transaction activities and product data management are still carried out in a conventional way which makes the work process take a lot of time because in the transaction process in sales, therefore an information system is needed to manage sales transaction data at UD Memeri. Making an information system cannot be developed immediately before there is a needs analysis and system described in the form of a design. The results of the analysis of user needs, there are three users of the information system, namely admin, owner, and staff. The system design is based on the analysis of user needs by designing Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and designing databases using Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and designing an information system interface that will be built based on a website. Interface design includes admin page interface design, staff page interface design, and owner page interface design. With this design made, UD Memeri has an overview of the information system that will be built and adjusted to needs

Digital Islamic Business Ethics: Video Unboxing as a Khiyar mechanism in Online Buying and Selling Transactions

This article describes unboxing video content as a khiyar mechanism in online transactions. The sale and purchase transaction is declared invalid if one of the parties feels compelled and disadvantaged due to product defects. The method used in this article is a field research study with a phenomemological approach. The findings of this study are that video unboxing becomes the mechanism of choice for buyers to Khiyar or the choice to continue or cancel the transaction made. Buyers who upload unboxing videos showing product defects are given the opportunity to cancel the transaction or exchange it for a new product. This mechanism arises because sellers and buyers do not meet directly in the online transaction process. Video unboxing is done as a form of awareness and responsibility (responsibility) in muamalah as a form of ethics in business. The unboxing video will ultimately give pleasure to both the seller and the buyer as a condition for the fulfillment of blessings in the transaction

Manajemen Pengelolaan Properti Syariah pada PT. Khansa Property Syariah Perspektif Fikih Muamalah

This study aims to know and understand management and the application of sharia property contracts at PT. Khansa Properti Syariah in the perspective of fiqh muamalah. This research is a qualitative field research using a normative juridical approach. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in management there are three stages, namely planning or marketing, launching or during marketing, and post-marketing. PT. Khansa Property Syariah pays great attention to location determination, pricing, building quality, services, buying and selling transactions, promotional media, and the Islamic environment. The practice of applying the contract of sale and purchase of property by PT. Khansa Property Syariah uses the bay' istiṣnā` contract in the sale and purchase transaction of the property in accordance with the muamalah fiqh perspective because the buyer has the right to discuss the contents of the contract but within the limits given by PT. Khansa Property Sharia. Likewise, management and marketing have fulfilled the terms of sale and purchase and do not conflict with Islamic law according to the perspective of muamalah fiqh. The implications of this research for PT. Hopefully Khansa Properti Syariah in the future will always implement the implementation of buying and selling according to Islamic law. Peran Financial Literacy dan Financial Technology dalam Membantu Perekonomian UMKM di Desa Bandar Khalipah

Bandar Khalipah Village is a developing village, this is indicated by the many MSME actors in the village. However, MSME actors have low financial literacy and carry out sales transactions using manual or face-to-face methods. This study aims to determine the role of financial literacy and Financial Technology (FinTech) in improving the Economy of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Khalipah Village. In this study using qualitative methods and the type of writing used is descriptive. The population in this study were 40 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Khalipah Village. In this study, the data analysis technique used is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy and Financial Technology can improve the economy of MSME actors in Bandar Khalipah Village. Financial Literacy and Financial Technology make it easier for MSMEs to run their business, especially in sales transaction activities. MSMEs realize that knowledge of the functions, benefits and uses of fintech when used in making transactions can simplify and speed up the transaction process in running Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Yobagi: Platform Market UMKM Berbasis Kewirausahaan Sosial

The presence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the people of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. There have been many layoffs for some communities which have resulted in a decline in their economy. Another impact was felt by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) where their sales transactions also decreased. Yobagi is proposed to overcome this problem by becoming a social entrepreneurship-based platform that becomes an intermediary medium for anyone who has the desire to share their skills, knowledge, and experiences. Yobagi is also a marketplace for MSMEs to promote their products or services. The purpose of developing Yobagi is to increase community skills and be able to innovate so that they can run new businesses to improve the economy. This study uses a prototype research method which consists of five stages, namely Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Plan, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment. The result of the research is a web-based Yobagi application that functions well, as evidenced by a functional test using the Blackbox method. Furthermore, the Responsive Web Design (RWD) feature on the Yobagi system was also tested to test the performance of features on several different types of smartphones.

Minangkabau Local Wisdom In Marosok Tradition

The Minangkabau community has various types of unique and distinctive local wisdom. However, with the times, local wisdom is not widely known by the public, especially the younger generation. The marosok tradition in the cattle market is a form of unique Minangkabau local wisdom and is a Minangkabau cultural identity that is full of life values. The purpose of this study is to identify the values of local wisdom in the marosok tradition. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and interviews. The informants of this research are livestock traders, managers, and students of MTsN Palangki. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results show that Minangkabau local wisdom in the marosok tradition is based on the philosophy of "Alam Takambang Jadi Guru". The sale and purchase transaction of livestock using the marosok system which is preserved from generation to generation aims to prioritize mutual benefits, mutual respect, raso jo pareso. This tradition contains entrepreneurial character values, namely hard work, responsibility, persistence, ingenuity, and honesty. This tradition is preserved: 1). culture experience, direct experience in the field, livestock traders teach their children and nephews 2). Culture knowledge, namely introducing this tradition through socialization to the younger generation, film media, cultural tourism, and other traditional activities. So, it can be concluded that the marosok tradition is a characteristic and as a Minangkabau cultural identity that must be preserved through learning in schools.

E-Commerce in EU Countries and Turkey: An Econometric Analysis

Abstract Purchase and sale transactions of products and services include trade. Electronic commerce (E-commerce) is expressed as the realization of this process in electronic area. Today, e-commerce has been considered as one of the new trends of international trade. E-commerce offers individuals and businesses more product options with lower prices, allows them saving time, making payments faster and delivering products to long distances in a short time. In this study, the effect of per capita GDP in Turkey and EU countries on e-commerce has been investigated by using panel data analysis through the annual data of period between 2007 and 2019. Moreover the rate of internet usage and employment rate by education level have been added the study as the other independent variables that affect e-commerce. Empirical results demonstrate that a 1% increase in GDP per capita causes a rise of 7.29% on e-commerce. Also there is a significant and positive relationship between employment and e-commerce according to per capita GDP, internet usage rate and education level.

A hybrid recommender system based on customer behavior and transaction data using generalized sequential pattern algorithm

In the future, the quality of product suggestions in online retailers will influence client purchasing decisions. Unqualified product suggestions can result in two sorts of errors: false negatives and false positives. Customers may not return to the online store as a result of this. By merging sales transaction data and consumer behavior data in clickstream data format, this work offers a hybrid recommender system in an online store utilizing sequential pattern mining (SPM). Based on the clickstream data components, the product data whose status is only observed by consumers is assessed using the simple additive weighting (SAW) approach. Products with the two highest-ranking values are then coupled with product data that has been purchased and examined in the SPM using the generalized sequential pattern (GSP) method. The GSP algorithm produces rules in a sequence pattern, which are then utilized to construct product suggestions. According to the test results, product suggestions derived from a mix of sales transaction data and consumer behavior data outperform product recommendations generated just from sales transaction data. Precision, recall, and F-measure metrics values rose by 185.46, 170.83, and 178.43%, respectively.

Khiyar in Buying and Selling Online Based on the Fiqh Perspective

The problem of fiqh continues to develop toward the progress of the times, the purpose of this study is to examine the comparison of fiqh about buying and selling connected between the concept of fiqh in Islam and buying and selling online. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with literature or library research. The research materials were obtained from the books, scientific journals, and the internet related to fiqh comparisons about buying and selling. The results of the study showed that Islam clearly regulates buying and selling, related to online buying and selling in the form of e-commerce through online buying and selling applications, it is legal as long as the business does not contain prohibited elements. Online sales transactions where the goods are only based on the description provided by the seller are considered valid, but if the description of the goods does not match then the buyer has the right of khiyar which allows the buyer to continue the purchase or cancel it. The practice of khiyar in e-commerce transactions can be seen in the form of the consumer's ability to return goods, returned goods can be exchanged for similar goods or ask for a refund that has been paid.

PENERAPAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS CLUSTERING UNTUK MENGANALISA TRANSAKSI PENJUALAN JASA CETAK PADA UNIT PRINT ON DEMAND (POD) PERCETAKAN GRAMEDIA

Data mining is a method used to obtain valuable information contained in data banks. The information obtained can be used as input for determining the business strategy for the head of the company's agency. One of the most widely used data mining techniques is clustering using the K-Means method. Print on Demand (PoD) is one of the printing business units of PT. Gramedia which specifically provides printing services for various types of products, including: books, magazines, calendars, posters, promo materials such as product catalogs and brochures, as well as small-sized products such as business cards, tickets, coupons or vouchers and stickers. Currently every sales transaction data is stored in a SQL Server database, but until now the data processing is still done manually for reporting needs for company management. The purpose of this research is to perform K-Means Clustering analysis of the transaction data of sales of print services using the RapidMiner application to classify routine customer data based on the number of transactions made for each type of print product. The results of the application of the K-Means Clustering method resulted in 8 groups of customer data where the largest group consisted of 92.89% of the number of customers. The results of the analysis can be used by the company's management to determine various business strategies to increase the company's competitiveness.

The description of the final results of the system can already be known at the beginning so that the prototyping process produces applications that are by the wishes and can be developed according to the needs of the AT SPORTS shop.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Tabung Oksigen Pada Toko Pan Gas Gombong Berbasis Website

Pan Gas Gombong Store is a distributor of industrial gas and medical gas that sells gas cylinders. Pan Gas Gombong does not yet have a system to process computerized data, therefore sales data recording is still manual so a lot of sales data is lost, which causes a long time for making sales transaction reports. With the existing problems, an oxygen cylinder sales information system was built at Pan Gas Gombong. System development is carried out using the prototype method, PHP programming language, Codeigniter framework, and MySQL database. This study uses the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, white box testing, and black box testing. Testing the benefits in the aspect of efficiency using the ISO 9126 standard, it was found that 60% of respondents answered agree and strongly agree. Based on this, it can be concluded that the oxygen cylinder sales information system at Pan Gas Gombong can speed up the process of making sales reports.

So that the application of an accounting information system is needed by companies to get good information in order to facilitate the company's business activities. There are many sales transactions carried out in a day at PT Radha Pratama Jaya, and it causes employees to be unable to record transactions quickly. The use of computers that are still minimal because they still use a manual system makes the risk of misrepresentation very large. In addition, the archiving technique is not good, sales documents do not have duplicate documents so documents are easily lost because the storage is not good. The objective to be achieved in this study is to design a Web-Based Petroleum Sales Accounting Information System that is expected to be used by the Admin and sales department in assisting the Purchase and Sale of Petroleum at PT Radha Pratama Jaya. The method used in system development in this study is a prototype model because in the development of this system avoids time delays and costs far above what is budgeted to get a system that meets the needs of users. The result of this study is the processing of sales accounting information system data at PT Radha Pratama Jaya Bandar Lampung, currently, the data processing is still manual, resulting in the creation and search of purchase and sales reports needed by the leadership to be late when needed by the leadership. The results of this study are to determine which combination of batik fabric sales are most often bought simultaneously by determining a minimum support of 30% and a minimum confidence of 70% with a comparison of Weka and PHP MysQL applications with an accuracy rate of 100%

The conclusion of the research is that the Judges use Article 127 while in the indictment and the facts of the trial and the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court Decision No. 675 K/Pid/1987, the Defendant BS was proven to have abused Narcotics so that the Judge imposed a criminal sentence and this decision has permanent legal force so that it is valid in the eyes of the law.

From the implementation of the algorithm with 1063 transaction data using 10% min-support and 75% min-confidence resulting in 4 association rules where 1) if you buy "kacer" and "love bird" you will buy "pentet" as much as 17% support, 2) if you buy "magpie" and "love bird" will also buy "pentet" at 16%, 3) if you buy "kacer" and "magpie" then you will buy "pentet" at 14%, 4) if you buy "anis" you will buy "pentet" of 11% with a confidence level of 76%, 81%, 84%, 77%, respectively. So, there are 5 main items that play a strong role in the rule that must be considered. Sellers can use the resulting item relationship patterns as consideration in managing inventory and structuring the items sold.
