Method and Realization of Central Air-Conditioning Control Strategy Communication Based on STM32

Abstract. With the SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and HMI based on KingView being the master, a slave station of STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller is developed based on MODBUS protocol. The establishment and program designing of communication protocol using RS485/RS232 between master and slave is introduced firstly. Then the process of debugging between the microcontroller and PC, the microcontroller and the PLC is elaborated. Thus serial communication is implemented based on MODBUS protocol in RTU mode. The system will be applied in central air-conditioning control system. A good control effect will be obtained as the controlling strategy and main algorithm can be computed in the STM32 slave station.

The Design of Automatic Control System for Industrialized Recirculating Aquaculture

Based on the control process and requirements of the industrialized recirculating aquaculture system (IRAS), we designed an aquaculture automatic control system. The entire system is divided into seven modules including water circulation and filtration, bioreactor self-loop, water quality monitoring, Emergency treatment, thermostatic temperature control, PID operation, and failure alarm. It is used to control the water circulation, and automatically detect and adjust the environmental factors of the pond for best farming environment. The lower computer adopts Siemens S7-200 PLC. MCGS configuration software is applied in the upper computer for the dynamic display, parameter setting, fault alarm and other functions of the whole recirculating aquaculture process. The lab test showed the advantages of the system including the high degree of automation of the system, user-friendly, easy to maintain and reliable operation, with a good promotional and application value.

Energy-Saving Monitoring System of Central Air-Conditioning Based on Dynamic Load

This paper introduces the components of central air-conditioning system and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control and fuzzy control.Fuzzy control theory and inverter technology are combined to design the Energy-Saving Monitoring System based on the fuzzy control box of STM32F103C8T6,Siemens S7-200 PLC, ABB inverter as the hardware system and interfaces configuration of KingView as the software. Experimental results show that the water system can be variable flow controlled based on the dynamic load, central air-conditioning energy efficiency the COP has greatly improved under the premise of ensuring the comfort of central air-conditioning.

Diameter Real-Time Computing of Uncoiler/Coiler Machines Based on the S7-300

Application of coil diameter calculation is very important in the industrial field. The demanding for the precision of control is increasingly strict. There are three methods to achieve a higher precision. They are the Count-method, Linear /Angular Velocity and Distance Calculation respectively. In the process of coiling and uncoiling, advantages and disadvantages are existed. There are different requests for realization of the functions as well. In the Siemens PLC S7-300 control system, these three methods can be used to achieve a higher precision of coil diameter calculation and control. Different improvements and adjustments, according to methods, are given in the process of the test. Some algorithm has been optimized. Finally, by using the three algorithms, the dynamic change of roll diameter can be calculated and meet the need in the course of steel strip.

Design of Distributed Control System of Liquid Fermentation Based on S7-300 PLC and WinCC

In order to improve the automation level for the control system of liquid fermentation of a company in Hubei province, and combine with the requirements of the company, a distributed control system of liquid fermentation is designed. The control system is composed of host computer based on WinCC, and the slave computer is S7-300 PLC of SIEMENS. The fermentation parameters, including rotation speed, temperature, pH, DO, O2, CO2, can be real-time online collected, and realize the frequency control of motor and precise control of temperature. The experiment result shows that the system runs stably and credibly, the parameters can be collected accurately and the temperature control accuracy has been achieved to be ±0.1°C.

Design of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Control System Based on OPC Technology

OPC has been widely applied to coal mine automation control system as an industry standard of communication between the field control substation and PC in the control system. In this paper, through the analysis and design for the transport system of coal mine belt conveyor, communication between the PC and S7-300 PLC is realized by using OPC technology. This paper gives the configuration scheme of OPC Server and develops the OPC Client program. The actual operation shows that the system is stable, reliable of communication and high of data real-time.

Research on Accelerated Life Test System for Water Quality Analyzer

This research proposes an Accelerated Life Test System and has realized the reliability test of water quality analyzer. ALT (Accelerated Life Test) system is based on the principle of step stress accelerated life test and takes temperature as the accelerated stress. The system includes lower computer PLC and upper computer software of MCGS. In this research, Upper computer using configuration software to connect with the SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, in order to realize data acquisition and system control. This system improves the reliability test efficiency of the water quality analyzer, reduces the cost of test and has good economic efficiency.

Design of Parts Processing and Control System Based on PLC

This article focuses on the design of parts processing and control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC. The purpose of this study is to learn and become familiar with the Siemens S7-200PLC hardware parameters and the use of programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9, and design a rational and effective parts processing and control system. This paper firstly describes the development history and development status of the PLC, so that readers can understand the PLC briefly. Secondly, the article shows some important technical parameters such as Siemens S7-200PLC CPU model, hardware configuration and so on. It is to clarify the basic component of parts processing and control system and its working principle, and the role of Siemens PLC in the system. Finally, according to specific design requirements, programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9 is used to program for the system so that the system can operate effectively and reasonably. The Design of Plate Mills Hydraulic Lubricating and Monitoring System

Plate mills hydraulic system is made up of several hydraulic stations, lubrication stations and grease stations, these hydraulic stations and lubrication stations are distributed around the mills. Each hydraulic station possesses qualities of successive long working time, high reliability and signal complexity, and it can satisfy diverse demands of high grade pressure or temperature control, etc. This paper is based on these demands, assembling control missions of hydraulic and lubricating stations. Several PLC S7-300 were chosen to match the need of controlling mills hydraulic and lubricating system for a certain plate factory, and the HMI monitoring system for mill hydraulic and lubricating stations was developed by WINCC, which achieved central control and monitoring the hydraulic and lubricating system of plate mills.

The Optimized Configuration Simulation of the Wind Turbine Control System Based on E-WT

This paper proposed, with the constant speed and variable pitch wind turbine as the research object, and E-Wind Turbine software as simulation platform, S7-1200 PLC as the master controller, the system control module were optimized for selection and configuration,thereby improving system performance and reducing design costs. Finally, in the STEP7 Basic V11 the modules which had been a good selection and configuration were connected, then to complete the configuration of communication, to verify the feasibility of communication and the effectiveness of the system optimize configuration when the wind turbine implemented the simulation in the E-WT platform.

Design of Sintering Machine Lubrication System Based on PLC

The design of Xinyang Iron and Steel Factorys sintering machine lubrication system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of the lubrication system, and the current domestic situation of the lubrication system existing problems, corresponding control strategy is presented. Configuration of Actuator and Sensor Interface Bus Network using PLC

A kind of field bus called Actuator and Sensor interface bus(AS-i) was designed in this paper. The configuration of AS-i network system used Application Specific Integrated Circuit(ASIC) SAP5S chip and PLC S7-200 station, which included CPU 224 and AS-i master module CP 243-2. We also created an example program for PLC S7-200 to control AS-i network. The fire and smoke detection system was made with AS-i network system that was designed. This system had got more advantages than other system such as number of stations, easy installation, wide working area, etc. And designed system can be used as a partner network for higher level field bus networks.

Design of Single-Axis Control System Based on FM354

AC servo system has been widely used in many fields with its high performance and the fast development of intelligent control strategy. Targeted at the single-axis motion control applications in industrial automation, a kind of single-axis motion control system, based on FM354 controlled by S7-300 PLC, is designed. The system consists of three to the position, speed and current closed-loop control to achieve precise position control. The position loop is implemented by FM354. The speed loop and current loop are encapsulated in the servo driver. Through monitoring and comparing the dynamic performance with traditional systems, it can find out the bench runs smoothly and positioning accurately, perfectly meeting the technological and application requirements. It also can be applied to a variety of occasions and used for multi-axis extension.

Based on PLC and WinCC Monitoring Software Material Sorting Station System Design

By using Siemens series S7-300 PLC on the material sorting station sorting control, PLC control and sensor acquisition combination of technology are adopted in the control process. In addition, With the aid of the WinCC software simulation module to the sorting process real-time simulation analysis. The experimental results show that this system has high precision and good stability, and can simulate industrial automation production process effectively.

The Design and Application of Beverage Automatic Filling System

The paper presents the design and application of the beverage automatic filling system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and MP277 touch screen. Photoelectric sensor was used to precisely detect positions of the beverage bottle, which it arrives the fixed position, servo motor will control it stop. The Siemens S7-300 PLC was designed by the software of Siemens STEP 7 5.4. Touch Screen was designed by the software of WinCC Flexible 2008, which it and PLC communicated by DP lines. The beverage automatic filling system can real-time display the state and set up the parameters of the object. It was proved by practice that beverage automatic filling system reduces labor intensity and operational cost, increases automation degree, and improves production efficiency.

Research on Multi-Task Control Model of PLC

A multi-task control system framework for siemens S7-200 plc series is researched in this article. By the analysis of PLC hardware features and operation modes, a multi-task system framework model which can improve PLC control efficiency in the use process and solve program chaos problem has been established. Multi-task system completes the programming system fault tolerance function and strengthens the system robustness.

The Development of Profibus/Modbus Gateway in Aluminum Roasting Draught System

This paper introduces the gateway communication between Siemens S7-400 PLC and the flue gas purification air subsystems in roasting, as well as gives a detailed discussion on communicational gateway board between Profibus-DP and Modbus-RTU, as well as the embedded software development.

Dry-Mixed Mortar Control System Based on Fieldbus and PLC

A design of dry-mixed mortar control system based on Fieldbus and PLC was introduced in this paper. A scheme of totally integrated automation, which includes S7-300 PLC, PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus, touch panel and etc., was proposed. Firstly, control demands and process of this system were described; secondly, hardware configuration and software design were illustrated as well. By using large-scale PLC and field level network - PROFUBUS-DP, the motions of electric motor actuators or hydraulic cylinder actuators are running well, and all sections in the process flow, like hoist, well-distributed vibration, mixing, unloading, etc can all be implemented in time and in place. Though the actual running of the control system it has been proved that the fully integrated automation production of dry-mixed mortar can be thoroughly realized.

高炉布料实训教学系统的设计与研制

为满足高校实践要求，设计了符合生产实际的高炉旋转布料器冷态实训装置。控制系统采用一体化控制柜。选用西门子S7-300 PLC和紫金桥组态软件实现控制系统设计。包括远程自动控制、远程手动控制、就地手动控制三种控制模式。通过研制与开发高炉旋转布料器仿真模型，可实现教学内容形象化、时空化，拉近课堂与实践的距离。该装置已经投入使用，系统运行稳定，可同时完成教学与科研功能。In order to satisfy the training in colleges, the rotary distributor training devices which fits indus-trial production practical is designed. The integrated control cabinet is adopted in this control system, and the Siemens S7-300 PLC and configuration software are choosing to realize the control system design of training equipment. The control mode includes three different kinds of modes, which are remote automatic control, remote control and manual control models. Through the de-velopment and use of the distributor training devices, the teaching content can be visualized. This device has been put into use in colleges, and obtained the good training effect.

Design of Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System

In order to avoid maritime accidents resulted from the consciousness decrease of the Officer Of Watch ( OOW) or the OOWs failure to perform duties,a Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System ( BNWAS) based on SIEMENS S7-200 PLC is designed.The system monitors bridge activity and detect operator disability which could lead to marine accidents. If for any reason the OOW becomes incapable of performing the OOWs duties, the system can alert the Master or another qualified OOW automatically by a series of indications and alarms. This system meets the requirements of IMO (International Maritime Organization) and can be used in any kind of ship.
