Strategies for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution in Villagers’ Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

The diversified development of villagers’ livestock and poultry breeding models according to local conditions is one of the important paths for rural revitalization. Design different operation modes of livestock and poultry breeding and corresponding prevention and control of water pollution measures, establish a coordinated mechanism for villagers’ breeding and its water pollution prevention, and develop strategies for villagers’ breeding prevention and control of water pollution such as setting up harmless treatment station of dead livestock and poultry in order to achieve the goal of win-win cooperation between villagers’ interests, people’s needs and rural ecological environment.

Construction of Ecological Performance Evaluation Index for Rural Construction

The construction of ecological performance evaluation index system of beautiful rural construction aims to promote the benign and high-quality development of rural ecological construction with the evaluation of rural ecological performance, and ultimately help to achieve the goal of regional "rural revitalization". Focusing on the ecological performance evaluation of rural construction in eastern Zhejiang Province, this paper screened and tested the evaluation indexes, and each index was given different weights based on the existing ecological performance evaluation index system combined with pre-selected evaluation indexes such as literature search and field research by means of expert consultation, questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The evaluation index system of ecological performance of beautiful rural construction was initially constructed with 2 first-class indexes, 11 secondclass indexes and 29 third-class indexes in order to improve the rural ecological space environment, enhance the rural ecological civilization, develop the quality of life of villagers, and promote rural revitalization.

Analysis of the Status and Influencing Factors of Rural Waste Classification and Treatment—Based on the Empirical Study of Bengbu City

Realizing the classification and treatment of rural garbage not only has the practical significance of improving the quality of life of rural residents, improving the rural ecological environment, increasing the reuse rate of resources, but also the need to build beautiful countryside. Based on field survey data from Dougou Village and Xinbei Village, Bengbu City, the rural waste classification and treatment work is not well implemented by residents; the rural waste treatment methods are deficient; the infrastructure for waste treatment is insufficient; and the sources of funds for waste treatment are limited difficult. In order to analyze the influencing factors of China’s rural garbage classification and treatment at this stage, this paper selects nine factors from five aspects: residents, government, society, economy, and family, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to compare the factors to find the main factors affecting rural garbage classification. Combined with the current status of rural waste classification and treatment, we provide effective suggestions for the development of waste classification and treatment in rural areas in China, in order to improve the current status of rural garbage treatment.

Governance of the Rural “Scattered and Polluted” Enterprises in Tianjin

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous increase in economic volume, pollution hasn’t been limited to cities. The rural “scattered and polluted” enterprises, as the main source of pollution in the rural environment, affect the rural ecological environment and restrict the green and healthy development of the rural economy. Since April 2017, the Tianjin Municipal Government has issued a series of documents on the governance of “scattered and polluted” enterprises in rural areas, which has adopted targeted countermeasures and achieved obvious results, but there are also some problems. How to scientifically and effectively govern the rural “scattered and polluted” enterprises needs continuous exploration, summary and improvement.

Risk prediction of rural public security environmental carrying capacity based on the risk entropy

In order to achieve effective early warning and prediction for the risk of ecological environmental carrying capacity of rural public security, this paper put forward risk assessment indicators from the perspective of rural ecological, infrastructure, social, and population carrying capacity. And then, this paper constructs risk assessment model of rural ecological environment carrying capacity on the base of genetic projection pursuit model, information diffusion theory, and risk entropy method. First of all, the genetic projection pursuit model is introduced to perform one-dimensional projection for high-dimensional data according to optimal projection direction, and the projection value is fitted with time series together, thus, the risk of rural ecological environment carrying capacity could be divided into four risk levels according to established standard; secondly, we spread the one-dimensional projection value of each sample into four risk levels by information diffusion theory, and calculate the risk entropy of rural environmental carrying capacity by risk entropy method; at last, the empirical analysis shows that the model constructed in this paper is simple and effective, which could provide effective reference and suggestion for environmental protection and public safety department.

Research on the Hunan Rural Tourism Electronic Commerce Application Under Background of “Four Modernizations and Amphitypy”

In this paper, we conduct research on the Hunan rural tourism electronic commerce application under background of “Four Modernizations and Amphitypy”. The emergence of Internet completely changed the tourist business original environment of competition, undermined the inherent balance. The tourist business must reexamine own competitive ability and development direction under the new situation, judges this enterprise to create to compete the new superior the possibility. In the development of the tourism, people's attitudes towards the environment from indifference to passive attention to active the protection and construction, so as to rural ecological environment for the sustainable development has laid a solid foundation. In short, we should be optimistic about the tourism e-commerce, tourism e-commerce to see China's tourism industry bring new development opportunities. This paper proposes the new idea on the issues that will promote the further development of the related industries.

农村居民对生态循环农业的认知及其影响因素研究—以浠水县竹瓦镇为例

提高生态循环农业的认知有利于农村生态环境的保护和改善，有利于生态的良性循环，对推动农业的可持续发展具有重要意义。基于浠水县竹瓦镇48个村460份调查样本数据，对农村居民生态循环农业的认知及其影响因素分析表明：农村居民的职业、家庭农业收入、是否关注农业信息、是否参与相关农业技术讲座这些因素对农村居民生态循环农业的认知具有显著的影响。结论表明政府部门应该加大对生态循环农业的宣传和推广，加强相关技术知识的培训力度，通过多种途径向农村居民传授发展生态循环农业的相关知识。 Improving the cognition of ecological circular agriculture is beneficial to the protection and im-provement of the rural ecological environment and to the ecological virtuous cycle. It is also of great significance in promoting the sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the survey data of 460 villages in Zhuwa town, Xishui county, the cognition and influencing factors of rural residents’ ecological circular agriculture are analyzed. The results are as follows: the rural residents’ occupation, family farming income, whether they pay attention to agricultural information, and whether they are participated in related agricultural technology lectures that are significantly influencing the cognition of ecological circular agriculture in rural residents. The conclusion shows that the local government departments should enlarge the propaganda and promotion of the ecological circular agriculture, strengthen the training of relevant technical knowledge, and impart the relevant ecological circular agriculture knowledge to the rural residents through a variety of ways.

Households' willingness to accept compensation for agricultural waste recycling: taking biogas production from livestock manure waste in Hubei, P. R. China as an example

The problem of agricultural waste pollution has aroused wide concern around the world. An effective measure to solve this problem is to implement the compensation policy so as to encourage people to participate in agricultural waste recycling. This paper seeks to estimate households' willingness to accept compensation in terms of agricultural waste recycling adopting the contingent valuation method, and to calculate the compensation standard for households' participation in agricultural waste recycling by methods of non-parametric and parametric estimate. It aims to answer two questions: how much the compensation should be given for encouraging households to participate in agricultural waste recycling? Which factors would affect willingness to accept compensation value of households for participating in agricultural waste recycling? The results show that most households recognize the value of agricultural waste recycling and a certain amount of compensation which is about 1.08%–1.31% of average family annual income does encourage households to participate in agricultural waste recycling. Household's willingness to accept compensation and household's expected value of compensation are affected by personal or family characteristics (such as gender, household income) as well as the non-economic variables (such as environmental knowledge and environmental attitude). According to this research, reasonable compensation standard is the cornerstone of the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation policies. Household income inequality and capital allocation in terms of households' willingness to accept compensation should be taken into consideration when compensation policies about agricultural waste recycling are formulated. Environmental education for households is an effective measure to enhance their environmental consciousness, while raising the strength of government's waste management is turned out to be effective for improving the rural ecological environment. Conclusions of this study provide an important scientific basis for developing countries and regions to formulate compensation policies in terms of inspiring their agricultural waste recycling.

Biomass Energy for Rural Cooking in China: The Semi- Gasification Stove

Biomass energy as a renewable energy increasingly attracts global attention. An in-depth applied research was made on biomass energy for cooking in China's rural areas in this paper. And a novel biomass semi-gasification technology was proposed. This technology does not produce tar which causes serious environmental pollution compared with the biomass gasification technology, and has higher efficiency than the biomass direct combustion technology. This technology has a strong theoretical and practical significance in optimizing the rural energy structure, improving the rural ecological environment, and improving the production and living quality of the farmers in China.

Thinking of Rural Ecological Environment Problems

The growing problems of the rural ecological environment in China have seriously affected the construction of harmonious society and new socialist countryside, and they have also impeded the implementation of strategic objectives such as the modern agriculture development. This paper sketches out the current situation of China in rural ecological environment security, including cultivated land of rural area, water resource environment, air quality, rural people’s living environment and biological diversity, these problems existing in agricultural industry, rural people’s living environment, and external pollution. And it provides reference for protecting and improving the rural ecological environment, promoting the construction of ecological civilization and boosting the sustainable development of the rural agricultural economy.

Advice on Rural Ecological Planning and Environment Protection of Bengbu City

With analyzing the rural ecological environment protection status and pollution sources of Bengbu City, the problems in the rural environmental protection work will be pointed out, including the out-dated regulatory regime, poor implementation of environmental policy, low motivation of environmental protection and other major issues. With applying ecological planning thoughts, advice including village eco-positioning and ecological agriculture development for rural planning will be proposed. For the environmental protection measures, relative suggestions such as increasing the effective monitoring of rural environment; strengthening the infrastructure construction, promoting clean production efforts and innovating market-oriented means of propaganda will be put forward to achieve rural sustainable development.

Research on Civil Engineering with Constructing Eco-Village Development Model in Shaanxi Province

The rural ecological environment protection, economic sustainable development and eco-village construction need to be explored. Based on the concept of eco-village and eco-village model, the existing eco-village construction models in Shaanxi Province can be classified into four categories: comprehensive development model, modern ecological technology applied model, suburban farmhouse model and folk culture model. The issue during those models development been analyzed. Suggestions of promoting ecological village construction in Shaanxi Province been proposed.

Research on Rural Waste Comprehensive Utilization and Environmental Protection

With the deepening of China's new socialist countryside construction, rural ecological environment has been paid more and more attention. This paper applies the system engineering theory to analyze rural waste comprehensive utilization by taking Xi Baidian Village, Pinggu District of Beijing which is a representative and ongoing pilot village of circular agriculture as an example. The whole village domain system is divided into three subsystems: breeding system, farming system, living environment system. Through overall investigation the paper analyzes the rural waste production and current situation and anatomizes the waste comprehensive utilization measures, using effect and the existent problems. The countermeasures and development directions of waste comprehensive utilization and rural environmental protection are proposed.

Construction and empirical analysis of eco-sericulture technology system in Qin-Ba Mountain Area

为了解决集约养蚕技术体系生态效能不足, 蚕业生产废弃物污染农村生态环境问题, 在集约养蚕技术体系构架上, 以桑树年生物合成总干物质利用率为衡量指标, 采用技术生产力效能与生态效能平衡集合评价方法, 对集成到生态蚕业技术体系内的各单项技术进行技术效益、经济效益和生态效益的"三效"平衡评价; 应用蚕业资源物质生产利用技术模式和回流利用技术模式, 优化蚕业资源物质流向利用方式, 控制生产过程废弃物污染农村生态环境程度, 形成以桑枝食用菌产业化生产链、蚕沙沼气治污和缫丝生产废水循环利用链为构架的生态蚕业技术体系。生态蚕业技术体系在秦巴山区农村应用以来, 有效提高了蚕业生产技术的生态效能, 蚕业资源物质生产利用效率提高了20.8%, 回流利用效率达52.9%, 环境水资源循环利用效率达70.4%, 排放废水的COD_Cr(采用重铬酸钾作为氧化剂测定出的化学需氧量)<85 mg·L^-1, 达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96), 有效减轻了蚕业生产污染农村环境的程度, 改善了秦巴山区农村生态环境状况。

Low-Carbon Space in Urban and Rural Areas: Ecological Greenway Planning of Shanhaiguan District, Qinhuangdao City, China

With the rapid development of urbanization, more intensive urban buildings and crowded space resulted in the declining of the environmental quality in urban areas, and also eroding the natural and cultural resources both in urban and rural areas, which requested the desires for healthy living and natural environment. Greenway, with the low-carbon to meet people's desire, is a dedicated “way” linking the urban, natural and cultural landscape. With ecological protection, exercise, recreation and leisure, historical and cultural continuity, and other functions, it is one of the special low-carbon spaces. Greenway, sharing and integration of urban and rural resources, plays the role of effective protection of urban and rural local cultural and ecological environment. The design of the Shanhaiguan Greenway, for example, is not only to meet the basic requirements of the greenway, but also combined with the history and culture, to further Improve the urban quality of the historical and cultural city of Shanhaiguan and build an urban and rural low-carbon space.

Study on Evaluation of Rural Ecological Environment and Its Influencing Factors in Sichuan Province

Rural ecological environment is the basic on human survival, analyze its structure and function is the key to crack the problem of agro-ecological environment. This paper studied the evaluation of rural ecological environment and its influencing factors. The results showed that: the rural ecological environment showed declining trend, the value of its input-output efficiency was low and its regional differences was significant; the quality of economic development affected the rural ecological environment in a certain extent, but not the only factor; chemical fertilizer, pesticide, agricultural plastic film, arable land were key factors affecting the rural ecological environment. It implied that there was a large room for improving the rural ecological environment.

Reflections on Ecological and Environmental Construction of New Rural Program in Underdeveloped Areas

Underdeveloped rural areas have good but very vulnerable ecological environment, so the environment protection should be given priority in new rural construction. Based on the problems that rural areas have faced in ecological environment, some thoughts are given in this paper on ecological and environmental: ①To solve the conflicts between the development of rural economy and ecological environment protection, the development of eco-industry can be a key solution. ② For the point that people of underdeveloped areas live in scattered and small scale groups, which leads to difficulty in facility arrangements, some proposals are put forward on the construction of living environment in underdeveloped new rural areas.

Adoption of renewable energy technologies (RETs): A survey on rural construction in China

With the increasing requirements from rural residents to improve housing conditions in recent years, renewable energy technologies (RETs) have received widespread attention in rural construction in China. RETs have been recognized as one of the most important ways to beautify the rural ecological environment, enrich the energy supply of rural households and reduce country dwellers’ financial burden from commercial energy consumption. In this paper, the status of China’s rural RETs and their intrinsic demand are introduced. Then, the key factors affecting the adoption and the popularization of RETs in China’s rural construction are analyzed using a questionnaire-based survey. The findings suggest that initial investment is the most important factor for the adoption of RETs by China’s rural residents. Subsidies, financial support, technical service support and communication also influence the adoption of RETs.
