Chuck's responsibilities include internal consulting on learning objects, supporting the author community, and creating LO templates and standards. He also works on improving the strategy through evaluations, research, author feedback, and participation with external standards groups. Prior to his work with Cisco Systems, Chuck was also a part of an LO-based project at Oracle, Corp. He has more than 10 years of experience in e-learning, instructional design, and performance support development.
