Countermeasures Research on Deepening the Integration and Development of Municipal Schools in Jiaozuo City

Jiaozuo how to make good use of local universities and colleges resources, to promote the city and colleges and universities symbiosis and co-prosperity, two-way empowerment. Colleges and universities how to rely on the "land" to develop schools, how the local evening "school" strong enterprises, to realize the integration of the development of the city and the university, is the local and colleges and universities are facing the same problem. In this paper, based on the idea of expanding the integration of schools and localities from the height, depth and breadth, and from the direction of realizing "integration of industry and education, innovation, talent, space, culture and governance", we strive to explore the path of deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, talent chain, policy chain and capital chain, and to set up the mechanism of integration of industry, academia and research and the mechanism of cooperation between government, enterprise and school. We will build a mechanism for industry-university-research integration and a mechanism for government-enterprise-school cooperation, and lead through key projects and highlight projects to increase the deep integration of school-local cooperation and promote the high-quality development of Jiaozuo's economy and society.

Epidemiology, Clinical Manifestations, Treatment Approaches and Future Perspectives of Rift Valley Fever

Rift Valley fever (RVF) is a mosquito borne viral disease that had been firstly revealed in Kenya in 1930. It has now become an endemic in all over multiple African states as well as in Arabian Peninsula. In the early days, RVF was assumed to be geologically restricted to only sub-Saharan Africa, thus, RVF generally had not been considered in the diagnosis of disease epidemics outside of the Africa. The loss of livestock had furthermore threatened the livelihood of people who were dependent on the animals for their food and income. Weakness, chills, headache, fever are considered to be the most common symptoms that arise in the patients suffering from RVF. Nevertheless, the choices for control of the RVF outbreaks have been restricted by the lack of approved human vaccines or other medications. Ribavirin, Favipiravir and various other anti-viral drugs had shown to be effective against the rift valley fever. However, only supportive care had been used for the treatment of the RVF. For that purpose, Rift Valley Fever had now been prioritized by the World Health Organization (WHO) for urgent research and development of countermeasures for the control and prevention of future outbreak. In this review, we had highlighted the outbreak of Rift Valley Fever in various countries, its epidemiology, clinical manifestations, various medications that had been used for the treatment of this infectious disease and also the future prospectives regarding the RVF based on up-to-date data extracted from reputed journals and official websites.

Analysis and Countermeasures of Psychological Characteristics in College Students’ Psychological Education Based on Artificial Intelligence

ABSTRACT It is true that with society entering a new era, the pressure of competition for employment of college students is increasing, and society has higher requirements for the quality of high-tech talents, which can result in mental health issues for college students. Therefore, focusing on psychological education for college students and improving their psychological quality is essential. The analysis and countermeasure research on psychological characteristics has become crucial in this context. To address this issue, this work proposes an Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) Deep Belief Network (DBN) method to analyze the psychological characteristics of college students. The proposed method first uses DBN to analyze the psychological characteristics of college students. Secondly, the learning factors and inertia weights in PSO are dynamically adjusted to construct IPSO to address the problem of slow overall convergence speed caused by the initial randomization of weights in the DBN training process. IPSO is then combined with DBN to adjust the initial weights for DBN training. This work also proposes a series of countermeasures from different aspects to strengthen mental health education for college students. The validity of IPSO-DBN for college students’ psychological characteristics analysis is verified through comprehensive and systematic experiments, and the feasibility of college students’ mental health education countermeasures is confirmed via comparison. Overall, this work provides an innovative and effective approach for analyzing college students’ psychological characteristics and developing countermeasures to improve their mental health. It shows the potential of combining artificial intelligence with psychological education and highlights the importance of strengthening psychological health education for college students.

How to prevent malicious use of intelligent unmanned swarms?

With advancements in swarm intelligence, artificial intelligence, and wireless mobile network technology, unmanned swarms such as unmanned aerial vehicles, ground vehicles, ships, and other unmanned systems are becoming increasingly autonomous and intelligent. Benefiting from these technologies, intelligent unmanned swarms are able to efficiently perform complex tasks through collaboration in various fields. However, malicious use of intelligent unmanned swarms raises concerns about the potential for significant damage to national infrastructures such as airports and power facilities. Defending against malicious activities is essential but challenging due to the swarms' abilities to perceive, understand complex environments, and make accurate decisions through multi-system collaboration. This perspective sheds light on recent research in counter-measures and provides new trends and insights on how to prevent malicious actions by intelligent unmanned swarms.

COVID-19 pandemic: epidemiological features in the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic

The coronavirus pandemic has caused massive economic, social and moral damage to humanity. Repeated waves of morbidity three years after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic require a comprehensive analysis of the epidemic situation and the problems of organizing and conducting preventive and anti-epidemic measures. A retrospective analysis of the incidence of COVID-19 and community-acquired pneumonia in the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2020 and 2021 was carried out. The frequency of detection of virus genetic material in nasopharyngeal smears was studied. An assessment of the coverage of vaccinations against COVID-19 and the proportion of people who sought medical care in day hospitals was carried out. It was found that several factors contributed to the decrease in the incidence of COVID-19 at once — the variability of pathogens, an increase in the proportion of the population ith specific protection, and the implementation of demarcation measures. A distinctive feature of the Jalal-Abad region was the deployment of day hospitals operating on the principle of the «red zone». This made it possible to increase the coverage of the population with medical care and prevent the further spread of the pathogen. The ongoing pandemic requires additional research and adjustment of countermeasures when new factors and circumstances are identified.

Investigation and Countermeasures Research of Hospital Information Construction of Tertiary Class-A Public Hospitals in China: Questionnaire Study

Medical informatization has initially demonstrated its advantages in improving the medical service industry. Over the past decade, the Chinese government have made a lot of effort to complete infrastructural information construction in the medical and health domain, and smart hospitals will be the next priority according to policies released by Chinese government in recent years. To provide strategic support for further development of medical information construction in China, this study aimed to investigate the current situation of medical information construction in tertiary class-A public hospitals and analyze the existing problems and countermeasures. This study surveyed 23 tertiary class-A public hospitals in China who voluntarily responded to a self-designed questionnaire distributed in April 2020 to investigate the current medical information construction status. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize the current configurations of hospital information department, hospital information systems, hospital internet service and its application, and the satisfaction of hospital information construction. Interviews were also conducted with the respondents in this study for requirement analysis. The results show that hospital information construction has become one of the priorities of the hospitals' daily work, and the medical information infrastructural construction and internet service application of the hospitals are good; however, a remarkable gap among the different level of hospitals can be observed. Although most hospitals had built their own IT team to undertake information construction work, the actual utilization rate of big data collected and stored in the hospital information system was not satisfactory. Support for the construction of information technology in primary care institutions should be increased to balance the level of development of medical informatization in medical institutions at all levels. The training of complex talents with both IT and medical backgrounds should be emphasized, and specialized disease information standards should be developed to lay a solid data foundation for data utilization and improve the utilization of medical big data.

In the era of low carbon economy, culture tourism industry has gradually become the “green sunrise industry” that major countries in the world give priority development to. Guangdong has always invariably place a high premium on the development of culture tourism industry. However, the outbreak of the COVID-19 has greatly impacted the previously prosperous cultural tourism industry, which directly led to a sharp decline in the revenue of cultural tourism industry. Now, China’s management of COVID-19 has been downgraded to the less strict Category B from the current top-level Category A, meaning the culture tourism industry will usher in new development opportunities. Herein, we analyze and study the policy orientation, key projects, regional cooperation, intelligent construction and other aspects of Guangdong’s cultural tourism industry, put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions on the development status and existing problems of Guangdong’s culture tourism industry by comparing the development modes of culture tourism industry in other cities.

The Cost Control Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Haier Based on the Multiple Regression Analysis

This paper analyzes the total operating cost of Haier Electric by adopting the SPSS software and multiple regression analysis, and tries to find out the most significant factors that affect the cost control of Haier Electric. It also adopts the trend analysis method to analyze the financial indicators of Haier Electric on the significant factors in recent years. The results show that Haier Electric has a poor cost control on these factors. Finally, combined with the data and the company's characteristics, we try to put forward some suggestions on how to improve the cost control strategy and methods of Haier Electric.

A single-shot ChAd3-MARV vaccine confers rapid and durable protection against Marburg virus in nonhuman primates.

Marburg virus (MARV) causes a severe hemorrhagic fever disease in primates with mortality rates in humans of up to 90%. MARV has been identified as a category A bioterrorism agent by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and priority pathogen A by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), needing urgent research and development of countermeasures because of the high public health risk it poses. The recent cases of MARV in West Africa underscore the substantial outbreak potential of this virus. The potential for cross-border spread, as had occurred during the 2014-2016 Ebola virus outbreak, illustrates the critical need for MARV vaccines. To support regulatory approval of the chimpanzee adenovirus 3 (ChAd3)-MARV vaccine that has completed phase 1 trials, we showed that the nonreplicating ChAd3 vector, which has a demonstrated safety profile in humans, protected against a uniformly lethal challenge with MARV/Ang. Protective immunity was achieved within 7 days of vaccination and was maintained through 1 year after vaccination. Antigen-specific antibodies were an immune correlate of protection in the acute challenge model, and their concentration was predictive of protection. These results demonstrate that a single-shot ChAd3-MARV vaccine generated a protective immune response that was both rapid and durable with an immune correlate of protection that will support advanced clinical development.

Research hotspots and prospects of ethics education of science and technology in China based on bibliometrics

PurposeQuantitative analysis of existing literature is conducted to compare the textual features of ethics education in science and technology under the broad theme of ethics in science and technology. On this basis, the authors reveal the research hotspots and topic evolution in this field, and propose development suggestions in conjunction with the 5W theory.Design/methodology/approachIn this paper, the authors visualize the graph and quantify the indicators in four aspects: time series, institutional collaboration, author co-authorship, and research hotspots.FindingsCompared to ethics of science and technology, the research results in the field of ethics of science and technology education are limited. There is still room for improvement in the low density of cooperation between authors and institutions. The research themes are focused on theoretical discussions and countermeasure research. At present, the reform of ethics of science and technology is still in its infancy and has not yet formed a perfect system for education and personnel training. It is necessary for research on the ethical theory of technology to provide theoretical support.Originality/valueIn the context of sustainable development strategies, it is beneficial to explore the path of pedagogical optimization of ethics of science and technology in this study. This includes the maintenance of a good research environment and the realization of a healthy development in the field of science and technology.

Implementation of exercise countermeasures during spaceflight and microgravity analogue studies: Developing countermeasure protocols for bedrest in older adults (BROA).

Significant progress has been made in the development of countermeasures to attenuate the negative consequences of prolonged exposure to microgravity on astronauts’ bodies. Deconditioning of several organ systems during flight includes losses to cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle mass, bone density and strength. Similar deconditioning also occurs during prolonged bedrest; any protracted time immobile or inactive, especially for unwell older adults (e.g., confined to hospital beds), can lead to similar detrimental health consequences. Due to limitations in physiological research in space, the six-degree head-down tilt bedrest protocol was developed as ground-based analogue to spaceflight. A variety of exercise countermeasures have been tested as interventions to limit detrimental changes and physiological deconditioning of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. The Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Canadian Space Agency recently provided funding for research focused on Understanding the Health Impact of Inactivity to study the efficacy of exercise countermeasures in a 14-day randomized clinical trial of six-degree head-down tilt bedrest study in older adults aged 55–65 years old (BROA). Here we will describe the development of a multi-modality countermeasure protocol for the BROA campaign that includes upper- and lower-body resistance exercise and head-down tilt cycle ergometry (high-intensity interval and continuous aerobic exercise training). We provide reasoning for the choice of these modalities following review of the latest available information on exercise as a countermeasure for inactivity and spaceflight-related deconditioning. In summary, this paper sets out to review up-to-date exercise countermeasure research from spaceflight and head-down bedrest studies, whilst providing support for the proposed research countermeasure protocols developed for the bedrest study in older adults.

Using Deep Learning Networks to Identify Cyber Attacks on Intrusion Detection for In-Vehicle Networks

With rapid advancements in in-vehicle network (IVN) technology, the demand for multiple advanced functions and networking in electric vehicles (EVs) has recently increased. To enable various intelligent functions, the electrical system of existing vehicles incorporates a controller area network (CAN) bus system that enables communication among electrical control units (ECUs). In practice, traditional network-based intrusion detection systems (NIDSs) cannot easily identify threats to the CAN bus system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new type of NIDS—namely, on-the-move Intrusion Detection System (OMIDS)—to categorise these threats. Accordingly, this paper proposes an intrusion detection model for IVNs, based on the VGG16 classifier deep learning model, to learn attack behaviour characteristics and classify threats. The experimental dataset was provided by the Hacking and Countermeasure Research Lab (HCRL) to validate classification performance for denial of service (DoS), fuzzy attacks, spoofing gear, and RPM in vehicle communications. The proposed classifier’s performance was compared with that of the XBoost ensemble learning scheme to identify threats from in-vehicle networks. In particular, the test cases can detect anomalies in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score to ensure detection accuracy and identify false alarm threats. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the dataset for HCRL Car-Hacking by the VGG16 and XBoost classifiers (n = 50) reached 97.8241% and 99.9995% for the 5-subcategory classification results on the testing data, respectively.

Source Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Sand Production after Hydraulic Fracturing in Tight Sandstone Gas Reservoir

Abstract Sand production is the most common problem after hydraulic fracturing treatment. This problem is particular prominent in sandstone reservoirs. For Jinqiu gas reservoir of Sichuan Basin in China, the average sand production after fracturing is 103 tons, and the sand production rate is 2.36% through statistics of 12 wells. The sand production will seriously damage the downhole equipment as well as ground facilities. In this study, based on the analysis of sand production source, it is clear that the sand production mainly is 70/140 mesh sand flowback after hydraulic fracturing treatment. In order to control this proppant flowback, average fibers length of about 3 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, and 12 mm are selected for proppant flowback control experimental study. A series of laboratory evaluations are designed to quantify the effectiveness of fibers on proppant flowback control, so as to explore the mechanisms behind for optimizing their properties for a chosen reservoir. The key fiber properties include dispersion performance, microstructure, the influence on proppant transport in fracture, fracture conductivity, and critical flowrate. The dispersion of fibers with different lengths and concentrations in slickwater is good, and the fibers can form a net-like structure that reinforces the pack, and for 70/140 mesh sand and 40/70 mesh resin-coated sand, with the increase of fiber length and concentration, the sand transport distance and critical flowrate increase, but fracture conductivity decreases. The field test is carried out through the fiber type and dosage optimized by indoor experiment. A systematic indoor evaluation and field test shows that fiber plays a significant role in proppant flowback control. The findings of this study can help for a better understanding of the source analysis and countermeasure research of sand production after hydraulic fracturing in tight sandstone gas reservoir.
