The research aims to analyze the morphological change in land prices and rent allowances in the city of Hit, and the reason for this discrepancy in the city of Hit, and its municipal boundaries consisting of (18) neighborhoods, and to shed light on the prices and rents of land and to know the extent of the impact of commercial speculation in it, and then indicate the impact of these prices on the uses of land. The land in the city, as there is a large variation in the prices and rents of land during the urban stages that the city has gone through and between the parts of the city of Hit. The research relied mainly on the field study in the process of obtaining information and data, as well as a number of library sources and data from government departments related to this subject, in addition to personal interviews with owners of real estate offices in the study area.
