The purpose of the article is to provide the most relevant aspects in internal communication during remote classes in the rst stage of the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the face of this situation the interest of doing a study on behavior in the communicational part arises. Among the teachers and students who received their classes remotely, the stated objective was "DeterminetherelationshipbetweentheuseoftheZoomapplicationandinternal communicationinthestudentsoftheProfessionalSchoolofCommunicationSciences, UNTUMBES"; the methodology of the work is based on the quantitative approach, of the correlational type with a non-experimental cross-sectional design; the instrument used to obtain results was a questionnaire applied to 60 students; simple random probabilistic sampling was used for data analysis. To conrm the hypotheses, the statistical test of the correlational coefcient of “r” Pearson was used. The results obtained indicated that: 63% of the students of the School of Communication Sciences perceive a good relationship between the Zoom application variables and internal communication; 13% have an Excellent conception”.
