Pengaruh Peran Koperasi Dalam Menumbuhkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Pada Pengurus Dan Anggota Koperasi Sekolah SMAN Banjarmasin

This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of cooperatives in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit, especially in the administrators and members of school cooperatives in SMAN Banjarmasin City. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique as many as 163 people consisting of administrators and members of school cooperatives. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires to administrators and members of school cooperatives and by taking references from journals, books and other relevant sources. Instrument analysis in this study used the Rasch Model. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption analysis, simple regression analysis and partial test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence between the role of cooperatives on the entrepreneurial spirit of the administrators and members of school cooperatives in Banjarmasin City High School.

Analisis Pembelajaran Ekonomi Dalam Mencapai Profil Pelajar Pancasila Terhadap Pencapaian Karakter Siswa.

This study aims to analyze economic learning in achieving the profile of Pancasila students towards the achievement of the character of public high school students in North Banjarmasin. The problem focused on the lack of independence of students learning economics students in developing the character of the research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using Purposive Random Sampling technique as many as 226 public high school students in North Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires to students as well as taking references from journals, books and other relevant sources. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption analysis, simple regression analysis and partial test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence between economic learning in achieving the Pancasila student profile on the character assessment of public high school students in North Banjarmasin.

Controlling the spontaneous emission of the telecom O-band centers in Silicon-on-Insulator with coherent dipole-quadrupole interactions on a silicon pillar lattice

The G-center in silicon-on-insulator (SOI) has emerged as a relevant single photon source due to the zero-phonon line at 1278 nm, matching the O-band of optical telecommunication wavelengths. Due to the weak emission of the G-center from planar SOI, it is necessary to enhance its emission, in terms of collection efficiency and fluorescence enhancement, to further study its optical properties for application in quantum technologies. Here we design a fabrication-ready SOI Mie-resonator made of a lattice of silicon nanopillars on silica to achieve the spontaneous emission enhancement of single G-centers. Using Si nanopillars lattice on silica with period and dimensions optimized, owing to the coherent superposition of the electric dipolar and magnetic quadrupolar electromagnetic Mie-scattering moments of the individual pillars to the periodic lattice, we show the G-center emission/decay rate enhancement averaged over it's possible dipole orientations is about 13 times compared to bulk. This corresponds to a fluorescence enhancement of about 125 times compared to bulk and about 5-6 times compared to an optimized single pillar with photon collection with a confocal objective. These results provide a fabrication pathway for out-of-plane single photon collection from the SOI G-center or other telecom O-band single-photon sources for their potential deployment in CMOS-compatible quantum optical technologies.

Integration of Merdeka Curriculum with Zero Waste Movement: an Innovative Key in Solving Environmental Damage

Based on previous research, environmental damage caused by waste is due to people's habit of littering. One of the solutions that can be taken is by integrating the Independent Curriculum with the Zero Waste Movement. This study aims to explore the integration of the Zero Waste Movement in the Merdeka Curriculum, with a focus on intra-curricular activities, extracurricular activities, school culture, and strengthening projects for Pancasila Student Profiles. This study uses a literature study approach, by reviewing various relevant sources and analyzing how such integration can be carried out effectively. The results of the study show that integration with the Merdeka Curriculum covers certain subjects that support the understanding and practice of Zero Waste. In extracurricular activities, the Zero Waste Movement can be made a work program by members (Adiwiyata cadres). The Zero Waste Movement can become a school culture if all school members actively participate in the 5R activities (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Refuse, and Rot) repeatedly, scheduled, organized, and can be evaluated. The Zero Waste Movement is part of the project to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile, with schools holding co-curricular activities in the form of student projects that support the implementation of the movement. In conclusion, the integration of the Zero Waste Movement into the Merdeka Curriculum not only has the potential to increase environmental awareness among students but also to strengthen Pancasila values, making it an integral part of character education and school culture.

LANGUAGE CHOICE PERFORMED BY SASAK TEENAGERS: A CASE STUDY AT MATARAM 2023

Language is a communication tool between individuals to interact with each other. Sasak teenagers these days are more using Bahasa rather than Sasak language. It seems that Sasak language begins to be abandoned by Sasak teenagers in Mataram. Therefore, this study aims to identity and describe the factors that influences Sasak teenagers rarely use Sasak language as their main language and role of parents in influencing teenagers’ language choice. The method utilized in this study was ethnography. The techniques used for data collection included observation, participant, formal and informal interviews with participants and video recording of human activities, and collection of relevant sources of information. There are 12 teenagers were interviewed in this study. Based on the field data, there are four factors that influenced Sasak teenagers included environment, media, global identity and family background. In the context of decreasing use of Sasak language, the role of parents is still an important but over time this influence decreased and was changed with greater interaction with the social environment influencing teenagers’ language choices.

Criticism of Religious Moderation in Ahmadiyah Recognition(Case Study of Religious Freedom in Indonesia)

Indonesia as a country with a diversity of religions and the highest Muslim population applies freedom of religion (Religious Fredoom). One of the minority groups in Indonesia is Ahmadiyah, its existence often faces discrimination and challenges. The rejection of Ahmadiyya was due to a different reformation teaching and the majority of Muslims considered the teachings brought by Ahmadiyah to deviate from Islamic guidelines. Writing this article is to analyze an argument regarding religious moderation in the recognition of Ahmadiyya. This research was conducted on March 28, 2023. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used based on a case study of religious freedom. The data written in this study were obtained from relevant sources such as literature, articles and documents related to Ahmadiyya in Indonesia. Criticism of religious moderation in this context refers to criticism of the actions of the government or religious leaders which limit the religious freedom of Ahmadiyah. Religious moderation itself can be interpreted as an approach that seeks harmony between various religions and beliefs, but in some cases, moderation can lead to restrictions on the freedom of religion of minority groups.

Africanizing the SDGs: A key factor for enhancing sustainability consciousness within South African universities

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can be viewed as the aftermath of the Millennial Development Goals (MDGs). This is due to the fact that the seventeen (17) SDGs are designed to continue the work expected to have been done by the MDGs. In other words, the failure of the MDGs to eradicate poverty birthed the SDGs. However, the SDGs seem not to be achieving the desired result. This has led to the projection for the need for a decade of action. In the African context, the questions of why the MDGs failed and the SDGs tend to be failing are yet to be asked. By projection, if the questions are not asked and answers are not provided, the projection of the decade of action may also fail. Hence, the reason for this conceptual paper which was targeted at exploring the possibility of considering the Africanization of the SDGs as remedy to ensuring sustainable development in the African continent. Different relevant sources were identified, reviewed and analysed. The findings from the reviewed and analysed sources showed among others that for Africanization of the SDGs to be a reality and practicable, glocalization must be embraced. Meanwhile, there will be need to question the use of Eurocentric curricula in African institutions of learning.

Rekonstruksi Model Pendidikan Islam Masa Rasulullah dalam Konteks Pendidikan Modern Abad 21

This study aims to reconstruct the Islamic education model during the time of the Prophet Muhammad in the context of 21st-century modern education. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using a literature review as its research type. Data was collected and analyzed from various relevant literature sources, such as the books of the Prophet's biography (sirah nabawiyah), Qur'anic commentaries (tafsir), books on Islamic education, and academic journals. The research findings indicate that the Islamic education model during the Prophet's time has high relevance to the challenges of modern education. Noble values such as faith, piety, good morals, and knowledge taught by the Prophet are essential in shaping quality young generations. However, in the context of modern education, the Islamic education model needs to be reconstructed by adapting teaching methods, developing relevant curricula, and utilizing technology. This study concludes that the reconstruction of the Islamic education model is a crucial endeavor to produce young generations who are faithful, knowledgeable, and virtuous, thus enabling them to face the challenges of the times.

The Impact of Exercise-Based Rehabilitation on ACL Patients: A Comprehensive Review in the Context of China’s Healthcare System

This journal review investigates the effectiveness of exercise-based rehabilitation in assisting ACL patients to return activity level. The main objective of this review is to analyze how exercise-based rehabilitation influences recovery for ACL clients within a Chinese healthcare system. The specific exercise-based rehabilitation that were investigated as part of the study included Nordic, hamstring exercises, aquatic workouts; suspension training and lastly eccentric isokinetic. The outcome factors for ACL healing were improved muscle strength and proprioception, remarkable functional stability levels, regain of full range of motion as well free of pain and reduced risk to re-injury. The retrieval of relevant scholarly sources were gathered from extensive use online databases and publications. The results of the research showed that exercise rehabilitation programs contributed to successful treatment of ACL injuries in Chinese patients. The literature has indicated that aquatic exercises and Nordic hamstring have proved to be successful in enhancing the muscle strength, proprioception among Chinese ACL patients. In addition, suspension training led to the improvement of functional stability and return-to play. Secondly, the study results indicated that rehabilitation training was appropriate for relieving pain and enhancing ROM in people with ACL injuries. Lastly, eccentric kinetic exercise was proven effective in decreasing the chances of re-injury and as a physical activity post injury. Recommendations in the study include targeted exercise-based rehabilitation therapies, and as required instituting combined exercise treatment among patients with ACL.

A developmental model of audio-visual attention (MAVA) for bimodal language learning in infants and robots

A social individual needs to effectively manage the amount of complex information in his or her environment relative to his or her own purpose to obtain relevant information. This paper presents a neural architecture aiming to reproduce attention mechanisms (alerting/orienting/selecting) that are efficient in humans during audiovisual tasks in robots. We evaluated the system based on its ability to identify relevant sources of information on faces of subjects emitting vowels. We propose a developmental model of audio-visual attention (MAVA) combining Hebbian learning and a competition between saliency maps based on visual movement and audio energy. MAVA effectively combines bottom-up and top-down information to orient the system toward pertinent areas. The system has several advantages, including online and autonomous learning abilities, low computation time and robustness to environmental noise. MAVA outperforms other artificial models for detecting speech sources under various noise conditions.

This study aims to explore the meaning and importance of Hajj and Umrah in the lives of Muslims. The research methodology employed is qualitative, involving the collection and analysis of various relevant sources such as the Quran, Hadith, and other Islamic literature. The findings reveal that Hajj and Umrah provide several primary benefits, including purification from sins, enhancement of faith and piety, and strengthening of global Muslim unity. Moreover, these rituals have significant social, economic, and cultural impacts on Muslim communities worldwide. In the context of globalization and modern technology, the practice of Hajj and Umrah has undergone significant development, enabling millions of Muslims from diverse countries to perform these rituals more conveniently and efficiently. This research is expected to deepen understanding of the significance of Hajj and Umrah in contemporary Muslim life and contribute to enriching existing Islamic literature.

Perkembangan Pendidikan Islam di Era Khulafa Ar-Rasyidin

This research discusses the history of Islamic education before and during the era of the Rashidun Caliphate, focusing on the earlier period led by Prophet Muhammad and the period of the Rashidun Caliphs, which includes the leadership of Abu Bakr, Umar ibn Khattab, Uthman ibn Affan, and Ali ibn Abi Talib. The study employs a Literature Review approach to gather and analyze data from various relevant sources. The findings indicate that Islamic education during these periods experienced significant development, with each caliph making unique contributions to the formation and dissemination of Islamic education. However, there were also challenges and disruptions affecting the educational process, especially during the caliphate of Ali ibn Abi Talib. This research provides profound insights into the role of Islamic education in shaping the identity and character of Muslim communities and contributes to a better understanding of the development of Islamic education in the present and future.

Analisis Deskriptif Penerapan Kecerdasan Buatan, Prediksi Integritas, Kinerja Keuangan dan Ukuran Perusahaan di Perbankan Indonesia dan Singapura Tahun 2021 – 2023

This study aims to analyze the application of artificial intelligence, integrity prediction, financial performance, and company size in the Indonesian and Singapore banking sectors during the 2021-2023 period. Secondary data is used in this study, including annual reports, financial reports, and other relevant data sources. The quantitative descriptive method was applied to analyze the collected data. The results show that the adoption of artificial intelligence in the banking sector has had a positive impact on operational efficiency, fraud detection, and risk management. In addition, corporate integrity prediction plays an important role in maintaining the stability and reputation of financial institutions, with artificial intelligence technology assisting in detecting potential risks and fraudulent activities. This study also found that firm size, as measured by total assets, contributes significantly to bank financial performance. These findings make an important contribution to the literature and provide insights for policy makers and banking practitioners to optimize the use of artificial intelligence technology and integrity prediction in improving firm performance and competitiveness.

The Role of Climate and Environmental Factors in Malaria Transmission in Nigeria: Challenges and Prospects

Malaria remained a major public health challenge in Nigeria, contributing to high rates of morbidity and mortality, particularly among vulnerable groups like children and pregnant women. The transmission of malaria is heavily influenced by climate and environmental factors such as temperature, rainfall, humidity, land use, and ecological changes, which affect the lifecycle of the malaria parasite (Plasmodium spp.) and its mosquito vector (Anopheles species). This review explored how these climatic and environmental factors impacted malaria transmission dynamics across Nigeria’s diverse regions. It also examined the challenges posed by climate variability, inadequate infrastructure, and the emergence of resistance to insecticides and antimalarials, while highlighting the potential of integrated vector management, climate-smart strategies, and community engagement in mitigating these impacts. The methodology used involved a comprehensive review and synthesis of relevant literature and data sources, including peer-reviewed journals, government reports, and global health organization publications. This study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on Indonesia's international trade using a literature review approach. The monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia, particularly concerning interest rates, inflation, and the exchange rate of the rupiah, significantly affects the performance of international trade. This study collects, evaluates, and synthesizes information from various relevant literature sources, including scholarly journal articles, books, research reports, and policy documents. The findings indicate that interest rates influence the competitiveness of export products through production costs, controlled inflation boosts foreign direct investment flows, and exchange rate stability supports long-term business planning and investment. Effective monetary policy can help create a stable trade environment, enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian products in the global market, and strengthen the country's economic position in the global supply chain.

Tracking Research Momentum and Scholarly Impact: A Bibliometric Analysis of Magnetotherapy.

This bibliometric study investigates the research landscape of magnetotherapy, also known as magnetic field therapy, which utilizes magnetic fields to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve overall health and well-being. The study uses bibliographic data from Scopus and employs Biblioshiny and CiteSpace for analysis. Key aspects examined include annual scientific production, most relevant authors, co-citation of cited authors, most relevant sources, countries' scientific production, and collaborations. Additional analyses feature a historiograph, trend topics, thematic maps, and keywords with the strongest citation bursts. Findings highlight significant trends in research activity, identify influential contributors, and map out collaborative networks in the field. The study reveals a noticeable absence of long-term studies and standardized treatment protocols in magnetotherapy research. Identified research gaps indicate the need for interdisciplinary studies and a deeper mechanistic understanding of magnetotherapy. Practical implications emphasize the potential for enhanced clinical applications, healthcare policy integration, and medical device innovations. The study underscores the importance of educational and training programs for healthcare professionals. Addressing these gaps and leveraging practical implications can significantly advance the field of magnetotherapy.

A bibliometric analysis of halal product literature: Research stream and future direction

This study investigates the development of halal products to predict future trends in halal product research. A bibliometric analysis was conducted on 786 entries from the Scopus database, covering the years 1998-2022. The analysis and visualization tools used include Scopus Analyze, VOSviewer, Biblioshiny, and Microsoft Excel. The number of studies on halal products increased significantly between 2016 and 2020 but has declined since 2021. Two key topics emerged from the research: halal products and the authentication of halal materials. Keywords related to halal products were used for searches in the Scopus database. The findings highlight that Rohman A is the most frequently cited author, Universiti Putra Malaysia is the leading institution, the Journal of Islamic Marketing is the most relevant source, and Rohman A remains the most influential author. The study concludes that the literature on halal products, especially in the areas of Islamic marketing, food science, economics, management, and the halal industry, is predominantly based in Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia and Indonesia.

Climate strategies for oil and gas production under the lens of an Integrated Assessment Model: The case of Brazil

Future projections of oil and gas demand suggest that some production will remain necessary. Although attention often focuses on CO2 emissions from the combustion of their products, oil and gas production is also a relevant global emission source of both CO2 and CH4. Hence, understanding the carbon performance of upstream activities in producing nations is vital for distinguishing producers in a climate-pressured global market. This work explores climate strategies for the oil and gas upstream sector, using Brazil as a case study. The sector´s emissions profile is evaluated under distinct national climate scenarios. The analysis employs BLUES, a national Integrated Assessment Model (IAM), to access production volumes, mitigation measures applicable to the sector, and carbon dioxide removal potentials within the country to eventually offset the sector's remaining emissions. Results indicate sustained oil and gas production over the evaluated horizon (2020–2050) without compromising national climate goals, yet the sector's future emissions trajectory does not align with decarbonization targets pursued by more ambitious oil-producing nations and industry players. Despite sectoral mitigation measures indicated by the model, considerable emissions remain until 2050. Conversely, the country offers ample offsetting opportunities with potential synergies for the sector, especially through BECCS. Furthermore, the acceptability of offsets is discussed.

Crisis as opportunity: legal career paths at two historical turning points in Hong Kong

AbstractThis article investigates the career trajectories of Hong Kong solicitors during two historical turning points, specifically 1994–1997 and 2018–2021, when hundreds of lawyers left private practice to pursue alternative career options such as business and finance, government and politics, or relocation to other countries. Data are sourced from the career mobility records of law firm partners reported in 336 monthly issues of the Hong Kong Lawyer journal between 1994 and 2021, as well as other relevant archival sources. The research examines the underlying forces that led these law firm partners to abandon their high-status positions and pursue alternative career paths during these pivotal moments in Hong Kong’s history. The findings suggest that the career trajectories of these elite professionals are not solely based on individual choices but are also shaped by their social origins and the physical and social spaces that influence their careers over time. This study contributes original insights into the complex interplay between individual, spatial and temporal factors that drive career mobility among legal professionals.
