Introduction. A fundamental principle in the green bond market is the financing of projects that have a positive impact on the environment. Socially responsible investors want to be sure that the proceeds from the issuance of these securities are used as intended, and that the projects being financed contribute to the achievement of environmental goals. For this purpose, the relevant international standards have already been adopted on the green bond market. Problem Statement. In the green bond market, manipulation often occurs when the proceeds from the issuance of these securities are allocated to projects that are not actually environmentally friendly, although they are portrayed as such. Compliance of the financial management of the issuer of green bonds with generally accepted standards is always in the focus of attention of socially responsible investors. An urgent task is to measure the compliance of financial management with generally accepted standards, which will affect the future results of the issuer of green bonds in the distribution of income to achieve environmental goals. Purpose of the article is to identify the criteria for compliance of the green bond issuer's financial management with internationally recognized standards. Methods. The following research methods were used: the generalization method (when studying theoretical sources, scientific works of famous scientists and researchers on selected issues); methods of comparisons and synthesis (during the review of international acts, existing practices and standards), the method of analysis (to identify the criteria of compliance of financial management in the green bond market); logical method (for forming conclusions). Results. The article reveals the concept and features of financial management in the green bond market, examines global practices and standards for managing proceeds from the issuance of these securities. The principles and requirements that issuers of green bonds on the global and European markets should follow are summarized. On the basis of the conducted research, the criteria of compliance of financial management in the market of green bonds are singled out. Conclusions. The principles and methods contained in international standards and recommended acts on the green bond market provide a basis for measuring the compliance of the issuer's financial management with internationally recognized practices. The conducted research made it possible to single out the following criteria: 1) the ability to properly select and evaluate projects; 2) confirmation of the targeted direction of income; 3) availability of separate accounting of receipts; 4) organization of control over revenue management; 5) involvement of an independent third party in the control. Identified financial management compliance criteria make it possible to identify the green bond issuer's strengths and weaknesses for further improvement of its internal practices, increase transparency, and improve management processes and foundations. Checking the issuer of green bonds according to each of the criteria on a point basis allows establishing the general level of compliance of its financial management with the expectations of socially responsible investors.

Best practices for machine learning strategies aimed at process parameter development in powder bed fusion additive manufacturing

AbstractThe process parameters used for building a part utilizing the powder-bed fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing (AM) system have a direct influence on the quality—and therefore performance—of the final object. These parameters are commonly chosen based on experience or, in many cases, iteratively through experimentation. Discovering the optimal set of parameters via trial and error can be time-consuming and costly, as it often requires examining numerous permutations and combinations of parameters which commonly have complex interactions. However, machine learning (ML) methods can recommend suitable processing windows using models trained on data. They achieve this by efficiently identifying the optimal parameters through analyzing and recognizing patterns in data described by a multi-dimensional parameter space. We reviewed ML-based forward and inverse models that have been proposed to unlock the process–structure–property–performance relationships in both directions and assessed them in relation to data (quality, quantity, and diversity), ML method (mismatches and neglect of history), and model evaluation. To address the common shortcomings inherent in the published works, we propose strategies that embrace best practices. We point out the need for consistency in the reporting of details relevant to ML models and advocate for the development of relevant international standards. Significantly, our recommendations can be adopted for ML applications outside of AM where an optimum combination of process parameters (or other inputs) must be found with only a limited amount of training data.

Drained peatlands rewetting as a promising trend for carbon offsets in Russia: legal and economic aspects

“Zero” greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions is one of the most pressing climate protection goals worldwide. The most important questions for the Russian Federation are about the significance and role of the country’s ecological systems in achieving “carbon neutrality”: creating conditions to reduce emissions and increase the GHG absorption by ecosystems, the implementation of natural climate projects to protect the climate in the country, and recognition climate outcomes of such projects at the national and international levels. This article analyzes legal and economic aspects of the emerging trend of Russian drained temperate peatlands rewetting as a new carbon offset strategy. We discuss the regulatory context and evaluate non-climate benefits. Drained peatlands rewetting holds promise for substantial GHG reduction in the country. However, further development of the methodology and alignment with relevant international standards is required for international recognition of the national carbon offset projects focused on drained peatlands rewetting.

Microstructural, mechanical and nondestructive characterization of X60 grade steel pipes welded by different processes

Abstract In this paper, the welding quality of API 5L X60 steel pipes was investigated after the application of three different welding scenarios by applying submerged arc welding (SMAW), tungsten inert gas (TIG) and hybrid (TIG + SMAW) welding methods with an average heat input of ca. 1 kJ mm−1 for all passes. For this purpose, the ultrasonic and radiographic tests were done to detect possible discontinuities such as crack and porosity in the welding zones. In addition, the macro and microstructures of weld zones were made to examine different zones in terms of weld quality and phases. Moreover, the hardness, impact toughness and tensile tests were carried out to determine the mechanical properties of the weldments. The tensile strength of the pipe weldments was recorded to be ∼603, 610 and 625 MPa after the welding of pipes by SMAW, TIG + SMAW and TIG welding, respectively. In addition, the impact toughness of the welds was obtained to be 48, 76 and 66 J, for these welding methods, successively. According to the experimental findings, all three welding plans were successfully applied to the steel pipes and found to be suitable regarding the relevant international standards.

A Novel Route to Glass Fiber‐Reinforced Epoxy Matrix Composites: Visible Light Activated Radical Induced Cationic Frontal Polymerization

AbstractIn the current study, a novel radical‐induced cationic frontal polymerization (RICFP) concept capable of rapid curing at room temperature via visible light irradiation is represented. Initially, the optimal formulation, which can be most effectively cured with visible light irradiation, is determined based on thickness, hardness, curing speed, and mechanical properties using FT‐IR, DSC, TGA, and flexural test methods. Subsequently, the viability of the method is illustrated by fabricating glass fiber‐reinforced composites through the hand lay‐up technique, employing the optimized formulation and glass fibers in various forms (chopped strand mat and biaxial). Mechanical properties of the obtained composites, including bending, tensile, and shear tests, are carried out according to relevant international standards and compared with reference composites thermally cured with amine‐based hardener by conventional method.

Analysis of existing rules and practices for disclosing information about fair value in financial statements

One of the most important for modern accounting and reporting is fair value. Moreover, this is typical for systems of both Russian and international standards (hereinafter referred to as RAS and IFRS). Indeed, fair value, which is actively used in IFRS, has now been introduced into almost all domestic federal accounting standards (hereinafter referred to as FAS). In this regard, the importance of issues related to the indicated value cannot be overestimated. In our previous works, we explored issues related to the interpretation and calculation of fair value. In this article we turn to the analysis of disclosure of information about fair value in financial statements. When carrying out research, methods such as analysis and synthesis, grouping method, comparison, analogy method, logical approach, systematic approach were used. As a result of the research carried out in this work, the main problems associated with the disclosure of information on fair value in the reporting of modern organizations have been identified. The results obtained in this article will be useful to a wide range of readers interested in current issues related to the preparation of financial statements under RAS and IFRS; they can be used in the educational process of higher educational institutions, in the practical work of accounting departments of modern organizations, as well as in the development and improvement of relevant domestic and international accounting standards.

Supervision and Prudential Regime of the Banking Sector of Mauritius: An Evaluative Review of Statutes

Abstract This article provides an evaluative review of the supervision and prudential regime of the banking sector of Mauritius. It assesses the normative framework that provides for the basis of bank supervision in Mauritius using relevant international standards as applicable. It can be observed that the banking sector of Mauritius is quite advanced and compliant with international standards though there is room for improvement. The Bank of Mauritius has been proactive in ensuring that the supervision and prudential regime meets the exigencies of the standards of an international financial centre which Mauritius aspires to be. The aim of this evaluative review is to provide an overview of bank supervision and the prudential regime of Mauritius to the academic and research community since there is a dearth of literature on this aspect coming from Mauritius. Additionally, there are certain lessons that can be learnt from the Mauritian experience regarding bank supervision especially for African countries.

Improving Vietnamese Legal Framework to Ensure the Right to a Fair Trial for Defendants under 18

This article provides an overview of the international legal framework and Vietnamese law concerning the right to a fair trial of defendants under 18 years old. It conducts a meticulous comparison of the provisions of Vietnamese law with the relevant international standards, thereby identifying issues of incompatibility of Vietnamese law compared to international law. On this basis, the author highlights limitations and proposes solutions to strengthen Vietnamese law, ensuring a fair trial for defendants under 18. .

Exploring the Intersection of Pancasila and Human Rights in Indonesian Law

This research aims to explore the intersection of Pancasila and human rights in Indonesian law . The research investigates how Pancasila, as the foundational philosophy of Indonesia, can be aligned with the principles of human rights as enshrined in internationalhuman rights instruments . Methode The research methodology includes a comprehensive analysis of relevant Indonesian laws, constitutional provisions, and international human rights standards. Conceptual design of a novel 10 MW T-Semi floating offshore wind turbine and mooring system for transitional water depths

ABSTRACT A novel semi-submersible concept called T-Semi, along with several mooring systems designs, for a 10-MW FOWT is proposed and applied at a water depth of 60 m, to address the challenges of deploying floating offshore wind turbines (FOWTs) in transitional water depths. Comprehensive analyses were performed to analyze the performance of this innovative concept, including (a) intact and damaged stability; (b) frequency-domain hydrodynamic behaviour of the T-Semi floater; (c) different mooring system design configurations tailored for the T-Semi FOWT. The results demonstrate robust stability characteristics of the T-Semi floater and its favourable motion dynamics in heave and pitch. Additionally, the mooring system well satisfies the requirements of motion natural periods and safefy based on relevant international standards. In terms of the mooring design, the nonlinearity of the horizontal restoring force could be weakened by increasing the clump mass and decreasing the angle between mooring lines in a redundant arrangement.

Modern problems of determining net realizable value in RAS and IFRS and ways to solve them

Thanks to the Federal Accounting Standard (FAS) 5/2019, net realizable value was introduced into Russian accounting for inventories. A similar value is also used in IAS 2. Despite the relatively long period of use of the specified value, its estimation still raises a number of questions when accounting and reporting according to both Russian and International Standards (hereinafter referred to as RAS and IFRS). These problems and ways to solve them are analyzed in this article. When carrying out research, methods such as analysis and synthesis, grouping method, comparison, analogy method, logical approach, systematic approach were used. As a result of the research carried out in this work, the main modern problems associated with determining the net realizable value in Russian and international accounting have been identified and proposals for their solution have been substantiated. The results obtained in this article will be useful to a wide range of readers interested in current issues relating to the regulations of RAS and IFRS, including the calculation of the net realizable value of inventories, can be used in the educational process of higher educational institutions, in the practical work of accounting departments of modern organizations, as well as in development and improvement of relevant domestic and international accounting standards.

DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS IN THE CONTEXT OF ECONOMIC GLOBALISATION

The subject of the study is the conceptual, theoretical, empirical and methodological foundations of the socio-economic and legal nature of the development of administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation. Methodology. The study uses general and special methods of cognition. Using the dialectical method, the authors differentiates the essence of the development of administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation on the legal and economic levels according to the relevant criteria. The analysis created the conditions for a multifaceted study of the complex of problems and prospects for the development of Ukrainian administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation from the perspective of economic and legal etymology. The synthesis created the conditions for generalising the characteristic features of administrative justice, taking into account the current trends and international legal and regulatory developments in this area. The formal legal method allowed to correctly interpret the content of international and national legal acts that define the directions for improving administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems and directions of development of administrative justice in the context of economic globalization. The results of the study show that the problems of the current state of administrative justice in Ukraine are complex, and the ways to overcome them take into account various parameters that are directly or indirectly based on the principles of economic globalisation, which are primarily based on economic and legal principles. Among the areas for improvement of administrative procedures, those that primarily ensure effective protection of human rights and freedoms, in particular through the implementation of relevant international standards, occupy an important place. Conclusion. The study of the economic foundations for optimisation of administrative justice in Ukraine has made it possible to identify certain indicators which serve as socio-economic prerequisites for optimisation of administrative justice. The statistical data show that the areas of manifestation of the subject matter of administrative court proceedings are differentiated depending on the impact of economic globalisation on certain public law relations which give rise to the relevant public law disputes. The authors distinguishes between a group of public law disputes which are directly related to the phenomenon of economic globalisation, and public law disputes in which public interests of economic content are manifested. This contributes to the creation of certain, primarily legal, structures which would facilitate the optimisation of administrative proceedings in the context of economic globalisation, which has both an external, international and internal, national format. The above considerations of optimising administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation have made it possible to identify specific problems faced by Ukrainian justice, including administrative justice: 1) organisational; 2) legal support; 3) material, financial and social support of courts and judges; 4) functioning of the institution of judicial governance and self-government; 5) staffing; 6) ensuring access to justice. Among the areas of improvement of administrative justice, the following are considered in detail: implementation of the principles of the rule of law and procedural economy, introduction of digital technologies (elements of artificial intelligence), introduction of alternative forms of pre-trial and post-trial dispute resolution, optimisation of the zonal and territorial location of courts, implementation of international standards of administrative justice, and some others.

Promoting Effective Refugee Protection in India: Balancing National Interests and International Obligations

This paper explores the situation of refugees in India, particularly Sri Lankan and Rohingya refugees who are seeking asylum in India and face the issue of statelessness due to the lack of a concrete refugee law in India. The Foreigners Act 1946 of India defines foreigners as individuals who are not Indian citizens and requires non-citizens to possess government-issued documentation. Failure to possess such documents exposes individuals to penalties outlined in section 14 of the Act, including potential imprisonment and fines. The Act also grants the government the authority to detain and deport foreign nationals residing unlawfully in India. Furthermore, the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 (“CAA”) addresses the plight of religious minorities, excluding Sri Lankan, Rohingya and other refugees, as it only applies to refugees from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. The CAA allows eligible Hindu refugees who entered India before December 31, 2014, to obtain Indian citizenship. The absence of a concrete refugee law in India, coupled with concerns over the potential impact of the CAA on India’s secular constitutional fabric, has raised international apprehension. It is important to note that India is not a party to the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, 1951, and its 1967 protocol, limiting its refugee protection obligations. By analysing relevant legal sources, judicial decisions and international standards, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal complexities surrounding refugee protection in India and the implications of the CAA within the context of India's international obligations. Test Methods for Validating Inductive Transformer Performance during Cable Discharge: Main Principles, Parameters and Testing Procedures

High voltage connections will discharge through inductive voltage and combined transformers when they are switched off. In the past, there was a wide margin between the required capabilities and the actual capabilities of these components. Nowadays, however, this aspect is becoming more prominent due to a higher penetration by cable systems into the grid. Currently, none of the relevant international standards contain any definitions or requirements for line discharge, nor test methods which would validate the ability of the transformer to discharge a line of certain capacitance at a certain voltage. This is why the aim of this paper is to provide a foundation for how to specify, assess and verify the capacitive discharge performance of instrument transformers. This paper will present the basic theory, influencing parameters, multiple test sequences and acceptance criteria for cable discharge. It is clear that capacitive discharges present both thermal and mechanical stress to the unit, which is why this paper will detail how to guarantee both aspects. The idea is that this paper serves as a literal blueprint which can then be transferred to the relevant clauses in upcoming international standards. All conclusions within this paper are achieved through calculations and testing on actual 123 kV inductive voltage transformers and combined units.

Feasibility of outrigger structural system for tall timber buildings: A numerical study

Tall timber buildings are prone to serviceability problems (e.g. lateral displacements and wind-induced accelerations). This article investigates the feasibility of timber outrigger system to build up to 20 storeys using linear elastic finite element analysis and relevant European and international standards such as EN 1990, EN 1991-1-1, EN 1991-1-4, EN 1995-1-1 and ISO 10137. The location of up to two outriggers was optimised based on different serviceability criteria. Various outrigger layouts were investigated, and their stiffness demands were discussed. The efficiency of outrigger structures in reducing lateral displacements and wind-induced accelerations is highlighted. A feasibility study considering serviceability requirements was performed using different basic wind velocities, number of storeys and gravity loads. Although the focus of the article is on serviceability requirements, some ultimate limit state considerations (forces and stresses) were briefly discussed. The results demonstrate the feasibility of building up to 16 storeys under medium to high wind velocities.

Comprehensive advancement in endoscopy: optical design, algorithm enhancement, and clinical validation for merged WLI and CBI imaging.

As endoscopic imaging technology advances, there is a growing clinical demand for enhanced imaging capabilities. Although conventional white light imaging (WLI) endoscopy offers realistic images, it often cannot reveal detailed characteristics of the mucosa. On the other hand, optical staining endoscopy, such as Compound Band Imaging (CBI), can discern subtle structures, serving to some extent as an optical biopsy. However, its image brightness is low, and the colors can be abrupt. These two techniques, commonly used in clinical settings, have complementary advantages. Nonetheless, they require different lighting conditions, which makes it challenging to combine their imaging strengths on living tissues. In this study, we introduce a novel endoscopic imaging technique that effectively combines the advantages of both WLI and CBI. Doctors don't need to manually switch between these two observation modes, as they can obtain the image information of both modes in one image. We calibrated an appropriate proportion for simultaneous illumination with the light required for WLI and CBI. We designed a new illumination spectrum tailored for gastrointestinal examination, achieving their fusion at the optical level. Using a new algorithm that focuses on enhancing specific hemoglobin tissue features, we restored narrow-band image characteristics lost due to the introduction of white light. Our hardware and software innovations not only boost the illumination brightness of the endoscope but also ensure the narrow-band feature details of the image. To evaluate the reliability and safety of the new endoscopic system, we conducted a series of tests in line with relevant international standards and validated the design parameters. For clinical trials, we collected a total of 256 sets of images, each set comprising images of the same lesion location captured using WLI, CBI, and our proposed method. We recruited four experienced clinicians to conduct subjective evaluations of the collected images. The results affirmed the significant advantages of our method. We believe that the novel endoscopic system we introduced has vast potential for clinical application in the future.

A Framework for the Construction and Tailoring of Engineering Development Process Models

A well-balanced project design using appropriate process models is an important success factor for the management of engineering development projects. There exists a wide range of different process models, including traditional waterfall-based models as well as agile development models like Scrum. Such standardized process models offer a good starting point for the management of engineering development projects; however, they have to be tailored in order to meet the needs of a specific project. Additionally, in complex environments, it might be necessary to construct dedicated process models, like hybrid combinations of several models. In this article, the groundwork for a systematic approach to the construction and tailoring of process models for engineering development projects is presented. It considers relevant international standards as well as traditional and agile process models and can serve as a basis for the subsequent tailoring processes. The developed framework offers the possibility to add distinctive characteristics to a process model, like means which facilitate quality, communication, or knowledge transfer. The evaluation of the framework was done by means of a case study, a survey, and expert interviews.

(NE)OPRAVDANOST SNIŽAVANJA STAROSNE GRANICE NASTUPANJA KRIVIČNE ODGOVORNOSTI U FEDERACIJI BOSNE I HERCEGOVINE

In the middle of 2023, a thirteen-year-old elementary school student in Lukavac (Bosnia and Herzegovina) shot a teacher with a firearm, causing him life-threatening injuries. It happened just one month after a much more monstrous crime had been committed by his peer in a school in Belgrade. Taking into consideration that in accordance with the positive (juvenile) criminal legislation in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, young persons of that age cannot be prosecuted by the criminal justice authorities, because the age limit for the onset of criminal responsibility is 14 years, in light of the aforementioned events, one of the vice presidents of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted an initiative to the competent Ministry of Justice to amend the relevant legislation by lowering, or redefining the age limit for the onset of criminal responsibility. The paper presents different models of defining the age limits of criminal responsibility in comparative law, as well as tendencies related to their lowering, i.e. raising in the national laws of countries around the world in the last few decades. After that, the paper analyses the relevant international and supranational legal standards in this area, as well as the results of certain (neuro) scientific research related to this issue. Based on all of the above, it is concluded that the initiative to lower or redefine the age of criminal responsibility in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have a valid scientific and legal foundation and that it represents a kind of moral panic and penal populism.

POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSONS IN TERMS OF STATE FINANCIAL MONITORING: ARE THE MODELS OF THEIR REGULATORY DEFINITION SUCCESSFUL?

Given the recognition of the priority of the European integration and North Atlantic vectors of modern state-building and law-making processes in most countries of the world, the issue of "high terminological quality", "terminological purity", with the implementation of relevant international and European legal standards for the formation of "basic terminology", the basis for combating the legalisation of "dirty money" is not only relevant, but also of paramount importance, as it plays the role of "key provisions" of the entire regulatory framework. The purpose of the study is to analyse the existing international legal and European standards and national regulatory models for defining "politically exposed persons", with the aim of identifying "defects in their quality" and formulating proposals for their elimination. The object of the study is social relations directly related to the state financial monitoring of politically exposed persons. The subject of the study is the regulatory models for determining politically exposed persons in terms of state financial monitoring. The methodological basis was formed by both general scientific and special research methods, which made it possible to present a comprehensive cross-section of the relevant issue. Results. The "quality" of the regulatory definition of PEPs implies the following: a) consideration of international legal and European standards for preventing and combating the legalisation of "dirty money" as a "basis" for national thematic rulemaking; b) regulatory distinction between "main PEPs", with criteria that allow determining the "uniqueness" of their legal status, and "additional PEPs" (persons who do not have the main features of PEPs, but may potentially be involved in relations with them); c) "criterionality" of the "main PEPs" is directly related to the "influential" position and significant public functions performed by the person (it is mandatory to have these positions enshrined in the law, with the corresponding correlation of functions); d) delimitation of "additional PEPs", with the identification of those persons who are "related" by family and other relations with the "main PEP". For each category of such persons, the guideline is to standardise their list, which makes it impossible to vary the interpretation of the relevant provisions and diversify law enforcement practice.

NON-FINANCIAL LEVERS FOR ENSURING THE EFFICIENT USE OF PERMANENT WORK IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL ADAPTATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Topicality. The current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by the large-scale implementation of digital technologies in various sectors and types of economic activity. Digital innovation, being a fundamental driving force of systemic transformations in the economy, not only leads to the emergence of new products and services, but also creates opportunities for the implementation of innovative business models, can contribute to a significant increase in efficiency in both the public and private sectors. In the process of implementing digital technologies, domestic business structures get the opportunity to make fundamental changes to business methods, test new technologies in practice, and ultimately increase productivity. However, in business practice, they may face barriers to the implementation of such technologies due to the widespread lack of financial and human resources and the need to support the digital transformation process. This means that the bodies responsible for the development and implementation of economic policy in the state should play an important role in creating a favorable environment for such business structures, which will allow them to start their digital transformation. The above requires the development and implementation of certain mechanisms and levers to support such transformations.
 Aim and tasks. The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations on ways to expand the possibilities of using non-financial levers to ensure the effective digital transformation of Ukraine.
 Materials and Methods. The theoretical basis of this scientific work consists of the best practices of state and non-state support for digital adaptation of business processes of the real sector of the economy, which are given in works of a theoretical and practical nature. To carry out this scientific work and achieve the set goal, the article uses methods of graphic interpretation of the results of analysis and generalization, methods of monographic analysis, and synthesis.Research results. As a result of the research, it was established that the current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by the large-scale implementation of digital technologies in various sectors and types of economic activity. It is noted that digital innovations, being the fundamental driving force of systemic transformations in the economy, not only lead to the emergence of new products and services, but also create opportunities for the implementation of innovative business models, can contribute to a significant increase in efficiency in both the public and private sectors. It is substantiated that in the process of implementing digital technologies, domestic business structures get the opportunity to make fundamental changes to business methods, test new technologies in practice, and ultimately increase productivity. Non-financial incentives for digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy have been identified. It was concluded that not all entrepreneurs have sufficient skills and knowledge in the field of digitalization, which may limit their opportunities for effective business. It has been established that some of the adopted legislative acts, strategic programs and initiatives are already morally outdated or have lost their relevance and require updating in accordance with the global challenges and opportunities of the digital economy. It was concluded that it is important to create uniform rules of the game for digital innovation by adopting relevant international technical standards for digital equipment and digital services. The need to create institutions and procedures aimed at solving digital security problems, preparing for protection against cyber-attacks, fighting cybercrime, and increasing general trust of the population in digital ecosystems, which is the basis of the digital economy, is substantiated. It has been proven that an important aspect of the introduction of digital technologies is the formation of society's motivation to use digital technologies, which largely depends on the availability of digital technologies, the development and functioning of infrastructure, the implementation of state programs and platforms for the digitalization of all spheres of social and economic life. Reasonable non-financial levers for ensuring effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy. Proposed directions for expanding the possibilities of using non-financial levers to ensure the effective digital transformation of Ukraine.
 Conclusion. The above made it possible to form a number of recommendations to the bodies responsible for the development and implementation of economic policy, regarding the expansion of the possibilities of using various tools to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes of the real sector of the economy of Ukraine.
