Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akademik Dengan Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) Berbasis Website

The education system in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development characterised by an increase in the number of schools, students, and the complexity of the teaching and learning process. To manage academic data that includes information on students, teachers, grades, attendance, and class schedules, schools need to improve the quality of their services. Education is an important aspect of the country's development, and in this context, Academic Information System (AIS) plays a vital role in supporting administration and management in educational institutions. This research focuses on SMP NU Medan, where the need for an efficient and integrated AIS is increasingly urgent to improve the quality of education services. With the rapid development of information technology, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is the right choice because it allows rapid and iterative application development. In addition, Web-based AIS provides wide accessibility for education stakeholders, including making it easier for prospective students to access information and register online. The case study at SMP NU Medan provides a strong foundation for this research by identifying specific needs and coming up with solutions that are relevant and can be implemented immediately. This research aims to design, implement, and evaluate a Web-based AIS using the RAD method, so that it can make a positive contribution in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of service of the school.

Tinjauan Sistem Pendaftaran Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Kelurahan Klender Tahun 2023

Puskesmas is a functional health organization as well as a center for community health development. The Klender urban health center currently uses an online registration system and offline registration. This study aims to determine the online and offline outpatient registration system at the Klender Village Community Health Center in 2023. This research is a qualitative research. In this study, researchers directly observed the process of outpatient registration. Retrieval of research data is done by observation and interviews with registration officers. The results of the study found that online registration uses the Jaksehat application, patients do not need to come to the health center to register, patients come to the health center to validate queue numbers to the polyclinic only. Calling patients who register online is prioritized with a system of calling queue numbers 1-5, 11-15 and so on. Offline registration is done by having patients come directly to the puskesmas and queue to register. For calling patients, register offline after patients register online with queue numbers 6-10, 16-15, etc. The problems found in registration were the separate queues for patients who registered online and offline and there was a mismatch in calling patients according to the serial number of the queue. The conclusion in this study is that online registration of outpatients uses the Jaksehat application and offline registration is carried out using the system used by the puskesmas. It is expected that the puskesmas will separate the queues of patients who have registered online with patients who have registered offline.

Perancangan Database Sistem Informasi Dokter Praktik Mandiri (Si_Dori)

In the practice of independent doctors, patient registration is still done manually, so they have to come first because it takes longer, in addition, doctors cannot find out the disease experienced early and the follow-up actions that need to be taken. This study aims to make it easier for patients to register online, consult online, screen online, and have new features that make it easier for patients to access their conditions. The method used is the prototype method which is useful for designing and knowing the interaction between the system and the user, to be implemented by programmers. The results of this study are the design of an independent doctor's information system which includes a database design. The design of this independent doctor's information system can make it easier for patients to register online, consult online which can be given a prescription and redeemed at the nearest pharmacy, and more complete feature updates.

Comparative Evaluation of K-Means, Hierarchical Clustering, and DBSCAN in Blood Donor Segmentation

Clustering techniques are pivotal in the fields of data analysis and pattern recognition, offering significant insights by grouping data points with similar characteristics. This study aims to perform a comprehensive comparison of three widely used clustering algorithms—K-Means, Hierarchical Clustering, and DBSCAN—on a dataset of blood donors. The objective is to determine which algorithm achieves the most precise and effective clustering of the data, taking into account factors such as donor location, blood type, and donation frequency. The study presents a novel approach by integrating a web-based platform that allows blood donors to register online. This platform not only facilitates the real-time updating of the dataset but also enhances the overall relevance and applicability of the clustering model by continuously incorporating new data entries. By leveraging such a dynamic dataset, the clustering algorithms can adapt to evolving patterns and trends, ensuring more accurate and meaningful insights over time.To rigorously evaluate the performance of each clustering method, several well-established metrics are employed, including the Silhouette Score, which assesses how similar each data point is to its own cluster compared to other clusters; the Davies-Bouldin Index, which evaluates the average similarity ratio of each cluster with its most similar cluster; and the Calinski-Harabasz Index, which measures the ratio of the sum of between-clusters dispersion and of within-cluster dispersion for all clusters. The results of this study indicate that the K-Means algorithm consistently outperforms both Hierarchical Clustering and DBSCAN in terms of accuracy and the clarity of cluster definitions. The findings underscore the robustness of K-Means for applications involving blood donor data, where capturing precise donor groupings can have substantial implications for healthcare logistics and resource allocation. These insights pave the way for further research into the optimization of clustering techniques in dynamic datasets and their practical applications in medical and other domains.

The admission of new students is a critical process in educational institutions, designed to select candidates based on specific criteria set by the school. This process typically involves multiple stages, including registration, selection through testing, and the announcement of results. However, at SMK Harapan Bangsa, this process has been managed manually using paper-based documentation and Microsoft Excel, which is inefficient and prone to errors. This study aims to develop a web-based information system for new student admissions using the CodeIgniter 4 framework and MySQL database to streamline and enhance the process. The software development methodology employed in this research is the Waterfall model, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, and system testing stages. The result of this research is an information system that simplifies the access to new student admission information for parents and students, enabling them to register online and monitor the selection results more efficiently. Additionally, the system supports the school in automatically archiving and organizing registration data. This web-based solution offers a more structured and error-free process, significantly improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of the admissions procedure.

Shaming in digital discourses in Nigeria: Performative deliberation and agency in abba Kyari’s corruption allegation

This article examines the use of tweets, humorous texts, and memes for shaming purposes in the corruption case of Abba Kyari, a Nigerian police chief. Using insights from Arabella Lyon’s notions of agency and performative deliberation, the article argues that internet social media platforms such as Twitter have evolved into powerful cultural sites of protests and resistance for Nigerian users. Findings reveal that cultural forms of communication such as memes, humor, and tweets become tools of shaming used by Nigerian netizens to register online protests in the country. Further, the study reveals that social media platforms have made reallocation of power possible for ordinary Nigerians to have their say on political issues and to stage protests against political corruption and marginalization in society. The study orients Nigerians and others to online protest culture rhetoric in Nigeria and its social and political functions.

Design and implementation of a mobile medical and continuing care system based on wireless sensor networks

The Android system has good compatibility, freedom, rich hardware resources and a good development environment. At the same time, it can also work with Google services to obtain external support. Android is an open source operating system platform, which is similar to the iOS platform. In contrast, developers have more room for development, making the Android platform more people use. This article aims to develop a mobile medical system based on the Android operating system that integrates search engines, maps, and hospital HIS systems. The users are mainly patients, doctors and system administrators. Patients can register online and use mobile healthcare to pay online. They can also upload various physical indicators to record their daily health status. The establishment of health files is convenient for doctors to make health assessments and provide patients with medical consultation and medical health protection. Patients can also realize hospital navigation, intra-hospital navigation, and view various hospital inspection reports through the APP. The design of mobile medical service system is to design user behavior in the system based on the concept of service design. Therefore, in the process of system design, it is necessary to comprehensively consider service design principles and related factors, and propose behavior design principles that conform to service design theory. This study uses a mutual continuation care platform to implement seamless care for patients. Patients and medical staff can realize the continuation of the relationship and the continuity of information, and the patients can receive comprehensive guidance in a timely and effective manner. It can provide a reference basis for improving the continuity management and information management of patients in China, and provide reference value for the standardization and standardization of patients' continuation of nursing care standards and procedures.

Designing a School Information System and Admission of New Students at Gunadarma Middle School Based on a Website Using the Protoype Method

The prototype method was chosen because it makes it possible to develop the system quickly and iteratively, so that a system can be obtained that suits the user’s needs. The system designed will have several main features. Allows perspective students to register online by filling out the registration form and upload the required documents. The latter produces statistical reports on the number of students and selection results. This system is expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing school information and new student registration.

In this way, sometimes queues often occur during registration, and when finding out initial information about parents or prospective students. having to spend time coming in person, this is considered less effective. Nur-Elfalah's New Student Admission (PPDB) is designed to be web-based using an internet network, prospective new students can view information related to the school online, can register online, making it easier to register and view information. Apart from that, by implementing the PPDB system, all registration data will be stored neatly in a database so that if necessary it is easy to search and display in report format. In designing the Information System for accepting new students (PPDB), the waterfall development method is used, where the system is developed in stages and continues to be refined on an ongoing basis. With the new student admission information system (PPDB), it is hoped that it will make it easier for prospective new students to view information and register at the Nur-Elfalah school. It is hoped that prospective new students can register easily anywhere and at any time, as long as the prospective students Just able to access the internet. Information Technology-Based Medical Record Governance For Cancer Classification With The Waterfall Method

Information technology can help improve the quality of medical record management. Information technology-based medical record management can help improve the efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of medical records. The aim of this research is to build an information technology-based medical record management system for cancer classification using the waterfall method. This research uses a system development research method using the waterfall method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that an information system designed specifically for patients who register directly makes it easier for officers to separate patients who register online from those who register in person. This system allows officers to report information quickly and accurately, and to be better integrated in quality improvement and hospital accreditation.

FAST Method to Design Web-Based Patient Registration System

Manual patient registration at the Polyclinic of Politeknik Negeri Jember (POLIJE) offers ineffectiveness in the patient services. Long waiting time and uninformed service hours at the polyclinic are two problems that need to solve. This study aimed to design a website-based registration system for the POLIJE Polyclinic. The researcher used the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) method. This method has detailed stages and is capable of producing more efficient, effective, accurate and timely data and information management. The application was built using PHP programming language with Laravel Framework. The registration system was implemented using RFId on patient cards to make the process of reading and registering patient data faster. The web-based registration system with RFId patient cards functions well with features: new patient registration, registration of patient visits with RFId cards, patient queues, verification of patients who register online, as well as patient, doctor and clinic data management.

Analysis and Design of User Interface Private Tutor Mobile Application with Agile System Development Methodologies

Wijaya Learning Center in Gading Serpong faced challenges with low course participation due to an inefficient registration system, and to overcome these challenges, a UI analysis and design were conducted, leading to the development of a mobile application. This application allows clients to easily access class information, register online, and make payments. The backend, designed for the owner, supports schedule checks, transaction monitoring, and teacher management tasks. Class schedules, entered by the owner, remain consistent with changes permitted once a month. Clients can select their preferred schedule through the user interface. The study utilized Agile system development methodologies, known for their success in various fields. The research concludes that Agile methodologies significantly streamline the application design process, resulting in a functional mobile application that meets user requirements. Rigorous testing confirms the smooth usability of the application's four main functions, enhancing the private tutoring experience at Wijaya Learning Center.

IMPLEMENTASI DAN PENGUJIAN SISTEM PENDAFTARAN SISWA PADA SMK KESEHATAN MAHARISHI DENGAN FRAMEWORK LARAVEL

Maharishi Health Vocational School is one of the Educational Institutions in Bali, precisely in the City of Gianyar. In improving the quality of service to the general public, especially to prospective new students, a computerized system is needed, one of which is by creating a PSB or Registration process for new students that is not limited by place, time and energy. Until now Maharishi Health Vocational School still uses a manual system to register prospective students, so prospective students must, queue in registering at school. To increase the registration of prospective new students so that it runs smoothly and prospective new students do not need to queue in registering and make it easy to get information from schools, the means that can be used to overcome these problems is the use of an online registration system. This system will help prospective students, especially those who have great distances to go to school, can register online. So that makes the basis for researchers to create web-based new student registration applications with the concept of MVC (Model View Control) using the laravel framework. The method used in the development of this system is Waterfall and its design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The test results use the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the prospective student registration process is in accordance with the desired scenario, and student data and test scores can be stored in a database. Meanwhile information on prospective students who have passed or failed can be sent to all prospective students through the announcement menu. The process of registering prospective students and new students is expected to be done in a short time and can help the process of enrolling new students at the Maharishi Vocational Health School.

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013 concerning Hospital Management Information Systems, that every Hospital is required to organize SIMRS. SIMRS regulation aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and hospital access and services. RSIA Gizar will start implementing SIMRS in 2021, but the current system is still not optimal because patient registration is still done directly at the hospital, cannot be done online, which makes patient registration services slow. The method of data collection used in the preparation of this Final Project is the method of observation, interviews, literature study and the software development model using the waterfall method. So that the Design of an Outpatient Patient Registration Information System uses the waterfall method. At RSIA Gizar, it was made aiming to make it easier for patients to register online through a mobile-based application and also to make it easier for admin staff to register patients, manage medical record data and in making patient registration reports so that more effective and efficient..

Governance of Online Electronic Patient Medical Records Distribution

The distribution of medical records at Kebonjati Hospital, especially for patients who register online, still uses a manual system which can obstruct the data search process, therefore a computerized system is needed. This study aims to design an information system for distributing outpatient medical records for online patients. The research method is descriptive qualitative, data collected through interviews and case studies. The system development method uses the Agile Software Development method with the stages of planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deploying, and maintenance then implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 into the Visual Basic programming language. The research designed an information system for distributing outpatient medical records online at Kebonjati Hospital that had been adapted to the needs of medical recorders. This information system is in the form of applying the concept of clinical management by designing good services and developing quality work plans for hospital management purposes.

Research and Design of the Outpatient Appointment System Based on WEB

With the continuous development of the internet industry, most hospitals have started to adopt online appointment and registration systems. Patients can easily make appointments and register online, saving the waiting time for patients to queue up and register at the hospital. At the same time, it effectively avoids the problem of personnel concentration and cross infection caused by centralized hospital registration. The use of the marketplace as an online marketing medium that has various advantages such as no need for room space, capital for several equipment to free rental fees because business actors just register online and also for free. The methods used with partners are observation, interviews and conducting mentoring and training for partners. Assistance in making marketplaces, packaging designs and logos was carried out by students of Community Work Lecture (KKM) group 72 in Tamansari Village, Pulomerak District, Cilegon City and a team of Bina Bangsa University lecturers. The conclusion of the service activities that have been carried out in marketing using the Shopee marketplace has reached 50% because it is still in the process of selling and introducing to the community. The logo design used got 100% results because it was in accordance with MSME actors, with the logo listed by Ibu Murni or Mama Awan Catring, her home could be marketed to the wider community

Perancangan Sistem Antrian Berbasis Web Pada Puskesmas Pangolombian

This study designed and implemented a web-based queuing system at the Pangolombian Health Center. The method applied is the waiting line method with the waterfall system development method. This system uses PHP and MySQL as the programming language and database. Key features include patient registration, scheduling, calling, and real-time queue status display. After implementation, functionality and performance testing is carried out. The results show that this web-based queuing system improves efficiency and patient experience. Patients can register and schedule queues online, reducing waiting times. Automatic queue calling makes it easier for puskesmas staff. Staff and schedule management features help manage queues more efficiently. This research produces an efficient and convenient web-based queuing system. This system has the potential to provide a better experience for patients by reducing waiting times and long queues. This system also assists puskesmas staff in managing queues efficiently. The results of this study can contribute to developing a web-based queuing system at puskesmas and other health institutions
