Penentuan Klaster Wilayah Kecamatan Berdasarkan Pusat Pelayanan Masyarakat di Wilayah Kepulauan Kabupaten Maluku Tengah Provinsi Maluku

The connectivity of a region is an indicator the growth of service centers. Community service is carried out with a team from PT. Maluku and North Maluku Regional Development Bank Central Maluku Branch during 2018. Data were collected in 18 districts in Central Maluku Regency through the Rapid Survey Method for regional potential and socio-economic dynamics of the community. Central Maluku Regency BPS data support 2018 is a complementary input in the centrality analysis. The data were processed using quantitative descriptive analysis using Guttman scale/Marshall Centrality Index and spatial analysis tools using ArcmapGIS 10.3.1 software, to obtain a map of the regional service center. Central Maluku Regency is an archipelago, having district clusters spread over Seram Island, Ambon, Lease Islands and Banda. The district cluster is divided into 4 regions with the highest level of regional service being in Amahei District (11.14) and the lowest in Nusa Laut (2.50). Economic growth in sub-districts in the archipelago experienced a positive trend, concentrated on Ambon Island and Banda Islands, while the Lease Islands centrality index was in the lower middle category.

Analisis Rasio Modal, Efisiensi Operasional, Bunga Bersih, Likuiditas, Dan Kredit Bermasalah, Terhadap Rasio Laba

This study aims to analyze financial ratios which include Capital Ratios, Operational Efficiency Ratios, Net Interest Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Non-Performing Loans Ratios to Profit Ratios at Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The banks studied were based on bank grouping in terms of ownership category which included State-Owned Banks, National Private Foreign Exchange Banks, National Private Non-Foreign Exchange Banks, Regional Development Banks, Joint Venture Banks, and Foreign Banks. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Because the data used is secondary data, to determine the accuracy of the model, it is necessary to test several classical assumptions that underlie the regression model. Classical assumption tests used in this study include tests, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Furthermore, to test the effect of financial ratios as mentioned, statistical tests withused Multiple Linear Regression were. Based on the research, it is found that the Capital Ratio, Operational Efficiency, Interest Yield, Liquidity, and Non-Performing Loans affect bank profits.

Efisiensi Perbankan Daerah Di Indonesia

The development of banking industry in Indonesia could bring impact on the economic growth, especially in the face of the financial crisis. This study aims to examine scientifically the efficiency score of regional development banks. Furthermore, it also aims to understand further what factors influence the efficiency performance of regional development banks in Indonesia using the SFA (Stochastic Frontier Analysis) approach. The data used is from 25 Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Indonesia with the financial reporting period of 2011 to 2017. The results obtained are the level of efficiency of BPD in Indonesia does not reach 100%. The highest level of efficiency was at 97.80% in 2016. Then, the variable that affects bank efficiency is liquidity as measured by LDR, and credit risk as measured by NPL. Meanwhile, the variables of bank capital and profitability as well as the size of the bank and board of commissioners do not affect the efficiency of banks, especially Regional Development Banks in Indonesia in the period of 2011-2017.

Factors Affecting Loan to Deposit Ratio at Regional Development Banks in Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-performing loans (NPLs), Net Interest Margin (NIM ), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Regional Development Bank in Indonesia. Population and sample in this research is the Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Indonesia, which is registered in the Financial Services Authority 2011-2016 period as many as 26 banks. The samples in this study using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and regression of multiple panel data. Selection of panel data used is the Fixed Effects Model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that the Return on Assets (ROA) significant negative effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has negative and not significant to the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPLs) positive and not significant to the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) negative and not significant to the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) negative and not significant to the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The predictive ability of these five variables against the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) in this study amounted to 20.94%, while the remaining 79.06% influenced other variables not examined in this study. and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) negative and not significant to the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank DKI Mengunakan Risk Based Bank Rating Ratio

As one of the intermediation institutions and also a source of regional income, regional development banks (BPD) are currently faced with increasingly fierce competition. This study is titled assessment of the health level of bank DKI using RBBR ratio (Risk Based Bank Ratting) with the main focus in this study is to know and analyze the health level of regional development banks by using rbbr ratio as an assessment tool. The research method used is quantitative analysis that uses secondary data sourced from the bank's annual report in the period 2016 to 2020. The results of the study showed that the health level of DKI bank based on the overall RBBR Ratio showed good health performance in this study period. In 2016 the health assessment was good, in 2017 in 2018 in 2019 and in 2020.

Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Camel terhadap Kondisi Financial Distress Bank Umum di Indonesia

This study aims to determine and analyze predictions of financial distress conditions in commercial banks in Indonesia by testing the effect of the CAMEL ratio. The population used in this study is a company registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK)in the period 2013 to 2017. The independent variables used in this study are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), Return On Assets (ROA) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The number of research data samples consisted of 96 banks in Indonesia which included commercial banks, non-foreign banks, regional development banks and also foreign banks or as many as 480 observation data with data collection methods in the form of purposive sampling. Research data is obtained from bank financial reports published at BI and OJK through the websites www.bi.go.id and www.ojk.go.id. The data obtained will be tested using the binary logistic regression method. The test results proved that the ratio of NPL, ROA and LDR has a significant effect on the condition of financial distress, while CAR and BOPO do not have a significant effect on financial distress conditions Keywords: CAMEL ratio; financial distress; commercial banks

Analisis determinan keputusan nasabah menabung pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi (Studi kasus pegawai negeri sipil Kota Jambi)

This study aims to determine the characteristics of Jambi Regional Development Bank customers and to analyze the determinants of customer decisions to save at the Jambi Regional Development Bank, a case study of civil servants in Jambi City. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed online, with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling with quantitative descriptive research methods and analyzed using binary logistic regression models through the SPSS program. The sample is Jambi city civil servants as many as 99 respondents. This study indicates that the variables of income and education have no positive and significant effect on the customer's decision to save. While the civil servant class variables were divided into two using a dummy variable namely, civil servant class III had no significant effect. In contrast, class IV civil servant had a positive and significant impact on customer saving decisions. And the age variable has a positive and significant impact, and the number of family dependents has a negative and significant effect on the customer's decision to save. Tingkat Kesehatan dan Laba Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the health level of BPD in Indonesia and their impact on profits. The population and sample used were 27 BPD in Indonesia with financial reports for the period 2016-2018. The analysis technique used was descriptive and multiple regression with hypothesis testing, namely the t-test and F test. The results showed that in general BPD in Indonesia was in good health except Bank Banten during the 2016 - 2018 period was in an unsanitary condition. Then Bank Papua for 2016 is in an unhealthy condition and 2017 in a fairly healthy condition. Simultaneously all the independent variables in this study have a significant effect on the health level of BPD in Indonesia. The NPL and LDR variables have a significant effect on the health level of BPD in Indonesia, while the rest do not affect it. The variable level of bank soundness has a significant and significant effect on BPD earnings in Indonesia. The implication of doing this research is that banking management, especially Regional Development Banks in Indonesia, always maintains their level of health and can account for the mandate that has been given by the community to entrust their funds.Keywords: Current Asset Ratio; Non Performing Loans; Operational Income Operational Costs; Return On Asset; Loan to Deposit Ratio; Bank Soundness Level; Profit.

DETERMINAN FAKTOR SPESIFIK BANK TERHADAP NON-PERFORMING LOAN GROSS DAN NON-PERFORMING LOAN NET PADA BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH

This study aims to analyze the influence of bank-specific factors on Non-Performing Loan Gross (NPL gross) and Non-Performing Loan Net (NPL net) in Regional Development Banks 2009-2018. Bank-specific factors used in this study are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Net Interest Margin (NIM). The method used is panel data which is a combination of cross-section and time series. The results of this study indicate that CAR has a negative and significant effect on NPL gross, but has no effect on the NPL net. ROA has a negative and not significant effect on NPL gross but has a negative and significant effect on NPL net. ROE has a negative and significant effect on NPL gross and NPL net. While the LDR and NIM have a positive and significant effect on NPL gross and NPL net.

PENGARUH CAR, NPL DAN LDR TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS STUDI PADA BPD PULAU SULAWESI

The Regional Development Bank is one of the banking institutions in Indonesia where ownership of shares is in the hands of the Regional Provincial Government. The measurement of the level of profitability can use the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR).The study was conducted to determine the effect of the capital adequacy ratio, non-performing loan, and loan to deposit ratio on the profitability of Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Sulawesi Island. The data used is inferior data obtained indirectly through the official website of each Regional Development Bank. Research testing is done by using panel data regression. The results of the research test found that based on the F statistical test, a probability value of 0.000416 was obtained, indicating that the CAR, NPL and LDR variables had a significant effect on ROA simultaneously. While in the T test, the Capital Adequacy Ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Regional Development Banks in Sulawesi Island. Meanwhile, the other two variables, namely the Non-Performing Loan and Loan To Deposit Ratio have a positive and insignificant effect on the profitability of Regional Development Banks in Sulawesi Island.

The Impact of Bank Behavior, Financial Literacy on Investment Decisions, Mediation of Financial Inclusion and Debt Behavior. Study on Working Capital and Investment Debtors at Regional Development Bank Yogyakarta Indonesia

Bank behavior, financial literacy, financial inclusion, debt behavior, and investment affect the economic growth of an industry. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of bank behavior, financial literacy, financial inclusion, debt behavior on investment decisions of working capital and investment debtors in the Regional Development Bank of Yogyakarta. Indonesia. Examine the mediating role of financial inclusion, debt behavior on investment decisions. The research sample are 280 debtors. The analysis model used mediation regression with the PLS program. The results showed that: Bank behavior has an effect on financial inclusion. Bank behavior has an effect on debt behavior. Financial literacy has an effect on financial inclusion. Financial literacy has an effect on debt behavior. Financial inclusion mediates the effect of bank behavior on investment decisions. Debt behavior mediates the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions. The managerial implication of this research is: the flexibility of providing credit to customers, must be followed by control of the use of funds. Financial literacy, financial inclusion and higher debtor debt behavior will increase the movement of the industry. The right investment will improve entrepreneurial and banking performance.

Reformulation of Regulation Concerning Share Ownership in Regional Development Bank by Regional Governments of Indonesia

The Regional Development Bank is an investment or realization of the regional government's commitment to carry out the objectives of the Act in terms of improving the area. Regional Development Banks have an important role in moving the regional economy, but obstacles arise from the regulatory side which experience conflicting norms in terms of regulating share ownership by regions so that synchronization is needed to realize legal certainty. The research in this cynical article aims to find regulatory reformulation regarding share ownership at the Regional Development Bank (BPD) with legal certainty. The research in this article uses a type of normative juridical law research. The approaches used are Statute Approaches, Conceptual Approaches and Analytical Approaches. The results of the study indicate that there are inconsistencies in the provisions governing share ownership in BPD. This gives juridical implications for the emergence of rights, obligations and legal relations as a result of the inconsistency of these arrangements. Regulatory reformulation regarding BPD share ownership by Regional Governments is carried out by adopting and efficacy of the concept of norms, resulting in a consistent regulation regarding BPD share ownership by regional governments..

The Effect Of E-Services On Customer Commitments Medied By The Trust Variable

Customer commitment is one measure of the success of a company engaged in finance. Good service quality will increase customer commitment. Customers who have a high commitment will continue to carry out their financial transactions and inform others about the trust they get. This study aims to determine the impact of automated services (e-services) on customer commitment mediated by customer trust. This research was conducted at the Bali Regional Development Bank located in Denpasar – Bali. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 90 customers. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS).
 The results of the analysis show that e-services have a significant positive effect on customer trust and customer loyalty. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust significantly mediates the effect of e-service on customer commitment.

Manajemen Risiko Pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk

This study aims to identify and analyze risk management in banking, namely risk, operational risk, market risk, liquidity risk, legal risk, compliance risk, yield risk and investment risk. And to analyze the financial ratio reports for the first quarter and second quarter of 2020 at the West Java and Banten (BJB) Tbk development bank. This research uses descriptive quantitative method at PT. West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank Tbk (BJB) Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2020. The sample in this study is PT. West Java Regional Development Bank and Banten Tbk (BJB) which are registered on the IDX and are still operating in the 2018-2020 period. Data collection tools in this study are to use the method of observation on financial data at the bank and internet research. The results of this study indicate the existence of smooth and bad conditions in management analysis and financial ratio analysis at BJB banks which consist of analysis of CAR, non-performing assets, CKPN, gross NPF, NPF Net, ROA, ROE, NI, NOM, BOPO, and FDR. The results of the overall calculation at PT. West Java Regional Development Bank and Banten Tbk, in the 2018-2020 period experienced an increase and decrease every year.

Penerapan Manajemen Risiko pada Tingkat Efisiensi Keuangan di Bank DKI Jakarta

Efficiency is one measure of bank performance. The efficiency of a bank is influenced by the way management manages risk. Financial services authority regulation number 18 /pojk.03/2016 issued by Bank Indonesia which requires every bank in Indonesia to form a risk management team. Risk management problems in the banking world are related to the losses they experience, and Regional Development Banks are expected to be able to detect maximum losses that may arise in the future. This team is obliged to control various aspects of risk management in each bank and observe the impact of risk management implementation. This study aims to determine the efficiency level of conventional banking at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah and the effect of financing risk, operational risk and liquidity risk on the efficiency level. Efficiency is measured by the method of Operating Expenses from Operating Income. The data used as the object of this research is Bank DKI Jakarta for the 2015-2020 period. The level of influence of the variables X1, X2, X3 on Y on the determinant coefficient (R2) shows the Adjusted R Square number of 0.359 or 35.9% which means that the variation in efficiency level can be explained by financing risk, operational risk and liquidity risk, the remaining 64.1% can be explained from other variables outside, for previous related studies there is no similarity in the influence of independent (x) and dependent (Y) values, because of differences in values ??generated from SPSS processing data. Based on the results of statistical tests and discussion analysis, it is known that financing risk, operational risk, liquidity risk simultaneously have no effect on the level of efficiency and only financing risk has a significant positive effect on the level of efficiency at PT Bank DKI Jakarta.

Pengaruh Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Triwulan 2016 – 2020 Pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur

Importance The role of banking is currently very dominant with the financial system. A good financial system will have a positive effect on banking performance. This study aims to determine the effect of banking risk which is analyzed using the ratio of NPL, NIM, LDR, BOPO on financial performance with ROA at the Regional Development Bank of East Java. The data used in this study were obtained from annual published financial reports from the website ojk.go.id. The number of samples is 20 East Java Regional Development Banks with a quarterly period from 2016-20202. This study uses the SSS method where the results of the research show that the determinant coefficient (R2) shows the Adjusted R Square number of 0.988 or 98.8%, which means that variations in the level of financial performance can be explained by NPL, NIM, LDR and BOPO on ROA, the remaining 1.2 % can be explained from other variables outside the research variables. For the research results simultaneously, NPL, NIM, LDR, and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA. The effect partially for NPL Risk (X1) does not have a significant negative effect partially on ROA (Y), for NIM risk (X2) has a partially significant positive effect on ROA (Y), for LDR risk (X3) does not have a significant negative effect partial to the level of ROA (Y), and for the risk of OEOI (X4) a significant negative effect partially on the level of ROA (Y). It is better if the Regional Development Bank of East Java, must be able to identify the risks that may occur in its business activities. In connection with the results of research where the Bank must minimize NPL, LDR and OEOI ratio because it has a negative effect on ROA. Then maximize NIM because it has a positive effect on ROA.

PENGARUH MANFAAT, KEPERCAYAAN, DAN KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN TERHADAP MINAT NASABAH MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN MOBILE BANKING PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH SUMATERA BARAT CABANG KOTO BARU, DHARMASRAYA

This research aims to test the effect of benefits, trust, and ease of use on customer interests using mobile banking services at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Koto Baru Branch, Dharmasraya. The variables used in this study are bound variables i.e. customer interest (Y), and free variables consist of benefits (X1), trust (X2), and ease of use (X3). The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The accumulation of data used in this study was primary data from questionnaires and using teknik slovin. Technical data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test. The population in this study was a customer of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Koto Baru Dharmasraya Branch, the sample in this study amounted to 148 respondents.The research data was collected from respondents' results and analyzed with liniear regression and hypothesis test. The results showed that the variable benefits did not have a positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (1,138<1.665) dan untuk variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar (25.426>1,655), furthermore for ease of use positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (2,810>1,655).

Analisis Sistem Dan Prosedur Akuntansi dalam Pemberian Kredit Produktif pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Cabang Muara Bulian

Know the accounting system and procedures clearly and accurately so that the implementation of credit disbursement is selective and on target, especially productive credit to debtors at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch, is the purpose of this research. The implementation of credit disbursement effectively and efficiently can be carried out properly in accordance with the standards and regulations that apply in general and in particular. Comparing the opinions of experts or references that are used as guidelines or technical instructions with the implementation in this research, and describe in detail the chronological details of the results of this research with qualitative descriptive methods. So that clear and detailed results are obtained from this research which shows that the systems and procedures that are run by PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch in the implementation of lending, especially productive credit, can be carried out properly in accordance with applicable principles and standards. Until the goal is to provide the best service and be able to choose the right debtors so that the provision of productive credit can be carried out effectively and efficiently, as expected.

Faktor-Faktor Pencegahan Fraud pada Lembaga Perbankan

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the prevention of fraud in banking institutions including the implementation of good corporate governance, the application of the tri hita karana culture and the existence of a whistleblowing system. The location of this research is the Regional Development Bank (BPD) Bali with a population of all staff of BPD Bali Renon branch with a total sample of 96 respondents and using the saturated sample method. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study illustrate that the implementation of good corporate governance, the application of the tri hita karana culture, and the whistleblowing system in the company illustrates a significant positive effect on fraud prevention efforts at Bank BPD Bali.
