Financial Analysis of Shipbuilding Business in Lampulo Village, Banda Aceh City

Statistics from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) noted that in 2019 the Aceh region had 29,713 fishing vessels. Fishing vessels are an important means for fishing business. With the production of fishing vessels, there will be a running shipbuilding industry. The shipyard serves as a place for shipbuilding as well as a place to repair damaged ships. Shipbuilding is a capture fisheries support industry that can meet the needs of repairs for fishing vessels that carry out loading and unloading at ports. There are three types of shipyards in Indonesia, namely traditional shipyards, semi-modern shipyards and modern shipyards. Shipbuilding business cannot operate optimally if there is less demand from consumers. One of the shipbuilding business industries in Aceh is in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City, which is a shipyard that is still traditional. This study aims to determine the feasibility of a shipyard business located in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. The research method used in this research is to use financial analysis methods consisting of profit, Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Break Event Point (BEP). Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that the profit obtained was Rp. 13.746.986.912 over a period of 10 years, the NPV is Rp. 10.479.852.239, Net B/C Ratio of 2.3, IRR of 61%, PP of 1.57 or the rate of return on investment value of less than 3 year and BEP or the break-even point of business which is at point 0. Results This exceeds the business feasibility limit, so it can be concluded that the shipyard business in Lampulo Village, Banda Aceh City is in a feasible condition.Keywords: fishing shipyard, financial analysis, Lampulo

Settlement Of Case Through The Traditional Court After The Entry Of A Collective Decision Between The Governor Of The Head Of The Aceh Regional Police And The Aceh Traditional Assembly

This research tries to obtain the legal information experimentally by going straight to the target, namely understanding and knowing the settlement of cases carried out by the customary courts in Aceh after the enactment of the Joint Decree between the Governor, the Aceh Regional Police Chief, the Chairperson of MAA Number 189/677/ 2011, 1054/MAA/XII/2011 and No. B/121/1/2012 concerning the Implementation of Gampong and Mukim Customary Courts or other names in Aceh. This type of research is qualitative using an empirical juridical approach. In this study, a sociological juridical approach was used as an investigation technique. Law enforcement factors feel sympathy for the families of the victims who are underprivileged and minimize the expenses for the families of the victims, because if the victim makes a complaint to the police, it will cost a lot of money to get to court. Then the factor of the authority of the Customary Court, the Gampong apparatus is hesitant and even does not have the heart to refuse cases reported by the community, even though the case is not the authority of the customary court. And the legal culture factor, some of the people who are not aware of the law, in this case many people do not know that there is a Joint Decree between the Governor, the Aceh Police Chief and the MAA, so that people ignore that cases of traffic accidents that cause victims to lose their lives are not under their authority. customary court.

Persepsi Non-Muslim Terhadap Perbankan Syariah di Kota Banda Aceh

The implementation of Qanun Aceh number 11 of 2018 has given a new face to the financial industry in Province Aceh. The qanun stipulates that every bank carrying out its activities in the Aceh region must be based on sharia principles. This study aims to see how the Non-Muslim community's perception of the interest in using Islamic banking products in Aceh. The population in this study were all Non-Muslim communities living in the city of Banda Aceh, amounting to 4,827 people, while the sample was taken using the Slovin formula so that 100 samples were obtained. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing 10 informants and distributing questionnaires to 100 samples. The method used in this study uses mixed methods.The results of qualitative interviews and qualitative results from the distribution of the questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively by performing multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that in general, non-Muslim communities hope that in Aceh, not only Islamic banking operates but also conventional banking, as before the enactment of Qanun 11 of 2018, making it easier to carry out financial and business transactions. Based on the regression results, it is also found that cognitive perception variables (X1), affective perceptions (X2) and conative perceptions (X3) affect the interest (Y) of non-Muslims in using islamic banking in Banda Aceh.

The Role of Women in Increasing Oil Palm Production in Aceh Province

Regional development is largely determined by the potential possessed by a region, the wisdom made by the local government must refer to the potential of areas that have the opportunity to be developed, especially the plantation subsector. The high demand for exports of plantation products has encouraged the development of a number of plantation commodities in various regions. Palm oil is one of the leading commodities in the plantation subsector in Aceh Province. Until now, oil palm is a prima donna crop of the people in the Aceh region and in several other regions. Palm oil is the development of an agribusiness-based plantation subsector. The activities of oil palm plantations and their derivative products provide high added value in the economic sector. The importance of developing oil palm plantations is increasingly felt in the impact on the workforce of both men and women who work in the oil palm plantation sector and its derivative sectors. Women are an important part of the palm oil industry that is always present in every chain of the palm oil production process. This impact can be seen from the increase in income of the farming community, resulting in an increase in the purchasing power of rural people, both for primary and secondary needs. Based on the role of oil palm in the rural economy and the development of oil palm plantation areas in the Aceh area. The selection of research sites is in the Western region of Aceh which includes: Aceh Singkil and Meulaboh Regencies and the Eastern region of Aceh includes: North Aceh Regency, East Aceh, Kuala Simpang. It is known that the region has many characteristics of the oil palm plantation industry in Aceh province.

Seismic Performance of Special Truss Moment Frames With X-Bracing Type: Influence of Building Height

Abstract This study investigated the implementation of Special Truss Moment Frames (STMF) X-braced type in accordance with the recommendations of the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP), 1997:2000 and Indonesian National Standards (SNI) 1726 where it is stated that the STMF may only be used up to a maximum building height of 48 m (160 feet) for Seismic Design Category of D. The analyses compared the seismic response of apartment buildings using STMF system with different height: 44 m (11 stories), 48 m (12 stories), and 52 m (13 stories). The nonlinear behaviors were investigated through a series of nonlinear time history and pushover analyses, including the inelastic response of the structural components, top-roof displacement, drift ratio, and ductility. The structural modeling and the selection of steel sections were performed in SAP 2000 based on SNI 1726 code, considering that the structure was built on medium soil in Aceh region. Seismic performance was examined through a series of pushover and nonlinear time history analysis (NLTHA) using three scaled accelerogram: Elcentro 1940, Northridge 1994 and Kobe 1995 records. The results of the study show that in case of STMF structure with the height of 52 m (higher than the maximum height of STMF structure stated in the codes), the seismic performance of the structure was excellent and met the requirements. Axial plasticization occurred only in X-braces, not followed by the formation of plastic hinges at the ends of the ductile segments. Meanwhile, the other structural components remained elastic. This indicates that the structure can still be used after the earthquake, by replacing only the X-braced components. The drift ratio met the requirements and the roof displacements behavior was asymptotic, indicating that there is no residual horizontal displacement of the building after the seismic loads occurred.

Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Barat

Organizational commitment is belief in the organization and plays a role in realizing organizational goals and has a desire to continue to be in the organization, performance is the result of work done by someone in his business. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the West Aceh Regional Secretariat office. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression. Based on simple linear regression equation analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that there is an influence between organizational commitment (X) and employee performance (Y), this is proven by a simple linear test which shows that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance in the Secretariat office. From the t-test, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, the f-test also shows that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Secretariat office. And the result of the determinant coefficient explains that 30.8% of employee performance is influenced by indicators of organizational commitment.

The Problem of Alleviating the Poor in the Special Autonomy Governance of Aceh Province

The issuance of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for the Province of the Special Region of Aceh as the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh are the efforts of the central government to improve the welfare of the people in Aceh Province. During the 20 years of the special autonomy, it has not played a significant role in alleviating the people’s poverty in Aceh. The dynamics of local politics, culture, and history, as well as the lack of organizational and managerial capacity at the sub-national and national levels, are suspected as the culprits of the failure of decentralization. The research objective is built on a perspective that refers to three specific aspects, namely the Governance Dynamics Perspective, the Governance Strategy Perspective, and the Governance Capacity Perspective, to analyze the governance of special autonomy in Aceh Province in alleviating the Poor. Through the literature study method, we will dig up a lot of accurate information and data related to the Alleviation of the Poor in the Special Autonomy Governance of Aceh Province. The research results found that the special autonomy going on so far was the designation of political agreements aimed at regional elites, not the general public. Local government administration's ineffective control is also influenced by the exogenous relationship between governance and regional development in alleviating poverty. In summary, the regional government of Aceh Province does not yet understand: (1) the need for supervision involving the community, (2) the absence of a monitoring mechanism so that the community is not affected, (3) local government effectiveness, (4) lack of information facilities, (5) coordination of public apparatus, (6) inefficient and ineffective service delivery, (7) lack of institutional capacity, (8) human resources, (9) the complexity of the central-regional relationship, (10) local elite power struggle, (11) in the Aceh Special Autonomy Law, regional leaders and local political parties have no responsibility or role in improving welfare. This causes (1) the imbalance between the income of the poor and the expenditure on primary and secondary needs, (2) the poor in Aceh cannot meet a decent standard of living due to low skills based on the size of the poverty line, (3) the quality and competence of human resources due to education cause low public participation in public policies, (4) high transaction costs due to limited access, low connectivity between regions, and limited supply of goods, production facilities, and infrastructure, (5) strategically fluctuating basic commodity prices and low regional government control.

Keberadaan Otonomi Khusus Daerah Istimewa Aceh dalam Rangka Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Aceh

The granting of special autonomy to the special regions of Aceh through the central government's decentralization system to local governments, so that the province of Aceh remains a part of the unitary state of the republic of Indonesia. Law Number 18 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for the Province of the Special Region of Aceh is a statutory regulation which is equivalent to and at the same level as regional regulations in managing their own regions according to community initiatives. This special autonomy law regulates local governments in terms of development, infrastructure, poverty alleviation, education, social and health funding. There have been many regulations regarding the implementation of special autonomy for regions that were given autonomy, such as the law on financial balance between the central government and regional governments, the Aceh government law (UUPA) and the special autonomy law. The existence of Law Number 18 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for the Province of the Special Region of Aceh has a positive impact on the development of development and improvement of the regional economy in the context of welfare and justice in Acehnese society. The aim of the research is to know the development of the welfare of the people of Aceh before the special autonomy policy is given and after the special autonomy policy is given. This research uses quantitative methods, namely research that approaches books, articles, papers and journals covering special autonomy in the Aceh region. Apart from that, this research also uses a statute approach and a conceptual approach.

The Effect of Discipline Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) Region I Aceh

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation, Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh Region, This research was conducted in the city of Banda Aceh, with a total sample of 144 respondents, where the sampling used as respondents was carried out in the form of a census, namely making the entire population of employees of PT. The objects in this study are the facilities, individual abilities, and efforts of the independent variables. performance. The results of this study identified that simultaneously, the variable Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance had a significant effect on performance, while partially, the variable Motivation and Discipline also had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh Region.

BANTUAN MESIN PEMBUATAN TERASI UNTUK PENGUSAHA UMKM DI DESA PULAU KAMPAI KECAMATAN PANGKALAN SUSU KABUPATEN LANGKAT

Economic growth in Indonesia is influenced by various factors, one of which is the involvement of UMKM. In accordance with the 1945 Constitution article 33 paragraph 4, UMKM are part of the national economy with an independent perspective and have great potential to improve people's welfare. The parties responsible for developing and fostering UMKM are the Government, Business Entities and the community, including Universities. Empowerment of UMKM through the provision of mentoring facilities and strengthening assistance aims to grow and improve the capabilities and competitiveness of these UMKM. One of the Terasi entrepreneurs in Pulau Kampai Village who has been producing terasi for more than 10 years, has marketed his products to various regions in North Sumatra and Aceh as well as other areas. The large demand for terasi produced makes it unable to supply. This is because the existing machines are used today are small capacity. Therefore, the UISU Faculty of Engineering has provided assistance in the form of terasi processing machine with a larger capacity. It is hoped that with the use of this assistance machine, its production capacity will increase while at the same time being able to meet the ever-increasing demand.

PRIORITAS PENANGANAN REHABILITASI RENOVASI DAN PENILAIAN KONDISI SARANA PRASARANA SEKOLAH DAN MADRASAH DI KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Based on Presidential Regulation Number 43 of 2019, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing through the Aceh Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center continues to accelerate the rehabilitation of schools/madrasahs' infrastructure. Aceh Besar Regency has an educational infrastructure totaling 376 public schools/madrasahs, including in the outermost (border) area. This research aims to identify and analyze the assessment of the condition of schools/madrasahs' infrastructure, as well as analyze the priorities for handling the rehabilitation and renovation of schools/madrasahs in Aceh Besar Regency. This study used a mixed-methods method where questionnaires were used as population and instrument determinations through observation and surveys. Samples were obtained from 79 public schools/madrasahs in Aceh Besar Regency. The processing techniques were carried out on 31 public schools/madrasahs identified as severely/moderately damaged, an analysis of the level of damage to schools/madrasahs based on the Circular Letter of the Directorate General of Cipta Karya Number 47 of 2020. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling with considerations based on stakeholders. Respondents were determined as many as 6 stakeholders in the field of infrastructure. The criteria reviewed are state schools/madrasahs, have at least 1 classroom heavily/moderately damaged, are in a 3T area or developing village (lagging, frontier, and outermost), are in state-owned locations/lands (recorded in state assets), are not currently receiving funding assistance, non-permanent buildings, and the number of students/i. The data analysis technique is used Multi-Criteria Analysis. The results showed that the dominant criterion that needs to be considered in handling the rehabilitation and renovation of schools/madrasahs infrastructure in Aceh Besar Regency is the criteria for state schools/madrasahs. Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Sekertariat Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Barat

This study aims to identify whether the workload affects the performance of employees at the West Aceh Regional Secretariat office, and whether the work environment affects the performance of the employees of the West Aceh Regional Secretariat Office. The samples involved in this study were as many as 20% 0f population. This study used a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the instrument in the data collection technique. SPSS version 25.0 was employed to analyze the data obtained. The results of the study stated that based on the results of the T test, workload had a positive effect on employee performance and the work environment also had an effect on employee performance. Similar to the T test, the results of the F test also show that the two variables (workload and work environment) affected employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test show that 39.50% of employee performance was influenced by workload and work environment.

Kearifan Lokal Penataan Ruang Wilayah Mukim Yang Berkelanjutan Di Aceh

Until now there has not been an in-depth and comprehensive of spatial planning based on local wisdom as strengthening the specificity of the Aceh region based on Law Number 11 Year 2016 concerning Aceh Government and Qanun No. 4 of 2003 concerning the Mukim Government. The purpose of this study is to analyze the local wisdom of spatial planning for sustainable settlements in Aceh. This research is a normative-supported empirical law study. The results showed that in the preparation of the Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) the Mukim/mukim was not involved. In fact, information regarding the RTRW documents was never shared with the Imeum Mukim. The results of research in the residential areas of Aceh Besar, Pidie Jaya and North Aceh districts found that generally Mukims submitted the same complaints where Mukim was not informed or involved in the preparation of the RTRW in their area. Mukim’s authority is only limited to the resolution of disputes arising among the residents of the village in the Mukim region.

The correlation among pregnant woman's education level with knowledge and behaviour on readiness toward COVID-19 pandemic.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, pregnant woman were a particular group who had a high risk and vulnerable spread by a coronavirus. So that, knowledge and behaviour might have an impact on a woman's health during their pregnancy. This study aims to determine the relationship between pregnant woman's educational level with knowledge and behaviour towards their readiness in facing COVID-19 pandemic in two regions in Aceh (North Aceh and Pidie). The type of research used a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was a snowball sampling with a sample size of 138 pregnant women selected as respondents. Data were collected by using an online questionnaire and was conducted from June to July 2020. The questionnaire was arranged by researcher with expert judgement validity. The chi-square test was used for data analysis with PSPP. The result showed that there was a significant correlation between pregnant woman's education level and knowledge of pregnant women's readiness on facing COVID-19 pandemic (p = .000), and there was a significant correlation between pregnant woman's education's level and behaviour of pregnant woman readiness on facing COVID-19 pandemic (p = .000). Therefore, to have successful pregnancies, it is hoped that the family and the government support adequate health services for pregnant women's readiness to face COVID-19 pandemic.

The Implementation of Regional Policies Related to Sharia Financial Institutions in Lhokseumawe

One of the advantages of the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam is the Shari'a legal framework included in Law No. 11 of 2006 governing Aceh's administration. This study examines the role of the Indonesian Islamic Bank Lhokseumawe Area in the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic Financial Institutions. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Lhokseumawe Area contributed to applying the Qanun for Islamic Financial Institutions starting from account migration, socialization of sharia products, sharia services and also signing of cooperation agreements with partners to use products from sharia banking. One of the focuses of BSI Lhokseumawe Area in the process of integrating service operational systems in the Aceh region is the customer migration process from the original bank to Bank Syariah Indonesia. This migration process can be done online through BSI Mobile or face-to-face. ATM cards, mobile and internet banking. In this process, the convenience and security of customer data are prioritized. The implementation of the qanun does not necessarily go well, there are obstacles faced in the process of implementing the qanun. Implementing Islamic financial services requires the attention and hard work of all parties and not only the bank. Stakeholders and citizens can continue to be patient and continue to encourage, and provide support to these financial institutions in correcting the weaknesses that occur so that with the presence of the Indonesian Sharia Bank, they can improve sharia economic growth and also for the benefit of the people.

Analisis Trend Pengeluaran Konsumsi Pangan Di Provinsi Aceh

This study aims to analyze the trend of food and beverage consumption expenditure in Aceh Province. This study used secondary data, namely time series data using the least square trend analysis method. The results of this study show that food and beverage consumption expenditures in Aceh Province for 2023 are experiencing an increasing trend. The largest Food Consumption Expenditure is the Central Aceh Region, followed by the Eastern Region. The least consumption is in the South-West Region. However, it is estimated that in 2023 the growth of consumption expenditure in the South -West Aceh Region is estimated to increase relative to the other three regions.

MODELLING INDIAN OCEAN AIR TEMPERATURE USING ADDITIVE MODEL

In this study, we used the fluctuating air temperature dataset. The change is caused by data fluctuations, trend, seasonality, cyclicity and irregularities. The generalized additive model (GAM) data approach is used to describe these phenomena. The aim of this research is to find out the factors that affect the air temperature in the Indian Ocean, find a suitable model, and obtain the best model from three approximate methods, namely the Linear Model (LM), the Generalized Linear Model (GLM), and the GAM models, which use a dataset of factors that affect the temperature of the Indian Ocean (close to Aceh region). For the air temperature of α = 0.05, the significant effects are precipitation, relative humidity, sea surface temperature, and the wind speed. The LM, GLM and GAM models are quite feasible because they all meet and pass the classical hypothesis tests, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, and the autocorrelation test. The appropriate model is GAM model based on adaptive smoothers. Compared to the LM, GLM and GAM models, GAM model with the adaptive smoothers base gave smallest AIC values of 4552.890 and 2392.396 where modeling was without and with time variable respectively. Therefore, it can be said that the correct model used at air temperature is the GAM model for adaptive smoothers base.

Pengaruh Motivasi dan Independensi Auditor Terhadap Kinerja Auditor

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and auditor independence on auditor performance at the inspectorate in the Aceh region. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression to predict the effect of the independent variables. Strategi Pengawasan Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia (KPI) Aceh Terhadap Tata Kelola Isi Siaran di Aceh

The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) is an independent or stand-alone institution, this institution consists of two, namely the Central Regional Broadcasting Commission and the Regional Regional Broadcasting Commission. This study describes how the performance of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission, especially in the Aceh region, on the management of broadcast content in Aceh, it is very useful so that later broadcasts that are widely circulated and widely enjoyed by the public can be useful and do not violate the Indonesian broadcasting law. The purpose of this study is to find out how the governance of broadcast content in Aceh is carried out by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), especially in the Aceh region and minimize errors so that broadcasters will comply with regulations. The method used in this research is using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that the Aceh Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission only acts as a regulator of content distribution in Aceh. However, the current manpower shortage and availability of experts for good governance is far from over. In addition, the lack of budget for the procurement of competent monitoring equipment is one of the main obstacles faced by the Aceh KPID. So it can be concluded that the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission in Aceh has carried out the management of broadcast content to the maximum extent possible, and is supported by several parties who have helped in monitoring the broadcast content that is disseminated.
