The possibilities of determining effective modes of gas turbines operation are considered. The method of recovering the heat of exhaust gases by cyclic cooling air inlet to the compressor and cooling heat-pumped gas refrigeration machines is considered and analyzed as one of the efficient ways to increase energy efficiency throughout the power plant as a whole. In the article, the integral criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of compression system compressor stations and the method of determining the optimal operating conditions of gas compressor units in order to reduce energy consumption through the use of refrigeration plants with low-boiling working bodies, working on the use of exhaust heat of gas-turbine plants in specific climatic conditions, are proposed.
