Many techniques and many Technologies have been developed and developing in the Medical field. Affordability of many of the devices is growing rapidly day-by-day. Devices play a very important role in the terms of Science, in the field of Medical. It also plays a main role in health monitoring, safety monitoring, early disease detection etc. Analyzing of data can be done with real time Entity. Even we need to set the proper timing or alarm timing whenever and wherever it is needed. To store large no. of data in hospitals, every hospital has its private cloud to store the private data of each and every patient. This private cloud helps us to store large amount of the data with different records. It also stores the particular data and all the history related to patients health and also the improvement records. This whole data has been privately stored with the help of IOT (Internet of Things). And we can also access it whenever needed.

Separate legal personality – an explanation and a defence

ABSTRACT The article proposes a modern version of real entity theory to explain the principle of the separate legal personality of the company. This theoretical model relies on scholarship from the wider social sciences that demonstrates that organisations bring about behaviours that would not exist but for the organisational context. Organisations are real in their consequences. The principle of separate legal personality condones, supports, and protects the ability of organisations to act autonomously. The article further suggests that we do not need a principle of corporate ‘disregard’ but should continue on the path of developing context-specific rules addressing questions arising out of corporate abuses.

Exploring Dens Invaginatus Types I and II: Diagnosis, Challenges, and Solutions - A Case Report

Dens invaginatus is a common malformation of maxillary lateral incisors with varying anatomical features that impose challenges to diagnosis and treatment. It is considered a real clinical entity which, even if the tooth is clinically healthy, it can cause pulpal damages that can progress silently and lead to necrosis and its complications. The aim of this article is to expose a clinical case of patient with two types of dental invaginations; I and II incidentally discovered during a routine radiological examination, affecting the two permanent maxillary lateral incisors which are clinically healthy, and which required endodontic treatment following pulpal damages. The focus will be on the description of the clinical and radiological characteristics of this abnormality, the difficulties and the strategies employed to manage this clinical condition.

Three-dimensional model construction of power distribution room and its digital twin physical structure research

Abstract Aiming at the problem of complex internal structure and difficult monitoring of the distribution room, a new monitoring method for the distribution room based on a digital twin is studied. Firstly, a 3D model design method for the distribution room is proposed by combining visualization technology and 3D Max software to complete the modeling. The 3D laser technology is used to scan the entity to get the texture photos of the 3D laser points and the raw data, then a complete model is obtained by modeling the details, and finally, the texture photos are mapped with the model to get the final model. To enhance the model’s accuracy, the optimal minimum spanning tree model optimization method is proposed, and the power distribution room’s three-dimensional model design is now finished. On the basis of the feature extraction of the sensor data of the distribution room, the digital twin technology is used to realize the matching of the information model architecture from the real entity of the distribution room to the virtual model, digital conversion, correlation of the operating data features and real-time monitoring, and then the monitoring method of the distribution room based on the digital twin is obtained. The experimental analysis yields a 3D Max modeling time of 9.98s and a fineness of 90%, which is more suitable for the construction of complex 3D models of distribution rooms than the other two methods. The accuracy of digital twin wireless communication is kept at 98% or above, and the system operation is disturbed to a small extent. It shows that digital twin technology is suitable for monitoring the complex structure inside the distribution room.

Shareholder stewardship: autonomy and sociality

ABSTRACT Notwithstanding the prevalent facets of shareholder stewardship as a market concept, this paper advances the argument that there is another constitutive - though well hidden - element that is more apt to fully grasp its distinctive features and better inform market and public policy initiatives. This element regards stewardship's essence as a social norm. Indeed, what this article calls the `stewardship sociality' offers original insights into the dynamics developing between different stewards. In parallel, building upon the premises of a real entity theory of company law, this paper explores the social interactions within and between stewardship groups, by demonstrating that their autonomous action requires a minimally coercive response from law. It is thus `stewardship autonomy', as it is called in this paper, that suggests that any legal reform needs to be confined in soft law instruments that depict the sociality of stewardship within a constantly evolving global landscape.

Leveraging a visual language for the awareness-based design of interaction requirements in digital twins

User interfaces for digital twins (DTs) should provide information that allows the user to be aware of the state of the physical entity that is virtualised. Typically, this real entity is a shared space in which various human and artificial agents interact (for instance, in smart cities, various citizens and vehicles interact; in manufacturing, operators and machinery cooperate in the production, etc.) and the user interface must provide information about its state. This work presents ADD (Awareness Description Diagrams) as a technique for modelling requirements of Human–DT interaction. A study was conducted in order to virtualise a natural space where groups of hikers carry out their activities. This study assesses the learning curve of ADD, its feasibility to model Human–DT requirements, and its utility to design user interfaces. The results of the study provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of the ADD technique.

Invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma of the colorectum: expanding the morphologic spectrum of large bowel cancer

BackgroundInvasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma is a recently recognized adenocarcinoma with distinctive features. It was first described in the cervix but similar tumors have since been reported in the penis, anus and prostate. In the gastrointestinal tract, the phenomenon of epithelial stratification has an interesting embryologic morphogenesis. Gastrointestinal mucosa starts off as nascent columnar epithelium that is subsequently patterned to confer regional specific functions. However, in disease states, normal architectural patterning can be disrupted by aberrant differentiation. Given this background and the phenotypic plasticity of neoplastic cells, we were interested in ascertaining whether invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma occurs in the colorectum.MethodsThis was a retrospective study of all 584 cases of colorectal carcinoma accessioned at our institution over a 2-year period (January 2021- December 2022). Cases were analyzed to determine which fulfilled the criteria for invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma.ResultsThere were 9 cases of colorectal invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma—one pure form and 8 mixed. They showed the classic colorectal (CK20 + , CDX2 + , CK7-) immunostaining profile but, based on various morphologic criteria, they could be distinguished from conventional adenocarcinoma NOS, mucinous, signet ring cell, medullary, goblet cell and undifferentiated carcinomas. About half the cases were MLH1/PMS2 deficient and BRAF &/or PIK3CA mutated, which aligns with the hypermutated phenotype.ConclusionsColorectal invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma appears to be a real entity, best recognized in its early stages. It appears to be a high-grade carcinoma. With tumor progression, it evolves into a mucinous adenocarcinoma with a proclivity towards signet ring cells. In summary, the study of this tumor, particularly in its early stages, provides useful clues to further understanding the biology and progression of large bowel cancer. Further studies are required to learn more about this tumor.

Research on Game Virtual Character Behavior Decision Driven by Artificial Intelligence Algorithms

Online games have achieved sustained and rapid growth in various aspects such as game variety, quantity, genre, market size, and number of practitioners. The significance of behavioral Decision model is to make virtual roles have the ability to be as similar as possible to the behavior of real entity objects. Therefore, this article attempts to conduct research on AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithmic driven game virtual character behavior decision-making. Research has shown that the algorithm proposed in this paper can train states in a stable state space faster in behavioral decision-making experiments. In the early learning stage, the advantages of the algorithm are not obvious. With the progress of learning, the Rate of convergence of the algorithm will gradually accelerate. On the whole, the Rate of convergence of the algorithm in this paper is higher than that of ACA (Ant Colony Algorithm) algorithm. This article takes virtual football competition as an example to construct a virtual football competition scene and conduct research on the behavior decision-making module of virtual players participating in football competition. The aim is to make virtual players have a certain degree of autonomy and intelligence, and their behavior decision-making module has a good sense of reality.

Hybrid theory of corporate legal personhood and its application to artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is often compared to corporations in legal studies when discussing AI legal personhood. This article also uses this analogy between AI and companies to study AI legal personhood but contributes to the discussion by utilizing the hybrid model of corporate legal personhood. The hybrid model simultaneously applies the real entity, aggregate entity, and artificial entity models. This article adopts a legalistic position, in which anything can be a legal person. However, there might be strong pragmatic reasons not to confer legal personhood on non-human entities. The article recognizes that artificial intelligence is autonomous by definition and has greater de facto autonomy than corporations and, consequently, greater potential for de jure autonomy. Therefore, AI has a strong attribute to be a real entity. Nevertheless, the article argues that AI has key characteristics from the aggregate entity and artificial entity models. Therefore, the hybrid entity model is more applicable to AI legal personhood than any single model alone. The discussion recognises that AI might be too autonomous for legal personhood. Still, it concludes that the hybrid model is a useful analytical framework as it incorporates legal persons with different levels of de jure and de facto autonomy.

Considerations in the Design of Realistic Agents for Serious Games

Artificially intelligent software agents are a staple of the video game and simulation industry, and are used for many purposes ranging from entertainment to training to analysis and decision support. Using data from live training exercises, this paper considers the process of constructing an effective data pipeline to determine the critical features that should be represented in intelligent agents for use in game-based training environments. Intelligent agents are often developed to represent the cognitive processes and behaviors of individuals or aggregate units or teams. The goal of the research described herein is to determine if the construction, training and validation of autonomous agents can be enhanced by modeling their perception, decision, and action processes after real entity behaviors captured during live training exercises.

Social systems according to specific systems theory

The Specific Systems Theory (STS) proposes a system definition that describes them precisely based on six postulates that establish the sufficient and necessary elements for some real entity to be a system. This contradicts and rejects the traditional definition of Bertalanffy (1968), which mentions that a system is a conglomerate of interacting components. Based on the definition of system that is the main foundation of STS, the various types of social systems, which have been scarcely studied, are analyzed in this study. The literature that exists in this regard is abundant in arguments about their behavior, but all the arguments generated have been developed based on various concepts that have no relation to their systemic properties. In this work, social systems are analyzed from the perspective of their systemic characteristics, their systemic nature and their systemic properties. The definition of system that supports STS makes it possible to clearly and easily understand how social systems work and explain their behavior as systems and not simply as societies, which is the inadequate approach that has been used to discuss them until now.

THE PHENOMENON OF SEPARATION OF OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL IN CORPORATE LAW

This essay discusses the phenomenon of separation of ownership and control by arguing who is the real owner of company. This study raises the issue that the practice of classifying learners into categories in the existing sociology of education no longer meets the needs of the times. This is because it cannot reflect the demands of our times that emphasize the ability of free self-creation latent in individuals. Education that suits human life that shares interest and meaning of life based on individual uniqueness, requires enhancing the ability to associate with others rather than the traditional educational emphasis on socialization. In order to newly empower individuals who have been separated from abstract society as society grows and becomes more complex, this study examines how a particular but influential conception of society in the West and Korea has lost the individual as a concrete and real entity to a large group such as a nation state or nation. The process of inventing the modern individual paired with the evolution of such a modern society is examined through Western history, and how it has rolled out in Korean society is also is examined. It also includes the process of individualization that is emerging in the most recent Korean society. Lastly, this study discuss why the learner of our time must be a qualitative individual that Simmel distinguished from a quantitative individual. In addition, through Simmel's ‘Law of The Individual,’ we discuss how it can be the categorical imperative of education in our time to allow individual uniqueness and self-based specificity to create a purely individualized personal life. In conclusion, this study argues that the sociology of learners proposed by this study should be a new educational sociology that can contribute to efforts to transform the current school into a place where students and teachers grow together.

The article highlights the main approaches to defining the main theoretical and methodological aspects of the essence of the concept of “public administration”; identified scientific approaches to the definitions of public administration; outlines a scientific discussion around the theoretical foundations of the process of public administration. The change of scientific approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of “public administration” and the parallel application of the concept of “public administration” in the context of the development of democracy and civil society in Ukraine. Emphasis is placed on the need to increase the efficiency of public administration at all levels and to revise the model of public administration, which should aim to meet the demands of the population throughout the country. It is emphasized that management is a complex social process that involves purposeful influence on human activity, society in order to obtain a specific expected result. It is stated that public administration is a kind of socially useful activity carried out by a certain set of entities, including public authorities, which are interconnected with public administration, because public administration is carried out as part of society itself. Public administration arises as a result of a certain social agreement between the state and society. The subject and at the same time the object of public administration is civil society, public associations, organizations, public authorities. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the state policy of decentralization involves the transformation at the territorial level of local government into a real entity with powers and resources that will address all organizational, social, financial and other issues in a given area. Public administration is a complex process of state and municipal administration, the purpose of which is to control the activities of public authorities and local self-government by citizens through the system of suffrage. Public administration is a type of socially useful activity carried out by a certain set of entities, in particular public authorities, which are interconnected with public administration, because public administration is carried out as part of society itself. Public administration arises as a result of a certain social agreement between the state and society. Political theories of the business corporation.

Business corporations are important, often powerful actors within the economy. They are able to exercise power over other actors, such as employees, consumers and nation-states. Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma with Unknown Primary: Is It Real Entity or Just Hypothesis?

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common type of cancer, and about 25% of patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage. Bone metastasis is common in RCC, but instances of bone metastases without a primary kidney tumour have rarely been reported. Here, we report a case of a 56-year male patient who presented with extensive bone metastases. The biopsy was reported as clear cell RCC and no primary renal tumour was detected by positron emission tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. Pazopanib was initiated and progression was detected in the 6th month of treatment. Nivolumab was initiated as second line therapy. In the literature, primary unrecognised RCC cases are found only as case reports. This case highlights the importance of clinicians' consideration of possible metastatic RCC in a patient with pathologically diagnosed clear cell carcinoma, even if no primary renal tumour is identified. From phenomenological-hermeneutical approaches to realist perspectivism

This paper draws on the phenomenological-hermeneutical approaches to philosophy of science to develop realist perspectivism, an integration of experimental realism and perspectivism. Specifically, the paper employs the distinction between “manifestation” and “phenomenon” and it advances the view that the evidence of a real entity is “explorable” in order to argue that instrumentally-mediated robust evidence indicates real entities. Furthermore, it underpins the phenomenological notion of the horizonal nature of scientific observation with perspectivism, so accounting for scientific pluralism even in the cases of inconsistent models. Overall, realist perspectivism is proposed as the way to go for (phenomenologically-hermeneutically minded) philosophers of science.

1) Empirical psychiatric research has failed to validate or verify the causes of depressive disorder. 2) Historically, psychiatry has been looking for many causes and is currently favoring a model of multi-causality, acting at various levels of interaction with diffuse limits. 3) Purely scientific psychiatry is based on the concept that a person is an "entity in itself" that presently suffers from a disorder caused by modifications in the impulses of the neurons in its brain. 4) The question that remains is whether depression is a real entity independent of human activities, a pragmatic entity employed for reasons of utility, or an entity constructed by the prevailing social forces in Western civilization. 5) The rationale for depression can be answered if we understand a human being as a being-in-the-world that a] is projected into the future to enact its existence, b] is placed in a condition that determines him and hinders his self-determination and c] lives among others that impel him to submit to the rules valid for "common people.
