THE NEED TO INTRODUCE LOGISTICS IN CONNECTION WITH RAILWAY REFORM IN UKRAINE

On the basis of analysis of the transporting logistic systems of foreign companies in the article the represented most priorities and effective directions of the transporting logistic systems which must be developed today. In addition, four is described levels of development of the systems of logistic on a railway transport in Ukraine.

THE PROBLEMS REFORMATION OF UKRAINIAN RAILWAY TRANSPORT

An the article some problems of reformation of the railway transport in Ukraine, taking into consideration evaluations criteria of effectiveness and development of transport, state of production-technical basis and technological level of transportation are considered. Measures as regards to improvement service in the railway transport are proposed, the necessity of the transport market analysis taking into account the fact that «Ukrzaliznytsya» is one of the branches of natural monopoly is proved. Introduction of the informational resource as a component of getting eventual result will permit to complete structural reform of the railway transport.

THE EXPERIENCE OF HEALTH INSURANCE IN THE AREAS OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

A health insurance program has been proposed. The mentioned program is the first step in reforming the health care system financing on the railway transport of Ukraine.

The article considers economic prerequisites of the normative basis for reforming the property relationships and the forms of economic activities on the railway transport. It describes the directions of ongoing reformation process of the railway transport in Ukraine and makes a special emphasis on the aspects of reforming which require further research and practical realization.
