The increasing activity of the various media, as well as their work on continuous and direct transmission of events, and their reliance on multilingual sources, necessitates translation to assist the journalist and editor in writing and understanding the news, as well as knowing its background and details. In today's world, media translation plays a significant role. As is the case with many written and audio translations, itis one of the most significant types of translation. The Algerian Radio Corporation, for example, broadcasts in the Amazigh language and with various linguistic variations .As a result, these Tamazight radio stations in Algeria are seen as an ideal space in which this close relationship between translation and the media mightbe embodied. According to some experts, if the media keeps up with global development, translation is attempting to express the contents of that progress, regardless of the circumstances. The process of translating news collected by journalists from many sources and in multiple languages, particularly Arabic, French, and English, into the Amazigh language, where the content is edited and then disseminated in news bulletins or through audio radio programs in these channels. Therefore, this paper seeks to shed light on the reality of media translation, into the Amazigh language on Algerian radio, through an analytical study of some translated works, with an indication of the difficulties that journalists face in the translation process and the rolethey play, in light of the challenges they face in order to maintain honesty, accuracy and objectivity in translating news.
