Post-COVID-19 Electric Vehicle Market in Poland: Economic-Based Determinants

Theoretical background: The theory of rational consumer choice significantly impacts the shape of the contemporary car market, which constitutes an essential part of the automotive industry and the national economy and has a considerable influence on the behavior of individuals. In the context of the car market, consumers’ decision-making process is subject to several factors, particularly in light of the EU’s initiative to transition the automotive industry towards zero emission solutions. Furthermore, this implies potential changes in the degree of impact on the course of transformation, adoption rate, and economic growth through network effects. Recent years have witnessed changes in various critical factors, alongside the emergence of new factors, which could significantly impact the competitiveness of electric vehicles in relation to internal combustion vehicles. Purpose of the article: The article aims to examine the current condition of the Polish car market in the post-COVID-19 period with particular emphasis on the electric vehicle market and indicate its present shape in comparison to the market of conventional vehicles from the supply perspective. Also, it attempts to identify and define the most critical factors that influenced the development of the market and their role in the coming years. Identifying and categorizing the most critical factors will allow us to indicate the current weaknesses of the zero-emission vehicle market. This may allow for more efficient identification and solving of problems standing in the way of its development. Research methods: In order to realize the goals of the research, several methods were used: a critical analysis of the literature on the subject; a quantitative analysis of statistical data was used along with qualitative research to examine the factors that impacted the car market in Poland. As a result, a network of categories describing the associations between factors and their effects on the researched topic was identified and studied. Main findings: Examination of Poland’s electric vehicle market reveals a complex interplay of variables across market. The identified combined factors impede mass adoption of battery electric vehicles, resulting in dynamic yet relatively insignificant annual percentage changes in market growth within the overall passenger vehicle market. The problems focus on governmental, economic and social factors, but also on very important technological and ecological factors, questioning in some cases the current form of electromobility on the Polish market.

Digital entrepreneurship as a result of the transformation of the labor market in a pandemic

Object: Study the impact and adaptation of digital information system of the economy on the development of the level of small and medium-sized enterprises, increasing the labor market in pandemic conditions. Study of how the economy's digital information system has affected and evolved small and medium-sized business development, as well as the growth of the labor market in conjunction with the pandemic.Methods: The theoretical literature on this topic served as the foundation for the study's methodology. Emerging problems of the labor market of Kazakhstan in the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic were identified through qualitative and quantitative analysis of statistical data. The analytical part of the study organizes the findings from the examination of the Republic's small- and medium-sized business support programs, which allowed for the evaluation of economic processes overall and the formulation of broad conclusions.Findings: The study identifies relevant aspects of the development of digital entrepreneurship in the modern economy; the scientific approach to the concept of digital economy and digital entrepreneurship is implemented as a result of the study of literary sources; the factors that have a significant impact on the transformation of the functioning labor market are identified; the degree of influence of these factors on the Kazakh economy is determined. For a qualitative change in the labor market, the authors identified a tangible need to increase the digital literacy of the population, new thinking skills, increase the level and quality of education, which will undoubtedly change the structure of human resource potential and ultimately increase labor productivity. Entrepreneurs have unique opportunities to apply high-tech inventions in practice to improve the business model of organizations. Thus, the following opportunities open up: the emergence of digital platforms as representatives of fundamentally new institutions; the emergence of the “peer-to-peer” communications function, when opportunities arise for communication participants directly without a company and market; the emergence of effective organizations with a reduced middle management function and increased directive control.Conclusions: This study analyzes digital mechanisms that search for new opportunities for employment in Kazakhstan's economy. In today's economy, a necessary requirement for its successful development is undoubtedly the development of a digital environment. To characterize the ways of introducing digital tools into business processes, the state Program “Digital Kazakhstan”, aimed at supporting economic entities, was studied. The study analyzed the employment of people in digital business. An assessment was also made of the degree of transformation of Kazakhstan’s employment models depending on arising emergency situations. An important aspect of the work is the development of recommendations for the further expansion of business digitalization.

Effectiveness of The Inquiry Training Model to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills in Learning: Systematic Literature Reviews and Meta-Analysis

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Inquiry training model to improve students' critical thinking skills in science learning. This type of research is a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. Research data sources come from national and international journals. The process of searching for sources in this study through the google scholar database, Eric, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Taylor or Francis, and ProQuest. Data collection techniques with direct observation and documentation. Inclusion criteria in this study are journals or proceedings indexed by SINTA, DOAJ, EBSCO, and Scopus; type of experimental or quasi-experimental research; research variables related to inquiry training in science learning (Biology, physics, and chemistry); journal or proceedings published in 2017-2023 and 5) Has complete research data standard deviation, Standard Erro, t value, and others. The data analysis technique is quantitative statistical data analysis with the help of the JSAP application. The results showed an average effect size value of (ES = 1.90) and a Standard Error (SE = 0.67). The results of these findings indicate that the inquiry training model effectively increases students' critical thinking skills in science learning

Migration in rural areas of Ethno-national regions of the Russian Federation: trends and consequences

This article analyzes the aspects of rural migration in the Russian Federation, highlighting its importance for the sustainable development of the regions. Particular attention is paid to migration in the ethno-national regions of the country, where it is considered as a complex and volatile phenomenon that has a profound impact on economic well-being, social infrastructure, cultural development and demographic structure of both donor and recipient regions. The authors analyze in detail both positive and negative aspects of migration flows in rural areas, including their impact on the labor market, entrepreneurial activity and social stability. Changes in the social life of rural communities caused by migration and the impact of these changes on traditional lifestyles and cultural values are also considered. The article is based on statistical data on the scale of migration of ethnonational regions for 2010-2022. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of socio-economic, demographic and socio-cultural aspects of rural migration, with an emphasis on the ethnonational characteristics of the regions. Quantitative analysis of statistical data and qualitative analysis of current migration trends were used. The article presents an innovative analysis of the role of ethnic factors in migration processes and their impact on socio-cultural dynamics in recipient cities of the Russian Federation, including large cities such as Moscow, Ufa, Kazan, Makhachkala and Cheboksary. The basics of how rural population migration affects urban processes such as housing construction, infrastructure development and social integration are highlighted. The authors emphasize the need for coordinated actions of regional and federal authorities in managing migration flows and solving related problems. The directions for future research are proposed, including the analysis of the consequences of migration for the socio-economic and cultural environment of cities and the development of adaptation strategies for migrants, taking into account their ethnic and cultural identity. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the importance of migration processes for the social and economic development of Russia.

Providing public access to archival materials and the problem of fact‐checking in the post‐truth era

AbstractThis article aims to study the modern system of archives development in China and to determine a promising model of its adaptation to global challenges in the post‐truth era. The research methodology is based on a mixed qualitative and quantitative analysis of statistical data that show the development dynamics of archives system in China concerning public access and the formation of modern views on the problem of fact‐checking, as well as their reliability in the new historical post‐truth era. For effective verification of archival facts, researchers developed an adaptation model of China's archives to global challenges of information reliability in the post‐truth era. It is based on the idea of using artificial intelligence and the expert opinion of archivists. The practical use of the proposed model will contribute to improving the efficiency of archives, as well as the development of digital technologies in this area.

Media Fun Thinkers Pada Materi Perubahan Energi Untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Lack of interest in student learning can affect student learning outcomes, so it is necessary to develop media that can increase student interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity of the Fun thinker's media with a literature review on the energy change material for grade IV elementary school. This type of research is developed using the ADDIE research model. The subjects of this research are 2 material experts, 2 media experts. The test subjects were 1 teacher and 10 students. The data collection method used is a non-test instrument. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitative statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the analysis of media validity. Fun thinkers from material experts were in the range of 0.75-1.00, and media experts were in the range of 0.75-1.00, the percentage of practitioner response test results obtained a value of 99%, and the percentage of student response test results obtained a score of 97%. Media Fun thinkers are equipped with a literature review for fourth-grade elementary school students on energy change materials with high validity qualifications. It is concluded that Media Fun thinkers equipped with a literature review are suitable for the learning process.

Networks of solidarity economy, tools for local development and social innovation

The article analyzes the capability of enterprises and social enterprises (as reported by Borzaga and Fazzi (Le imprese sociali, Carocci Editore, Roma, 2011); as reported by Drapery (Comprendre l’économie social, Dunod, Paris 2007)) in promoting local sustainable development, starting from the organization of alternative agro-food networks Renting et al. (Environ Plann 35:393–411, 2003). The analysis starts from a case study of 40 solidarity purchasing groups of solidarity economy in Italy. In particular, the article focuses on the solidarity economic network “REES Marche”. Meanwhile, solidarity purchasing groups (SPGs) in the literature have been studied under the perspective of consumers, even those of the Marche Orazi (DES.so. Economia solidali e cittadini consapevoli, Cattedrale, Ancona, 2011), this article means to go ahead underlining also the perspective of producers.The analysis of data raises up 4 types of possible organizations linked to solidarity purchasing groups, with different levels of social innovation in promoting a sustainable development. Results show that a sustainable local development is enhanced by a thick social cooperation among enterprises into a network, as, for example, that of SPGs. Moreover, it is promoted by a reorganization of the productive chain on local, ecological and ethical basis that directly impacts on production and consumption of fair products. Furthermore, the article shows that the direct relationship among entrepreneur and consumers stimulates a social innovation in solving problems.We use a mixed method approach: a quantitative analysis of statistical data on the web site of REES Marche; a qualitative analysis based on participatory observation and on data collected through 34 in-depth interviews with network’s members.

Yugoslav-Italian foreign trade relations 1919-1939 and the Yugoslav industry: The import of textile products from Italy

Yugoslav-Italian relations between two world wars, besides the diplomatic-political, also had a very significant economic aspect. Italy was one of the most important foreign trade partners of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and this paper will explore the trade exchange between the two countries, especially the import of materials necessary for the textile industry, which substantially contributed to the positive balance of trade. Beside a quantitative analysis of statistical data regarding foreign trade, the paper also looks at the impact of political and economic events on the trade relations between the two countries, as well as the relation between the industrialization of Yugoslavia and changes in foreign trade.

Mission Book Game: Enhancing Fifth-Grade Students’ Learning Motivation on Thematic Learning

The lack of use of learning media in the learning process causes students to find it difficult to understand the material. This study aims to produce learning media that can increase students' motivation and activeness in the learning process. Media development in this study is guided by the ADDIE model procedure which consists of several stages, namely analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation, and evaluation (evaluate). The subject in this development research is the mission book game media to increase the learning motivation of fifth-grade students while the object in this research is the validity and effectiveness of the mission book game media developed. This development research method is a qualitative and quantitative analysis method. The data collection used is a questionnaire method with data collection instruments in the form of a rating scale by giving an assessment instrument to 4 experts, namely, 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 2 practitioner responses, and 12 students. The data were analyzed by testing the validity and reliability test of the mission book game media based on data from experts, practitioners, and students' responses. The data obtained is calculated using the mean formula to determine the average validity of the media. The average validity score of the mission book media game in terms of material experts is 4.8 with very valid criteria, in terms of media experts it is 4.4 with very valid criteria, in terms of practitioner responses it is 4.7 with very valid criteria and in terms of student response of 4.9 with very valid criteria. The motivational data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative statistical data analysis techniques in the form of prerequisite tests and t-tests. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.033 which means 0.033 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the.

The Effectiveness of Learning Activities Based on Revised Bloom Taxonomy on Problem-Solving Ability

The low problem-solving ability of students was due to the lack of student learning activities, so that learning activities were needed that can motivate students to learn and develop problem-solving skills. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of learning activities based on Revised Bloom's Taxonomy on problem-solving abilities. The type of research used was development research with a 4D model. The subjects of this study were four experts and 55 fourth-grade elementary school students. The object of this research was the effectiveness of Revised Bloom's Taxonomy-oriented learning activities. The data collection method used was the non-test method and the test method. The instruments used were questionnaires and description tests. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative statistical data analysis techniques in the form of prerequisite tests and t-tests. The results of this study indicate that the average score of the experimental class was 83.50, while the control class was 74.83, and the t-test results obtained a significance value of 0.969 with an at-count of 0.00 < t-table of 0.05. This research concluded that learning activities based on Revised Bloom's Taxonomy effectively improve students' problem-solving abilities. The implication of this development research was to produce products in the form of learning activities based on Revised Bloom's Taxonomy that can train curiosity, self-confidence and improve students' problem-solving abilities.

Opportunities for using natural fresh water in Russia for the export potential development

Subject. Water resources are getting more and more scarce worldwide, and the situation aggravates over time. In such circumstances, Russia should get use of its competitive advantages and increase exports of fresh water and water-intensive products. Objectives. I analyze opportunities for using natural fresh water of Russia to unfold the export potential. Methods. The study relies upon databases of the Russian governmental agencies, the UN, and Asian partnership countries. The study is based on the systems approach and methods of logic and comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis of statistical data. Results. The article illustrates cases of water supply via canals and water pipelines from Russia to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. I display what unparalleled opportunities Russia has, since it possesses land and water resources, which would help rapidly increment water-intensive agricultural and other production. I make suggestions on key strands to follow and efforts to activate the use of available fresh water for the export potential development. Conclusions and Relevance. The proposed rearrangement of some Russian river flows to neighboring countries should be thoroughly elaborated and studied in terms of environmental, socio-economic, political consequences. The rapid economic growth of neighboring Asian countries opens new opportunities for Russia to seize its competitive advantages. Hence, the government should actively support sectors that would meet the highest demand for their products in the coming decades. The competition is expected to intensify across all segments of bottled potable water market. Russia should get more involved into the sale of water not only on the Kamchatka peninsula, but only in other regions of Siberia and the Far East.

The Effectiveness of Online Learning Based on The Complete Sentence Model on Student Learning Outcomes on Theme 2 Sub-Theme 1 in Second Grade Writing Skills

Children's language skills are a problem that needs attention because many children are not yet able to write and use good and correct language. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of online learning based on the complete sentence model on student learning outcomes in Theme 2 Playing in My Environment Sub-theme 1 Playing in the Home environment writing skills for class II. This type of research is experimental research with a research design that is pre-experimental designs. The study population was class II consisting of 28 students for the 2020-2021 school year. The sample taken was class II students consisting of 28 students using nonprobability sampling techniques. In this study, the data analysis technique used is quantitative statistical data analysis techniques. The results showed that the score of the t-test showed that the results of the calculation of the score data of students with t count = 1.717804 with a price of t table = 1.701113, then t count> t table. This research concludes that there is a significant increase, so online learning based on the complete sentence model is effectively used for student learning outcomes in theme 2 Playing in My Environment Sub-theme 1 Playing in the Home environment writing skills class II.

The Effect of Blended Learning Based on The Problem-Based Learning Model Assisted by Puzzle Media on The Critical Thinking Skills of Fifth Grade Students on Ecosystem Themes

The low competence of natural Science caused by using a learning model that is less than optimal makes it difficult for students to understand the learning material. This study aims to analyze the effect of blended learning based on a problem-based learning model assisted by puzzle media on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students on the ecosystem theme of SDN 03 Pegundan. This type of research is an experimental study using a pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples in this study was all students of class V SDN 03 Pegundan, totaling 26 students using saturated sampling type. Data collection in this study was obtained through interviews, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative statistical data analysis techniques. This study obtained t-test results obtained t count > t table, 8.829> 1.706 and the results of hypothesis testing which stated that there was an effect of learning motivation, the regression test, the result was 62.1%. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that there is an effect of blended learning based on a problem-based learning model assisted by puzzle media on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students on the ecosystem theme of SDN 03 Pegundan.

THE EFFECT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT ON STUDENT LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AT SMA ISLAM AL-AZHAR 10 PONTIANAK

Efforts to improve the quality of education through a school empowerment approach in managing their institutions, the Ministry of National Education has been doing it for a long time. In the era of regional autonomy, which is implicitly stated in Law Number 22 of 1999, and which was effectively enforced from January 1, 2001, school empowerment emerged through School-Based Management (MBS). With the existence of regional autonomy, schools are freer to develop through initiative, creativity, innovation, and subsequently competitive or able to compete with other schools specifically to improve the quality of these schools and in general to improve the quality of national education. In improving the quality of education, SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak applies TQM, which is a management model that focuses on people that aims to continuously improve customer satisfaction at real costs which are continuously decreasing. And TQM is an alternative that must be applied in educational institutions. With this management, it is expected that school effectiveness will be realized perfectly. The research in this article was conducted to examine the effect of TQM in improving student achievement at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak to improve the quality of education and achievement in the institution. This type of research uses quantitative research. And data collection is done by interview, observation, and questionnaire methods. The analysis used is quantitative statistical data analysis using the product-moment formula. From the results of the analysis, it was proven that the TQM carried out at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak was classified as good, meaning that it was running well. And learning achievement at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak has increased with evidence of increasing graduates and several competitions according to research results and classified as more than adequate category. While the influence of TQM in improving student achievement at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak has a very strong and very high influence with a product-moment interpretation value of 1.03. One of our suggestions for schools is for all teachers to be even more creative in using and utilizing TQM to develop schools so that students are more enthusiastic about achieving the highest achievement.

МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЙ ОПЫТ ДИВЕРСИФИКАЦИИ ОБОРОННО-ПРОМЫШЛЕННОГО КОМПЛЕКСА В ИНТЕРЕСАХ ТОПЛИВНО-ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКОГО КОМПЛЕКСА

The process of diversification in the defense industry enterprises, besides ensuring the loading of high-tech equipment, first of all, calls for the technological independence of the country, capable of developing under conditions of instability in international relations. The aim of the study is to identify a successful large-scale experience of diversification in the international arena (using the example of the United States, China and Germany), and to formulate specific packages of measures and formats for overcoming stagnation in cooperation between the defense industry and the fuel and energy complex in the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the study assumes using a systemic and synergetic approach, which in general approximation boils down to enhancing the mutual beneficial effect of its elements. Also, when writing the article, the author applied a quantitative analysis of statistical data, historical and descriptive methods, a comparative method. As the main result, he proposed the formats of interaction between the military and industrial complex and fuel and energy complex, aimed at more efficient use of the potential of the defense industry to meet the needs of organizations in the fuel and energy complex, increasing the volume of output of products at the defense industry enterprises and expanding its range. More active interaction of the defense industry works with organizations of the fuel and energy complex will allow them in the near future to set up producing the new types of civilian products and technologies, and fuel and energy companies to obtain competitive high-tech products.

FOREIGN CURRENCY REFINANCING AS A NEW ELEMENT OF STIMULATING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSITION ECONOMIES

Transition economies require finding and implementing new elements to stimulate their development, especially with regard to the economic systems of the former Soviet countries (Ukraine and Belarus). Under these conditions, it is important to use the experience of other transition economies, which includes the use of foreign currency refinancing. Purpose. Substantiation of the introduction of foreign currency refinancing as a new element of stimulating the economic development of transition economies through assessment of the development of the mentioned economies in Belarus and Ukraine. Design/methodology/approach. The study employed a quantitative analysis of statistical data to assess the development of transit economies in Ukraine and Belarus over the 21-year period. Correlation and regression analysis was also involved to identify key areas of impact of foreign currency refinancing on transitive economic systems. In this case, it was proposed to use five regression functions (linear; exponential; polynomial; logarithmic; power). It was separately proposed to determine the correlation ratio between the key areas of impact of foreign currency refinancing on the transition economy and the volume of foreign exchange refinancing using three methods: the determination factor; checking the correlation coefficient on the Chaddock’s scale; comparison of the correlation coefficient with the critical correlation coefficient. Findings. The article analyses the development of the transition economies of Ukraine and Belarus over the 21-year period (from 1999 to 2019) and emphasises that since 2008 the development of economic systems of the countries selected for the study has almost stopped despite activities (tools) used to stimulate the growth of national economies. The authors prove the importance of finding and using new elements to stimulate the economic development of the economies of Belarus and Ukraine. The use of foreign currency refinancing as a new element of stimulating the development of economic systems of Ukraine and Belarus is justified. The mechanism, beneficial and negative impacts of the use of foreign currency refinancing for transition economies selected for the study are identified. The key areas of influence of foreign currency refinancing on the economic systems of Belarus and Ukraine are identified, where the size of lending; revenues of budgets of different levels, business entities, households are the main ones. At the same time, the authors managed to refute the possibility of a significant negative impact of currency refinancing on the growth of the monetary base, inflation and devaluation processes in the countries selected for the study. Practical implications: the conducted research is important for ensuring the long-term development of transition economies, primarily in Ukraine and Belarus. Originality/value: the study will allow to identify key areas of impact of foreign currency refinancing on transitive economic systems, and revealing its beneficial and negative impacts for economies of this type on the example of Ukraine and Belarus.

Impact of Education on Sustainable Economic Development in Emerging Markets—The Case of Namibia’s Tertiary Education System and its Economy

The research’s fundamental investigation elaborates on interactions between tertiary educational factors and Namibia’s sustainable economic development. Sequential mixed-research-method guides the investigation towards its results: A quantitative statistical data analysis enables the selection of interrelated educational and economic factors and monitors its development within Namibia’s last three decades. Subsequent qualitative interviews accumulate respondents’ subjective assessments that enable answering the fundamental interaction. Globally evident connections between a nation’s tertiary education system and its economic development are partially confirmed within Namibia. The domestic government recognizes the importance of education that represents a driving force for its sustainable economic development. Along with governmental NDP’s (National Development Program) and its long-term Vision 2030, Namibia is on the right track in transforming itself into a Knowledge-Based and Sustainable Economy. This transformation process increases human capital, growing GDP, and enhances domestic’s living standards. Namibia’s multiculturalism and its unequal resource distribution provoke difficulties for certain ethnicities accessing educational institutions. Namibia’s tertiary education system’s other challenges are missing infrastructures, lacking curricula’ quality, and absent international expertise. The authors’ findings suggest that, due to Namibia’s late independence, there is a substantial need to catch up in creating a Namibian identity. Socioeconomic actions would enhance domestic’s self-esteem and would enable the development of sustainable economic sectors. Raising the Namibian tertiary education system’s educational quality and enhancing its access could lead to diversification of economic sectors, accelerating its internationalization process. Besides that, Namibia has to face numerous challenges, including corruption, unemployment, and multidimensional poverty, that interact with its tertiary education system.

Los movimientos migratorios de retorno desde España están sufriendo cambios significativos en la última década. Este trabajo analiza la situación actual tras el llamado boom de los retornos durante los años más duros de la crisis. La metodología utilizada combina el análisis cuantitativo de los datos estadísticos con técnicas cualitativas que ayudan a interpretar las cifras y a indagar en las causas que llevan a los inmigrantes al retorno o, por el contrario, a permanecer en España. El análisis e interpretación de la evolución cambiante de los saldos migratorios exteriores recientes, tanto en los países de destino como en las comunidades autónomas de origen constituyen la aportación principal de la investigación.

An Estimation of the Logistics Potential of Enterprises in the Region’s Management

The article is devoted to the problem of researching the logistic potential of the region. The logistics capacity of the region is defining characteristic for the development level of regional logistics system. Accordingly, the definition of its components and their estimation are important for drafting the strategic guidelines of its development. The purpose of the study is to investigate the main factors necessary for assessing the current logistics potential of the region and planning for its further development. The increase of economic performance of the region is directly related to the formation and development of regional logistics capacity, its components and methods of assessment. The article studies the method of assessment of logistical capacity of the region. As the main method of research, qualitative and quantitative analysis of statistical data is used. This method involves the calculation of an integrated index of logistic potential in the region on the basis of geographic, socio-economic, transport, infrastructure, and institutional components. For testing the methodology the logistics potential of Dnipropetrovsk region was analyzed. This region was compared to the Kiev and Odessa regions.

DYNAMIC SIMULATION MODEL FOR SUSTAINABLE MUNICIPALITY DEVELOPMENT IN VIDZEME REGION, LATVIA

Authors in this research paper publish the results of system dynamic simulation modelling in the field of sustainable development planning, monitoring and evaluation for all 26 Latvia Vidzeme region municipalities. As the most notable research outcome, authors created original socio-technical system dynamic simulation model in STELLA modelling environment valid for sustainable development evaluation purposes. After successful verification and validation process of this model authors reached the significant results for improved methodology of dynamic systems evaluation process reliability of sustainable development in Vidzeme region municipalities. Methodology, proposed by authors roots into the quantitative statistical data analysis and system dynamic process simulation modelling.
